Those who know him personally, however, have access to his good side. Around friends, he has a lazy demeanor, and likes to play innocent pranks for a laugh (something he never grew out of). Genin Signature Jutsu: Kuchiyose no Jutsu
(The Ninjutsu Specialist chooses one jutsu that they know when they pick this benefit, that jutsu becomes their signature jutsu and receives certain benefits. The chakra cost for the jutsu is treated as if one rank lower than normal.

At Chuunin rank, the Ninjutsu Specialist can either choose a second signature jutsu to receive the lower chakra cost, or they can choose to make their signature jutsu one rank higher in terms or power. Signature jutsus can never be made as powerful as an S-rank technique, nor can an S-rank technique be chosen as the signature jutsu.

At Jounin rank, the Ninjutsu Specialist once again gets the opportunity to either increase the power of a signature jutsu or pick another signature jutsu, however they cannot choose to have a third signature jutsu, nor can they choose to increase the rank of a signature jutsu twice. This means that at Jounin rank you will always have two signature jutsus, one of which will be empowered by one rank.

A Ninjutsu Specialist can change their signature jutsu by posting five times training in the use of a new signature jutsu, this can only occur outside of combat in a peaceful location.)

: Way of the Silent Blade This is a ancient style, focusing on speed and accuracy. A good assassin kills in a single blow, and it forced into a confrontation, will seek to end it as quickly as possible. To this end certain weapons are cut out for assassins, but most are not. The most common weapons an assassin uses are short swords of various types, Kunai, shurikans, ect... Oddly enough, even larger swords, such as the Zambatou have found uses among the assassin ranks. The ultimate close range weapon of the Assassin is the Assassins blades. These allow him to make maximum usage of his speed, with blades that are located on all primary striking locations on the body.

Their training in agility is for obvious reasons; accuracy is trained upon so that an Assassin may strike vital locations with ease, furthering their ability to strike down their opponents. Critics of the style argue that because of the lack of training in areas such as Strength and Endurance, if cornered an assassin is at a disadvantage. This, while true, does not hinder the typical assassin, as the shadows are their allies, and most pride themselves on their ability to remain hidden.

Unlike most Taijutsu styles, assassins do not shun other forms of fighting; rather many assassins make use of Genjutsus, as this gives them a much needed edge is hostile territory to bring their opponents down.

current stage: Ni Taira (Stage Two)

This stage is focused on helping an Assassins kill. It is an intricate training of accuracy, forcing the assassin in training to learn to hit targets from great distances. It also teaches the assassin where to hit to slow the opponent, as well as instant kill and paralyzing locations. In this stage, the hunter is heavily taught in the study of biology. If the human body is not known inside and out, then the hunter's training ends here.


Maneuvers
Oshi-Ten Dageki (Pressure Point Strike): The hunter-nin can no longer look at an opponents body regularly. To their eyes, the opponent's body is riddled with the pin point bullseye's of the pressure point targets used in this stage of training. This technique can run from the chuunin level at twenty strikes, to the satsubatsu level of one-hundred and twenty strikes. The strikes begin at the lower parts of the body. Always. This is to ensure that the hunter works his way quickly up the opponents body, striking pressure points in order to not only paralyze limbs (10 Posts), but to rupture blood vessels, and redirect blood flow to different areas of the body to cause massive heart trauma. The pinacle of this technique is the five point heart strike. Initiated around the heart in a pentagram, this causes an individual's heart to literally cease pumping blood and drown itself with it, causing it to literally burst within five minutes (5 posts).

Personality
Shinji is brash and confident having been hardened by a difficult life as a child. For someone who feels pain all day, he is surprisingly upbeat and is always ready to take on any challenge. Shinji takes no crap from anyone. Unwilling to allow the weakness of his childhood to ever be shown again, he will take any challenge on with a smile which has been described as 'devilishly scary', but to Shinji, it is only amusement and determination.

Shinji can often be misinterpreted as dangerous and chaotic, but in reality he simply enjoys combat. Those who have fought agaisnt him have often seen him smiling and laughing during combat and have labeled him a bloodthirsty monster for doing so. Shinji however, would simply say that he enjoyed combat and that he got a thrill out of testing his ability and going all out on another person. Given his immensity of chakra, the brutality of the Konaga's attacks, and the fierceness of his combat style, he has been labeled a 'Chakra Demon' by many of his fellow students... a nickname which he has seemed to embrace.

Though this title has always proved accurate, even to Shinji himself, it is not who he is entirely. Shinji is a rather like-able person and incredibly loyal to his family, friends, and his village. He works hard to be as strong as possible in order to protect all of them and he is by nature a peaceful person, even though he enjoys fighting. Then again, considering he is Konaga, his definition of peace would be rather different from someone else's.

Base Range:From 2 feet (if used as a Melee Weapon) to 150 feet (maximum range of 'Living Weapon' control). [Range can extend to 300 ft if the 'Wind' kanji is utilized, but it cannot be directly controlled past 150 ft.

Special Abilities: Wheel Blade Augmentations - The Flame Wheel is designed to supplement Shinji's more aggressive, melee nature with a well rounded long-range weapon. The Large Fuuma Shuriken weapon has a different kanji on each blade which Shinji can activate with a series of one-handed seals which will exhibit different effects which all work in conjunction with one another. Weapon Location: Shinji's Flame Wheel is normally held as a collapsed weapon, each Blade of the wheel stacking on top of each other, leaving the middle ring open to be held, or to hang from something. Shinji keeps this attached to a small metal clamp off of his belt, which allows the ring to hang down off of his left side, just behind his hip. This positioning assures that it does not get in the way, but is easily in reach at all times and can be removed/returned to the clamp quickly, albeit with a distinct 'clanking' noise.

Path of the Thunder God- At this stage students are taught to move quickly and effeciently, teaching them how to find the quickest path to their targets. Students will naturally move faster than other ninja (though not as fast as a speed ninja), even learning how to move through crowds and debris more effeciently than others. (This is a passive ability)

Thoughtful Dodge(I couldn't think of a better name)- The practitioner has learned to dodge much more effeciently. Hitting a practitionrer of the style with any kind of direct assault is very difficult, unless they are fighting someone much faster than themselves. In addition they have learned how to dodge in such a way that they are put in optimum position to counter immediately.

Flurry of the Thunder God: The user has learned to strike so quickly that they can strike twice as fast as shinobi of equal rank, able to strike three or four times in rapid succession while still maintaining a good defense.

Description: With a range of the user’s sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement. )

Description:By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. The main drawback though, is that the hand is only as strong as the materials used to make it, so while a hand made mostly out of stones and pebbles would be hard, a hand made mostly out of leaves would be easily broken.

Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.
•Doton:Gou no Doro (Mud Moat)Description: This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on.

Description:The user dislocates their joints then controls their softened body with chakra, allowing them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike. Orochimaru's version allows him to stretch any of his body parts well beyond their normal length and allows him to move in the manner of a snake. This technique will awaken naturally to those of the Naga Clan and will become stronger as they grow older and progress through their lives.

-Definition:This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and can suffer severe mental stress. This jutsu has not been mentioned on any databook because it's a dark ability of the Naga Clan. The second level of this technique is similar,except more powerful and harder to Kai out of it. The diffrence being the user pushes a strenous amount of chakra to their eyes to project the horrors that the opponent will see.

Background Info

Shaoran never knew his family. In the many islands of the water country, he traveled by stowing away on fishing junks or other boats. He lived wherever he could, despite the rude looks given by those of the upper class. Shao was constantly being picked on by other kids. It was during these encounters that he honed his skills with weaponry, starting off with wooden sticks and poles, then eventually training with wooden blades. At Jounin rank the defensive ability allows one to completely nullify any jutsus of lower rank than the Weapon Specialist, at the cost of the jutsu nullified minus one rank, Academy Rank jutsus can be nullified for no cost. Any jutsus of equal or higher rank will be reduced in power by 2 ranks. S-rank jutsus can only be reduced to A rank, ever, at A-rank Chakra cost. The offensive capabilities are also increased at Jounin rank, allowing the Weapon Specialist to add an element to the attack at B-rank chakra cost. Double Sword Technique
Description: With intensive training, the user of the style can learn to wield two blades instead of just one. This can only be done with katana or smaller weapons. When using two blades, the effectiveness of the user can double or even triple under the right circumstances

Double Shimmering Path:
Description: The practitioner throws two swords at once at high speeds at the opponent

Tobidōgu (Flying Tools):
Description: This jutsu allows the practioner to store their swords in a summoning scroll and summon them whenever they want. The practioner is taught how to summon hundreds of blades and make them rein upon the battlefield. If the opponent is not careful enough, he can be skewered to pieces from the initial summoning.
You must roll a dice. 10 Sided dice, 4 or below, the opponent is hit.

Three Shimmering Paths:
Description: Using it, the practioner grabs onto three of his swords and throws them onto the ground creating a path. Then running along these swords the swordsman grabs onto a fourth one and uses it to directly attack the opponent at high speeds, using the hilt of each sword to push himself for more momentum

Addition Blows (1-12)
Description: The practioner moves at high speeds to attack his enemy. After each hit he will let go of his sword to quickly use another to let him attack from different angles while his enemy is stunned from his previous blow. This leaves his enemy covered with twelve swords

Sword Fang:
Description: Practitioner begins by hitting three swords standing parallel to each other. They are hit near the end, causing all three of them to slash upwards, in the manner of a "fang".

Vertical Line:
Description: Following his Sword Fang; all three swords momentarily hover in the air, where Mifune will then proceed to use the current sword in his hand to sequentially hit each, thereby launching each of them directly at the enemy.

Background Info
Born in the foothills of Kumogakure no Sato, Ken was born into the Raite clan, a clan not unlike the Hyuugas of Konohagakure, due the fact the clan was founded by a rogue Hyuuga. Ken is next in line for the leadership of the clan, and when he reaches Genin rank, and his father deems it right, he will be trained to become the head of the clan.
Even though he is young, he has been trained quite rigorously by his father before being sent to the Academy. He learned how to fight with a sword, and though he's not allowed to carry one at the Academy, he still trains quite extensively with his katana. He was also taught the basics, but not jutsu, his father's logic being "They have to teach you something there".

When he was of the age when he would become a Genin, Ken came under the tutelage of the Raikage himself, who taught him the basics, before his untimely death. Later, Coren taught him a little more, and after the Nibi attack that devastated the Raikage tower, Ken was given Genin status after a test overseen by Shinsui Suou.

Despite his young age, and the Raikage being a bit older than he, the two fell into a bit of a relationship. He is quite old for a Genin, and this is simply because he had missed out on the Chunin exams due to a mission he undertook with his father that was to last a month. The next exams, however...he is ready for.

During a fight with a mysterious force that invaded his village, Ken lost his left leg, replacing it with a mechanical one.
