Koteh nodded his head seriously, and slowly took his hand off the axe. There was no need to kill Kaiten--not yet.

Koteh nodded his head. He gazed at Kai, and Yamatano, for a few seconds. He knew why he was here to train, why were they.
"May I ask, why do you want to beomce a shinobi?"

Kaizen smiled sadly at the question, turning his head toward the sea, his stark white eyes seeming to look beyond the cresting waves. "I fight... no I live so that I may see the dreams of those that came before me fulfilled." Turning back to Koteh with a smile, Kai asked "how about you, Koteh? Why have you chosen to walk the Path of the Shinobi?""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me" (oh yeah, I totally just put the name of the guild in there, *pumps fist*) blaugh

Riku was the only one to not join in on the other students' chatting, nor did he greet the new student. Instead, he stood at the edge of the beach, and practiced freezing the waves before they could reach his feet.

LT saw as another boy walked up the beach. "One of you students show the new boy how to do the jutsu you just learned. And hurry up with it." LT sighed as he turned around to face the ocean so no one could see his face and he took a quick swig from his coffee. LT fixed his kakashi like mask covering his face. He decided on the next jutsu for the students to learn and turned back around to face the group. "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!" LT called out, he formed the hand signs slowly so the boys could all see. As he finished a clone formed out of the water puddles on the beach. "Did you you all get that? If you did, use this next jutus on your water clone. Uo Tsuba!" Once again LT formed another set of hand signs slowly and he spat out a jet of water from his mouth knocking the water clone he formed, directly in the face, destroying the clone.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

"Alright! More Jutsu!" Yamatano quickly made the Handseals, and focused his chakra into the water, forming a clone. Or, what was supposed to be a clone, but just looked like a big bloated Yamatano that popped and splashed everyone. "Ehehe, too much chakra, I guess." he apologized as he went through the handseals again and, with more focus and less chakra, created a solid clone of water. "Hey sensei, I did it!" Yamatano cried. "Oh and, just a random question, but, when can I get a mask too?"

Kai nodded to LT and made the hand-signs for the Mizu Soujuu technique, closing his eyes as he did so. He then called out clearly, "Mizu Soujuu no Jutsu!", opening his eyes as he did so. His eyes were no longer stark white as they had been when he had closed them, they had once again turned a bright sapphire blue. Water rose from a nearby puddle and began swirling around Kaizen as he smiled over at Koteh. "Did you get that?", he asked politely."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

This was different from any other Justu he had learned so far, because the jutsu had to come from him, rather than use his chakra to manipulate something else. Yamatano built up chakra in his chest, made the handseals, then forced it up his throat and out his mouth in a spray of water which made his clone go pop. "Awesome," he thought as he built up more chakra, and, with an evil grin, sprayed again, this time in three short bursts aimed at kai.
(But will he dodge in time?!?!?)

Riku quietly observed LT's demonstration, but after it was over he walked over to Koteh instead of practicing like the other students. "You haven't missed very much." Riku told him. "The only jutsu you missed was Water Manipulation. It's pretty much what it sounds like. Use your chakra to influence the surrounding water. You can move it, boil it, or even freeze it in very small amounts." Riku demonstrated by bringing his arms in towards himself, making the waves of the ocean push much further across the shore.

After showing Koteh the jutsu, Kai ran through the new hand-seals that LT had shown them and said calmly, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu". He focused on the water that was swirling around his body and poured chakra into it. Once he had done that he drew the water out and used his chakra to form a humanoid form out of it, much like he usually did when creating a regular clone. But once it was formed it simply looked like a human shaped mass of water, no distinguishing features at all. [1/2]
Kai thought about what he had done and what the problem could be. After a few moments of thought he realized what the problem was. I have to give it an image to copy of course!, Kai thought to himself happily. Working on jutsus allowed Kai to forget about his parents, forget about the village, forget about everything except the jutsu, and how to perform it.
Moving quickly through the hand-signs, Kai formed a thin coating of chakra over all of his body before calling out, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!"He then quickly forced the chakra that had surrounded his body into the water that surrounded him still, letting the chakra pass through and carry water along with it onto the ground. From there the water began to take shape rising up and swirling around until finally, standing there right in front of Kaizen, was a mirror image of himself. But something was still off, it's eyes were a stark white. But everything else is so perfect, what's wrong with the eyes?, Kai thought to himself. Turning to LT Kai said, "Sensei, why don't its eyes match mine?"[2/2 mizu bunshin learned] "I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

As Kaizen turned towards LT he saw Yamatano's jutsu sailing towards him, but there was no time to dodge. The water hit him straight in the chest, luckily the technique wasn't too powerful, it felt more like a light shove, more uncomfortable than painful. Rubbing his chest Kai smiled over at Yama as he said, "Hey now, that wasn't nice. But hey now that I have your attention do you think you could tell me what's up with my clone? I can't get the eyes to match." While Kai had been speaking his eyes had begun to shift from blue to white, until by the end of his statement he was staring at Yama with pure white eyes."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

"Aww cmon Kai, I was just having fun!" he said with a grin, although internally his mind was racing. "Aww crap, his eyes are changing colors. It must be the Gobi's influence. I-I better tell him the truth about his eyes but make up a reason for it."
"Well, Kaizen, theres nothing wrong with the clone, It's eyes are the same color as your's. But, didn't you have grey eyes before? That means something changed the color of them.........wait! werent you thrown through that fire tornado?"
