Kai nodded his head before waking over to the stream, performing hand-seals as he did so, and saying, "First things first, I need someone to use the technique on. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!" His eyes turned that strange sapphire-blue, the color seeming to come from the center of his eyes and spreading in much the same way ink spreads through water, until they were completely sapphire blue, even where the white of the eye would normally be was blue. At the same time water immediately coalesced from the air, forming a large humanoid shape, until finally taking the form of Kai. The clone then move to the stream of water and stood atop it, an annoyed expression on its face.

Smiling to himself a bit at the expression of the clone, Kai close his eyes and began to concentrate on what he would need to do to perform the jutsu. He moved slowly through the hand-seals, leaking chakra into the water as he did so. But rather than the relatively small amount of chakra he had been streaming into the water for the previous jutsus, it was almost as much as he had been using for every jutsus preperation up to this point. He could feel the chakra moving through the water, and he began moving it towards the clone until it was directly under the clone. [1/3]

Kaizen performed the final seal and opened his eyes as he cried out, "Isonagi no Jutsu!" He then sent a wave of suiton charged chakra through his feet into the stream of chakra leaking into the water. The water underneath the clone began to bubble and rise a bit, and the clone looked down in dread anticipation, but nothing happened. A confused expression spread across Kai's face as he lifted his hand to his face to cup his chin. Then a light bulb seemed to go off as he lifted his hand in front of his face, a small smile playing on his lips. [2/3]

Kaizen quickly performed the hand-seals, performing all the steps as he had before, and cried out for the second time, "Isonagi no Jutsu!" This time however his fell to one knee and slammed his hands into the ground, pumping suiton chakra not only from his feet, but from his hands as well. The wave of chakra flowed through the water unseen, before finally the water beneath the clone almost seemed to explode in a sudden blast of water. The clone was pulled down, but then stopped at knee level, a look of surprised fear on its face. Of course the water wasn't nearly deep enough to perform the jutsu effectively, but he had performed the jutsu all the same. [3/3 Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab Technique) learned]

Smiling Kai motioned for the clone to step out of the water and stand beside him before dispersing the clone and leaving a puddle of water that Kai would need for the next technique. Mizutamari no Jutsu, the water puddle technique, Kai thought to himself excitedly, he was almost done, this would be the last genin level suiton technique he would learn.

Suddenly LT appeared behind Kai and with a resounding smack to the back of the head sent the boy flying across the room. "Not even close, show-off. You've earned yourself the special privilege of getting to learn the Suiton Genjutsu as well", LT said in a tone that brooked no argument, as he pulled another scroll out of a holster on his side. Walking up to the board LT then clipped the scroll to it before sitting down in his chair, an evil smile spreading under his kakashi-like mask.

Kaizen rose to his feet shakily clutching the back of his head with both hands, stars dancing before his eyes while he attempted to refocus. Letting out a sigh as LT's order, Kai stumbled over to the board and blinked several times before he could finally make out the words on the page. "Kani Hokou, the crab walk technique. Huh... alright then", Kai said as he read over the jutsu. Walking to the center of the room Kai quickly made several hand-seals before saying calmly, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu" A clone quickly formed from the surrounding moisture of the air directly in front of Kaizen, wearing the same annoyed expression that the other clone had earlier.

Kai closed his eyes as he focused on the what he would need to do to perform the jutsu. He imagined a crab walking on a beach, moving sideways rather than forward because it was more effective for it to do so. Now he replaced the image of the crab with himself, trying to move in the same way. It was a clumsy way to move for a human, it could easily hinder the way someone fights if used effectively. As he moved through the hand-seals he began thought of that image, trying to feel what it would be like to be under the affects of the genjutsu, and then trying to coordinate his brain-waves with his chakra waves. Kai opened his eyes suddenly and as he finished the final hand-seal he said calmly, "Kani Hokou" Pushing the chakra waves toward his clone, Kai completed the jutsu. Looking at the clone expectantly, Kai motioned for the clone to approach him, but as the clone attempted to move it began moving sideways toward the desk LT was sitting at. [1/1 Kani Hokou (crab walk) learned]

Yamatano wiped the water off of his face from LT's mizu peretto, and turned to the board. "Hmm, lets see.......Oooh, shuriken, that sounds cool." Yamatano thought as he turned to the open panel with water rushing under it.

Focusing his chakra into his hands, Yamatano went through the handseals marked on the scroll. "Boar, rabbit, snake, bird." Yamatano said as he went through the handseals a few times, getting a good feel for them. At the same time he pumped chakra into the rushing stream below them, capturing small amounts of water, shaping it into shuriken.

Yamatano pulled his hands apart and crossed his arms across his chest, fingers spread as the water began to form between them. The water began spinning in place, first as a circle, but gradually taking the shape of a four pronged Shuriken. He leaned backward, and cried "Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu!" as the shuriken left his fingers, embedding themselves into the wall, then dripping down to the floor and back into the stream once more.

Even though he felt like he had accomplished his jutsu, further reading revealed that it wasnt over yet. If he were to use more chakra control, he could allow the shuriken to form without him holding them. Focusing mmore chakra, Yamatano let the chakra leak out around the sides of his body, as he brought up more water. Careful to keep control, Yamatano made the water take the shape of shuriken again as he started spinning them. Thrusting his hand forward, Yamatano again cried out "Mizu Shuriken No Jutsu!" as the shuriken embedded themselves in relatively the same spot the others had been. (Mizu Shuriken Learned)

"Lets see what next, ah Mizutamari no Jutsu that could be helpful." stated Kanzuki as he read the scroll. "Seems simple enough, lets give it a shot." He preformed the needed hand signs and uttered the name," Mizutamari no Jutsu " He then began to pump charka throughout to alter his shape on a basic level. He felt like he was dissolveing from the feet and when he looked down, his legs up to his knees had become a puddle of water, spured on by this sucess he continued with the technique. As he dissolved he felt strange,but at the same time, calm, like this should be natural for a mist nin. His thoughts came to an end when he realized that he had fully dissolved into a puddle, he felt at ease like this and quite comfy to say the least, it was like what he thought it would be. Then by focusing on his orginal image, he felt shape begin to return to his body and before he knew it, he was human again," Wow, thats pretty intresting...whats next?" he asked himself as he turned back to the board. (Mizutamari no Jutsu learned.)

Kanzuki turned from the board and noticed Luo in his chair, he bowed quickly," Luo-sama, what brings you here?" Kanzuki asked him.

Yamatano turned around to see the Mizukage sitting behind them. "Aah, Lord Mizukage-dono, welcome." He said, quickly bowing
