Clan Name: Enjin (Ape-Man) Kekkai Genkai: Masaru's Bondo (Monkey's Bond)
Clan History: During the great Shinobi Wars, a small clan by the name of Enjin took alliances with the Wave and Rice country, aiding greatly in battle. These clan-members had the appearance of monkeys, along with tails, fangs, and added physical attributes to aid in battle. After the last battle, the Enjin clan was presumed extinct, but a dormant gene has been awakened within the Sound and Mist.
Strengths:
(Chimps, and other small monkeys) - One rank to agility - One rank to speed ------
(Gorillas and other large monkeys) - Plus one rank to strength - Plus one to power based taijutsu ------
(Orangutang, balance.) -One rank to agility -One rank to strength Weaknesses: (All monkeys) - Cannot perform genjutsu - Mischevious -Minus one rank to genjutsu defense.
(Chimps) - Minus one rank from none speed or agility based taijutsu. -From ranks Genin-Sp. Jouin are clumsy, meaning while using you boosts in agility and speed you may trip, or fall until you become Jounin and gain full control over the ability's.
(Gorilla.) -Minus one rank from planning attacks jutsu. -Until Jounin Gorilla ninja's rely very heavily on there strength charging into combat with a frontal assault. Also has a hard time following orders.
(Orangatang) - Minus one rank from nonbloodlin ninjutsu. - When fighting orangatang ninja are normally lazy, and just avoid fighting unless constantly provoked, and will only seek out combat in VERY rare case.
Rules: - Must have tail - Must have fangs - Must be mischevious/Playful (Gorillas trade this for proud, and head strong.) - While Rping younger (Genin to Sp. Jounin,) must be rped as juvenile, and embracing which ever aspec of the monkey you take. As your Rpc grows show how, and why they are able to tame there wild side, and over come there primal nature. (If you so choose, you may stay primal through out your ninja career if you choose.)

Name: Puraimaru Kiai (Primal Scream) Range: 10m Rank: D Orienation: Offensive Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handsigns, chakra will build up in the users' lungs and be instantly expelled out of the esophagus. The result is a sound-based, cone-shaped attack with the effectiveness of an explosive-tag.
Name: Hihi Hasami (Baboon Claws) Range: N/A Rank: C Orienation: Supplementary/Offensive Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Element: N/A Description: By focusing chakra into the tip's of their fingers, the user of this technique will grow claws made of pure chakra in order to rend the opponent. The claws grow in power and length over time. At chuunin, they are about two inches long and can rend flesh. By the time they are kage, the length of the claws are one whole foot.
Name: Faa Tsutakazura (Fur-Vines) Range: N/A Rank: D Orienation: Supplementary Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handsigns, the user's arms will grow about 30% longer, giving them an advantage in taijutsu
Name: Bijou Hoko (Tail Long-spear) Range: 10m Rank: C Orienation: Offensive Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: By focusing chakra into the tail, the user's tail will extend and sharpen to the point it can skewer opponents. This can also be used to deflect projectiles and swords.

Sound Sight Otosan Clan Blind, Sensitive, Altering Clan/ Kekei Genkai Background -Otosan clan began within the City Hidden in Darkness, a byproduct of twisted experiments that occurred during the Great War. Due to their cities lack of light, many of the ninja who came from the city were blind and unable to fight the bright attacks of the ninja in the upper world. But there was one clan who seemed to have a unique ability to fight the takeover none the less. This clan had developed a bat like sonar within their senses, a pattern of vibration given off their bodies that gave them a pulsing sight and allowed them to identify objects. This clan won its respects during the war, remaining hidden under the mountains. But a few younger ninja have ventured beyond the city, bringing with them their unique bloodline.
Clan/ Kekkei Genkai Description - The Otosan clan is blind, however their bloodline is a doujutsu derived off of sonic vibrations given off by objects and humans. Otosani clan members can then use this to help them identify ninja, and navigate through areas. These frequencies are ultrasonic, undetectable to all but their clan due to their highly sensitive ears which then translate the frequencies into a “sight” derived of sound. It is used so they can navigate regions and identify others. This superb hearing, however, can also be a downfall, for loud noises such as explosions can be disorienting due to their disruption of the vibrations, and leave the Otosan sensory deprived. As they grow to learn to use the abilities of this sight, they can alter the pitches to leave others under various effects. With this understanding of wave frequencies, Otoninja can learn Raiton and Suuton jutsu in two less posts than other ninja. Rules & Requirements - ● Members of this clan MUST be naturally blind. ● As with all bloodlines, the clan’s jutsu are limited by rank. ● Members of this clan are extremely noise sensitive. As such, explosions of any type leave you without sight for a single post. You can still hear, however, just not distinguish. ● You must have either Suiton, ototon, raiton, or Fuuton elemental affinities. ((Only one is required as a primary. The rest are optional.)) Cannot have Katon. ● Altering frequencies requires the use of jutsu. ● Your hearing sensitivity increases as you gain rank allowing for greater range. Genin (30meters), Chuunin(40m), special Jounin(50m),jounin (60m) Saanin (70m) ●You must submit a rp battle link to have this bloodline. Abilities - ● Members of this clan can identify people via their “aura”, the natural vibration they give off ● Due to their blindness, the Otosan clan is immune to genjutsu. ● Clan members may learn Raiton, Sound, and Suiton jutsu in two less posts than normal ninja. ((This bonus does. Not. Stack. With anything besides teaching master. ● Utalizing high pitches, they can alter others frequencies to create adverse effects. This requires jutsu. ●Members of this clan can speak to others using their vibrations. Others of the clan will understand, normal ninja (unless included) will not.
Clan/ Kekei Genkai Jutsu -
● Sound Sight- Passive Ability This allows the members of the Otosan clan to detect the frequencies which allow them to see. They can detect things within a range as determined by the rank rules and guidelines. If an explosion occurs this ability is disrupted as by the guidelines. Genin ● Sound Block: E-ranked The user can shut off their sensory ability for a few seconds in order to stop themselves from hearing, and therefore prevent the sound from an enemy explosion from damaging their otosan.. The cost however, is that you lose sight of everything else that was happening as well, and when the jutsu ends it cuts your "sight" range in half for two posts until it can regain all of it's hearing sensory back. Only requires one handseal to perform, and takes two posts to cool down, essentially the time it takes for your ears to recover. Genin ● Disorientation: D-ranked By using their chakra to manipulate an opponent’s frequency, they can cause their vision to waver. This is useful to avoid attacks and cause mild effects such as nausea and dizziness. Any opponents speed rank is cut by one rank. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts and cannot be used for 3 after it wears off. ●Sound Wave: D-ranked. The user of this jutsu claps their hands together to create a wave of sound. Like a wave of wind it can strike objects in the air and halt their progress. This jutsu also can be used to push opponents back 2m, but may not be used more than once every four posts. ● Echoing Steps: D-ranked The user can alter the frequencies of an area to conceal their own noise while echoing the sounds of an opponent’s movements. This allows them to move silently until they attack.
Chuunin ● Pitch of Hell: C-ranked This jutsu alters a frequency from ultrasonic to a high pitch squeak that can damage an opponents hearing temporarily (3 posts). This pitch can also be used against summons to negate physical attacks. ●Twenty-one gun salute: C-ranked This jutsu fires off seven balls of concentrated sound that are three meters across. They move much like wind jutsu and produce a low tone when fired. If an opponent is struck by one of these balls they can be thrown back several meters. ●Mimicry: C-ranked This jutsu alters a person’s frequency so that they take on the appearance and voice of another ninja. This disguise can be held up to 15 posts unless discovered.
Special Jonin ●Sound Wave- B ranked This jutsu creates a solid wave of sound that travels at medium speeds. This wall has the substance of earth and makes a middle tone C pitch when fired. It can be manipulated by the users chakra. ● Oto Shield: B-ranked This jutsu creates a shield made of sound around the user that can block all C-ranked and lower techniques. B-ranked techniques create an explosion. This shield can be maintained up to 4 posts. ●Slicing Current: B-ranked This jutsu creates a blast of slicing sound which covers an area of 3 meters wide and several hundred deep. This tunnels wind can cut flesh to ribbons, and slice through all defenses except doton. ●Sound Copy: B-ranked This jutsu creates a replica of the user that acts as a bushin. It can be independent of the user and acts like a shadow clone until destroyed. When its destroyed the clone bursts to create a wave which bursts ear drums if the opponent is close. ●Silent Fury- B-ranked This allows the user to move silently for up to 5 posts with an increased speed. During this brief period, if they manage to get in hand to hand combat range, they can alter an opponent’s frequency so that they are put into a genjutsu like state. By altering the pitch and frequency, they can control this world. This jutsu can be broken in the same way as genjutsu.
Jounin ●Torture of the Body: A ranked A burst of sound that alters a persons pitches to cause a series of pains to shift through their nerves on contact, causing pain similar to being cut by alcohol dipped knives. ●Dog Whistle: A ranked Most commonly used against animal summons this creates a frequency that is painful for animals to hear, immobilizing them for two posts.

Description: Developed originally by the third Raikage this kekkei genkai is an advanced elemental release. Essentially combining two elements Lightning and Water the user creates Storm Release. This combination allows them to create intensely powerful Raiton based techniques that otherwise would not be possible. Through this release also came the discovery of Black Lightning. A technique that is far more powerful than normal Lightning techniques it is only possibly through a secret Clan seal (A Lightning Kanji) that is placed on the user upon reaching the stage required to use such a technique.
Strengths: - Can Use Storm Release Techniques/Black Lightning Techniques - All Raiton Techniques are 1 rank stronger (Does Not Stack) - Shinobi's body is naturally resistant to Raiton ( All Raiton attacks of equal rank or lower rank Do 1/2 rank less damage) - -1 post when learning Lightning techniques (stacks with other posting bonuses)
Weaknesses:
- Wind Techniques do 1 more rank of damage when directly hit against the user. - Must have Lightning and Water Elements as two elemental slots - Learning Any other Element ( Katon, Fuuton, Doton) takes +2 posts (Stacks with other weaknesses) - Learning Taijutsu/Kenjutsu Style takes +1 post. (Stacks with other weaknesses)
Ability:
- All Clan Raiton techniques (Black Lightning techniques) can be in terms of power increased by 1 rank by water (either a natural large body) or a partners jutsu that is being used in combination (depending on the rank of the jutsu combined with it will depend on how much stronger it is). Opponents jutsu cannot be used to increase the potency of their attack.
- Advanced Elemental Achievement Storm Release/Black Lightning Technique
Stage two: This stage unlocks the Black Lightning techniques which are only accessible through the addition of Lightning Kanji. This Kanji can only be received at chunin level and must be given permission to receive by your Kage. Once received it seals the users Raiton chakra for 2 days and must be trained with for a total of 10 posts to reactivate it and achieve the Black Lightning techniques. Upon reaching this stage the user may select 5 normal Lightning Release techniques and training with them for 5 posts to turn them into Black Lightning techniques increasing their rank by 1 (this however only increases the chakra cost by half a rank rounded to the nearest whole number. Only one of these techniques can be S ranked.)
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Storm Release: Laser Pointer D-Ranked Description: The user will lift up any finger and fire a small bright beam about the with of said finger. The beam is not guided but can do heavy damage if direct contact is made. It's speed isn't that fast but if fire at close range it can be difficult to dodge.
Storm Release: Laser Clone D-Ranked Description: The user will form hand signs and a clone will step out of the user, this clone holds no purpose but as a distraction. When it disrupts an extremely bright flash of light easily able to temporarily blind a number of shinobi. It can't physically attack or cast jutsu simply just a technique used to distract the opponent momentarily or to allow the user time to escape.
Storm Release: Light Show C-Ranked Description: The user will clap both palms together after forming a hand sign forming a bright barrier that fairly durable especially against water and fire techniques. Only something with significant force such as earth or a strong wind attack will be sufficient to break the barrier with relative ease.
Storm Release: X-Ray C-Ranked Description: The user will form some hand signs and then crosses both arms in front of them as they begin the glow, the user will slash several times (3 max with each arm) sending out a wave of photon energy that can cut through most substances. These can be fired in rapid succession or slowly depending on the users preference. This techniques cutting power is extremely powerful as it can cut through most stone objects (able to penetrate roughly 1 foot) and some steel/metal objects (about 6 inches). This cannot cut through custom weapons, however things such as kunai and shuriken will be easily cut through.
Storm Release: Concentrated Beam B-Ranked Description: The user will lift up their hand with an open palm and fire off a since concentrated beam that can be guided using the hand that fired it. This beam is very concentrated and can do significant damage causing 3rd degree burns and concussive force when it connects with a person.
Lightning Release: Black Orb Technique B-Ranked Description: Focusing chakra into the users palms they creates a large black sphere of black lightning that can be used to A. Fire multiple small bursts of black lightning each one at the rank of C-ranked technique (maximum of only 3 shots). B. This technique can be fired into something causing a large explosion of Black Lightning to erupt outwards in all directions causing a radius of around 15 feet, the 5 foot epicenter causing extreme burns and concussive damage anything outside of there causes minor burning and electrocution.
Storm Release: Laser Shockwave B-Ranked Description: The user will form hand signs then slam their hands into the ground forming a concussive shockwave to erupt out in the desired direction. This attack is meant to be uses against many opponents to disrupt a combination or to destroy a great number of weaker opponents. It's a rather strong attack but can easily be dodged if it's aimed towards a single person. It's strength is in it's concussive force not it's speed, at close range it can be an incredibly tricky technique to avoid though.
Lightning Release: Black Strike A - Ranked Description: By focusing for a split second and simply extending their arm the user fires a bolt of that can be used for both long and short ranges. If fired at a long range and used to strike the opponent it will take the form of a bolt and deal powerful damage in that one area causing massive burns and powerful scorching. If used in a physical strike than the user will cause a wide spread dispersion of the lightning most likely paralyzing the intended target.
Storm Release: Full Laser Jacket A-Ranked Description: The user will coat their whole body in the photon energy allowing them to momentarily become basically indestructible. The resonating frequency of the photons allows the user to penetrate through most physical attacks, that and it excites the chakra flowing just inside them increasing the speed to the point of after images. The draw back is that it only lasts for a few moments (Two posts) and if used more than once in a battle tendons and muscles will be greatly strained or torn.
Ranton: Reizā Sākasu (Storm Release: Laser Circus) A-Ranked Description: The user creates several bright beams and shoots them at the enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from the user's hands as this technique is activated. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of missiles to a great amount to pin down an enemy. The maximum number of shots that can be fired from this technique is 10 (that was the number in the anime)
Storm Release: Eternal Rain S - Ranked Description: The user will form hand signs and then a large sphere highly concentrated of photons roughly two meters in diameter will form in their hand, the user will thrust it upwards causing it to fly up typically 40-50 meters before exploding in a very bright flash dispersing into around ten to twenty thousand small needles that the user can their manipulate to pierce whatever the user desires. The amount of chakra it requires to manipulate these allows it so that this technique has a heavy cost to those who decide to keep it active more than necessary. It costs a D-Rank amount of chakra to manipulate them each post after the initial post of manipulation.
Lightning release: Black Lightning Panther Rank: S Description: This technique creates a substantial amount of Black Lightning which takes the form of a panther-like creature that seems to emanate from the user's own body. It can be used to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them.This techniques is extremely fast as it moves very quickly (being a lightning attack) towards it's target. Anyone of Jonin rank will have difficulties keeping up with the speed of this technique and those below have almost no chance of even tracking it's movements. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water (Combining this technique with either a large body of water that is in the environment or an A ranked water technique will increase this techniques own potency by 1 rank). This technique can be used for a total of 2 posts the user controlling the panther forcing it to dart back and forth between opponents capable of hitting multiple targets in this manner. If directly hit by this technique the user will cause massive burns and extreme muscle cramping most likely making whatever part of the body hit no longer useable for the duration of the battle or until a medical shinobi is found.
Storm Release: Ole Romer S-Ranked Description: The user will put both hands together interlacing fingers except for the indexes, having them pressed together pointing out a small sphere of photons will form at the finger tips being about 4 inches in diameter. The user will then aim and release a photon beam that moves near to the speed of light, the beam itself is highly concentrated so that when it fires it doesn't dissipate. The kinetic energy from the photon beam is enough to penetrate pretty much anything making it so that as long as this attack is fire on target that target will have a hole on them, The drawbacks are that the user must take time to correctly concentrate the sphere (requiring a whole post of preparation before it's ready to be fired) secondly because of the force that is required to excite the photons this quickly the attack will either dislocate or break both arms in the user (Depending on skilled they are, Anbu and up will merely be dislocated below that arm will be broken upon using this technique) This technique was developed by the Darui himself and named after the danish astronomer who quantitavely measured the speed of light for the first time.
Lightning release: Black Lightning Finale Rank: SS Description: Focusing massive amount of black lightning into their body the user takes several minutes (an entire post) to build up the chakra and then in one single instant releases it outwards causing a huge explosion outwards. This technique creates a blast radius of about 300 feet causing massive electrocution to anyone caught inside it. Those within 30 feet of the user of this technique will likely not survive as the shock will be so much it will likely stop their heart. Anyone caught within the radius overall will likely be knock unconscious and suffer severe burns and electrocution requiring a high ranked medical shinobi to heal them. (this technique takes one post to charge before it may be used and it costs two S-ranked techniques worth of chakra to use. This technique causes strong burns to the user himself meaning that using it twice without medical attention will likely cause severe harm to the user)

It has produced several notable members who have held positions of high authority, such as Hokage, or membership in the Twelve Guardian Ninja. All known members have also been observed devotees of the Will of Fire, honor, and the respect of a warrior. Strengths:
⊱ Users of this Clan are known to easily master jutsu's above their time and rank. [ Can learn techniques +2 ranks higher than them. ] ⊱ Users of this Clan are titans of the Ninjutsu world. [ Should the user pick the path of the Ninjutsu-ist, they will gain an extra +15 chakra points. Is added to every base chakra pool of the user for every rank increase. Does not stack. ] ⊱ Amongst being Titans, they can learn Ninjutsu's at a rather accelerated rate. [ Gains - 2 post reduction, when it comes to the learning of Ninjutsu of the same rank. If the Ninjutsu is above the rank of the user, it will be a -2 post reduction, and if the Ninjutsu is of two ranks higher, they will be able to get a -1 jutsu reduction. ] ⊱ Like the legendary Sarutobi, the member of his Clan has a chance to learn many jutsu's. [ +10 to all jutsu's limits/ Increases with rank ]

Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
⊱ Raigō: Senjusatsu ( Welcoming Approach: Thousand-Armed Murder ) ⊱Type: Ninjutsu / Offensive - Defensive ⊱Description: The technique is activated when the user takes a specific stance with their left hand making a half-ram and then extending their right hand down with his palm parallel to the ground. Once the stance is taken, the spirit of the Thousand-Armed Kannon is summoned to defend the user, or attack their enemies. The spirit is normally calm, angelic and looks peaceful. However, whenever the user gets angry, the spirit turns red and transforms into a demonic-looking creature. Kannon then attacks the user's target with its 1000 spirit fists. The size and power of the spirit is dependent upon the skill of the user.
Although there are a couple things that are the same. Kannon fists are like that of a mortal one. They have no extra properties other than Kannon being able to fire out it's fists always a rank faster than the user. The strength will be representative of the user, but who needs a lot of strength when a barrage of fists are assaulting you all at once.
⊱Distance of Fists: This is mostly used as a defensive counter technique. Seeing as the user can't move while in this form, to keep the bond between Kannon and themselves open. With that being said, anywhere between 15ft to 20ft, is of radius of the Kannon.
⊱ Genin: Can only procure 200 fists. / Costs B-Rank Chakra and C-Rank Chakra for every additional use. Ushio Clan
The pinnacle of knowledge
The Ushio clan hails from four corners of the Land of Waves. The rain village, waterfall village, and mist village, and the moon village on Crescent Moon Island. This clan always has at least four families stationed in these villages because the clan is said to have made a pact with the first Mizukage to forever protect the three main villages of the Land of waves. The main house of the clan in kirigakure houses the scroll called the "silent treaty," the document which in fact was drafted in this pact, housing the signature of every Ushio who has become a shinobi. They are seen to all other clans as a clan who has seemed to obtain knowledge of jutsu thought to only be known to the gods. The clan members are almost always very intelligent, and they usually excel in one area of jutsu. For centuries the clan has passed information down to one another from the current head of the clan who would only teach one child at a time. This was the only problem however for this clan. The clan had a habit of not having very many males. Since the head of the clan was the only one allowed to teach the clan jutsu to the younger generation, the kids had to often battle each other to see who would be the next to learn. If the head of the clan died before you learned the clan jutsu, you did not learn any. However, this didn't stop the ones who didn't have the proper training to watch the others and attempt the jutsu on their own, however it was usually not as powerful or focused. The clan also had a problem of lower level clan members killing the head of the clan to gain more power. In actuality, the head of the clan is granted this status by a clan symbol chakra burn over the back of the neck (Near vocal chords) that is transferred by jutsu from one head of the clan to another that he sees fit. It signifies purity of spoken knowledge. Because of this clans kekkei genkai, they specialized in chakra control. They were known for having a little of an excess of chakra, but over centuries learned to mask their true chakra level. The clan has outcasted many of their own whom they did not see fit to learn the full extent of their bloodline trait, but it is fearsome even on its base level. Some say the bloodline is the land of water's way of combating Konohagakure's own Uchiha clan's Sharingan. Since the Uchiha's sharingan allows them to copy jutsu they see, the Ushio clan was said to have been created from the strongest of four clans of water to keep some of the Land of Water's jutsu hidden. Most of their clan jutsu are more honed and powerful versions of water jutsu at their purest and most refined form.
Ability: The Ushio clan's kekkei genkai is called, Ina Hassei Ryouken no-jutsu (Literally, no speaking thought Jutsu), or "Unspoken Jutsu." By controlling internal chakra flow to the brain and vocal chords, the user is allowed to perform jutsu without speaking the necessary commands by tricking neural impulses into firing without movement. At the Chuunin level, clan jutsu do not require hand seals. This bloodline limit is not without its weaknesses though. Because you are controlling and using internal chakra while attempting an external jutsu that also requires chakra, the bloodline trait requires double the chakra. Because of this, despite this clans usually higher level of chakra, it is not something they use throughout a battle. It is mainly used in order to gain enough of an upper hand to defeat an opponent, or for stealth. It is said however that when the jounin level is reached, a well of untapped chakra is opened, showing the true hidden extra chakra reserves the ninja had all along, but could not access because of their limited knowledge. It can definitely be said that these clan members are intuitive beyond belief. They begin to adapt quickly to the fighting styles of opponents, and once a technique has been used against them in battle, the opponent will find it useless to try that tactic again. They pride themselves on being battlefield tacticians, capable of discerning what needs to be done in the area to quickly dispatch of anyone usually before the first move is made. Some wonder if this type of knowledge is a sixth sense, but the clan has openly declared that one cannot understand what they cannot perceive. In other words, their abilities are far beyond the realm of normal comprehension.
Strengths: - Great Chakra Control - Higher Level of perception (Although their eyes cannot follow, their minds can. Meaning they can often counter or block before they even realize it) - Can perform jutsu without hand seals
Weaknesses: - All the water jutsu are severely weak against lightning jutsu of equal or lesser rank. Frozen touch jutsu however is only weak to lightning jutsu of one rank higher or more due to the fact that it is an ice jutsu. Unspoken jutsu until Kage level always require at least double the chakra for jutsu of equal rank. - MUST have "Chakra Control" as a ninja type. - MUST have suiton as one of their elements.
A droplet in the well of knowledge: At Academy Level you are but a drop in the well of wisdom which at this time seems infinite. You dwell on the top layer of the still waters, with the knowledge but not within it. In short, only time can take you deeper into the well. All unspoken jutsu cost double the chakra to use at this stage. An academy student won't use this more than three times in one battle by an academy student Ushio.
A splash in the well of knowledge: At Genin Level although you are a large part of a cohesive whole that is the well of knowledge, you have yet to fully embrace it. You are quick-witted, and often hard to follow, but inexperience has left you somewhat less knowledgeable than you'd like to be. All unspoken jutsu except for first three academy level jutsu cost double the chakra. All clan jutsu without seals at this stage cost double the chakra as well. A genin may use at maximum six times in one battle.
A puddle in the well of knowledge: At Chuunin Level you are recognized as being more than just residing in the well of knowledge, but finally one with it. It is at this point that your thoughts begin to become processed too quickly for anyone at or below your rank to even understand. Your tactfulness in battle begins to know no bounds. Academy level unspoken jutsu do not require handsigns for the normal chakra cost. All chuunin level unspoken jutsu require double the chakra, double and a half(2.5x Round to nearest whole number) if attempting genin level techniques without handsigns. Usually used twelve times in battle at maximum. Clan jutsu require no handsigns for no extra chakra cost at this stage.
Mímisbrunnr: At Jounin Level you are said to embody the well of knowledge. You are exponentially more tactile than anyone of your rank, and your process of thinking is too quick and free flowing for others to comprehend quickly. Chuunin level uspoken jutsu require no handsigns at double the chakra. Genin and under do not cost double the chakra. Jounin level jutsu cost 2.5x the chakra to use (Round to Nearest Whole Number). Usually used by a jounin freely (roughly 24 times in one battle), use unlimited for those who train directly under the head of the clan (for twenty posts within 24 hours).
The Waters of Mímameiðr's Roots: At Sannin Level your knowledge is said to be gained from the earth itself, and thus the tree of life which supports it. There is rarely fault in whatever words you speak, and your nature is as calm as the stillest waters which lay under the tree. All sannin level jutsu require no handsigns for 3x the chakra, chuunin level jutsu require no handsigns at a normal chakra cost. Jounin level requires double the chakra for using jutsu without hand seals. Use is limitless in battle for jounin level and under jutsu. If attempting a sannin level jutsu with no handsigns, it can only be done twice in one battle.
The Well Which Feeds Mímameiðr: At Kage Level it is said that your thoughts feed the tree of life itself on a conscious level. You are one with all that is knowledgeable, and your word commands attention. All Jutsu can be done without hand signs for double the amount of chakra, and 3x the amount for kage level jutsu. Jounin level and higher require normal the chakra use with handsigns. Limitless use.
Mímir: At Kage Level and the Current head of clan, there is said to be a gap of knowledge too infinite to be explained. That is why this figure is called Mímir, the man for which his knowledge was so revered, Norse God Odin carried his head around after he was beheaded in order to heed his wisdom. All jutsu can be done without hand signs for the normal chakra cost. Use is limitless. Vocal chords begin to burn if head of clan status is not transferred after thirty years. Your bloodline limit stays at the same rank, you are just not the head of the clan, and you revert to having to use handsigns for kage level jutsu unless willing to use 1.5x the chakra to use them without handsigns.
Be aware that even though you may not be speaking, higher level ninja can recognize a jutsu based on its handsigns alone. Also, to become the current head of the clan, you must ask to first train all jutsu directly under the head of the clan (Five Posts for each rank of all the jutsu), and at the end of this, the head of the clan may give you a task to complete before giving you the clan mark. Finally, every Ushio clan member MUST have water as one of their elements, although it doesn't have to be the main one.
Clan Jutsu:
Ushio Style:Oshi-Ten Dageki: This form of taijutsu is a pressure point technique aimed specifically at rupturing, blocking, and redirecting blood flow from blood vessels, and the movement of blood itself. This type of attack is used in order to paralyze limbs, as well as cause unnoticed internal bleeding (Ten Posts If A vital organ has been hit). The most powerful technique is the Five Point Impact which redirects flow from all main ventricles from the heart, back into the heart itself, causing it to explode in five minutes (three posts). It is said to be the precursor to the pressure point style of the hunter-nin of Kirigakure.
Takai Chikaku (High Perception) D-S Rank: Beginning at the genin level, the clan member's level of perception flourishes. Although incapable of witnessing most quick attacks, their mind often reacts faster than they do. This is due in part to the fact that their chakra is linked to their neural system. Because the rate that neural impulses fire is 127 m.p.h, Ushio's tend to be capable of dodging attacks, or even calculating counter-attacks in fractions of a second. Although not classified as a jutsu because of the nature of it, an Ushio is capable of increasing the chakra flow in their neurons in order to rapidly speed the process without a cost of chakra. In other words, they're capable of a sixth sense. At the genin level, it is something very difficult for them to perceive the concept of doing, and can only speed them up in order to block or dodge 1 attack in a battle from someone no more than 1 rank above them. At chuunin this goes up to 1-3 attacks. At Jounin, 1-4. At saanin/kage level, 1-6 attacks can be effectively blocked or dodged. The drawback to this technique is that after three consecutive blocks, there is a cool down period of five posts so that the neurons do not become destroyed after such rapid movements. Note: Although fast, taijutsu or weapon styles which specifically state rapid speed movements cannot be blocked or dodged by this alone at any stages past the 6th (Or the second to last stage. Basically, if a normal sharingan can't see it, neither can you.)
Tsunami Tama no-jutsu (Tsunami Sphere Jutsu) E-S Rank: From academy level until chuunin level, a source of water is needed for this jutsu. This jutsu creates a sphere of water that cascades like the sea during a tsunami. It requires a medium level of chakra to pull the water and hold the large amount of pressurized water in ball form. When it hits a person, if controlled and kept together, it can cut the person's skin, and at jounin level can even rip through steel like torrential water. If let go on contact, or at a distance, it explodes, sending the person spiraling backwards or upwards. It sends them flying ten feet with minor wounds at academy level, at genin it breaks bones (1-4 max), and at chunin it rips flesh. Once again at jounin level, it can even rip/slice through steel like torrential water. At Kage/Sannin level it is capable of ripping through crystals as strong as diamond like butter. Can hurt both ninja severely if other ninja uses Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique). Must have learned Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) in the academy to use this technique.
Mizu Mira-tsukekae no-jutsu (Water mirror replacement jutsu) D-Rank: A displacement jutsu where the user creates a wall of water in front of them that when hit by a projectile or gone through, switches the places of the two ninja, or the path of a projectile weapon. Can't be used until genin level since it distorts space and projectile paths. Until chuunin level, it only replaces projectile attacks, and needs a water source equal to the user's front body. At chuunin level, it can switch the positions of two ninja when one is even attacking as long as he puts a limb through the wall. At jounin level, it can switch the place of two ninja if the other ninja used a chuunin level or lower elemental jutsu. Can switch any attack at Kage level. Weak to fire jutsu of one rank higher.
Mizu Hebi-Kengotsu (Water snake fist jutsu) C-Rank: Using a water source until jounin level, water snakes around the user's hands and extends ten feet outward in the shape of large hands. This jutsu constantly chews a small amount of chakra, and as the level increases, so does it's reach. Extends 20 ft. for chuunin, and 30 ft. for jounin. For higher levels, more chakra equals more reach. Can be used in conjunction with Touketsu-Tacchi for devastating effect at jounin level and up. Severely weak against lightning jutsu since if hit by electricity, it can electrify the user's arms. Must have learned Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) in the academy to use this technique.
Touketsu-Tacchi (Frozen Touch jutsu) B-Rank: For elementals of wind and water only. The user's hands emit a cold white mist. If the user touches a body part for five seconds, it begins to freeze. If a person is held onto for a minute and a half at the jounin level (2 Posts), the opponent is completely frozen. One minute at kage/densetsu level (1 Post). The cold mist is chakra that is actually burning cold instead of hot (which means this chews at your chakra overtime). If used with water snake fist, at the jounin level, the water hands could have the jutsu as well. Severely weak against lightning jutsu.
Mizu-Seishi (Water Control Jutsu) S-Rank: Only taught to the future head of the clan already marked with the clan crest. Can only be used at the jounin level and higher. It is a last resort, or battle ending jutsu that requires complete control and a large amount of chakra. It allows the user to puppet an opponents body using the water inside of them. You can even seize the water in their body upwards, and cause them to drown internally. However, certain parts of the opponents body can move if you are hurt enough, don't have plenty of chakra, or are tired already. At Kage level, the ninja can pull the water out of the person's body, ripping them to shreds and killing them. Also at Kage level, can control the water in the wood frames of puppets used by puppet masters of at least one rank lower.Must have learned Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) in the academy to use this technique.
