        Primary Talent ▬ Elusive - due in part to her training, and in part due to her skin, it is incredibly difficult to keep hold of her skin-to-skin. Without aid in the form of an excessively strong grip or some material to increase friction, in most cases an attempt to hold her results in her literally slipping out of one’s grip.
        Faunus Trait/Bonus Talent ▬ Amphibious Breathing. Mira, while she does have lungs, also has the ability to absorb oxygen through her skin. This means she can breathe underwater. It is not really a trait she can control, so, her body is constantly breathing through her skin whether in water or on land. In normal circumstances, this makes her able to absorb more oxygen than normal on land, slowing fatigue. However, in arid environments, this trait falters as her skin dries out a bit and makes it a little harder for her to breathe. It also means she has issues the more clothes she wears, leading to her opting for minimal clothing. If she can maintain high moisture on her skin and limit obstructions, she will fatigue slower. However, if she cannot maintain the moisture or wears clothing over the majority of her body, she will fatigue far faster than normal as her breathing is obstructed.
        Chemically Polluted and Chlorinated Water is not possible to breathe in, nor is it in biological water dead zones (ie: areas where some lichen or other biological life form is either absorbing all the oxygen in the water or preventing it from being absorbed by other organisms )

        BACKGROUND ▬ She has been raised since age 2 by her father, her mother having passed early on. Her father had been a young refugee from Mistral before it’s collapse, her mother, a native of Vale. Her Father's family brought little besides their skill in martial arts. Her Grandfather still has a self-defense training business that her father inherited. Being an only child, this skill was taught to her almost from the moment she had motor control.

        Growing up in a loosely traditional style, she was raised with strong moral values tempered by tolerance. As such, she feels that, with her training, she could provide a service to those around her in an attempt to better everyone's lives by joining the ranks of Huntsmen and Huntresses in the seemingly endless battle to push back the Grimm. One day, she does hope to make enough headway to see her father's homeland as well as other locations long since lost to the surge of Grimm. With this goal in mind, she took up further training with various weapons. She's not as adept at them as she is with martial arts, but, she is certainly capable.

        ▬ Dragonguards
        ▬ A pair of reinforced gauntlets lined on the inside with leather and between, impact gel. The four main knuckles are marked blue, contrasting with the dark red motif with the same marks appearing on the palms, connected by thin blue lines. These points run to four protrusions around the wrists. These protrusions hold dust capsules and channel the energy to the blue circles where the energy is released. (each canister of dust is good for 3 uses and is released in an instant burst)

        Permanent Attachment (built-in): Under-barrel Compressed Air powered Harpoon Launcher. Compressed Air Canister is good for three shots before needing replacement and requires tools to replace. She carries 3 harpoon bolts, two stored on side rail clamps and one stored in the launcher itself.
        She typically carries 4 25 round magazines in a waterproof pouch.
        ▬ Combat knife strapped to her calf
        ▬ 3x bang sticks (single-use each) These are munition-based explosive shot tubes which require contact to use, Placed against the target, it fires a specially prepped .44 round into the target. The only preparation for the round is it is treated to be waterproofed. She only carries three at a time and they are discarded after one use each.

        ▬ She is able to amplify the amount of energy she connects with, delivering a stronger hit than one would probably expect from her. Without it, she can hit approximately 3.5 times harder than the average punch of someone not trained in unarmed or martial arts.

        And she can baseline throw a 1 pound object at 30 mph, though, this does not mean she is accurate in doing so, it is just an idea of how fast she can throw something of that relative weight as a baseline under perfect controlled conditions.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ At this level, she can generate enough force to effortlessly break through 1.5 inches of most types of wood and can throw a 1lb object at 45 mph. She can amplify up to 3 hits in succession before needing to back off for 5 posts.
        *LEVEL 1▬ At this level, she can generate enough force to effortlessly break through 1.5 inches of any type of wood and can throw a 1lb object at 60 mph. She can amplify up to 4 hits in succession before needing to back off for 5 posts.
        *LEVEL 2▬ At this level, she can generate enough force to dent 1/8 inches of most types of metals and can throw a 1lb object at 75 mph. She can amplify up to 5 hits in succession before needing to back off for 5 posts.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ At this level, she can generate enough force to dent 1/4 inches of all but the densest types of metals and can throw a 1lb object at 100 mph. She can amplify up to 6 hits in succession before needing to back off for 5 posts.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ This can cause injury to her over time and it is limited to direct contact IE: She cannot throw something and amplify its energy while it is in the air and out of her hand. However, she could amplify the power of her throw as it is leaving her hand as she is touching it. Starting at the 1st level (LV 1), she can easily wrench her wrist if a punch lands wrong. The gauntlets she wears help stabilize her wrists, making this far less likely to happen. Without the gauntlets, she has a fifty-fifty shot of injuring her wrist if a punch lands crooked. The gauntlets makes it around 75% less likely to occur (12.5% or 1/8 )

        Being submerged in water also diminishes the effectiveness, both while using her semblance and without it by 50%. The effect of her semblance is not persistent. Meaning, she can not amplify something and then use it later, even if only a few seconds later. It only affects her physical capabilities.

Greetings, I shall be your judge this evening. Whether that bodes good or ill for you is something we will see in our time together. While I usually have a knack for flair, i'll keep this much simple. I'll list any questions or concerns I have below on what needs to be done before we can get you approved, but i'll be free to contact on less... visible areas. So if you want questions or to talk to me about something, feel free to speak with me on discord. What will matter in terms of changes will be in the actual judgement section (underneath all the rp commentary), though that it a bit of a bore in my mind. You can skip there for easy sight of what needs to be addressed. But for the more interesting part before that... you'll be getting my commentary. Think of it as the start of our relation with one another, if fate allows it. Without further ado, lets begin:

Ah, what an interesting trait you have Mira. Being able to breathe underwater through your skin. It can be quite useful if such situations were to arise; you could last indefinitely in water without having to worry on air. More so only on fighting. Perhaps, if the ability is cultivated, you may yet become an aquatic huntsman. If there is such a thing. Though there is a point I would like to clarify from what you have written here. I understand, cause of her skin breathing, she fatigues slower on land...assuming at least she is only loosely outfitted. But given she shall be a student at beacon, and they have a strict uniform policy, I assume when heavily clothed or in environments like you said not only is it harder to breathe but also much easier for her to fatigue? It seems to be implied, but I just desire to know for certain. Its always good to be clear cut on a persons abilities so you know how to cover for their weaknesses...or exploit it, depending.

As for your weapons...Hmmm...Gauntlets with dust capabilities and a very customized assault rifle. Crude and blatant, if effective, weapons. However I do have a few points i'd like you to go over about the design. How long does the dust last for her gauntlets, for instance? Is it only discharged on a hit, or can she have it active for longer but on a timer to use it? This can be important to know for battle. And it is an ammunition source for your weapon, so I would mention it there. As for your assault rifle...I assume the harpoon has to be retrieved when fired? May seem obvious, but people have had customized harpoons here that can vary. Also, I see you have something called a bang stick. What kind of explosive, if any, is this specifically? Many have such nicknames for all manner of such things, so clarity is needed.

Hmm...onto the reflection of your soul. It would seem you can amplify the force of things you connect with. Very interesting, though something I find odd. You show her base one, and then show how she can amplify a force with...no recovery or duration she can use her aura in such a way? It seems like to me, to actively amplify forces to the degree desired, it would exert some toll rather than being an ability that enacts little costs. Even if it is just a certain amount before she needs to recover a bit. As for the exact forces she can amplify...that can be discussed afterwards. As that shall also be contingent on the self risk it shall pose to her.

∰- Amphibious breathing- Fine with this overall. Though I see you also mention fatigue less overland (assuming wearing open clothing). So I would just mention, aside from having difficulty breathing in certain areas/ being fully clothed, she also tired out faster (its implied, but still like it to be clearly there).

Also so you know for her, since she has this breathing issue and is attending academy, she would still be required to wear full school uniform but it would be more of a breathable material.

But...she can amplify it then throw it. So she can throw something and have it be amplified? limiting to direct contact is good, but the example is not the best here for explaining that purpose.

Can she touch a bullet, load it into the assault rifle, and then have it be amplified?

So when you say less likely, what do you mean? Whats the percent chances here it will wrench her wrist with or without the gauntlets on her? I mostly ask this cause it the gauntlets make it less likely to happen and she will have them more likely than not, so would need something to keep it as an impactful weakness.

∰- So before even getting into the PSI values, since this seems to want to be a passive but also an active. You need cool-downs and durations here.

I would say she can have it active for 3 posts (or 3 uses), with a 5 post cool-down at level 0. And perhaps increase how long she can use it before cool-down as she grows in levels, with cool-down remaining 5.

∰-Conclusion

This is all I currently see the need to change/ be clarified for now. This does not mean it shall be the end of it, as more questions may arise as we progress and I may have missed something. I am willing to be flexible on some thing if given good reason to, and i'll be open for any discussion you have or if you need any help with this.         BACKGROUND ▬ She has been raised since age 2 by her father, her mother having passed early on. Her father had been a young refugee from Mistral before it’s collapse, her mother, a native of Vale. Her Father's family brought little besides their skill in martial arts. Her Grandfather still has a self-defense training business that her father inherited. Being an only child, this skill was taught to her almost from the moment she had motor control.

        Growing up in a loosely traditional style, she was raised with strong moral values tempered by tolerance. As such, she feels that, with her training, she could provide a service to those around her in an attempt to better everyone's lives by joining the ranks of Huntsmen and Huntresses in the seemingly endless battle to push back the Grimm. One day, she does hope to make enough headway to see her father's homeland as well as other locations long since lost to the surge of Grimm. With this goal in mind, she took up further training with various weapons. She's not as adept at them as she is with martial arts, but, she is certainly capable.

        ▬ A pair of reinforced gauntlets lined on the inside with leather and between, impact gel. The four main knuckles are marked blue, contrasting with the dark red motif with the same marks appearing on the palms, connected by thin blue lines. These points run to four protrusions around the wrists. These protrusions hold dust capsules and channel the energy to the blue circles where the energy is released. (each canister of dust is good for 3 uses and is released in an instant burst)

The gauntlets she wears help stabilize her wrists, making this far less likely to happen. Without the gauntlets, she has a fifty-fifty shot of injuring her wrist if a punch lands crooked. The gauntlets makes it around 75% less likely to occur (12.5% or 1/8 )

        Being submerged in water also diminishes the effectiveness, both while using her semblance and without it by 50%. The effect of her semblance is not persistent. Meaning, she can not amplify something and then use it later, even if only a few seconds later. It only affects her physical capabilities.

        Faunus Trait/Bonus Talent ▬ Amphibious Breathing. Mira, while she does have lungs, also has the ability to absorb oxygen through her skin. This means she can breathe underwater. It is not really a trait she can control, so, her body is constantly breathing through her skin whether in water or on land. In normal circumstances, this makes her able to absorb more oxygen than normal on land, slowing fatigue. However, in arid environments, this trait falters as her skin dries out a bit and makes it a little harder for her to breathe. It also means she has issues the more clothes she wears, leading to her opting for minimal clothing. If she can maintain high moisture on her skin and limit obstructions, she will fatigue slower. However, if she cannot maintain the moisture or wears clothing over the majority of her body, she will fatigue far faster than normal as her breathing is obstructed.

        *LEVEL 3 ▬ At this level, she can generate enough force to dent 1/4 inches of all but the densest types of metals and can throw a 1lb object at 100 mph. She can amplify up to 6 hits in succession before needing to back off for 5 posts.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ This can cause injury to her over time and it is limited to direct contact IE: She cannot throw something and amplify its energy while it is in the air and out of her hand. However, she could amplify the power of her throw as it is leaving her hand as she is touching it. Starting at the 1st level (LV 1), she can easily wrench her wrist if a punch lands wrong. The gauntlets she wears help stabilize her wrists, making this far less likely to happen. Without the gauntlets, she has a fifty-fifty shot of injuring her wrist if a punch lands crooked. The gauntlets makes it around 75% less likely to occur (12.5% or 1/8 )

        Being submerged in water also diminishes the effectiveness, both while using her semblance and without it by 50%. The effect of her semblance is not persistent. Meaning, she can not amplify something and then use it later, even if only a few seconds later. It only affects her physical capabilities.
