Description: Without the need for any seals or deep concentration, a Konaga clan member is able to focus a large amount of chakra into an eye, allowing them to see the world in terms of chakra for 2 posts. When a clan member uses this technique, typically they close one eye, at which point the other eye's iris begins to glow a bright blue color (as opposed to the typical speckled shining iris a Konaga clan member has already) This technique allows them to see all things as an interpretation of chakra, and gives them a lot of information. Using this technique, light and dark no longer apply, only energy. They cannot see rocks or earth, or anything inanimate unless it has a chakra trace on it, but they can see through things, picking up anything that does contain chakra.
This technique also allows a clan member to see through genjutsu and ninjutsu effects, and allows them to determine real from fake images. Also, through this technique, a Konaga clan member is able to identify the relative amounts of chakra a ninja has, as well as the elements of chakra they have control over. As bijuu are not all that common at all, a Konaga clan member wouldn't know from a distance if someone owned one, but it would be fairly obvious that something was different about the jinchuuriki's chakra patterns.
After the two posts, the iris stops glowing, and returns to its normal speckled glow and the user sees the world normally again. For 2 posts after using this technique, vision in the augmented eye is heavily blurred. A clan member can only augment each eye twice before burning out the iris on the third attempt, which blinds the user in that eye until they go through a full meditation cycle.

Description: Aside from simple muscle augmentations, this is probably the most common Konaga bloodline technique learned. Focusing their chakra to one of their hands, a Konaga clan member is able to create a 1-foot long blade composed of pure chakra. The blade appears in the hand as if the Konaga clan member was holding a small dagger, and must be gripped by the user, or the technique will be lost. If the hand is knocked open, the blade of chakra disappears. Otherwise, it can last for a maximum of three posts.
The blade is able to take whatever shape they want, but it cannot exceed 1-foot long, or be thicker/wider then a standard dagger, or kunai. As the blade is composed of pure, raw chakra, it is able to cut through nearly anything, wood, earth, metal, or flesh and bone with ease. However, it is a chakra based weapon, and there is nothing purely physical about it, it cannot be used to block objects such as kunai or shuriken, though it could easily slice them in half. After three posts, the blade disappears and the clan member experiences the burn in whatever hand was used. If either hand utilizes this technique more then twice, after the 3rd use, aside from even more massive waves of pain, the hand will burn out and become limp and unusable until the clan member has gone through a complete cycle of meditation.

Element: Suiton
Description: - This is the standard Kawarimi no jutsu, which allows the user to substitute his body with another object to avoid a blow. In the Mizu Utsusemi form, the user actually quickly forms a water clone of himself as the replacement, which explodes in a splash of water on contact. It is no more or less affective then the standard replacement technique, but it does have the added affect of creating water, which then splashes apart onto the enemy when destroyed.

I kind of want the same effect as the substitution jutsu, but a little visual/functional change. what do you think of making it a C-rank, kind of like an elemental version of the substitution jutsu? Would that be better?

Toriodoshi will fire poison smoke-bombs out of his oral cavity into the wind current conjured up my Gufuu. The poison smoke bombs will explode, creating a mist of poison which lasts two posts.

Description
A special technique that was developed by Dante as a way of improving the hidden mist technique. Instead of a simple heavy mist, the mist becomes dark, like a black mist which is so heavy people consider it as a heavy fog. It's nicknamed Death's Mist by all outside the mist village for it resembles the fog death uses to claim its victims in sinister ways. The haze is thicker then the mist, making visibility almost nothing except those who learned the technique or can see through the mist. Also, sound seems to slow down to none, giving the mist an eerie feeling. Those who are trained with sound can hear still, but its affected by the mist. However, the fog lasts only up to five posts, then becomes regular mist. This technique is teachable only by one of the seven swordsmen of mist. The mizukage also knows of the move and will teach only those worthy to learn it. This move is not to be used often, for its special and a rarity. However, once used, those who are the enemies of the user will get the feeling that death is breathing on thier neck

Description: Using the same basics of a replacement jutsu but requires some source of weaponry, such as a summoning scroll. Fatal Cicada is a ninjutsu that requires expert timing on behalf of the user. At the point of contact, to maximize effectiveness, the user replaces himself with any sumon of weaponry. Tensai often places explosive tags in his place just before being hit with a physical attack, gravely injuring opponents using taijutsu. Replacing onese;f with explosive creates a delayed reaction in the fuse, requiring re-activation after a two second timeframe.

I thought long and hard about this one. Martin I have to say denied unless if you were to use any explosives or bombs, they will be delayed for a second, meaning shinobis who are fast enough or simply high rank can avoid without being caught. Because the fact that this can kill people way too easily, but mainly the fact of using a replacement like jutsu and replace yourself with explosives isn't plausible. That and it's too small. If anyone can do this they'll be doing it all the time. So unless you edit it, denied

Jutsu Rank: A-S, depending on distance. Can drain up to half of chakra and up 75 in cases of low chakra control.

Range: The distance between two distances
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Believed to be Time/Space.
Description: Very similar to the Fourths Hokage Time/Space jutsu, creating a single elaborate seal in a well fortified location. If a ninja ever finds himself in a very tough situations and needs to get out the Extreme Backpedal technique uses the seal to monitor the users condition. Wehn extremely weak, tired, hurt, ect the seal activates on a mental command and instantly warps the user back to that specific location. This technique requires half the users chakra to create that is already stored within the Seal, leaving them at half of their chakra level after its creation. However after it is used the invested chakra is returned but the user suffers from the intense pressure appplied to their body after being warped. This often leaves the user in up to a four day long coma-like condition so a hospital is a good place to keep the seal.
Can only be used once per IC week, requires half the users chakra, makes chakra hard to use for the next few days, and may strain or break bones during warping frame. Not meant for the physically weak or their bodies may shatter.
