Although he doesn't mind traveling alone (and is pretty used to it), he's eager to meet and explore with others of his kind. Generally speaking, Sam is rather good-natured, and loves a good joke. But that won't save anyone once he gets riled up! All his cheery attitude goes out the window if someone is careless enough to push the wrong buttons on him! He's really rather easy-going, though and would rather talk things out than fight about them. Others see him as approachable, anyway. It also seems like he has a way with children, be they Khehora or otherwise. He is well-liked and respected by most of his clan mates, despite his strange tendencies to bring food (other animals) home pets. His clan recognizes him as a good, strong leader. He is not easily angered, but it isn't an impossible feat to accomplish. Unfortunately, when Sam gets pissed, he can be quite aggressive and violent. Description: Khehora: Sam is a war-horse sized Khehora of the Earth. He's covered in smooth, tannish-brown scales, with harder plating around his forepaws and back paws. His underbelly, the membranes of his wings, and his eyes are lime green, as well as the frill that runs down his neck and the tip of his tail. His claws are black. He has two long, black horns, as well as five brown horns on his head (two to the left of his face, two to the right, and one on top). He has golden markings on his five brown horns, the top of his arms, the tip of his tail, and his wings. Khehorian: Sam's Khehorian form is just a personification of his Khehora form. All of his gold markings, his seven separate horns, his lime head frill, and his lime colored eyes remain just as they did in his other form. His skin remains the same color tan, and he still sports his lime chest plates and Khehora tail. Because Sam isn't particularly creative, even his spectral wings retain their normal shape. His most notable difference is his long, platinum blond hair that extends to his waist. His two-legger body is tall, broad, and firm, and he's taken a liking to heavy golden jewelry, if not much else. Speech Color: #a1db00

H I S T O R Y
Despite Khehora being clan-beasts, Sam's mother and father ran off alone together, secretely living by themselves out in the middle of the Malro Desert, where they had a single clutch of eggs. Somewhere amongst the throes of passion, the mates were separated from each other, before the eggs even had a chance to hatch. Samael is one of that clutch of three. Though his mother was diligent and watchful of her eggs, one of them never hatched, leaving just Samael and his brother Kalerys. The two boys never learned much of their father, save that he was a proud and honorable Gaili. They simply knew that they were on their own with their mother. She was very protective of her two remaining Orakois, always keeping them from straying too far from the cave or playing too close to the cliffs or flying.
It frustrated Kalerys, though easy-going Samael didn't mind too terribly much. He was a pretty well-behaved Orakoi, even if his wayward brother wasn't. Sam's childhood was mostly uneventful for that reason, besides the growing tension between his mother and brother. Sam always seemed to play the middle-man, just wanting everyone to be happy. Since they lived on their own, he didn't meet many other Khehora, though he would occasionally see them flying overhead. When the time finally came that the two sons were old enough to fly off on their own, they each did so eagerly. Kalerys told Sam he would start a new clan on his own and be all the better for it. Samael still sees him occasionally. He likes to think they're close, so he does try to keep in touch with his brother.
As for himself, Sam was also eager to move away. Since he'd never had a clan, he wanted to find a family for himself. Hopefully, one that wasn't so combative like his mother and brother were. It was challenging to leave his home and single parent (especially since she had no intention of letting either of her sons leave, let alone both), but once Sam makes up his mind, it can't be changed. Admittedly, there was a brief tussle between mother and son, but eventually, Sam was able to set out, and even his mother fluttered from the den in search of a larger family. Samael joined a new clan, a small one, since it was just getting together. But the group welcomed him easily enough. Originally, the clan was a bit tense, since none of the Khehora knew each other well, but soon, everyone was starting to get along well enough. Of course, there were friendships and rivalries, as well as a few disputes that the Khehora had to work out for themselves, since they had no official clan leader. The clan also consists of a few more females than males, several of which already have eggs or Orakois to care for.
Because Sam is so open and easy-going, many of those females trusted (and still do!) him with their young ones as well as their troubles. The small clan didn't have an elected leader when Sam joined, but it seemed that a few of the Khehoras thought Sam was fitting to fill that role. Samael heard their whispers, and since he obtained the power of a Khehorian, he decided to accept! After all, he has a family in Carrion and Oblivion now, so he shouldn’t be too eager to fly the coup, anymore…
Sam adopted Carrion as a young Orakoi, and Oblivion journeyed with him through the challenging Cave of Dragons just after that. He’s met many other friends and rivals throughout his travels and taken up a few strange hobbies, as well. But it still seems like there’s no place like home!
His travels brought him to Serenia, where he met a scythe-wielder named Rinza. Her elegance and beauty provoked him into obtaining a weapon like that for himself. During his first practice lesson, Carrion told him that he would set off to explore on his own. Now with only Levi to return home to, Sam wonders if maybe he should take the time to find a proper scythe-trainer...
While his efforts in such endeavors have proven futile, Sam has taken up the practice of trying to train every creature he sees, even while the lovely Diabi, Oblivion should be holding his attention. In one of their few spats, Levi mentions hatchlings, and insists that Sam stop trying to train animals just in case they happen to adopt a nest for themselves. Sam has agreed, and is now miraculously preoccupied with the thought of Orakoi of his own...
And what should happen that Levi bring him home a nest! A nest of three beautiful eggs! Soon after obtaining them, Sam insists they take their new clutch back to Eowyn, so that they may hatch in their new home. But while the Gaili is out hunting, Levi ferries one of the eggs away, leaving them with just two. He claims he took it to his mother back in Soudul, so that the two new parents wouldn't be overwhelmed by three Orakoi getting into trouble when they hatch. Reluctantly, Sam is forced to agree with this. It won't be long before the two remaining eggs hatch!
The two babies emerge from their eggs soon after. Eager to see his third child, Sam flies off to Soudul to speak with Derilae. She informs him that she never had the egg, and Sam is forced to return home empty-handed, with only his thoughts of Levi's trickery fueling him.

Trained Pets: Azure: Sam managed to capture this lovely blue Vlidean on a trip to Serenia. She has a very cat-like personality, and has imprinted on Sam after many a grueling night of listening to her screeching. Azure despises any other living thing, though, and shows her displeasure by hissing, ruffling her feathers and beating her wings. Sam has mostly trained her into silence, though. She follows him on all his trips. Miel: This cub wandered into Sam's cave to inspect his other pets. Miel is currently too small and young to be of any use, but he is awfully cute! He loves to eat meat strips from Sam's hand, but besides that, he seems to prefer to spend time with Phalfa. She is the same colder coloration that he is. Maybe he thinks she's his mother? Phalfa: Sam fended off an adult Eowyn Alkara to obtain one of the eggs from its nest. It later hatched into a lovely golden bird that followed him about everywhere, gleefully chirping. Despite Phalfa's obvious adoration of Sam, she's more than satisfied to stay behind at home, so long as she has ample food and water in her enclosure. Spitfire: Sam spotted this young Argaroo in a nest as its mother went out to scavenge for food. Without much though, he picked it up and brought it home. As his name suggests, Spitfire is aggressive and abrupt, thanks to the fact that Sam fed him meat as a youngling. He is loyal to Sam and will attack anything even remotely suspicious before it can reach his Gaili owner.
Special Pets: Ruei: Sam found this egg (as well as two others that he gave to family) at the edge of his mountain home. It later hatched into a beautiful female poison Fae dragon. Sam still doesn't know much about her, but she seems harmless enough and usually spends most of her time draped around his neck, sleeping. [Bonus already added to stats.] Crystal Lumina is a scythe Sam had crafted especially for him in his massive hunt, 'The Grand Serenian Chronicles.' Magesc recently had a feud with the Drakeinian creator, causing Drakeins to turn into Khehora and Drakeinians to turn into Khehorians. Some changes were made regarding the appearance of the Khehora Master stage. Sam grew to Khehorian in the midst of this argument, and thus has art of how he's appear as a Khehorian, as well as a Drakeinian. However, as Drakeinians technically no longer exist, please use his Khehorian arts as reference! Not his Drakeinian art.

Khehora ❤Carrion: Sam adopted this Nekkora as an Orakoi, played by Fluffesu. 'I wasn't sure I should take such a creepy youngster under my wing, but if I didn't, I'm sure the clan would've killed him. He's turned out to be a good kid, if not a touch troublesome... But what youngster isn't? I love him dearly, and I'm sad to see that he's ready to go off on his own...' ❤Darke Frost: An Aiskala Alihora bonded to Maeron Aredan, played by Fluffesu. 'Darke was the first bonded I'd ever met, and he was so young... That boy shouldn't have brought him into a Dragon fight, but he did, and we all survived anyway. As bad as I feel for Darke, I don't think his two-legger means any harm. They're an alright pair.' ❤Grrel: A moody female Khehora played by robot kitten. 'She was a great partner in the cave! Not so much at the taming... Although, she's so against Bonded's, and her temper can get in the way of a peaceful time. I don't like the thought of Khehora being controlled any more than she does, but there's no reason to be violent about it. She seems much more touchy after she saw me with Maeron. It's probably best if we don't cross paths too often.' ❤Kekeovonnai: A hatchling born of the nest Sam adopted. Sam's son, played by DraconicFeline. 'He's only just been born, but already I can tell that his spirit of adventure rivals his Pappy's. He is a handful, but I can't help but feel like he is entitled to his explorations...' ¤Kioda: An aggressive female Khehora played by Silver_tigress18. 'She seems very independent and headstrong, and a little mistrusting... I guess that's acceptable, since you never know who's out to get you. Still, I wish she wasn't such a hypocritical brat! This girl annoys me, no doubt! I have to keep getting stronger, so that I can blow her out of the water when next we meet!' ☒/❤Oblivion: A Diabi Alihora that happened to be taking on the Cave of Dragons at the same time as Sam. They currently live together, played by Fluffesu. 'He's a bit arrogant. I dislike how he thinks he's better than everyone. Especially when I could floor him and I know it. But beneath that, I can tell that he's playfully mischievous. As much as I hate to admit it... He's also very pretty. We wound up sharing my home for a while. We even went to visit his mother, and then... among the forests of Soudul, he found a nest of three beautiful eggs. He was a stupid ******** and gave one of them away, but we'll work hard to raise the other two together.' ❤Suluksati: Sam has is starting to spend more and more time with this Aedaun Alihora female, played by DraconicFeline. 'Agh, maybe I have a thing for feathers. This Alihora is beautiful and genuine, and I'm pleased that she got along so well with Carrion despite his... differences. She seems sweet and dutiful. Maybe we can get along outside of combat as well. I did invite her to visit me whenever she is able.' ❤Toki: Sam went on a few taming endeavors with Toki, played by robot kitten. 'I thought I'd be kind of nervous around him, since older Khehora are not usually amused by me. He's not so bad, though. I'm thankful he was willing to help me catch Crowell a new pet! He's much more sensible than his apprentice, Grrel.' ❤Vazarri: A hatchling born of the nest Sam adopted. Sam's daughter, played by Fluffesu. 'She's definitely going to be Levi's spoiled little girl. She prances after him and chirps all her nonsense at him. Naturally, she only wants my attention when he's out on the hunt.'
Oblivionite ❤Castor: An Oblivionite boy Sam met on Soudul, played by reirelight. 'I shouldn't have been surprised to see an Oblivionite on Soudul, but for some reason, I simply didn't expect to see one. Castor was probably the first Oblivionite I've ever held an actual conversation with. He seems polite, curious, eager... I dunno why Orderites are up in arms about them. He's a pretty good kid.' ❤Detraeus: A young Oblivionite that didn't have much to say, played by The Only Black Uke. 'Meeting' ❤Raemos: An Oblivionite boy played by DraconicFeline. 'Despite my battle alongside him, I still know next to nothing about this kid. He's covered in bandages and uses a spell tome somewhat efficiently...? That's about it. We didn't get a chance to talk much.'
Orderite ❤Charlotte: A young Orderite girl played by Nye U-chan. 'She's alright, for a two-legger, and her magic is certainly something to be weary of. Fortunately, I'm on her good side! We weren't together long, but we accomplished a lot, and I made her a promise to see her again. Hopefully, I'll be able to do just that!' ❤Ismene: An Orderite girl who went on a taming adventure with Sam, played by a pet dino. 'She spotted me staggering about soon after I learned how to transform into a Khehorian. I thought about trying to take her Vlidean taming with me, but it turns out I was unable to. A shame, she seems very smart.' ❤Kadryn: An Orderite woman that engaged Sam in a battle on Ayr, played by robot kitten. 'I was... originally mixed-minded about her. But despite allowing her to bludgeon me in the head, she seems alright. A bit crazy, maybe, but generally speaking, she seems friendly and open. Maybe we'll get along alright after all.' ❤Sueno: Went on a Vlidean taming adventure with this cute little Orderite, played by robot kitten. 'Such a cute and enthusiastic little girl! Even more impressive, since we were dealing with a mean, unruly Vlidean. Seeing someone as young as her out and about by herself makes me nervous, though...' ❤Maeron Aredan: An Orderite boy that is bonded to a young Khehora, played by Fluffesu. 'Usually, I'm willing to give kids the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not sure it's smart for this boy to have anything linked to his life. He's reckless and careless. If it weren't for me, Peisios would have snapped him right up. It makes me feel especially awful for the poor bonded Alihora at his side... Still, I can't help but think he'll be alright. I guess I even consider him a friend.'
NPC's ❤Aria: Samael's brother's mate. Coloration: Golden with fiery eyes. She's also rather petite. 'She seems a little too peppy for my brother's tastes, but I certainly don't mind it! In fact, I like her a lot. She'll definitely be good for him!' ❤Crowell: A flightless Orakoir that is a member of Sam's clan. Coloration: Dark navy all around with grey eyes. 'I like this little guy. For such a small thing, he'd got spunk! And I respect that! Plus, he's an excellent climber that doesn't let bad things get him down. I managed to acquire him a pet Dactyl, and I even entrusted him to watch over Carrion when he was still young.' ❤Derilae: Oblivion's mother. Coloration: The best way to describe her is the color of the treetops during Autumn. She's splattered with oranges, golds, and browns, with red eyes and feathered wings. 'Of course I was weary of meeting any of Levi's family, but she was surprisingly alright! She engages me with my taming endeavors, and she's just as willing to play and take care of the pets as I am. And, she's... quite beautiful. Maybe even more than Levi himself...' ❤Kalerys: Samael's brother. He lives with a different clan. Coloration: Dark chocolate, pale cream, and small forest colored accents. His eyes are yellow. 'I miss my brother sometimes. We got along so well when we were growing up! I visit him as often as I can, but I feel like I've been getting more occupied with my current clan. I can't tell if that's a good or bad thing...' ❤Lymera: A female in Sam's clan. She was the first to adopt Carrion's egg. Coloration: Golden sand with chocolate accents. Her eyes are brown. 'I understand where Lymera was coming from when she decided to kick Carrion out, but he is just a youngling. She shouldn't have been too hard on him. But hearing everyone's doubts made her nervous... I think she was relieved when I volunteered to take him.' ❤Nigerey: Crowell's mother. She seems a bit ashamed of her son and doesn't let him out much... Coloration: Slate-colored body with bright white wings. Her eyes are grey. 'I have to respect her, since she's older, but that doesn't mean I like her decisions! It's a bit tense between us, but no arguments have broken out yet... She seems to respect me in about the same way I respect her; a bit grudgingly.' ❤Nistatia: An old Orderite healer that lives in Ashen City. Looks: White hair, hazel eyes, and cheek-skin flaps. 'Hm... As far as old-fashioned two-leggers go, this one isn't so bad. She took care of us when we were injured after fighting Aedauns. Fed us and even took care of Carrion. I definitely respect this old woman.' ❤Rinza: An Orderite Master that wields the golden scythe Lumina. Looks: Mint hair, dappled golden wings, and hazel eyes. 'This girl is amazing... I can only wish I had her skill. She inspired me to take on a real two-legger weapon: a scythe. In her honor, I've named it 'Crystal Lumina,' and I will learn to control it with the same accuracy and precision that she possesses! Not to mention... She's a lovely girl.' ❤Riskaya: A female of Sam's clan. She wanted to be rid of Carrion when he was young. Coloration: A cream colored Gaili with orange accents. Her eyes are fiery. 'Riskaya is still young, so I must forgive her hostility. It's a shame that she's swayed so easily, though... A few words from passerby managed to change all that her parents taught her of caring for those who can't care for themselves...'
