Welcome to POTS, a roleplay guild based on the Naruto world. We hope that you can enjoy it as much as we do! Here is a useful guide to help you get started.
Getting your bearings
Step 1: Read the POTS general rules here.
Step 2: Look at the chakra system and jutsu learning rules. They may look complicated at first, but add a whole new level of fun to the roleplay!
Step 3: Know who is who, by checking the Crew Jobs List in the main forum.
Step 4: Confused yet? Check out the Q&A and ask for help!
Creating your RPC (RolePlay Character)
Step 1: Head to the Profile Acceptance Forum and grab the profile format. You'll want to copy it into a text editor!
Step 2: Check out the handy Profile Guide to help you understand the profile layout, and speed your acceptation. [Profile Guide currently Unavailable. Please refer to the information in the profile format.]
Step 3: Having trouble, and the guide isn't helping? Stop by the Profile Chatter thread and ask a crew member for help.
Step 4: Look into maybe choosing a Bloodline, Clan or Demon for your RPC. [There are currently 5 demons open.]
Step 5: Choose your character's Profession and Shinobi Types and Weaknesses.
Step 6: Apply for your Bloodline, Clan or Demon
Step 7: Once you have done all this, fill in the character profile and head back to the Profile Acceptance Forum again, where we will make sure you did everything correctly.
Step 8: Now start role playing!
Optional
1. If you are confident in your Roleplaying skills you can apply for an Autorank position.
2. Not so confident in your roleplaying skills? Ask for some help in the Non-Canon RP subforum.
3. Explore! There are many fun things in this guild. Contests, Creative writing sessions, and more! Not everything is linked to the main rp.
4. Want to add a new level of personalization to your rpc? Make some Customs!
5. Look through the Jutsu list to see what you can learn in the future. Only autoranks start with jutsu.
6. Tired of RPing, and you just wanna fight someone, without running the risk of losing your RPC? Head over to our Non-Canon RP subforum. It's made for that too.
7. Want to make your signature reflect the awesomeness of this guild? Try out some of our Banners! [Thread Needed]
