Without any warning whatsoever, a great arc of flame burst in the center of the room, igniting everything within range. In the center stood the One Winged Angel, Sephiroth, Swordsman Supreme, stood amongst the flames, a look in his eyes that promised death to all that opposed him. "Kaizen Minoru.........It seems you have activated your blade......." Sephiroth said, while at the same time snapping his fingers, dispelling the illusionary fire.

Sephiroth stared intently at the boy, his gaze never wavering. Now that the power of the sword had come to light, perhaps it was now time to tell the truth. The truth about everything. "You speak of the sword, boy? Of all people in this world, I would know of that blade, for I am it's creator." Sephiroth said, his voice firm and strong. "You have unlocked it's potential, the ability to call forth the elements of this world to alter the blade to your design. I'm quite proud of how far you've come, Kaizen Minoru. But still, you have a long way to go until you master the blade and the elements. That is why I will show you how to control it, so you may grow to be one of the strongest shinobi in this world, so that you.......will carry the legacy of the one winged angel."

Without warning, sephiroth disappeared and reappeared behind Kaizen, his hand crackling with electricity as he slammed his palm into Kaizen's back and cried "Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu!" Electricity raced through his arm and into Kaizens body, shocking him all over. To kaizen it might seem that he was being betrayed, but in actuality, Sephiroth was forcing the Houkou to intervene and ave this boys life by giving him the ability to resist electricity. If Sephiroth could succeed in that, then their training would be a hell of a lot easier.

Sephiroth would have smiled in amusement, but did not simply because Sephiroth never smiles. "I'm sure you felt it, boy. The blast lessened, the pain faded. I helped you resist, and I'll prove it. Try this." Sephiroth then made a few quick handseals and said "Raiton: Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu!" A bolt of electricity arced out of Sephiroths body and took on a corporeal form next to him, creating a perfect clone of Sephiroth. "The Raiton Bunshin, a clone composed purely of inner lightning. I want you to try this, and tell me if you felt any pain."

Sephiroth simply gave a small "hmph" as he gestured to the clone, as if it were some sort of proof that he wasnt lying. "Now do you understand. I am here to show you how to control your elements, right now, being the ability to call forth lightning. You have a feel for it, use it on that sword again.....now, boy!" Sephiroth commanded, drawing Masamune from its sheath as fast as if it were a small dagger, stopping the blade so close to the side of Kaizen's head that small strands of his white hair fell to the ground beneath him. If that wasnt enough motivation, Sephiroth..........he had other methods.

Sephiroth's facial expression was that of amused satisfaction, but it showed like all his facial expressions: a deadpan scowl. With a flick of his wrist Sephiroth brought the Masamune up to blck his body, the lightning bolt hitting the bottom of the blade and arcing upward to the tip, blasting a hole in the ceiling when it was released. "Hmph. Is that the BEST you can do? Hurl lightning? That bolt wouldnt have killed a mouse, much less a human. Now draw your other blade, boy, and see.....if you can do better!" Sephiroth said as he brought the masamune down in a downward chop, something easily contered by a crossblock of two swords, which Kaizen could do. Sephiroth could only hope that he would figure it out in time.

Metal screeched and sparks flew as Sephiroth ran his sword down the length of Kaizen's blade, throwing Kaizen off balance and coming down hard to Knock Kaizen's Wakizashi out of his hand. "Hmm.........clever. If your opponent had not been me, you would have suceeded. I believe you are ready for your exams with your swordplay. It's time to master your ninjutsu." Sephiroth said, his voice containing a commanding aura that said 'Dont F&ck with me.'

Making a few handseals, Sephiroth extended lines of electricity from his fingers, the static strings technique. This jutsu here is great for setting traps, creating string, or any other use you can find for it." He then made a few more seals, causing his body to glow brightly with Raiton Chakra. "And this jutsu, the Yurayura Ranpu, can be used to send signals, or even blind your opponent at close range. Try it." Sephiroth then stepped back, awaiting Kaizen to try the jutsus.

Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.

Sephiroth just kept his eternal scowl on his face and did not respond to Kaizen's question. Instead, he turned to the lightning clone he had already made, created a long string of handseals, then watched as the clone exploded in a burst of electricity. Turning back to Kaizen's now shocked expression, Sephiroth simply began to lecture. "Using your Raiton Bunshin, you are able to create great detonations that can seriously harm an opponent, possibly paralyzing them. What I want you to do is make a link to your chakra and your raiton bunshin, then by overloading the clone with raiton chakra, make it explode."
