Sailor Vanadis, Senshi of Wards
Since ancient times, man has used symbols of all kinds to ward off evil and misfortune,
sickness and even untimely death. Sailor Vanadis mostly uses runes, but many cultures used charms and amulets as well as written words or shapes.
Henshin Phrase: Vanadis Power, Make-Up!
Challenge: I'll ward off your evil!
Long Challenge: In the name of Vanadis, I will ward off your evil and end you!
Attack #1
Algiz Rune Warding!
Sailor Vanadis draws a rune on a stationary object or surface that disallows all corrupted beings (youma, Negaverse agents, etc) from entering in a 3 meter radius around the rune. Does not stop projectiles from entering the area.
Last a maximum of three posts (Vanadis casts ward-post, someone else posts, someone else OR Vanadis posts and the ward wears off) and the attack can only be used once per fight.
Attack #1a
NAME
Vanadis has to vanquish some baddies before she can use this!
Increases original duration of Algiz Rune Warding by one post and adds a healing effect to those inside the barrier. (Healing effect is maximum a couple of scratches/bruises per person, more effective the less people are inside the dome and lessening the more people there are. Max number of people that can receive the healing effect is three.)

Hobbies:
Collecting: If there's one thing that can be said about Aggie, it's that she loves to hoard things. Very, very specific things, mind; she's been collecting ribbons (for her hair) since she was a child, and has about every colour you could want. Or not want, as the case goes.
The only other collection that exceedes her collection of soft, colourful, delicately crafted (*dreamy sigh*) hair ribbons would be her humongous collection of maps and everything pertaining to geography. Aggie has books with maps in them, books on different cultures, books on topographical places of importance (and some of no importance at all).
Geography: The thing that most interests Aggie in the world, bar making more friends and attempting to keep said friends. Aggie spends hours reading - completely absorbing - dry, factual textbooks on everything that could possibly, conceivably, even remotely pertain to geography. She loves it, and such it is her greatest shame - embarrassing and dorky, but something she just can't seem to live without.
Notes: Aggie writes things down. Not for any particular reason, it's just something she does. Has always done. Her grammar is horrible and her spelling isn't much better (pretty impressive for someone who spends so much time reading, actually), but Aggie writes notes to herself, her family, her friends -- anyone, really. Chances are that if you know Aggie, you've had a small note of some sort stuffed under your door at some point in time. Or if you just happen to live in the vicinity. Oh, or if she likes your hair. She'll take any excuse, really.
Gemstone: Peridot
Gift: Geography. She has loads and loads and loads of maps and books on the subject in her room, piling on her poor excuse for a bookcase and lying hither-dither on the floor. Aggie goes nowhere without at least two maps on her, and not neccessarily locally relevant maps, either; she has everything, from maps detailing countries of the world, to little tourist-maps for the local park she stole in a gas station and she has memorized every single one of them. (Something that she just can't seem to manage for anything else than geography, no matter how hard she tries. Stupid English homework.) This is her secret shame and she goes to great lengths to hide her gift and hobby, up to and including making awful homemade pseudo-comic covers to hide the maps she brings to school. It is not convincing. But if you ever need someone to explain the squiggly lines on your map of the city or remind you which Kazakhstani province has the largest agricultural export, she's your girl.
Virtues:
Attentive -- Aggie takes lots of notes in class, will listen to your love-woes with the right expression, remember the time you told her about your bedwetting troubles in the greatest detail.
Hardworking -- You might fail, but you can always try again! And again, and again, and again, and again.. Right??
Generous -- Aggie loves to share! Provided it isn't anything that's embarrassing to her; other people's embarrassing stuff is fine, though. In fact, she'd love to tell you all about what she heard Person A say to Person B today! It could be interesting, really, right? You'll stick around a while longer and pretend we're friends to hear it, right? Okay, so this is how it goes..
Flaws:
Awkward -- Awkwardness perpetrates everything Aggie does. It's just a fact of life. Count on her to make the wrong observation at the wrong time, do something totally inappropriate and create the awkwardest silences ever known to man.
Insecure -- Aggie doesn't trust herself - she doesn't really trust you either, but she really doesn't trust herself. Most days Aggie isn't even sure she even likes herself. It shows. Most of the time this makes her into a regular ol' people pleaser; or an attempted one at least.
Irresponsible -- It's not her fault you lost your watch, seriously! So what if she was admiring it over an open sewer grate?! There was a seagull, and, uh..{ certs } ♥ { vanadis } ♥ { aggie } ♥ { tmyk } ♥ { relationships } ♥ { possessions } ♥ { scrap book } ♥ { roleplay log } ♥ {
