Yatomura Estate
Murder of Crows

⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

Captain and human:
The captain and human would slowly and carefully go through the window, weapons raised. They weren't going to rush headlong out into another of the Bloody Knife's traps. With almost military precision, even if unseen, Peacock would move from inside to out; checking all corners, moving in a way that kept him armed and ready to react throughout, and senses alert. The human was nowhere near as graceful in it; pushing themselves through slowly and with weapon put aside till they were through and looking around with gun raised up. There was no sight of him so far; only the sight of a pot of spilled food outside on the ground. Whether he used it to break the window and run, or as a distraction, couldn't be determined yet. Keeping open to every and any possibility, the captain would tell the human to stay by the window and keep alert for anything inside and out while he circled the building.

The rabbit and dog faunus are still inside in the room they were left in, Josephine trying to help stop the bleeding.

Skunk and Human:
After their recent embarrassment, there two were on high alert with weapons raised and eyes looking everywhere; ceiling, floor, walls, etc. They were ticked at the guys "trap" and wanted to deal with him swiftly; their fear absent now. They would do a slow scan and walk through the kitchen, and into the storage area itself. Making sure the door to below was closed as they searched the top as thoroughly as they could. Once satisfied, they would open the hatch with flashlights shining in and guns raised; seeing a similar light being shined at them in return. The human would shoot immediately, thinking they caught the guy unawares by the light, but after a moment they would see he was not their. He would radio in false alarm but that there was a lit flashlight in the cellar and they were going to investigate. Once done, the duo would begin to descend into the cellar; human leading with skunk close behind, guns raised and scanning. The light was making it difficult for their eyes to adjust to the dark, as the skunk was relying more on smell and sound for any clues. For all they knew, Akuryo may've gone through here and out the cellar exit rather than still be here.
(Distract them for as long as you are able)

'One, two, Becky's coming for you. Three, four, your luck is so poor. Five, six, we sail the river styx. Seven, eight, the vultures haven't ate. Nine, ten, you'll never see again.'

Akuryo breathing remained quiet, as the doors opened, he could hear them moving around as he could see the flashlights shining inward. He heard the sharp sound of the gun firing as he could hear it finding nothing but ground near his flashlight, causing him to close his eyes for the moment and listen. He could hear the Human speaking, how he informed the others about there being a flashlight down here but that they would investigate. Soon, he could hear the steps as they moved down the stairs while he hid behind the barrels near the stairs. He soon remembered something, the bags nearby, he never knew what they were, but he had to come up with something. He could hear the Skunk trying to sniff around, causing him to open his eyes as he soon combined the daggers into his hand crossbow. It would be easier to carry while it was unloaded as he snuck around and moved towards the stairs as they got past the first set of support beams. He needed to make sure no one was coming as he moved up the stairs quietly to lock the doors with his daggers. But as he got halfway up, he realized something. 'Two of them are down here... there were 6 in total, that means that no matter where I leave, I could get attacked.' He thought as he looked back and glared his eyes. He moved up and barred the doors once more with his daggers as he then loaded his crossbow.

He made sure to move, this time with enough sound for the two to hear as he was quick to aim. They were within his range but what he loaded the crossbow with, was his lightning knife, primed and ready as he fired the moment the human turned around. It was aimed for his earpiece and upon contact, would release an electric discharge to cause horrid feedback as Akuryo knew this. He removed the stolen earpiece he had and pocketed it while he would begin to pull out three throwing knives, flinging them with accuracy in an attempt to hit the Skunk Faunus' foot, the Human's gun hand, and the Faunus' gun hand to try and disable the faunus and disarm them both.

                                                          --------------------Meanwhile--------------------

Bakal was gritting through his teeth, trying to handle the pain while being electrocuted. He lifted the assassin up and slammed him down, only to get kicked in the jaw, stumbling back as Ghost let his arm go. He couldn't see properly, his vision was already beginning to get blurry while his left arm hung limp at his side while he listened to the Spectre's voice, snapping his head to look at him while he was holding onto the bolt. He was down to a knee and was trying to work up the courage to pull the bolt out, but every attempt was met with unbearable pain as he released the bolt.
"Ah........ah.....nnnngh guh...... b-b*****d..." Was all Bakal could get out as his body was losing the strength to keep moving, adrenaline was leaving along with the blood that poured from his arm and his eye. He could see the spectre beginning his final charge and with a sharp breath, he reached his right hand up, biting his tongue to push through the pain as he made his tongue bleed. He ripped his eye out with the bolt holding it as he aimed a retaliate. But the spectre was quick to counter as he poised to stab at the ghost, only for his hand to be stabbed by the vambrace and the dagger stabbing through his chest, hitting his heart. Bakal fell back, a loud thud echoing in the room as he looked at the ceiling with his left eye open in shock, his arm bleeding profusely, and his right eye now just an empty cavity of blood."BAKAAAAL!." Castallen shouted out as he was still trying to crawl away, aiming for a hidden alert button to give off silent alarms but pain greeted Castallen as his left hand was pierced by the bolt, pinning it to the ground. He cried out in pain as he was trying to pull his hand away. He had very little strength and his energy was already running out before he was pulled up. He grunted but in a small act of defiance, as the bolt was plunged into his heart, he attempted to grasp the spectre one last time for a solid headbutt. If he managed to land it, he would be tossed away with a dying grin on his face, bleeding out as the heart was failing to properly pump blood through the veins. They could both faintly hear a muffled voice, telling them that they fought valiantly but the muffling became too much as they passed on together. Friends, and guards to the bitter end.

The annoyance that was Castellan managed one last headbutt against Ghost before being tossed to his compatriot. The sting of it left Ghost blurry-eyed for a moment, but he had enough focus to do what needed to be done and recovered quickly. 'All this death for one person. I hope she was worth it to you,' he thought to himself silently. Having said words for the dying, he was on to his final objective. He still had the poison meant to kill her, but he was unsure if it would still work. With all that occurred, she was sure to be aware something had occurred even if she may not know the full details. Alert enough to know there was some kind of emergency going on and be on her guard at the very least. As Ghost listened to the room door, he would vaguely hear the sound of a female voice as she seemed to be talking with someone; though the absence of another voice made him believe it was by scroll. 'Not good, she may've contacted help,' he though to himself and was about to enter when he heard another sound; that of a door opening and closing. With the absence of her voice for the moment, he guessed she went in a side room. Or she was trying to trick any would be assassins. Either way, if she did call for help or alert anyone outside the estate of an emergency, he needed to act. Slowly, and silently, Ghot pushed open the door and peered inside. All seemed clear for the most part; even as he slipped in and looked behind the door. He could see lights glowing from the edges of a door on the far side of the room; and soon the sound of running water. 'Bathroom,' he thought to himself.

He also saw his intended route of transmission; a half full glass of water. It seemed he may be in luck for doing this cleanly despite everything. Walking over, he would carefully take out a small, sealed case, and a vial within that had a white-ish liquid. Uncapping it, he would pour it into the water; the liquid turning clear to match the drink. Recapping and encasing the now emptied vial, Ghost made his way to the door to leave before she could return; only to find an issue. It was sealed; not locked, where he could perhaps pick it, but sealed with no discernable way to open it. 'Damn security measures,' he thought to himself as he heard the sound of a lock moving from the far end of the room. Thinking fast, Ghost would quickly move back to the bed and slide himself face up underneath it right as he heard the door across the way open. 'Damn it,' he thought to himself as he was now trapped here for the time being. He would carefully move and strain to angle his head to keep track of the slipper-clad feet of his target as she walked around the room. Whatever conversation she was having earlier, it was clearly over. As she walked about, Ghost was tense; wary that at any moment she may discover him or perhaps already had and was trying to set up an attack. As her legs moved to the side of the bed he hid under, by her nightstand, he would hear something faint before the sound of something being placed down...hear the creaking above him as the bed compressed slightly under her weight as she sat. He held his breath from the close proximity, waiting till her feet exited the sandals and disappeared to the bed above before he dared exhale and take a breath. He was having flashbacks to his luck with the bird and the apartment now as he strained his ears to discern what she was doing above.

Shortly, all movement and sound seemed to cease; making him uncomfortably aware of his own breathing. He waited just fifteen seconds longer before he dared to begin to slide out from underneath the bed...and upon no discovery or shouts or sounds, rise to see the state of his target. He would find her silent, tucked in her sheets, with an empty glass besides her bed...still as the grave. Reaching over tentatively, he would check for a pulse...and find none. 'All this for you...I hope you were worth it,' he thought to himself. Lunia Yatomura was dead. Seeing as the door was locked, Ghost only had one way out...one he knew would set off an alarm. Tapping on the ear-piece, he would speak. "The contract has been completed," he would say on open frequency so Akuryo could hear; and to instill dread to the rest of the guards. Giving one last look to the cadaver, Ghost would go for a running jump through her window and out the house. Shooting out his grapple hook line to a tree across the way and pulling himself to it to escape the estate as a loud alarm went off.

Skunk and Human:
While the skunk and human were trying to find the elusive killer, they were caught off guard by his surprise attack. The loaded electric dagger would hit the guards ear piece and send him thrashing about the room the earpiece let off a agonizing sound and burst in his ear. It sent him to the ground from the pain and shock as he fired his gun off randomly from the pain; gripping it tightly and too insensible from the pain to stop. Two of his three knives would hit; one to the foot of the fox that caused them to yell in pain as they shot inaccurately in his direction, and the other hitting the gun in the human's hand. His grip was too tight to let go in pain though; just redirect the bullets to the side as he almost shot the skunk with the new angle. Things had gone horribly for the two guards down there.

Everyone:
Ghost's message would fall on deaf ears to many, as after the painful feedback Akuryo caused most of their earpieces were removed and rendered useless. What did not fall on deaf ears was the sound of a loud alarm; one the guards could easily recognize as the personal alarm of Miss Luna Yatomura's room. Which, to the captain especially, could only mean one thing; someone got into her room. Whether it was the specter who got past them to the upstairs, or another assailant, this was a critical alarm. All the guards, save those by Akuryo, would rush back in to try to get upstairs. Some, outside, would see Ghost make his escape. Firing bullets at him but ultimately missing as he disappeared into the night. Akuryo would also hear the skunk gasp about the Lady of the house in alarm, even if they were still contending with him first. It would hint that Ghost was either about to finish the task or already had; meaning his job as distraction was at an end soon (if not already).
(Make your escape)

'One, two, Becky's coming for you. Three, four, your luck is so poor. Five, six, we sail the river styx. Seven, eight, the vultures haven't ate. Nine, ten, you'll never see again.'

Akuryo could hear the alarm as he approached the Skunk and human, his eyes still adjusted better thanks to being in the cellar longer than the two and the light behind the two of them helping to see the silhouettes. As he charged at them, with the human temporarily incapacitated, he drew out his final Flame Dagger, this time igniting it as he now had an acting torch and fire weapon. He was quick to flourish a surgical scalpel as he approached the Skunk as quick as he could, his eyes a sinister glow from both the light and his aura up to protect himself. He swung the burning dagger out at the Skunk twice, aiming to try and move the skunk closer to the shooting human in an attempt to get him to get shot. But the tactic was not to try and go for blood, but to instead push an escape as if the blades strike home, he would aim a final stab to the gut of the Skunk and push him off to the side. He would move further to get past the skunk and trample over the human, hoping to aim a quick running stomp on the man's larynx or adam's apple to put him down while he ran for the exit.

If he couldn't get the Skunk out of the way in time, he would use the last bit of the dagger to detonate a small explosion underneath him to launch him up and over, damaging his aura slightly while he stumbled a fall into a roll land, getting back up to run up the stairs, avoiding the human entirely.

However, his plan after getting past them both remained simple, throw one last large lightning dust back to blast the human and the Skunk with a flashbang while he would make his way out, removing the knives that held the door closed and escape out that way into the night, with the intent to meet up with the Spectre later for the pay of the job.

The skunk, while not surprised at his presence anymore, would see a fiery knife light up the darkness as Akuryo lit his dagger. The other guard was still inconsolable and unaware of what was really going on around him. As he came slashing with his knife, the wounded skunk would do her best to avoid his attacks. Dodging the the side and back to avoid them; though due to it she would stumble over her collapsed companion and fall besides him. While he had a free shot, if his only goal was escape he now had a path. Regardless of what he did, he would incapacitate the downed human further by his trample to get out. It finally stopped him from blind firing his gun; having only one bullet remaining at this point. Before any of them could recover of react, his flashbang would go off; leaving them out of the picture as he made his escape. However, his ambush hadn't been silent. As he opened the door and bolted, he would see guards swarming down the steps behind him and coming around the corner; with Peacock as well. His escape would be through a bullet-storm as the remaining guards opened fire. While some missed, others would hit his aura and the sheer number of bullets going around weakened it. But, if committed to it, Akuryo would make his escape into the night. The guards would be unable to keep up with him as he slipped into the darkness.
(Mission end)
