Should a person piss him off, he would sound just as calm and content as he told them off. He is a competitive person at nature, and rarely backs down from a challenge. He seems to be a genuinely kind person. And while he can be, its not entirely who he actually is. He is an anarchist at heart, and will always resist authority. For those he finds too arrogant, he makes it his mission to bring them down a level. He has a sadistic side to him that he finds hard to resist, justifying it as the pain and death he inflicts on those he believes deserve it as he limits himself from harming innocents. He is a care free kind of person, preferring to do things all at once than over time. He is also flamboyant in nature, and despite his past as an assassin, he likes to make an entrance and exit. He can be fairly sarcastic, and loves to provoke others for the amusement of it. He can seem obnoxious at times, but its usually because he wants to see how the person reacts. He has his own sense of justice, and should he deem you undeserving he will not give a shred of mercy.
        Vernacular ▬ Ghost's voice is usually calm and just loud enough to be audible, but his tone conveys that he is self confident. When roused, his voice may raise but it is not often. There is often a teasing tone in his voice and silent challenge in his words. The accent varies by disguise and mood.

╫ H I S T O R Y ╫


        BACKGROUND ▬ Officially, he doesn't exist. As such, his background is nonexistent in any records. The only way to find out his background is directly from Ghost. Ghost was born in a family of three as the eldest child. Usually, the first born got to inherit everything. Ghost however was not raised as an heir, or even as a child. He was born and raised to be an assassin for his family. All his life he was treated as a tool, and when his younger siblings were born he would see them be showered with love and promised a normal life. Whenever he questioned it, he would be tortured. As soon as he was able, he would be sent out on missions to kill humans, with the threat of being killed if he failed or tried to escape. It was his only freedom from the abuse of his family and nonstop training, and he particularly enjoyed the kill. He spent many years killing for his family, advancing their power by killing off their rivals.
        [Future in RP]
        It got to the point where he was too good at his job. One day when he was sent on a mission, he found out he had been setup as he was ambushed by assassins. However, his family underestimated him. One by one the assassins died, suffering, and in the end only Ghost survived, though slightly wounded. Seeing this as his chance, he severed all ties and ran away, erasing all traces of himself. He has not seen his family since.


╫ I N V E N T O R Y ╫

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Vambrace
        ▬ This is a vambrace designed to be hidden within the sleeves of his various outfits. There is a mechanism around the top and bottom of it, though the vambrace itself does not cover the fingers of the user or the hand itself. It rather wraps around just behind the wrist and stops a little before the elbow.
        Melee Form ▬ The vambrace on the underside has a a retractable/ extendable blade the size of a dagger.
        Ranged Form ▬ The vambrace on the top half has a contraption where a carabiner hook can be attached to a length of wire, coiled for about 50 feet in length. The line can be launched so the carabiner can attach to something, extended if he needs to choke someone with the line (which can cut in the skin if pulled tight enough), or retracted quickly by the mechanics of it to pull him up walls as well as collect the extended wire.

        *NAME ▬ The Assassin
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Slate Gray
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ This semblance is an extension of Ghost and thus what he was raised as; an assassin. It functions on the three core bases of being an assassin: studying his opponents to learn more about them to learn their weaknesses, moving unseen, and the kill. He can study his opponents by a form of aura reading his semblance grants him (his level 0); with a persons aura being unique to each person, and thus revealing of the person themselves. The versatility in effect comes from having to study and adapt to each target he comes across to eliminate. The abilities of this semblance are cumulative.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (Studied Target) Ghost studies his mark to learn as much about them as he can, as is part of the assassin trade. However, when he does so he gets a more intuitive insight as he can read their aura almost like a book if he spends enough time. By spending 1 post studying someone, he learns their primary talent (s). By spending 2 posts studying someone, he learns their weakest skill. By spending 3 posts studying someone, he can learn their semblance in general and up to their current level. By spending 4 posts, he learns their semblance drawbacks. By spending 5 posts, he can see weaknesses in a persons aura for his level 3.
        *LEVEL 1▬ (Quarry) After studying a target for 2 posts, Ghost knows the direction they are and has a general feeling of how far they are. This comes across as him knowing what direction they are in regards to himself, and hearing a faint heartbeat when within 10 meters of his target that grows louder the closer he gets. After studying a target for 3 posts, and making physical contact with them, the user imparts a bit of their aura onto them that travels to their eyes. This can be used to blind them for a short while.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (Defensive Study) After studying a target for 4 posts, Ghost's aura can adapt to limit the damage done by the other. In this way, it will hinder their attacks or semblances used against him. Ghost gets another benefit from studying a target for 5 posts; he can see key points in their aura, or anatomy, that he can strike to cause temporary paralysis. This also applies to Grimm.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (Negate) By striking key points in a persons aura, Ghost can have his own aura attack those weakened posts to cancel out certain levels of an opponents semblance. He can choose up to what level his opponent cannot access.
        *DRAWBACKS
        ▬ General:
        - His eyes glow whenever he is actively using his semblance (though when traveling in shadows this cannot be seen).
        - If he has studied someone prior, and wants to get one of his later level effects again, it would take 2 posts of study since he is familiar with them already.
        - Only applies to one studied target at a time. Can't study multiple people at once.
        ▬ Level 0:
        - He has to spend the posts consecutively studying an opponent in order to increase the benefits, if not the post amount resets.
        - He can only learn up to what their current level of semblance is.
        - This level has no effect on Grimm due to their lack of aura.
        - He cannot make the posts with no interaction in between. It has to be a back and forth in posts with the target, even if its just the target minding their own business while he is secretly studying them from a distance
        ▬ Level 1:
        - Quarry only affects one person at a time; once he studies another target and designates them as a quarry, he loses all tracking of the former.
        - The blinding lasts for 3 posts, with a 3 post cool down. After the cool-down, he would have to make physical contact again to cause the obscuring of vision.
        - The blindness can be ended early if the person concentrates their aura on trying to expel his aura. This takes one post of concentration where they can't use their semblance (if they are the same level or higher than Ghost. If they are lower in level it takes 2 posts).
        ▬ Level 2:
        - Defensive study does not negate damage or semblance effects; just reduce its effectiveness by half (half cool-downs, damage, and etc discussed with other person).
        - The paralysis lasts for 2 posts at a time, and only affects one limb/ body part at any given time. There is a 3 post cooldown on this ability.
        ▬ Level 3:
        - This level requires that he studied the target for 5 posts through his level 0 ability and learned all that he could from it. This is so he learns exactly where to strike the opponent to disable them in this way.
        - This level requires him to strike or touch three areas of the other person (whether on their aura or body): The Mind (Head), The Body (Spine), and The Soul (Heart). Or to learn three personal things about them that they have to reveal to him (One for mind, one for body and one for soul which will vary from person to person but has to be agreed upon by both myself and them).
        - If they lie about any of the three personal things and he activates the ability solely by learning about them versus doing the strikes/ touches, it will fail and put it on cool down. However if he has also struck/ touched them in the appropriate areas, it will work regardless.
        - The ability will cancel out a level of his choice (and lower) of his studied target. So if he cancels out the first level of someone else's semblance, they can not use level 1 or 0 abilities but can use level 2 and up if they have access to them normally.
        - The negation has a cool down of 5 posts that takes place once he stops using this level of his semblance (or the target is killed/ unconscious in which case he skips the cool down).
        - He can use this level of semblance for 10 posts.
        - He can only negate one person at a time.

        *AURA COLOR ▬ Slate Gray
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ This semblance is an extension of Ghost and thus what he was raised as; an assassin. It functions on the three core bases of being an assassin: studying his opponents to learn more about them to learn their weaknesses, moving unseen, and the kill. He can study his opponents by a form of aura reading his semblance grants him (his level 0); with a persons aura being unique to each person, and thus revealing of the person themselves. He can travel through shadows at later levels and even empower himself from them for the final confrontation. The versatility in effect comes from having to study and adapt to each target he comes across to eliminate.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (Studied Target) Ghost studies his mark to learn as much about them as he can, as is part of the assassin trade. However, when he does so he gets a more intuitive insight as he can read their aura almost like a book if he spends enough time. By spending 1 post studying someone, he learns their primary talent (s). By spending 2 posts studying someone, he learns their weakest skill. By spending 3 posts studying someone, he can learn their semblance in general and up to their current level. By spending 4 posts, he learns their semblance drawbacks. By spending 5 posts, he can see weaknesses in a persons aura for his level 3.
        *LEVEL 1▬ (Shadow step) This is the level that moving unseen manifests. He is able to travel through shadows, hide in another persons shadow, or even take the form of his own shadow.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (Spectral form) At this level, Ghost is able to pull shadows to him to coat his form. When doing this, it is hard to determine where specific parts of him actually are as he seems to be shifting like the shadows themselves. It also makes it hard to determine his own specific movements, as a strike could appear to be coming from one direction when its in fact coming from another. In this form there is a 50% miss chance ( If I am going to be hit from a non- area of effect attack I will roll a d100. 1-50 and the hit resolves as normal, 50-100 he is not hit).
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (Negate) By striking key points in a persons aura, Ghost can have his own aura attack those weakened posts to cancel out certain levels of an opponents semblance. He can choose up to what level he and his opponent cannot access.
        *DRAWBACKS
        ▬ General:
        - His eyes glow whenever he is actively using his semblance (though when traveling in shadows this cannot be seen).
        ▬ Level 0:
        - While doing this, he cannot be actively using any of the other levels of his semblance.
        - He has to spend the posts consecutively studying an opponent in order to increase the benefits, if not the post amount resets.
        - He can only learn up to what their current level of semblance is.
        - This level has no effect on Grimm due to their lack of aura.
        - He cannot make the posts with no interaction in between. It has to be a back and forth in posts with the target, even if its just the target minding their own business while he is secretly studying them from a distance
        ▬ Level 1:
        - If his patch of shadows is completely illuminated by light, he will be revealed.
        - It takes 1 post for him to dissipate into a shadow and 1 post for him to reform. In this state he is vulnerable to attack and cannot effectively counter attack.
        - He is only able to travel in shadows for 7 posts (with a 3 post recharge afterwards if he gets more aura from an outside source) per day . The 1 post to slip into a shadow and reform do not count against this.
        - When traveling as his own shadow , it can be obvious to tell something is not right as a person could see the shadow moving with no source (if they look closely).
        - When in complete darkness, his shadow form appears to be a much lighter shade of darkness, making the human shadow shape still distinguishable.
        - He can only travel in shadow form as far as one area topic (ex: He starts it in vale city so he can go to any topics in that city, but not to outskirts or academy; unless he goes back to human form and changes location by going there that way).
        ▬ Level 2:
        - An area of effect attack ignores this miss chance.
        - It lasts for 5 posts and has a 10 post recharge.
        - There have to be shadows nearby to do this. If there are no shadows, he cannot do this.
        - He cannot use a persons shadow for this.
        - Must be used consecutively (if he starts using it for 1 post then stops, it immediately goes onto cool down)
        ▬ Level 3:
        - This level requires that he studied the target for 5 posts through his level 0 ability and learned all that he could from it. This is so he learns exactly where to strike the opponent to disable them in this way.
        - This level requires him to strike or touch three areas of the other person (whether on their aura or body): The Mind (Head), The Body (Spine), and The Soul (Heart). Or to learn three personal things about them that they have to reveal to him (One for mind, one for body and one for soul which will vary from person to person but has to be agreed upon by both myself and them).
        - If they lie about any of the three personal things and he activates the ability solely by learning about them versus doing the strikes/ touches, it will fail and put it on cool down. However if he has also struck/ touched them in the appropriate areas, it will work regardless.
        - The ability will cancel out the same levels of semblance as his own and the ones below it. So if he cancels out the first level of someone else's semblance, neither of them can use level 1 or 0 abilities but can use level 2 and up if they have access to them normally.
        - The negation has a cool down of 5 posts that takes place once he stops using this level of his semblance (or the target is killed/ unconscious in which case he skips the cool down).
        - He can use this level of semblance for 10 posts.
        - He can only negate one person at a time.

        Nature ▬ Ghost is friendly and talkative type of person. He is very polite and formal, so long as he feels like it. Should a person piss him off, he would sound just as calm and content as he told them off. He is a competitive person at nature, and rarely backs down from a challenge. He seems to be a genuinely kind person. And while he can be, its not entirely who he actually is. He is an anarchist at heart, and will always resist authority. For those he finds too arrogant, he makes it his mission to bring them down a level. He has a sadistic side to him that he finds hard to resist, justifying it as the pain and death he inflicts on those he believes deserve it as he limits himself from harming innocents. He is a care free kind of person, preferring to do things all at once than over time. He is also flamboyant in nature, and despite his past as an assassin, he likes to make an entrance and exit. He can be fairly sarcastic, and loves to provoke others for the amusement of it. He can seem obnoxious at times, but its usually because he wants to see how the person reacts. He has his own sense of justice, and should he deem you undeserving he will not give a shred of mercy.
        Vernacular ▬ Ghost's voice is usually calm and just loud enough to be audible, but his tone conveys that he is self confident. When roused, his voice may raise but it is not often. There is often a teasing tone in his voice and silent challenge in his words. The accent varies by disguise and mood.

╫ H I S T O R Y ╫


        BACKGROUND ▬ Officially, he doesn't exist. As such, his background is nonexistent in any records. The only way to find out his background is directly from Ghost. Ghost was born in a family of three as the eldest child. Usually, the first born got to inherit everything. Ghost however was not raised as an heir, or even as a child. He was born and raised to be an assassin for his family. All his life he was treated as a tool, and when his younger siblings were born he would see them be showered with love and promised a normal life. Whenever he questioned it, he would be tortured. As soon as he was able, he would be sent out on missions to kill humans, with the threat of being killed if he failed or tried to escape. It was his only freedom from the abuse of his family and nonstop training, and he particularly enjoyed the kill. He spent many years killing for his family, advancing their power by killing off their rivals.
        [Future in RP]
        It got to the point where he was too good at his job. One day when he was sent on a mission, he found out he had been setup as he was ambushed by assassins. However, his family underestimated him. One by one the assassins died, suffering, and in the end only Ghost survived, though slightly wounded. Seeing this as his chance, he severed all ties and ran away, erasing all traces of himself. He has not seen his family since.

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Vambrace
        ▬ This is a vambrace designed to be hidden within the sleeves of his various outfits. There is a mechanism around the top and bottom of it, though the vambrace itself does not cover the fingers of the user or the hand itself. It rather wraps around just behind the wrist and stops a little before the elbow.
        Melee Form ▬ The vambrace on the underside has a a retractable/ extendable blade the size of a dagger.
        Ranged Form ▬ The vambrace on the top half has a contraption where a carabiner hook can be attached to a length of wire, coiled for about 50 feet in length. The line can be launched so the carabiner can attach to something, extended if he needs to choke someone with the line (which can cut in the skin if pulled tight enough), or retracted quickly by the mechanics of it to pull him up walls as well as collect the extended wire.

        *LEVEL 1▬ (Quarry) After studying a target for 2 posts, Ghost knows the direction they are and has a general feeling of how far they are. This comes across as him knowing what direction they are in regards to himself, and hearing a faint heartbeat when within 10 meters of his target that grows louder the closer he gets. After studying a target for 3 posts, and making physical contact with them, the user imparts a bit of their aura onto them that travels to their eyes. This can be used to blind them for a short while.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (Defensive Study) After studying a target for 4 posts, Ghost's aura can adapt to limit the damage done by the other. In this way, it will hinder their attacks or semblances used against him. Ghost gets another benefit from studying a target for 5 posts; he can see key points in their aura, or anatomy, that he can strike to cause temporary paralysis. This also applies to Grimm.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (Negate) By striking key points in a persons aura, Ghost can have his own aura attack those weakened posts to cancel out certain levels of an opponents semblance. He can choose up to what level his opponent cannot access.
        *DRAWBACKS
        ▬ General:

        - Defensive study does not negate damage or semblance effects; just reduce its effectiveness by half (half cool-downs, damage, and etc discussed with other person).
        - The paralysis lasts for 2 posts at a time, and only affects one limb/ body part at any given time. There is a 3 post cooldown on this ability.
        ▬ Level 3:
        - This level requires that he studied the target for 5 posts through his level 0 ability and learned all that he could from it. This is so he learns exactly where to strike the opponent to disable them in this way.
