The city was cold, the chill air now matched the dismal gray of the downtown slums around it, making everything from the cold poor in inhabitance sitting against the ashen red bricks of the buildings, to the flaking and cracked signs and streets look appropriately more miserable.

The grunt that walked through the streets, toward the more secluded arias had better reason to be wearing a Jacket now, other than just concealment of her uniform, zipped up high to allow her chin and nose to tuck underneath the collar, keeping her sensitive features warm from the winter elements.

Faleen had corresponded with the Grunt Will, from the Camphoreon branch, having met him before; she had offered to help work with him his unruly Charizard.
She didn’t think she was going to be the best candidate, but at this point, she wasn’t sure how else he was going to be able to get help, so she was willing to do what she could, with what she’s learned from training classes.
Besides, it was nice to get out of the HQ for a little bit once in a while.

Her hazel eyes fell onto the nearing, half hidden entrance of the underground HQ, with a sharp scan around her to make sure that no one was there to witness as made a quick decent of the steps into the darkness, unzipping her jacket as she went to show her uniform, continuing by memory, and looking out for where the guard was that she was sure to run into.

The voice brought Faleen to a halt with a startled jerk of her head, looking up to see the person she was here for, in casual clothing this time however.
She smiled and lifted a hand out of her pocket to wave back in greeting.
And then he brought up the Charmeleon, Faleen stopped waving her eyes grew wide for a moment before
"What- AGH! oh my gosh, you know about that?"
She bowed her forehead and rose her palm to meet it. "I don't even know why I kept it, I mean, yeah I guess I though it would help. gah"
Her face was quite red now, bringing the second non dark pokemon in her ownership.

Great, it was on her profile now, wasn't it.
For a while she had even managed to forget she even had it. the last time she let it out to get it healed it had FREAKED out, since then she just kept it in its Pokeball.
While she was a little surprised he looked up her profile, despite that fact it was for everyone to see, she was impressed as well, most people probably wouldn't bother.
"Took the surprise out of everything" she added with an amused look.

Her laugh turned to something a little more awkward "Fly? But whats wrong with driving to get places? Cars work just fine."
She hadn't thought about it before, having enough trouble seeing herself training a Charmeleon, but flying on a Charizard?
"And you know, Honchkrow is on my list." she pointed out again with her still awkward smile.
"Anyway" Finishing with descending the steps to greet him properly, holding a hand out to him. Pulling her other hand out of her Pocket.
"Its good to see you again Will, how have things been? anything else breaking?"

Faleen could think of a couple of reasons why not, but they were probably more irrational then she was making them out to be.
The fact that she had no idea how to fly on a pokemon was irrelevant... but it was still a very uncomfortable idea.

"I know" she said through a wistful sigh, "I'm allowed a little wishful thinking." she Grinned.

Taking Will hand in hers, holding it for a moment.
"Staying busy, working, training, utterly failing the in field training lessons," she lifted a corner of her mouth, but just smiled through it. "Your right, stealing pokemon is difficult."

She smiled at the encouraging words, with a nod of her head. It was certainly her intent, with a proper team, she could make a better Rocket.

“I took on a little more than I expected to,” she started to explain. “It got a little out of hand, and hey, did you notice the nice burnt fringe that I have in my hair now” she pointed out, reaching up to pluck at the singed tips of her hair. “I need to get it trimmed out still” she sheepishly.

"You though I burned my hair on purpose?" She couldn't help a laugh at this. "Well it would be an interesting hair style, I wish I could say I got it from a blow torch or something"

She chuckled, waving a hand slightly before tucking her hair back into the neck of her jacket.

"I did learn from it, a lot actually," she said, with a confirming nod "and next time, I'll to better" that wasn't a question, she was determined to do better, work with her team better.
slipping her hands back into her pocket.
"So, where are we going to try and train today?" she asked, not sure where a Rocket can train around here.

The idea of chasing a Charizard around trying to get it to listen did not sound appealing at all. "That seems like it would be nonproductive, inside sounds like a good idea to me." she agreed.
"Well, whenever you are ready, lead the way."
She still wasn't sure where the training rooms would be here.

Faleen stepped in taking a moment to look around the training aria, it certainly wasn't as nice as the ones at the main base, but they didn't need anything really spectacular.
"it'll work just fine. enough open room is all we really need."
She shifted her weight, glancing sideways to look over at Will again.
"Well, lets see how this goes the first day"

She wasn't entirely sure how this was going to work out, but, she knew this wasn't going to be an over night achievement, first day was going to be the most difficult.
