Esther was happily walking throughout the team rocket base, head and tail held high in the air. Keira was out on a mission that didn't require her pokemon. It was strictly observe and report. Boring and such. But she had brought Kairav with her, just incase. Esther was a little jealous, and had pouted for a while in the beginning. But now she decided to go on a tour of the base for fun.
As the eevee strolled through the halls, her ears perked up as she examined her surroundings. She hadn't had a chance to go exploring the base in some time, so it was nice to geto ut and see what sort of neat things, and pokemon, ther were here. Esther seemed to be picking fights more often lately then making friends. But she was just so picky! And all the pokemon she ran into were ugly bald things! bald pokemon were just so ugly and useless! Good for nothings without fur! Esther's lovely coat was her pride and joy and she took very precise care of it. Her tail and neck fluff were ruffled and brushed several times a day to keep them silky soft. And she was quite nice to pet.
The eevee did think highly of herself, but why not? Who said only vulpix could think highly of themselves? Well eevees could to! Though she did notice a lack of male eevee around. Interesting...Esther wondered why that was when she thought males were suppose to be more common. Oh well! She stopped on the third floor. She had found the rec. room as her ears perked up while she walked around to see what sort of interesting things she could find here.

Training had been put on a very abrupt hold ever since his Master had been shot and hospitalized, the poor women, she could barely stand up out of that boring bed to go use the bathroom, let alone leave the room to go train the dark colored Shuppet and his teammate Umbreon. Shupper and Umbreon had done their best to keep master company, but ever since she had gotten those books from the agent with the glasses, she was a lot more content to sit there reading and studying. This left more time for Shuppet to take a break from that stuffy room, and float around the base, just to get a change of scenery.
Shuppet remained invisible, floating smoothly down the halls with a content smile on his face. He passed many Rockets, all without them knowing, some of them had their own pokemon with them, if the pokemon saw him, then they certainly didn’t care. But the first time he came upon a pokemon –without- a trainer, well, this caught his curiosity, it was maybe like him? Tilting his invisible head as he peered down at the Eevee, then floated down to catch up with her.
the small voice floated from the air, echoed with a haunted swell when he spoke,

Esther's elongated ears perked up when she heard a noise. She stopped and turned around, but frowned when she saw nothing. It was probably a ghost if she couldn't see it, didn't they do that? She scrunched up her nose at the thought of there being a ghost type there, but she figured might as well reply... "Out. Where is yours? Hmm?" she answered back at him, not really hiding the fact that his kind of pokemon wasn't her type.
She wasn't quite sure what it wanted anyways, and it wasn't his business if she walked around without her trainer! He was doing it after all! So why couldn't she!? "So are you always prying into the personal lives of random pokemon or am I just special? And it is incredibly rude to hide yourself when talking to others. But I will not be bothered with one who wont even show himself." she said with a grin before turning her head away with a 'hmph!'.

he replied, the small voice not sounding very detoured by the Eevee's snipping. Once that question was answered, he went on to her next string of questions, shifting his position, to float on the other side of her, where he obliged and suddenly popped into full view it could be likely, a lot of Rockets got hurt on the job. he saw most of them while he had floated around in the med ward

"Hmm no she is not int he hospital. she's not weak enough to get shot." said Esther. When he finally came into view she frowned. Yup, an ugly ghost. Greeeat. "Hmmm...why are your kind always so bald" she asked him as her tail wagged back and fourth.
Esther wasn't being particularly friendly, but to be fair he was rude first by prying while invisible. Quite rude indeed! "Interesting? Well I am the pretties eevee there is. And a pokemon doesn't really need their trainers all the time" she said as she sat down and began to lick her paw a bit.

his head... more like his entire body tilted to one side when she made a comment about his master being weak for getting shot. and then continued to ask why his "kind" were bald. he said in reply to the bald question he explained, dead serious.
he made sure to point out, after he told his story, the hem on his flowing body drifting out toward her.

Did he think she was stupid? They were not diseased, even if they looked ugly enough to be diseased. "Pfft. Like I will believe that. YOu may be ugly but you are not 'diseased'. Ghosts never have hair, so they can't have a disease to make it fall out!" said Esther in a 'matter of factually' tone.
But when he started to come near her she jumped back and puffed up, making a noise that sounded similar to a hiss. "Don't touch me! Your kind are gross! I don't want you touching me!" she shouted at him. Annoying ghost!

She might not have bought his story, something that would have been very funny, but she still didn't want him to touch her. this he found amusing, if she was going to be rude, then he was going to have a little fun before he decided to flit away. he cooed hauntingly, floating after her, skirted body flaring out around him to reach for her.
a sudden bark resonated sharply through the halls, the Ghost pokemon twirled around, startled by the sudden outburst of his name. frowning softly, most in disapointment when he saw an Umbreon, standing down the hall from them, large red eyes staring sternly over at the two pokemon. Shuppet asked, annoyed, floating up higher.
Red eyes traveled from Shuppet, over to the Eevee, and with out any flicker of care back to the Shuppet. this pokemon has been an Umbreon for a while, probably as soon as physically possible, the larger Eon's rings gleamed slightly in the lower lighting, his ear perked high of his head in clear annoyance.

"I said don't touch me! Get away!" shouted Esther as he came closer to her. She didn't want it to touch her! Thankfully, someone else showed up. Esther jumped a little when she heard the shout, but her ears perked up when she saw who it was. And umbreon! What a nice change in scenery!
Thankfully the shuppet backed off. Phew, finally she didn't have to deal with that thing anymore. Esther walked over to him, not saying anything to the shuppet. "Thank you Umbreon. But do you have a name so that I may thank you properly?" she asked him as she smiled, her tail wagging a bit. She would much rather be in his company then the shuppets.
"I must apologize, I was a little rude myself. But pokemon like him make me nervous so I tend to lash out. Very unlady like of me.." she said, pawing at the ground a bit. It was no secret that this little eevee was flirting.

Umbreon looked down at the Eevee as she approached him, shifting the brow over one of his eyes with a slight frown he said firmly, holding the same mentality as his master on that matter. he finished throwing in a bit of good advice, probably not in the most polite way.

"A ghost can't hurt me." said Esther with a shrug. "While I may not be able to do much to it either, I do have some moves that can do some damage, just not a whole lot." she said. She frowned at its attitude though. Why be like that? "Oh well I am sorry. A lot of trainers give their pokemon names, so I wasn't sure if you had one or not." she said.
"Oh come now. Can you really say that you would let him bully a lovely lady?" said Esther as she sat down, her tail curling up against her body as she tilted her head to the side. She knew Keira planned to make her into an umbreon or espeon, but she wasn't sure which just yet.

Umbreon had turned to start walking away, but with a slight frown he glanced back over his shoulder at the Eevee. he huffed softly, shifting to turn and face her again.
she seemed pretty full of herself, mostly getting that impression by the way she called herself a "lovely lady" he treated her no differently then he did any other pokemon, maybe a bit better since she was an Eevee, though it wasn't much, she had potential, thats -all- being an Eevee meant.

"Excuse me! But don't presume I can't take on someone like that!" said Esther with a frown. "Just because I haven't evolved yet, doesn't mean I can't defeat a bullying ghost! I can take care of myself. Just because I didn't want that thing touching me doesn't mean I couldn't beat it. I didn't need your help, but since you went and did it I figured I might as well thank you. Is it so hard to say 'your welcome' or something of the sort!?" said Esther as she followed after him. She would show him!
"Keira is a great trainer, and when I evolve we will be a great pair! In the meantime yes I may have a bark that's bigger then my bite, But I am not weak either. I can take care of myself against a stupid ghost!" she said, not really caring that this other pokemon was likely stronger then her. He deserved to be told off and dammit, she was going to do it!

Umbreon rolled his eyes a little, looking clearly annoyed before his features took back that black hidden expression that was so typical for the dark eons. one of his shoulders Jerked in a gesture of indifference. before he turned to walk away, typical Eevee.
the Shuppet huffed, insulted by her comments. <"a few" moves won't take me down so easy. I -am- trained> the ghost frowned, pouting indignantly.
Umbreon snorted this was getting annoying, he didn't stand up for Shuppet at all. instead he stood up and turned to continue down the hall.
Shuppet puffed up a little, looking over at the Eevee. floating suddenly closer to her, frilling out his body as if threatening to touch her again, just because he knew it would get a rise out of her.

Esther frowned at him as he started to walk away. "You don't know anything about me! So don't go assuming things about me!" she shouted back at him. But her thoughts were distracted as the annoying ghost showed up again. "Hmph. Doesn't do any good if you can't touch me ghost!" she spat back at him. As he started to approach her, Esther took a few steps back as she growled as him.
But before he could reach her, razor sharp leaves went flying at the shuppet from the side, as an Ivysaur came from around the corner and approached him. "Get lost ghost. Your kind are an eye soar, and you are obviously unwanted. Instead of picking on eevees, why don't you go be useful and clean up that disgusting excuse of a 'body' you have there. You look god awful." said Genbu, glaring at him as he walked next to Esther who was in the process of Glaring at him.
"Genbu! I didn't want you help!" she shouted at him, but he didn't pay her much attention. He just wanted to keep her out of trouble for Keira.
