Kanzuki watched as Yamtano performed his and realized he must have been using too much chakra, " Bunshin No Jutsu" he said as another clone popped out but this one was his exactly like him this time.

(being a chakra control nin, i take two less posts to learn jutsus so I only need to write up one, but usually an academy level jutsu would take 3 posts to learn; i'm just going to assume you want it to be roughly 3-5 sentences. btw do you think we could move to the training grounds for Yamatano, i don't think he gets a bonus to learning)
Kai watched as LT made the hand-seals and he recognized the jutsu before LT had completed it, recognizing it as one of the jutsus that his father had been helping him with, the clone jutsu. Kai had already put a lot of practice into memorizing the different seals that jutsus required to focus chakra for jutsus correctly. Though he had never actually formed a clone he was pretty sure he knew what to do; as he quickly formed the necessary hand-seals Kai forced chakra to flow in a quick burst traveling from the center of his chest to the tips of his fingers, flowing through every part of his body until POOF! Kai looked to his right and saw a perfect image of himself smiling back. Both Kais turned toward LT and smiled as they said simultaneously, "What's next, Sensei?"

(QUIT YOUR BITCHING!!! scream Just do longer posts!!!)
They were average leaners in LT's eyes but he would have to take it slow to begin with. "Here is the next genjutsu, just for you knuckle heads. Fukushi no Jutsu!" With this jutsu it was easy to walk up to each of the confused boys and whack them on the head.
Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique) Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.

Kanzuki had had the jutus used on him by his father before, that doent mean he was anymore use to hit as he got hit on the head. Shrugging the hit off, he preformed the hands signs that he saw LT preform and faced his clone," Fukushi no Jutsu " he said. The clone then proceeded to freak out, "Woah man, there are like two of you at the moment....wow there is two of everything ...ha ha this is pretty cool." the clone laughed as he the real Kanzuki let out a sigh, well atlest he knew it worked.

"Awright! more jutsu!" Fukushi no Jutsu!" Yamatano cried as he made the handseals. Unfortunatly, he made a wrong seal, and ended up casting the jutsu on himself. He looked around, noticing that there was four of everyone. "Woah, you guys just got really good at bunshin no jutsu, didnt ya?" he said.

Kai grabbed at his head as his eyes re-focused so that he could actually see clearly again. He shook his head once more, clearing his head so that he could effectively perform the jutsu; he ran through the hand-seals once committing them to memory and readying himself to perform them quickly in sequence. He focused jutsu into his own eyes, and then quickly performed the hand-seals, crying out "Fukushi no Jutsu", as he did so. The clone began to sway back and forth, reaching with its hands towards Kai, but going wide to the right. [1/1]

"Sir, Captain Demascus has been here all morning and I believe there are three genin in your room, and for some reason they crawled through here with bowls of Ramen."
"Nikko seems to be at it aga--..."
"And Lord Kage, there is a band of rogues in the country-side that have been reported to be stealing from houses."
"Let a squad of genin deal with that."
"The village is in order, however construction has come to a grinding hault, it seems your sensei didn't really leave you much in the budget for the completion of any new buildings."
"...I see." As the woman continued to speak to Luo as he walked through the halls, signing documents and putting on the necessary robe and hat, Luo wondered to himself what Zane was doing at that exact moment. He hoped that as he was supposed to have taken the Kazekage position, he was enduring the fresh hell Luo was going through at that time.
Being his second week in office, Luo was finding it difficult to spread himself thin between his usual training regime, meditation, keeping his clan in order, and the country as well. Furthermore, his sensei and former Mizukage, regretted to retire his position in the best of conditions. It seemed Luo had a lot of work on his shoulders. What he didn't need however, was this woman, this secretary as it would seem, screeching in his ear like a harpie with a kunai through her side. However, being just 19 and as respectful as he was, he didn't have the heart to tell her to shut up because she was giving him the headache from hell.
"....Sir.....sir, are you even listening? I swear for a kage, you sure are absent minded."
Stopping short of his slightly ajar door, Luo sighed to the woman who had been talking the whole time he found himself lost in thought. It seemed, he needed to get better at multitasking between thoughts and conversation. He wondered if he was capable. Calmly speaking to the woman, Luo laced his words with the lightest of smiles, to hide his slight detestation of the woman's voice every morning.
"We should invest in our mountain resources such as coal and mineral deposits, when am I going to test the genin, and what am I going to do about relations between Kiri and Konoha because the council wants to know. Now, I'm assuming that by that look on your face, you've realized I was at least some-what paying attention. Now, I'd appreciate it if you didn't comment on my aloofness as if you have cared for me since birth. I will figure these things out Mrs. Kanai, I assure you. The counselors will be pleased with all of my decisions. Now please, leave me be."
With a sigh and a bow, the woman turned down the corridor and headed down the stairs. Opening his door, Luo sighed once more, passing through the group. As if by nature, Luo's left hand stretched out to his desk as he picked up a cup of coffee left by LT, and continued to the window behind his desk, staring down at the village. "Kirigakure. Even in this mist, the morning light plays upon its people as a sign of good fortune."
Turning back around, Luo sat on his desk having finished his coffee. Staring at the group from under his hat, and finally side-glancing LT, Luo muttered, "Wouldn't a training ground be more suitable for this than my office? Oh, and don't forget to teach the academy students your method of performing the jutsu before you make them attempt it. At least in that manner, they have a visual of what they're aiming to do."
