Pic: Name:Tanabata (the clan symbol was too small) Description: This clan has been hidden for years, they seem to have powers beyond imagine. these powers are powers from constellations, in which all have unique abilities. because of this, star gazers of all kinds are in this clan. this clan is a neutral clan, for they go in all villages, and tend to rather where they please. they can appear out of nowhere.. so people believe that this clan has a gigantic tunnel system throughout the ninja world, in which is quite true. it is a gigantic city underground, and all lead to other ninja villages. these tunnels are only known by neutral groups, in which can prove them quite useful. the Tanabata clan is also known for its amazing technology and scientific discoveries, in which helped figure a way to make kunais and other metallic items in an alarming rate. because of this, they usually excel as a shinobi. though known all of this, the clan likes the hidden star village the most, and is where the main tunnel of the clan is hidden. the clan leader is usually determined on whom is the greatest at making choice and whom loves paperwork O.o Strengths: their stamina is higher and their bloodline tends to heal them. stores chakra and stamina for their team members. anything heavenly and pure they can absorb some chakra from. Also from the fact they can use the tarento/tarento 2.0 from birth, in which they are born with. Weaknesses: They cant be by themselves, for their jutsus wont work well, all members can get distracted by music, demon chakra can hurt people very badly if they have tarento 2.0, three people are only allowed tarento 2.0. (the leader, the youngest, and the teacher) ten people only allowed to gain this bloodline. Ability: Jutsu Name: Tarento Rank: C rank, though can create use of higher techniques Range: arms length Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu/medical Effect: this jutsu makes a person from the Tanabata clan able to use it's celestial jutsus. it also is capable of restoring a person's charkra/stamina when low (besides user). these eyes also have a minor healing effect, in which heal small cuts and bruises. this eye is very common, though it is rare that the second stage appears. Jutsu Name: Tarento 2.0 Rank: C rank, though can create use of higher techniques Range: also arms length Type: Supplementary? Class:Ninjutsu Effect: this justu makes a person from the Tanabata clan have an even greater set of celestial jutsus, and the effects of the eye is greatened. ( the chakra restore perfects, and the healing is just as good as a medical ninja though only can be used at end of battle) plus having the use of tarento's special jutsus! Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:these requires tarentoJutsu Name: Power of Andromeda Rank: ( B rank Range: 50 meters... Type: Defensive Class: Ninjutsu, Effect: This jutsu is capable of causing Andromeda's celestial chains to wrap around the enemy. this jutsu can hold down almost anything... though mostly hunter-nins use this to capture a viloent criminal when their paralyzing justu didn't affect the criminal. Jutsu Name: Power of Charmaeleontis Rank: C rank Range: none Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu Effect: This jutsu is capable of harnessing Charmaeleontis's power of changing into anything you see. it's the best use for spy missions and replaces the need of a transformation jutsu. Jutsu Name: Power of Circinus Rank: C rank Range: none Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: this jutsu makes it impossible to get lost. Circinus grants the user to have an internal compass, so the person always knows which way is north, east, west and south, and at some points can tell you how far until you get where your going! Jutsu Name:Power of Pegasus Rank: B rank+ Range: 20 feet from user Type: Defensive Class: Timed Summon Effect: This jutsu makes a Pegasus appear, whom in which have flying capabilities and unbreakable wings. it is similar to a summoning, but has a timed limit. duriation: 2 posts Jutsu Name: Power of Draco Rank: B rank+ Range: none Type: Offensive Class: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Effect: This jutsu makes the person become covered in scales, and a pair of dragon's wings. this boosts their defense, fire based jutsu, and makes them able to fly. this doesnt last long though. duriation: 4 posts Jutsu Name: Cassiopeia's rule Rank: C rank Range:70 feet... Type: Supplementary? Class: Ninjutsu, Effect: I designed this jutsu to be funny, like pies falling from the sky or pants falling down. I'll make 20 senarios for you: 1: raining pies 2: pants falling 3: turns weapons on both sides into balloon weapons 4: Switch everyones voices 5: ground turns to strawberry jelly 6: flying pigs 7: target uncontrollably screams " I LOVE PINEAPPLES!" 8: turns weapons to goo 9: everyone starts speaking gibberish, but understands each other but the target 10: person randomly sings opera 11: all the the clones in 1/2 km from user looks like chuck norris or paris hilton. 12: has a strange craving for disgusting foods 13: turns stunned and makes the target wish he/she was a ninja (though they are ones already, they just forgot for 2 posts) 14: confetti appears everywhere 15: target turns to a mime stuck in the invisible box ( I so want that to happen to my charater) 16: everything the person touches turns to milk and says 'moo' (besides people and animals they only say MOO!) 17:the person gets covered in honey and feathers. 18:when the user uses jutsu they smell rotten eggs. (lasts 2 days of jutsu use) 19: target starts singing a naruto theme song (any of them...this could drive someone insane at some point.) 20: target Takes the powder from Fun Dip, throw it at people and say, "Evil begone!" Jutsu Name: Columba's light Rank: B Range:around 20 feet Type: Defensive Class:Genjutsu Effect: this jutsu makes thouands of doves to appear out of nowhere, and a bright light to appear. this makes it easier to gain light in a certain area, blind, and make a quick getaway. Jutsu Name: Libra's judgement Rank: D Range: none Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: Tthe first thing it does is what the master of tatical shinobi can do with ease (like kages and ANBU) in their heads, but imagine Chunin or Jounin doing this. the second thing it does is if the user has lower chakra than the target, it would make the user and the target have the same amount, by either absorbing chakra or losing it. these require tarento 2.0Jutsu Name: Call of the Sagitta Rank: A rank + Range: how big is a storm cloud? Type: Offensive Class: Ninjutsu, Summon Effect: This jutsu creates a simple storm cloud, though instead of raining, thousands apon thousands of arrows come from it. Jutsu Name: Call of Triangulum Australe Rank: B Range: 8 feet Type: Defensive Class: barrier Effect: This jutsu is a barrier, in which nothing gets in or out, though user can go in and out freely. it is capable of paralyzing. (What I meant of this the target couldnt move inside the barrier after awhile. ) Jutsu Name: Call of Scutum Rank: C rank Range: about 10 cm... yes you read right. Type: Defensive Class: barrier Effect: this jutsu is hidden, and creates an invisible barrier wall between the user and the opponent. if the opponent throws anything, it will get stuck in the barrier, though it would seem like it stopped in mid air, making the opponent assume that the user is magnetic. Jutsu Name: Call of Horologium Rank: C rank Range:7 feet Type: Offensive Class: Taijutsu Effect: What it does with the target is drain it's speed, and make the drained speed stack on the speed the user already has. for instance, if a Tanabata uses this jutsu their target would slowdown, and as the target slowed down, the tanabata would speed up just as much. Jutsu Name: Call of Scorpius Rank: B rank Range: slightly off the skin, and in it! Type:Defensive Class:Taijutsu Effect: This jutsu makes the user have very poisonous skin. if the user uses it longer than the duritation, they will get poisoned. the poison first get's the target sick, similar to a tiny poisoning, though to much it could kill. stomach ache would be first slight touch and the deadly would start killing the target the same time that it takes to have the jutsu wear off. duration: 5 posts. Jutsu Name: Call of Ursa Major Rank: S Range: none Type: Offensive Class: Taijutsu Effect: This jutsu makes the user become insanely strong, fast and their fingers become giant claws, in which can cut through iron like butter! though this can become life threatening, for it strains the bones in the body. duritaion: 7 posts Jutsu Name: Call of Gemini Rank: A/S rank Range: 5 feet Type: Offensive, Defensive Class: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Summon Effect: This jutsu is simple. this makes the opponet's move home back on them. if taijutsu, a pair of small twin sisters, use the taijutsu at the same time against the oppenent. [Foreword: None of this is totally my creation...it was pretty much copy-pasted from offsite. So don't b***h to me about the background, just tell me how I can edit it for this RP. A lot has been edited that would seem God-moddy, for example, originally, the taijutsu stance would slow down opponents for a little while when it was activated. Also, the image IS my creation, and probably one of my worst GIMP jobs ever, so don't knock it. At least it works. I was rushed, and yeah, it doesn't TOTALLY match the description, but hey. I needed a picture.] Pic: Raikou Hira eyeName: Raite Clan Description: The clan has been traced back all the way to leaf village, to another clan: The Hyuuga Clan. The founder, Yin Hyuuga, was a complete failure in the clan, and left village to find his own way to perfect himself. In this is came to the Hidden Cloud Village to start anew.
In this, he developed his lightning chakra within himself, and began to mesh the Hyuuga clan with it, to form a new style. In this, he transformed the Byagukan to emit lightning and sense the nervous system around someone's body. Because of this, it made it so that the 360 degree vision was unattainable, and chakra points became invisible. But the Hyuuga taijutsu mastery and accuracy still flowed strong, but they gained a new type of vision is to see that of the entire nervous system of the body, and it still does with all the members that continue on today.Strengths:- Accurate attacks - Can stun an enemy - Fast attacks - One can see the enemy from afar with it.Weaknesses: - Relies heavily on close combat - Relies heavily on jutsus and chakara - Doesn't have the advantage in vision Byakugan gives - Rather restricted in what it can do - Similarities to Byakugan makes it easy to fight against, if one's fought a Hyuuga in the pastAbility: Kekkai Genkai: Raikou Hira Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: - Kekkai Genkai: Raikou HiraWhen activated, your pupil emits a very small spark not seen by the human eye. It then forms a diamond shape, and spins around the whole time this is activated. While doing this, it sends a charge to your palms, that will also begin to emit lightning, and as long as you keep up your chakra flow, and your eyes stay open, the lightning will stay surging through your palms. The third and final effect lets your eye see the charges flowing throughout your opponent's body, and since your nerves carry most of them, you can see clearly see their nervous system.-Taijutsu Stance: Raikou Akki Sutsanu (Lightning Death Stance) This stance requires you to go into a low stance with your left hand down and right hand up depending on which hand your strong hand. After doing this the seal will activate thus allowing you to start the clan taijutsu.- Taijutsu AttacksTriagonal Pinpoint (genin) -Did you think you could see very much as a young student of Raite? That's laughable. No, you will start out small, but what a big small it is. This technique lets you see the main nerve joints of the shoulders and the hip area. So think of it as an upside down triangle.
3 Surging Fists (genin) -In this technique, you will take your stance this time clutching your fists. When attacking, concentrate that lightning into one blow, each at the shoulders and the hip area, or right below the stomach. The opponent will be very stiff at these areas, while not completely immobile. Lasts approximately 1 post.
Pentagonal Pinpoint (chuunin) -Yes, you may now locate 5 new joints, though trying to comprehend the main joints and the subjoints will wear your chakara, so it is best to stick with these five that include: The elbows, head (no precise points capable, so just slight dizziness), and the kneecaps. All of these used in conjunction will call for a total body stall for 5 seconds, after which they will just be stiff in those joints for awhile. Once again, not immobile, just don't be expecting them to flip all over the place.
5 Surging Palms (chuunin) -Taking that oh so lovable stance, you will now open your hands into palms. Using your pentagonal pinpoint, you can now locate the more important subjoints. All of these used in conjunction will call for a total body stall for 5 seconds, after which they will just be stiff in those joints for awhile. Once again, not immobile, just don't be expecting them to flip allover the place. Lasts approximately 2 posts (1 for the stall, one of the stiffness)
Polygonal Pinpoint(jounin) -Now as a jounin, you can comprehend those bothersome tasks, and guess what? Even 4 more joints for you to attack. The jump of comprehension is huge, but being at a jounin level you should be able to maintain that power. The new joints include: The wrists and the Ankles.
12 Surging Strikes (kage/saanin) -All you need now are light jabs with just your index and middle finger to deal devastating blows. With each hit, on the joint, sharp pain will overcome your opponent no matter what they are doing. The sheer magnitude of the nerves reacting to it will throw any chakara control off balance. Be happy and rejoice now... because any such hit to the subsubjoint will result in ultimate immobility at that area. Any other such joints will become EXTREMELY stiff and whenever your opponent DOES decide to move, that pain there is going to be intense. Any of the polygon pinpointed areas (triagonal, pentagonal) that are all hit consecutively in conjunction will result in complete immobility for your opponent for 7 seconds. (Lasts 2 posts: immobility lasts 1 post, pain and stiffness get one)
End of Pulsation; The Final Surge (Kage/saanin) -Simple as this. When you hit all of the joints, all of those rerouted charges will go straight to the centre and right where the heart is. By focusing all of that electricity into your dominant hand, force it into his heart and cause that final blow. This will overload the heart and cause it to shut down. End of story. Using this attack immobilizes the user for 2 posts, as the intense amount of electricity that flows through their bodies to perform this jutsu attacks their own nervous system, shutting down their body for a short time.
Concussive Drill Shots Technique (Chuunin) -This requires concentration to perform, as it is a bit of a doozy. When you strike into your opponent's body, the nerves receive a certain signal that is deceived by you. Even as a light tap, those nervous signals will relay to the brain that you're getting hit with a hammer, or other such objects. So while there won't be so much as a bruise on your opponent's body, they will definitely feel like they just got hit hard. (Lasts 1 post, is an immediate effect)
Art of Destroying Pain (Chuunin) -Just like the Concussive shots, you will be fooling the nerves, but this time, your own. By focusing those sparks into your affected area, it will relay to the brain that nothing is wrong with you at all. This will not heal you, but it will for about 3 minutes take that pain away. (Says three minutes. This depends on how much time goes past in your post)
Mastery of the Coordinate Plane (Jounin) -The user can now see the entire nervous system of anyone in full view. All joints are able to be focused and comprehended with ease. This however can only be learned from the clan leader, and a technique used to unlock this ability.
Cerebral Dysfunction (Jounin) -(Obtainable only through complete vision of the nervous system). By striking down on the cerebellum on the back of your opponent's head, and sending a charge through it, the motor skills and senses of them will become disoriented. The effect is only temporary, but by attacking such a vital nerve, they will not feel better until a few minutes or so. (Lasts 2 posts. Motor skills are affected for one, and disorientation lasts 1)- Clan Jutsu+-- Dansu no Kujaku; Dance of the Peacock (Chuunin) -- By simply holding out one of your palms, the lightning will flow into the form of a fan around the front of you. This well deflect all weapons, and halt stage Chuunin or lower jutsu. This will form for about 3 minutes, and then recede. (As with Art of Destroying Pain, subjective to how much time passes per post)
+-- Dansu no Kaiku Hana; Dance of the Blooming Flower (Jounin) -- By simply holding out both your hands, you can release the lightning from your fingers, and it will shoot out around you in circle, and start to send jolts all around it. This will form around you for 1 minute, and then recede. This will block stage Jounin level jutsu and lower, but once it, the lightning will dissipate. (As above)
+-- Dansu no Arashi; Dance of the Storm (Kage) --By concentrating both your palms above your head, it will create a dome above you, and begin to expand around you. Do to the the chakara needed for this technique, it will only last about 30 seconds, but it will block Kage level and below jutsu, and if when moving outwards, the dome hits someone, it will consume the person in lightning, and shut down their entire nervous system for 10 seconds. (As above. Ten seconds here is about one post)
[Note: Think of the "stage X jutsu" mentioned as just jutsu strength. Description:The Naga clan. The Clan that was known to have abilities that deal with snakes;the snake they choose depends on them as every Naga as a different snake that listens to them the most.They can summon them to fight along side of the during battle by the rank of a Genin. An experienced Naga Clan user can summon various amounts of snakes from one of their arms to grapple, hold, or have the snakes inject their highly venomous poison into the opponent. These snakes are normal snakes and are weaker than the snake that you can begin with. But, they can follow your orders as well as attack when you see fit.
Another ability of the Naga, is to shed their skin from their bodies to avoid extreme damage as well as extending certain parts of their bodies like a snake; mostly the neck. The Naga, just like snakes can inject venom from their fangs which must be recorded in their village; although some escape this rule to avoid being utilized as weapons or to be chained down by the village they hail under. The weapon of choice for most Naga is a Straight Sword. This blade can be held within the body of the Naga or can be summoned to the side of the summoner.The Naga blade is usually a form of straight sword, for the reasons that it has the ability to extend out from either the mouth of the Naga or the snake they are partnered with. Some talented Naga users can extend certain parts of their bodies to attack. Mostly the neck in which they will bite and inject their dangerous venom into the opponent.The most devoted Naga members have the ability to show their true form. To turn into a full fledged snake themselves. In this form not only do they gain immense strength and speed but also can summon a greater amount of snakes to attack. The 'True Form' is a Naga member who has met the requirements to become this powerful entity which is composed of multiple snakes. Or in other words, the 'scales' that one will see when the Naga member turns into their true form is simple multiple snakes.
Rules: *You Must Train against enemies stronger than you in order to unlock the True Form of the Naga. *To unlock the True Form of the Naga (Snake form) one must kill one person in cold blood.The death of this person must be very violent. And you must be at Jounin rank or higher *This is a power driven clan, and regard for others' lives should be removed if you wish to be a true Clan member. *For the True Form of the Naga the user becomes a snake but only attacks and is not able to think normally. They are highly aggressive in the form and cannot use any jutsus but the ones in the clan.Also they can launch near to endless snakes out from their mouth's. The 'scales' they have, are actually comprised of many snakes. *Clan members will have some sort of appearance attribute that is snake like. *Must have Doton as one of your elements *This clan is mostly based around Ninjutsu. *)Ninjutsu Specialist (Through Clan); would like to note that this ninjutsu specialist is different than a Ninjutsu user. ) Unlike a Ninjutsu-user who hones their chakra to a level that they even are able to increase the capacity of a Ninjutsu user, a Ninjutsu Specialist through the Naga Clan means simply that they not only learn more Ninjutsu's but also take a reduction of one point to every Ninjutsu utilized. -Extra Ninjutsu Slots at Academy Level: 2 -Extra Ninjutsu Slots at Genin Level: 4 -Extra Ninjutsu Slots at Chuunin Level: 5 -Extra Ninjutsu Slots at Jounin Level: 6 -Extra Ninjutsu Slots at Kage Level: 8
Abilities: * Snake Companion: Members of the Naga clan can have a snake companion that will fight with them in combat. The snake cannot know any jutsus, though it can still attack in all the ways that a regular snake can. Snakes start off no longer than a foot long, but by jounin level they can reach up to five or six feet long. The snakes can be venomous. *Members can learn a jutsu that is ONE rank higher than them at a normal speed [I.E. A genin can learn a chuunin rank jutsu in the normal amount that is posted] -Note:Those of this bloodline can also have a 'Heightened Learning Ability.' Meaning,that that the posting that is usually required to post to learn,is shortened. Usually by 1-2 posts less. *Members can learn the snake summoning at Genin Rank [just weak ones though] *Can produce venom from their own fangs;it increases in danger with your rank. *True Form: Must kill enemy and be jounin rank or higher to achieve. -Faster and stronger in True Form [but not as intelligent] - Must have have learned the Naga Shedding Technique *Jounin level members can use the Kinjutsu that allows them to shed off small wounds *Naga Poison:
*Bloodline Release sad Simple Snake summons) Can only restrict and slow down the muscles.((15-20 posts until total lock up))
*Naga Snake Partner: Can lock up certain muscles and if a major vein,taint a poisonous area.((10-15 posts before total lock up))
*Naga Member Poison:The most deadly poison. Can completely immobilize the body and cause sever pain.(( 1-10 posts until total lock up. Again these are only if they don't his major veins.))
Weakness: *Members are very susceptible to Genjutsu. They can only Kai a genjutsu that is a rank or more below their rank. *Raiton Techniques do a lot more damage to members than normal *To learn any genjutsu it takes 3 more posts than normal
Jutsus:
D-Ranked *Name of Jutsu: Douzo Gasu Rank: D Description: This jutsu allows the Naga to exhale a poisonous cloud of gas from his/her mouth.
*Name of Jutsu:Nan no Kazo (Soft physique modification) Range of Jutsu:Short-Long Description:The user dislocates their joints then controls their softened body with chakra, allowing them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike. Orochimaru's version allows him to stretch any of his body parts well beyond their normal length and allows him to move in the manner of a snake. This technique will awaken naturally to those of the Naga Clan and will become stronger as they grow and progress through their lives. *At Genin Level:The user can only use their neck for extension purposes. Though the range is limited,meaning they can only use this within an arm's reach. *At Chuunin Level:The user can only use their neck and arms only as a extension. The length of the neck attack is increased to two arm's length as well as the length of the arms. *Jounin Level: The length of the neck,arms and legs have increased to about 15 feet. *Sanin Level(Mastery):The neck,arms,and legs will be able to attack at a max of 30 feet. *Weakness:The further the person is when using this technique,the less damage one will do the opponent
C-Ranked *Name of Jutsu: Nan no Kazo Rank: C Description:The user can only use their neck and arms only as a extension. The length of the neck attack is increased to two arm's length as well as the length of the arms.
B-Ranked *Name of Jutsu: Naga Slithering Snake Mode Rank of Jutsu: B Description: Upon achieving higher levels within the Naga Levels,these clan members can tap into deeper levels of their serpent abilities. By focusing chakra into their legs,the lower portion of their bodies will match to that of a snakes. Upon this physiological change,they will get more abilities more specifically in speed. The Naga member will be able to increase their speed(by one rank). The clan member can also utilize their tail as a method of attacking if they see fit. Chakra Cost: After the initial use of chakra (Chuunin Chakra),it will be one chakra point after-wards.
A-Ranked *Name: Nan no Kazo Rank: A Description: The length of the neck,arms and legs have increased to about 15 feet.
*Name of Jutsu: Naga: Body Shedding Technique Rank of Jutsu:A Description:Used after sustaining some form of impending injury, or simply to escape from a seemingly inescapable attack, this technique allows the user to regurgitate a new body from their mouth, new clothes, and being overall complete with any lost limb being regenerated and all wounds healed; much like a snake sheds its skin. This technique requires a large amount of chakra as the type of injury provided will determine how much chakra is being added on in addition to the chakra utilized to create the jutsu.
-Minor Shedding: To shed off medium cuts and bruises. Upon utilizing this form a shedding, the technique will heal all cuts from the Naga's corpse. These cuts must not be deep, although if utilized and it is deep, it will only lessen the affect the cut has on the body. No Chakra Addition
-Medium Shedding: The user will shed their skin once more but the healing factors of this jutsu will be increased. Upon performing this jutsu, the user will shed off larger cuts and bruises (Deeper Cuts) as well as renew fractures of the bones. 10+ Additional Chakra to utilize
-Full Shedding: This technique can only be utilized once in battle. For the strain it puts on the body, yet the results it provides is astounding. Upon shedding with outputting his much chakra into the jutsu, the user will be relieved of all ailments of the technique. Dismemberment, deep gashes, although certain organs (Like an impaled heart or brain) which will not be regenerated, will be completely healed as if new. 15+ Additional Chakra to utilize
*Special Note: *)Being as this jutsu is so powerful, the Naga clan member will not gain any bonuses off when performing this jutsu. This means chakra control or any other type benefits that would deduct points from the use of chakra. *) Common sense should also be utilized when it comes to this technique. Because the jutsu is shedding of your old corpse, one should note that doing it IN THE HEAT OF BATTLE, will be detrimental to you winning the fight. Not to say that shedding takes a whole post before it is complete, but it does take a significant amount of time in where the body is quite immobile during the latter portion of the shedding process. This can give the opponent time to finish the job if you don't have a proper safe area in the fight to perform the shedding without being destroyed in the process. So do heed to his warning if you wish to keep your character living for a lengthened amount of time.
S-Ranked Name: Nan no Kazo Rank: S Description:The neck,arms,and legs will be able to attack at a max of 30 feet.

Pic: Clan Symbol Doujutsu: Chijoukei Name: Kyuuketsuki Description: This clan was created out of a small number of ninjas who really didn't have much skills, and usually had trouble finding work or even making it past the Chunnin exams. This meant that they would remain a gennin forever, but since they did not want to harm their land's reputation in anyway, they left to join the the clan where anybody was welcome. But soon, the failure-ninja weren't the only ones making their way to the clan. Rogues began to join in as well, making the clan full of wanted criminals and the like. This greatly frightened many of the neighboring lands, and they began to siege attacks on the poor clan of wash-outs. But one of the strongest rogues began a training program. A program that would be called the Vampire Program, or Kyuuketsuki, because it involved taking a pill made from the purified enzyme of the strong rogue's sister, who had a strange power which resided in her eyes. Soon, all of the clan members had the same eyes, a bright yellow with the image of the black sky and full moon in the middle, like a cat's. Soon, the clan came to take on the name of the program that made it a very formidable force. Soon, the wash-outs that entered became stronger, and soon reached Jounin level much faster than the average. The only problem with the clan, is that the power is difficult to control, and can eat away at the holder quickly.
Rules: 1) Your chakra color must either be black/silver/ or a golden yellow-ish color. It takes after the Chijoukei's colors as well. (Don't worry, your chakra color will actually change when you receive the Chijoukei, so you may start off with any color you wish.) 2) You cannot have/apply/or somehow obtain any control over a demon, as it will be cast-out by Chijoukei, or your body will reject the enzyme and you will die. (Be forewarned, I would like to not kill any clan members)
Strengths: 1) Because all of the clan members have literally the same enzyme running through them from one original source, they are all linked telepathically. In short, their eyes can take on the ability of the rinnegan, and they all can see the same thing if they chose. 2) Because there are so many different types of ninja available, there are many ways to pair them up into teams, so the teams can match in skill-level and in jutsu. (Meaning: Water, Wind, and Earth may go together, but not Water and Fire since these two elements contradict each other.) Weaknesses: 1) The Chijoukei (Which means blood sight) can cause a clan member to actually lose control if they are not able to maintain complete dominance over the enzyme's power. They could turn homicidal, suicidal, depressed, extremely fixated or obsessed, or the Chijoukei could take over their entire body and leave the user in comatose. 2) Because all of the users are linked, that means that they can see everything that they can. However, that means that if something were to happen to any of the other users, like their eye is cut out or burned, all of the other users can feel the pain that the user is feeling but on a highly decreased level. It can still be a nuisance in the heat of battle. 3) Usually, because the Chijoukei is a doujutsu and is usually used for genjutsu and ninjutsu attacks, the Kyuuketsuki clan pretty much lacks greatly in taijutsu anything. Any member who has great taijutsu skills had very good knowledge of the art before hand, and rarely ever uses the Chijoukei. 4) Tying in with number three, the Chijoukei has very bad perception. You can't really pick up on flying objects until a little bit later, or you're watching your opponent throw the object at you, and light doesn't catch it at all. Small, thin wires are literally invisible while using the doujutsu (which can be turned on and off like Sharingan). Ability: Clan Link: The ability to see what other members who are using the Chijoukei also see. However, you have to be blood linked, other wise it doesn't work. All squads are blood-linked, and one member from every team is blood-linked with all of the other teams as to avoid confusion. This member is usually very good at organizing, and has the ability to dodge, hide, and defend; not fight. That way, they can organize who's seeing what and where, and not have to worry about getting hurt.
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
1) Chijoukei: Moe Ruyouna Chi No En Jutsu~ Blood Sight: Flaming Blood Circle Jutsu (Chunnin) This jutsu involves using Clan link, so only the four-man plantoons can really use it. The four members stand in the direction of the four directions: north, south, east, and west. From there, they spread their chakra around themselves, connecting and intertwining them with complex chakra codes that are nearly impossible to break. The reason why it's called Flaming Blood Circle is because the color of the lines and chakra codes forming the circle are blood red, and once completed, they burst into a huge dome of flames. If any of the targets try to escape, the other members help control the flames on that side to pierce their members. Because the chakra codes are controlled by different members, but they go all around the entire circle, every single member needs to keep control of what is happening in their teammates direction so that they can use their code to help obliterate the enemy. (Note: Takes considerable amount of chakra, takes about five minutes to recover, and takes a shinobi who is good at organizing and keeping track of things.)
2) Katon: Niji no Tatsu no Gijutsu~ Fire Style: Rainbow Dragon Jutsu~ (chunin) Okay, the dragon isn't really rainbow. But it's easier to say than multi-colored. Anyway, this jutsu is a dragon created from chakra generated fire, which comes from flames. A match, a flaming letter bomb (which is unstable), or anything type of fire and chakra is enough to create one of these. But again, only Chijoukei can use it. They use their unique eye-technique to help them mold the flame into the form of a miniature dragon, pouring all of their chakra inside. Since the members of the Kyuuketsuki clan's chakra is silver, the flames interact with it, giving it an iridescent sheen. That's why it's like a rainbow. This fire jutsu is just like any other fire jutsu, it consumes almost anything in its path. (Requires a low amount of chakra, a flame, and the Chijoukei)
3) Chijoukei: Burakkuchieri^ no Hana no Sakkaku~ Blood Sight: Black Cherry Blossom Illusion (Jounin) Again, requires Chijoukei. This is a genjutsu that gives the target the illusion of being in a forest of cherry blossom trees. But the fragile pink blossoms die and become like black blades that cut and slice through the target. It can either knock the opponent out, or make the target go into a mental breakdown right then and there. However, this jutsu comes at a huge price. You have to be touching the target and have them look into your eyes in order to use the jutsu, and you can only use this jutsu using a considerable amount of chakra. Meaning, you're going to be pretty weak after you use it, although it may not show.
This is just one jutsu that is taught to every single member of the clan. It is so simple a wash-out can do it!
Mind Barrier Technique: (genin) Using chakra and the mind, the user is able to create a force-field like shield in front of themselves that blocks most weapon attacks. However, if the attack is ninjutsu, then it would most likely pass through. Kunai barrages can penetrate this shield unless the user has been able to successfully use the Mind Barrier for almost a year.

Chiroku Clan's Anigan Yellow eyes with narrow iris Background:Anigan is an eye blood line trait passed down though the blood of Ikari Chiroku, the first to possess Anigan. Anigan allows the possessor to gain abilities and traits of animals in addition to a small increase of the five senses. This general increase in senses can he heightened through training, without using an animal's abilities. The Chiroku clan is most famous for its exceptional covert operators, spies ect. Any one who has Chiroku blood running through their veins has the potential to unlock Anigan. To awaken Anigan one must experience intense emotional stress or desire or obtain special training. Rules/Advantages/Disadvantages - Can only access the power of one animal at a time until you reach the fourth stage. - When using an animal trait/ability you gain all good and bad things related to it. Ex. It you take the speed of a cheetah; you can run fast, but only for short periods of time, just like a cheetah. - Uses chakra the entire time Anigan is active. You can train to lessen the drain, but can’t eliminate it. Drainage Scale Academy: -5 each post after activation Genin: -4 each post after activation Chuunin: -3 each post after activation Jounin: -2 each post after activation Sannin: -1 each post after activation- Enhances senses and or physical traits to help in battle. - In order to call upon an animal’s traits or abilities one must lay eyes upon said animal, while Anigan is active. - No hand signs required. - Direct hits from raiton based attacks will temporarily(2 posts) disrupt physical transformation. Heightened senses are not effected by this. ((not sure if this should still be here. What if the user is a person with raiton chakra? I think a substantial amount of pain should temporarily disrupt the physical transformation.)) Kekkei Genkai Stage 1 When stage one of Anigan is active the possessor can call upon a single natural ability of an animal. Examples of Abilities: Sight, hearing, speed, agility. D Ranked Technique Stage 2 When stage two is achieved the possessor may gain physical traits of an animal. If the user chooses they can just call upon a ability, in addition to, but it must be the same animal’s. If the user wanted the claws of a fox, they could also have that hearing of a fox. Examples of Traits: claws, teeth, scales, tails. C Ranked Technique Stage 3 When Stage three is achieved the possessor can change completely into an animal. Similar to a transformation jutsu. However, they become the animal; have all the traits/ abilities of said animal as well as instincts. When an animal chakra is completely hidden. The main use of this stage is to hide. Working well to the advantage of spies. B Ranked Technique Stage 4 When the fourth stage is achieved the possessor can mix abilities and traits of animals. Depending on skill/rank the number of animal is between 2-6. When used this allows the user to mix animals, including becoming mixed animals. A user could gain the eyes of a hawk, claws of a bear and shell of a turtle. And so on in almost innumerable combinations to fit the situation. The possessor can combine the genetics of different animals to create a "patchwork" animal, or in other words a hybrid new species. A possessor, for example, could combine the genetics of a wolf with a gorilla and give it the speed of a cheetah alongside the strength of a rhinoceros beetle to create a werewolf. A Ranked Technique ActivationTo activate Anigan you must have Chiroku blood in you. You don't have to be a direct descendant of the Chiroku clan to activate Anigan. Though the more pure the blood the more potential Anigan has. Anigan can be activated in two ways. The first is to experience some form of intense stress or emotional condition. The second is to undergo intensive training, mainly dealing with mental awareness to the connection between humans and animals. Once Anigan has been activated it brings a heightened awareness to the activator, entering a intermediate stage. Progression to stage 1To truly achieve stage 1 of the Anigan the user must observe 10 different animals while their Anigan ins active. This allows the user's Anigan record everything about the animals so that the user can use traits of the animals. No trait can be called upon if the user has not observed the animal with their Anigan active. Progression to stage 2To progress to stage 2 the user must train with their Anigan and become even more aware of the connection between human and animal. This awareness must be to the point where the line that separates the two is blurred significantly. In the user's mind there must be no doubt that human and animal are deeply connected. Progression to stage 3Gaining stage 3 is a difficult task. The user must have watched at least 20 different animals with Anigan active. However this is the easy part. To awaken this stage the user must no longer see any separation between human and animals. In the mind of the user Humans and animals are one in the same. This is only possible through much mental training. Progression to stage 4The final stage can only be done when the user has gone beyond the equality of humans and animals. The user must literally believe that they are animal. This doesn't mean that they need to act like another animal, but believe that they themselves are their own species. When achieving this stage the user must make a sacrifice, their humanity. To do this they must preform a secret ceremony. This ceremony actually varies from person to person and when the user is ready to achieve this stage the details will be known. Bloodline JutsuName of Jutsu: Ikimono Sacchi- Animal Sense Rank of Jutsu: D Rank Description: A useful jutsu for the Chiroku Clan because it allows detects them to detect any nearby animals (anything in the Animalia Kingdom) like a radar. In their mind the animal show up as red dots on a grid. This jutsu doesn't require handsigns and can activate by the Chiroku closing his or her eyes. When a Anigan user gets to the final stage they are able to use this jutsu without closing their eyes at all. Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Ishindenshin- Animal Telepathy Rank of Jutsu: C Rank Description: To members of the Chiroku Clan, animals are truly their best friends and they are able to understand them more. With this skill a Chiroku will be able to speak telepathically to animals to get them to fight alongside them or do certain task for them. The user will just have to make eye contact with the animal for five seconds and then they will be able to build a mind link. With this they may speak to the animal, the animal may speak back, and they may ask it to do things for it. This is especially useful for spying missions since animals do not give off chakra and would not be caught unless they are seen acting suspiciously, but most ninja below Jounin will not even begin to notice the animal acting suspiciously. Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Burendo- Animal Blend Rank of Jutsu: B Rank Description: This skill is more for tactical use then anything because it allows the Chiroku to completely hide their chakra if they use the third or fourth stage of the Anigan. This skill last for three posts. Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Gekido- Animal Rage Rank of Jutsu: A Rank Description: This jutsu allows the user to enrage nearby animals (anything in the Animalia Kingdom), and select a target for them to attack. The enraged animal fights at the same melee capacity of an average genin's taijutsu capabilites and will continue to fight until the target is eliminated. No more then ten at a time animals may have the melee skills of a genin, the rest will fight as they normally would. Of course the animals are unable to use anytime of jutsu and can only use its natural given abilities but the abilities will be enhanced a bit but not to a god-like level. A bear would gain considerably stronger but it wouldn't be able to fly or anything like that. Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Henkan- Animal Transformation Rank of Jutsu: Listed in chart. ( # ) Description: This skill allows a Chiroku to transform one animal into another animal of a different species by touching it. The animal could try to resist the transformation but if it is severely weakened and more chakra is poured into the jutsu (minus an extra 5 Chakra Points) then the Chiroku could transform the animal. Though if the animal does not struggle then the Chiroku can transform the animal with ease. The Chiroku has to have used the Animal Telepathy jutsu and tasted the blood of a member of the species that it is changing and the species that it will change into. The Chiroku that is using this jutsu has a limit to the number of species it can use and we refer to this number as an animal data bank. Once a species has passed the requirements it is added to the users animal data bank. -Chuunins can only have 5 species in their animal data bank. -Jounins can only have 7 species in their animal data bank. -Sannins can only have 10 species in their animal data bank. # In addition to this, the Chiroku needs to also follow this chart for transforming animals. Human Puppet TransformationInhuman, Abomination, Soulless  Legends tell of a man long ago who came from the Hidden Sand Village who fought with the aid of puppets. This man was a master of his field, unrivaled in his art, even so much so they say he was able to call upon the dead to fight with him as puppet. This man over the years became more and more inhuman, until the day he dabbled in the area of the gods and casted off his humanity for power. He turned his own body into what he loved most, puppets. All that remained of this former man was his human heart held within a container inside the puppet which allowed him to move of his own free will. This forbidden process has only been heard from within darkest shadows in the Hidden Sand, those who learn it know the meaning of the words “feared” and “power”. Rules:- This Bloodline can only be achieved though the Jonin Level Benefit “General of the Red Army” - This is counted as an Implant, any implants the user has prior to this are deactivated. - The user retains all Chakra, Jutsu, Skills, and anything else they had previously - The user must get their new body approved as a custom puppet, and it may be fitted with weapons. - The user takes +1 rank damage from Fire and Ice jutsu. - The user is unable to fatigue, nor feel pain or anything, which makes it hard to react to certain attacks. Jutsu: DisassembleRank: E Because the user is now a puppet they have the ability to break apart into limbs and pieces in order to avoid an attack or lure your opponent into letting their guard down. Self-RepairRank: D Because the user is a puppet if any part of their body is injured such as limbs or weapons. They may rip parts off other puppets and attach them to themselves in order to repair themselves. Body ControlRank: C After the “Disassemble” jutsu, the user uses this in order to control the loose parts of their body. They may fire their limbs at the opponent, or attempt to surround and attack them, or just used to pull themselves back together. Core EjectRank: B The only part that remains human in the Living Puppet is the heart. This is encased in a cylinder like case that allows the user to control themselves. This jutsu allows the user to eject the cylinder from the current puppet body and allows them to enter another puppet body to control. This is helpful if the users current body is unable to move, or beyond repair and allows the user to escape. If the user enters the body of a puppet, they gain access to that puppets weapons and they are able to use and control puppets. But are unable to use any jutsu besides puppet jutsu while in that body, if the user enters a Human Puppet, they are able to do puppet jutsu and the abilities of the human puppet, but not their own jutsu. Chakra Strings: RedRank A A very difficult to maintain technique used in cooperation with 'The Red Army'. The user will emit ten strings from each finger, allowing control over one hundred puppets. This action occurs almost in an instant, allowing each puppet to be ready for use rather quickly. This Jutsu can only be applied to “The Red Army”. (Note: The red army is summoned with strings, this jutsu is to use incase the strings are destroyed or any reason to restring them. Also the strings my come from a compartment like Sasori did, but that must be an approved function when creating your custom self. ) Hyakki no Souen [Red Secret Technique] Rank S Allows the user to summon the puppet sect known as 'The Red Army'. Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan: Konaga [Eternal Spirit]
History/Introduction: Little is known about the origins of the Konaga Clan even to it's own people. It is a clan of wanderers, varied and diverse, with no village to call their home and no record of their history or techniques to act as a guide. Konaga clan members make up an interesting group of people, as they are all intrinsically aware of who they are and can instantly feel when another member is nearby, going as far as to be able to single them out of a crowd as if they were the only other person around. Knowledge of the clan is passed by word of mouth, parents to children, and random encounters with other members which when drawn together often share life experiences and what they have learned of their people. Mystery surrounds them, but something in their blood always draws them together with other members, allowing them to pass on the knowledge through generations.
What makes the Konaga Clan so incredibly unique and frighteningly powerful, is that it's members... all of them... have an infinite reserve of chakra which constantly regenerates and flows through their bodies. At birth and for their entire lives, a Konaga clan member's cells are almost completely saturated with chakra from head to toe. This power does not come without a price however. Pain wracks their bodies every minute of every day and control of their abilities is often lost, causing them to shut down, or even lash out and become a danger to those around them. This makes those of the Konaga Clan masters of chakra, both in wielding it and forming it. It is their great power and their great curse.
[Konaga Factoid] - Only about 25% of all children born of the Konaga clan survive their first week of life, and after that, only 1/3 of them make it through their childhood years.
All clan members, though the natural extension of their body's immense levels of chakra learn to master and control their chakra flow and develop techniques that allow them to channel their energy, allowing them to augment their physical bodies in an enumerable number of ways. As a history does not exist, every clan member develops their own unique uses of this ability, but common uses involve augmenting muscles for power or speed. Use of these techniques however comes with an extreme price and a severe drain on the clan member's Stamina.
..."The Burn" as it is referred to many members is the side affect of all augmentations. When a Konaga utilizes his bloodline abilities, the augmented area experiences an intense searing pain as their skin is scorched, leaving immensely painful black chakra burns across the affected area. With training, clan members have learned to deal with the pain and suffer through it, but if utilized too often, the body will simply shut down for a period of time before it is able to heal.
[Konaga Factoid] - The burn takes on the appearance of an outline across the skin, sort of like streams of lightning across the entirety of a limb, or across the chest or abdomen. As the same area is augmented, the burns begin to grow darker and darker and the searing pain in that area compounds, endangering the Konaga's ability to maintain control.
"The Burn" effectively drains massive amounts of Stamina from a Konaga Clan member, making their Stamina the only true limitation to their abilities. However, this is not the only detriment to the clan. Due to the intense pain they must suffer through daily, nearly everything they do drains them of stamina and it is a constant effect which occurs every hour of every day for all Konaga. Beyond that, the lower their Stamina falls, the more in danger they become of losing control of their abilities, their bodies, or in worse scenarios... their chakra entirely.
[Konaga Factoid] - Konaga chakra is unlike any other chakra utilized by ninja. It is chakra in it's absolute raw form. It acts almost like a living entity within the Konaga, constantly lashing out at them, causing them pain and striking out at them almost like it wants to escape. When a clan member loses control, they undergo a process called 'The Raging Spirit' where their chakra cannot be contained and it rages forth out of every square inch of their body, causing the Konaga untold amounts of pain, and immensely burning their entire body, eventually leaving them unconscious and incapacitated for over a week afterward.
Konaga Clan Strengths:
1. Infinite Chakra: A Konaga clan member's chakra is infinite. Every cell in their body is saturated by it and their bodies are capable of infinitely regenerating chakra to maintain this level of chakra saturation. However, this does not make a Konaga infinitely capable of drawing on that chakra for their own purposes. Though their body acts as a vast reserve of chakra, only so much chakra can be used before it starts to take it's toll on the body.
This phenomenon gives a Konaga RPC an effective chakra value which acts as a reserve of chakra they can utilize before the use of Ninjutsu starts draining their Stamina. This 'chakra reserve' value is equal to that of a shinobi with a 'High Chakra Level' at the same rank as the Konaga... (35 for Genin, 60 for Chuunin, 90 for Sp. Jounin, etc...). This value can be increased by modifiers such as those gained from the Ninjutsu Specialist Profession, and the amount of chakra used for techniques is also affected by bonuses like 'Chakra Control' which reduces the cost of techniques.
...Once this threshold is crossed, a Konaga is still capable of performing Ninjutsu, as the chakra is there in infinite amount, but the use of Ninjutsu begins to drain the body of Stamina.
2. Stamina Value: Konaga gain a 'Stamina' value which represents the endless pain they feel in their body and the body's extreme ability to adapt to endless waves of pain through pure force of will. All Konaga posses a 'Stamina' value which serves as a limitation on the amount of pain their body can endure before shutting down, or triggering a 'Raging Spirit'.
...all Konaga have an amount of Stamina equal to the unmodified chakra value of a shinobi 2 ranks higher then their current level. So, Genin have 60 Stamina, Chuunin have 85 Stamina, Sp. Jounin have 120 Stamina , Jounin have 165 Stamina, Sannin/Kage have 225 Stamina. Additionally, the use of Ninjutsu (when a Konaga has passed the threshold of their 'chakra reserve' value) drains their Stamina at the following rates: (E-rank = 0) - (D-rank = 1) - (C-rank = 2) - (B-rank = 3) - (A-rank = 5) - (S-rank = 10)
These Stamina costs for Ninjutsu cannot be reduced by the 'Chakra Control' benefit or any other benefit. Likewise total Stamina cannot be increased by any means. However, the Stamina cost of Ninjutsu can be increased in some situations, such as the penalties related to the 'Offensive' Shinobi Type which increase chakra values by 1.5x . In such a case, Stamina values would also be increased by 1.5x (rounding up).
3. Increased Pain Tolerance: All Konaga experience pain at a level beyond that of anything most people will ever experience, even at the height of their pain thresholds. With their raw, destructive chakra constant coursing through their veins, it is hard for them to even register most injuries, let alone be affected by them. This does not increase their effective toughness, but what it does do is allow them to push through even the most mortal wounds, their bodies responding to their commands while suffering even the gravest of injuries. (If a bone is broken, the user will be physically unable to move the affected area, but beyond that, even with deep tissue damage, or gaping wounds, a Konaga can push through and continue on.)
4. Chakra Augmentations: Konaga Clan members possess the ability to utilize their clan's various Augmentation abilities as often as they wish, but use of the abilities causes severe Stamina drain. They are able to access only those augmentations equivalent to their CURRENT rank. They cannot learn abilities above their rank by any means. {All Augmentations drain some amount of Stamina on use and have additional negative impacts on the user's current Pain Stress tables}
5. Genjutsu Immunity: Since their entire body is a raging force of violent chakra causing them pain at all times, the ability to use Genjutsu against a Konaga is often impossible to achieve. Genjutsu requires a delicate balance of control, the ability for the Genjutsu caster to control and mold their chakra in such a way as to control and direct the flow of chakra in their opponent's mind and body to drown them in illusion. Achieving this within the raging inferno of a Konaga's body is impossible, which makes a Konaga clan member immune to all Genjutsu, regardless of the strength or expertise of the enemy's illusion.
[Konaga Factoid] - When a Genjutsu user's Genjutsu is repelled by a Konaga clan member, they feel the pain of the Konaga clan for a split second in their mind and are dazed out of the technique. In many cases the experience creates a flash in the user's mind which projects the visual image of a chakra-shaped dragon's head attacking them. This imagery is often cited as a true manifestation of the Konaga clan's chakra, which is why many people have come to believe that a Konaga's chakra is in some essence, alive.
6. Chakra Control Mastery: In the process of simply surviving, a Konaga comes complete master the concepts of chakra formation, augmentation, and control. As such, Konaga members are masters of such skills and are able to use chakra beyond the normal capabilities of others, bending it almost effortlessly around their body without the need for hand seals. This enables them to easily master skills such as Tree/Wall Walking, Water Walking, and Wire Walking early on and without any difficulty. This enables the Konaga to access Chakra Control Abilities such as those mentioned earlier as if they were one rank lower then normal, and allows them to learn the techniques in half the number of posts normally required (rounded down).
Konaga Clan Weaknesses:
1. Agonizing Pain: Konaga experience pain every waking hour of every day of their life. The shear amounts of energy contained within every cell of their bodies creates a constant pulse of pain in their system which is unrelenting. It is nearly impossible to anyone outside the clan to even begin to describe the levels of pain they feel. Over time, every Konaga develops their own ways of coping with the pain, but coping doesn't make the pain go away. The only way to truly suppress it is a deep meditation which takes several hours to reach.
...every post a Konaga makes forces them to make a roll of the dice. According to their current state and the amount of Stamina they have, the roll will determine how much their pain affects them for the following post. Rules for this system are explained later in the [Pain Tables] guide.

Relive the agony of that moment, feel the pulsating waves of torture ripping through your body and how your mind could think of nothing else but that pain that you wished you would never feel again. Then, multiply it by 10 fold. A Konaga could only dream of such bliss." - Konaga Seijiro
2. Stamina Drain: Due to their constant unending pain, every moment of the day is a drain on their endurance and on their bodies. Every post an RPC with the Konaga Bloodline makes drains their stamina, and the stamina drain increases as they rank up. Stamina Drain for each level is as follows:
Genin & Chuunin lose 1 Stamina per post
Sp. Jounin & Jounin lose 2 Stamina per post
Sannin/Kage lose 3 Stamina per post
{For the purposes of Stamina Drain, a post counts as a literal post in the forums, regardless of the number of paragraphs within that post. Training posts however work differently, as will be detailed in the next weakness...}
3. Training Difficulty: Due to the physical and somewhat mental trauma a Konaga must suffer every moment of the day, focusing on training can become rather difficult, and constant stressing of the body tends to bleed them of their stamina rather quickly, which increases the danger of losing control of their chakra. The pain and the anxiety of the possible danger training poses makes it harder for them to learn jutsu and the stamina drain of constant training makes it all the more dangerous.
...to learn any technique, it requires a Konaga one additional post after all other modifiers. The only exception to this rule is when training Bloodline techniques, since such training must be faced head on in the first place, the Konaga is much more focused.
...to reflect the Stamina Drain of training in the Role Play, the number of training posts allowed per forum post is reduced, decreasing the number of training paragraphs allowed per forums post to two. This results in more forum posts being required to learn a technique, each one requiring the appropriate amount of Stamina Drain and another roll against the Pain Tables.
4. Raging Spirit: When a Konaga loses control of his chakra due to pushing his body beyond it's limits, or in times of extreme mental duress, the become victims of their own chakra and enter a state called the 'Raging Spirit'. They receive a warning in their bodies about 15-20 seconds before the Raging Spirit will begin, at which point the Konaga will feel an intense numbing of the body followed by the sound of their own heartbeat ringing clearly in their mind as their vission is blurred and double for an instant. After that, their bodies suddenly swell with unimaginable pain, as they are no longer able to contain their chakra and it surges forth out of every pore of their body, lashing out at the environment or anything nearby, whether friend or foe. This massive discharge of energy envelops the Konaga completely and streaks off of them like lightning, the chakra almsot literally exploding off of them. This can devastate the environment around them, ripping up the ground, carving through trees like they were butter, tearing apart stone and metal without a second thought. Some instances of the Raging Spirit have even been seen to include aspects of the user's elemental affinity as well, adding different effects and new levels of devastation to the energy released.
The only sensations a Konaga feels in this state is pain and their mind is consumed by it. Some Konaga say they experience some form of carnal defense mechanism within it, during dire situations where the body reacts instinctively to attack anything it sees as a threat. However, in most cases the Raging Spirit brings a Konaga to their knees or to the floor as they writhe in pain. After the chakra has purged itself from the body, a process which takes about 2 posts, the Raging Spirit subsides the Konaga is left incredibly weakened and often times, simply passes out altogether. Nearly all of their skin is covered with the blackened burn marks of "the Burn" and the Konaga is left utterly immobilized, yet still in untold amounts of pain. Surprisingly, no internal damage is done and the chakra quickly regenerates to once again, completely saturate the Konaga's cells, but it still requires a week of real time to recover from during which your character can do nothing except rest and meditate.
5. No Genjutsu: Konaga clan members are incapable of molding or utilizing Genjutsu techniques. Their bloodline chakra is far too violent and intense to allow for the delicate and subtle control required to create Genjutsu illusions.
6. No Cursemarks/Implants: Konaga are also incapable of attaining Cursemarks or Implants to enhance their abilities. Their chakra is so intense and full of raw energy, that it does not play well with other foreign energies. As such, a Konaga's body would never accept another source of chakra, or any body part which was not it's own.
7. Strong Chakra Signature: A Konaga's chakra signature is so strong, so unique, and so violent that it makes them practically glow when viewed by those with a sensor ability. Because of this, their effective rank is decreased by one when dealing with matter of stealth and detection (via Byakugan, Minds eye of the Kagura, Sensor ninja, etc...) This reduces their effectiveness with abilities like the assassin's [Stealth] and it also doubles the detection ranges of all sensor ninja when dealing with Konaga.
Konaga Quirks:
1. Dulled Senses: The constant pain that a Konaga suffers at all times takes it's toll on them and makes their senses numbed to some degree. This does not affect their combat ability, or debilitate them in anyway, but it does change how they engage with and see the world. To a Konaga, the rest of the world seems almost numb... hazy in a sense... as if they were out-of-synch with everything around them, yet still interacting with it. This does not affect their sight or hearing, but moreso their sense of touch, taste, and smell, which is why Konaga refer to this phenomenon as the "Numbing". Food has no taste, nor do Konaga have a strong sense of smell. There such of touch is somewhat deadened, though it does not affect their ability to grip weapons or opponents, it is simply an issue of tactile clarity. However, this also makes them more resistant to the effects of weather, such as dust storms, bitter cold, or heat. As their senses are dulled, such affects do not register to them fully and thus, they are not as affected or bothered by them (though their bodies are still just as susceptible to the effects of cold or heat).
2. Increased Metabolism: Due to the immense amounts of energy within their bodies, the heat generated by the constant streams of chakra and the body's attempts to stave off it's effects, Konaga have incredibly fast metabolisms. This means that when they eat, they need to eat about four times as much as the average person, and that even over-eating does not permit Konaga to put on weight. this makes all Konaga more or less, thin, or well defined individuals without much, if any fat on their bodies. This also makes their internal temperatures hotter then the average person's, making it incredibly unlikely that foregin pathogens can survive, making it so that Konaga are rather resistant to disease and do not get sick very often if at all. temperatures vary among clan members, but the typical temperature of a Konaga is about 101.3 degrees fahrenheit.
[Konaga Factoid] - "In cold environments, light wisps of steam can be seen rising off a Konaga's exposed skin.
3. Meditation: Konaga clan members cannot sleep. The pain they feel constantly does not allow for true REM dreaming by any conventional sleep. In order to rest, a Konaga must move themselves into a deep state of meditation which often requires a couple of hours to achieve in itself. This meditation suppresses the pain and allows the clan member to rest. Once meditation is achieved, the user's bloodline chakra seeps out of their bodies and surrounds them, creating an aura around the Konaga. This aura is reactive, meaning it will lash out violently to anyone who tries to disturb the clan member's meditation. The aura of chakra is also what heals the user's chakra burns. (see below)
4. Healing from Chakra Burns: When in their meditation state, a Konaga's chakra seeps out and forms an aura around their bodies. This aura actually works to put pressure on the body, burning the harmed cells away as the remaining skin cells are forced to keep up and maintain equilibrium within the body. This triggers internal chakra netwroks to aactive and energize the remaining skin cells to grow at a rapid rate to replace the cell layers being burned away. This process requires a full cycle (6 hours) of meditation. After this meditation, all damage done by 'The Burn' is removed and the user's stamina is restored. If this process is disturbed, for every hour they were under meditation, they receive 10% of their total stamina, but they still have the remaining "Burn" seared into their skin, increasing their pain.
...(this does not apply to "The Burn" generated by the Raging Spirit. Such burns cannot be healed this quickly, and require a full week of recovery and constant meditation during those days to heal.
5. Foreign Chakra Absorption: Regardless of the source, if a Konaga absorbs chakra from another source, such as a weapon, or from a ninjutsu technique, the body fights the foreign chakra like an invasion. In such an instance, the Konaga feels an intense pain and is momentarily distracted by their own body's lashing out against the foreign chakra. {In the instance of being struck by a Hyuuga Tenketsu strike, a Konaga's chakra builds up behind the blockage, causing immense pain, but then surges through the block reactivating the chakra point, leaving the Konaga Clan member unaffected by the strike overall.}
[This does not apply to Medical Ninjutsu techniques, but the effect does make Konaga difficult to operate on. Any attempt to heal a Konaga requires a Medic with the Chakra Control Specialty and requires twice the amount of chakra to perform any technique. it is also very physically exhausting as the medic is constantly fighting back against the Konaga's own body to overcome the chakra's attempt to eject it long enough to actually heal their body.]
6. Konaga Relations: How Konaga relate to each other is very unique and stems from the fact that while their bodies seem displaced as compared to the rest of the world, all Konaga are in tuen with each other. This produces several interesting reactions between the members of this clan.
- All Konaga can detect other Konaga within 250m radius of themselves. This is an innate ability and each member is able to pinpoint the other with ease (even when in stealth).
- Konaga relate to each other just as any normal human would with the rest of their world. For Konaga however, this is unusual, since the Numbing distorts everything around them. When meeting with other Konaga, everything about the other clan member is perfectly clear as compared to the rest of the world which exists ina haze. This draws Konaga to each other and allows them to truly sense another person makign them in essence 'more real' then anyone else in the world.
- The connection between Konaga is undeniable as when they are together, the symptoms of their pain are relieved (-1 Pain Stress degree) and they are allowed some relief from their agony. It does not suppress the pain entirely, but it is a notable change, like swift cool wind on a hot day. The greater the difference in the Konaga's ranks however, the more relief a lower ranked Konaga feels, and the less relief a higher ranked Konaga feels (For every 2 ranks of separation: -1 Pain Stress degree). Over time however, two Konaga grow accustomed to one another, and after about 6 months, they relief the once receive from each other fades until they feel no relief at all. It then requires a separation of another 6 months before the same relief can be felt between the same two Konaga again.
[Konaga Factoid] - "It is believed by many that this phenomenon of Konaga relations is the reason for their wanderlust, constantly seeking out new Konaga Clan Members to feel the relief of their bloodline pain. It is not uncommon for Konaga parents to take shifts with their newborn children, one parent leaving for six months and returning, only for the other parent to leave for six months. In many cases, this helps the child survive it's infant years by constantly being soothed in proximity to another Konaga.
7. Eye Color: A Konaga's eye color is almost always the same as their chakra color, but that is not the only intriguing aspect of their iris. All Konaga, if observed closely, can be seen to have floating speckles of chakra particles moving in their irises. This gives their eyes an almost prismatic look to them and are quite alluring and fascinating to see. (This part of their anatomy is linked with one of their augmentations)
The Pain Stress Tables:
The ability for a Konaga to maintain control over his chakra and how they can function on a day to day basis with unimaginable pain is all dependent on their Stamina. The lower their stamina, the more likely they are to lose control of themselves, or succumb to their pain in different ways. Even when their Stamina is at it's maximum however, for an instant, their bodies can falter and can limit what the Konaga can do.
The Pain Stress Tables are designed to mimic this concept and gives a level of required pain-related RPing on the part of the user. Every post a Konaga makes must be accompanied by a roll of the dice. That roll, whatever it may be, must be compared to the Pain Stress Tables and the effect on the table will determine how the Konaga's pain effects them on their next post. As Stamina decreases, the odds of feeling debilitating effects from their chakra increases, which makes heavy use of their Stamina dangerous... and makes the clan's augmentations that much more potentially dangerous to overuse.
Pain Level 6 - The Konaga's pain spikes, and the user doubles over for a few seconds as blood is coughed up out of the mouth. The user's vision shifts, creating a double vision for a brief period of time before returning to normal. All sound appears to dissipate as the Konaga hears nothing but their heart beat slowly, then faster, and faster. Atfer these sympotms, the Konaga's body returns to it's normal condition, but they know that in about 15-20 seconds, they will be thrown into the 'Raging Spirit'.
Pain Level 5 - The Konaga's pain spikes, sending waves of pain throughout the entire body which feels like they are being continual stabbed from all angles. When this is felt, the body is completely arrested and is unable to move for the entirety of the post. They are however still able to use their augmentations, but obviously, this could push them into even further critical condition.
Pain Level 4 - The Konaga's pain creates the effect of a burning sensation throughout their circulatory system, which makes it feel like entire body is on fire, this distracts the user and does not allow them to properly mold Ninjutsu.
Pain Level 3 - The Konaga's Pain suddenly spikes, completely arresting their body for a few seconds, causing them to be unable to move as the pain of their bloodline temporarily overtakes them. This feeling quickly passes, allowing the Konaga to move normally once again. for the remainder of the post however, they suffer a reduction in Speed and Strength by 1 rank.
Pain Level 2 - The Konaga's Pain causes their muscles to ache heavily and respond slower then normal, reducing their effective Speed by one rank.
Pain Level 1 - The Konaga's Pain suddenly spikes, distracting them momentarily. How the pain exhibits itself differs (is up to the user to create), but it does not incapacitate them, it simply serves as a distraction.
Pain Level 0 - The Konaga's pain is at full strength, but this is normal. They feel the pain and are affected by it normally, but this does not endanger them or distract in any way. This is their baseline condition.

Jutsu / Augmentations :
Every Konaga is different and many individuals have developed their own methods in creating body augmentations allowed by their unique bloodline. Certain techniques however are basic, and rather well-known amongst all Konaga, such as using chakra in your limbs to increase the power behind an attack, or pushing chakra into your legs to increase your speed or jumping distance. Others however are are complex and have steeper costs to use.
All augmentations require no handseals to use and can be activate nearly instantaneously. This means they can be strung together to form combos easily. Each augmentation only counts as half of a jutsu/maneuver, but only a max of two augmentations can be activated per post.
{All Konaga are free to apply for custom augmentations, but they must be submitted and approved before they are used. Once approved however, the technique become public knowledge and will be added to this post allowing others to utilize them.}
