Penelope Seneca Name: Penelope Seneca Age: 16 17 18 Birthday: January 15 Sign: Capricorn Gemstone: Garnet Blood Type: A- Fav. Food: Almonds Hated Food: Beef, no matter what cut or how prepared. School: Crystal Academy Hobbies: --Watching 80s Cartoons: Transformers? She-ra? He-Man? G.I. Joe? My Little Pony? Voltron? Jem and the Holograms? All of the above and more please! Penelope likes watching these older shows for a few reasons. First, it's a solo activity that no one but she has to approve of. Second, all of the stories speak of epic struggles and the power of good overcoming evil, even if the good guys fail every once and a while. Finally, they're bright, colorful, and have rockin' music. --Reading: Penelope will read pretty much anything she can get her hands on, but she prefers fantasy, mystery, and graphic novels. She escapes into literature for comfort--she devours books the way some devour cupcakes, and the more stress she is under, the more books she needs. In order to avoid stumbling into awkward social situations, Penelope spends her free time at school reading, hiding her face and her thoughts in her latest story. --Debate Team: Penelope is a prominent member of the debate team, and it is one of the few places where the normally quiet girl can be seen actively trying to be heard. Her mind settles quickly on a side and her observations allow her to poke holes in her opponents reasoning. She only sees her efforts as being one of support, but she can hold her own in a debate. --Singing: Penelope has a decent alto voice and enjoys singing--as long as she does not have to take the spotlight. She would never enter a singing competition or anything, but she enjoys singing in choirs, small groups, or by herself. She can be found humming or singing snippets of songs as she reads or works, although if anyone draws attention to it she will immediately stop. Virtues: --Observant: Penelope is highly attuned to the environment and people that surround her, so she notices changes quickly. Her observations are surface level only, generally about physical characteristics or placement of objects. If someone walks in with a new hair cut, for example, she will be the first to comment on it. Similarly, she will make note of changes in mood in individuals or if she sees an object has been moved into a new location. Penelope may not know the reason for the change--but she sure will notice its effects. Her observant nature makes it easy for her to adjust to new scenarios, as she can make whatever adjustments are needed to accomodate them.. --Discreet: Unlike many teenagers, Penelope is extremely discreet. If Penelope hears a piece of gossip, she will not spread it. If someone confides in Penelope, she will never reveal his secret. Whether she is in a conversation with someone else or happens to overhear/oversee something that she feels should be private, Penelope keeps her eyes open and her mouth shut. Due to her discretion, others see Penelope as someone who can be trusted and relied upon without fear of backstabbing. --Humble: Although never reaching the point of meekness, Penelope is nevertheless humble about her achievements. She will not brag; in fact, she will probably deny that her contributions were of any value. She is far more likely to praise someone else for their achievements than to ever recognize her own. Her humble nature makes it easy for Penelope to get along with others who crave the spotlight. It also makes her a good team player, in spite of her strong opinions. Flaws: --Insecure: All teenage girls have insecurities, and Penelope is no exception. Some of her insecurities are of the normal school girl variety; she worries that she is too fat or that her skin will suffer an outbreak of acne. However, some of her other insecurities run far deeper and affect her interactions with others. Most prominently, Penelope feels insecure in her ability to form and retain relationships, whether platonic or otherwise, and she often finds herself doubting that her contributions to conversations or projects are worthwhile. This makes it difficult for Penelope to participate well in strange groups, as she hesitates to take a commanding role or see the value of what she can bring to the table. More likely than not, her first instinct will be to find someone she thinks is better equipped to tackle the situation rather than to jump in herself. --Eager to Please: Stemming from her insecurity, Penelope is eager to jump when anyone tells her how high. Need someone to bake 300 cookies for a bake sale the next day? Penelope will stay up all night to get them done. Missed two weeks of class? Penelope will be more than happy to share her notes and even tutor you! As long as the action is not obviously nefarious, Penelope will do whatever is asked of her if it means pleasing someone else. The problem is that her eagerness to please can lead her to overburden herself. As a result, she sometimes neglects her own work or worse--in her opinion--finds that she cannot complete everything she has promised to do. Something has got to give--if she promises to bake cookies and has an exam the next day, there's either going to be a crappy exam or crappy cookies. Also, while she will not do anything apparently harmful, she can be tricked into performing tasks that could potentially harm others. --Judgemental: Despite her discretion, every person and encounter that Penelope comes into contact with is automatically judged. Her treatment of people is completely informed by these judgements; if someone begs her to keep a secret, for example, she may agree to keep her silence but if she does not like that person she is not going to be nice to them. Similarly, while she may be discrete in public, in private she will speak much more freely. This can sometimes make her appear two-faced, even though she is simply trying to spare everyone more drama. Penelope also finds it hard to change her mind after her initial judgement, even if she is incorrect. This makes it difficult for her to overcome prejudice towards people even when she should be (or needs to be) working with them. Penelope can also force her observations to fit her preconceptions of people. For example, if she thinks someone is lazy and he shows up to school late and unprepared several times, she will see this as proof her judgement is correct, even if that person is simply having a rough time. Unless constantly proven wrong or proven wrong in a drastic way, Penelope will stand by her judgments. Physical Description:Eyes: Prominant, marroon iris Hair: Medium-short, wavy, thick, black Face: Round face, mole on one cheek, average sized ears Body: Penelope is 5'6'' and slightly curvy. Fashion: Penelope likes to be comfortable, but she also believes that one should look classy and coordinated. Dresses and semi-casual pants suits are the norm, along with appropriate accessories. She prefers jewel tones and neutral colors, avoiding anything overly bright or flashy. She dislikes showing too much skin, so she avoids shorts, skirts above the knee, and sleeveless shirts (unless paired with a jacket).

Eterna; Sailor Pasiphae Senshi: Eternal Sailor Pasiphae [moon], Senshi of Shame Challenge: "The only shame is to have none." Sailor Pasiphae Challenge: "There will be no shame in my victory!" Super Sailor Pasiphae Challenge: "It's a shame things had to be this way." Attack #1 --Shameful Isolation - Defensive Upon speaking the name of the attack, the beads of Sailor Pasiphae's mask break off and multiply, surrounding her with an energy shield that protects her from attack. The shield can last anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds, depending on the amount and intensity of attacks absorbed. Sailor Pasiphae's movements will be restricted by her shield as long as it lasts. --Drawbacks - Only works on Sailor Pasiphae Only works for a limited amount of time Reduces Mobility Can be broken by a powerful enough attack/multiple lesser attacks Attack #2 --Social Pariah - Defensive A more powerful version of Shameful Isolation, Social Pariah allows the energy shield to exist for a longer period of time, anywhere from 30 seconds to 45 seconds depending on the amount and intensity of attacks absorbed. The energy shield can now activate around one ally; if Sailor Pasiphae chooses to do this, she cannot shield herself. Whoever Sailor Pasiphae shields will find their mobility restricted and unable to attack as long as the shield lasts. In addition to shielding Sailor Pasiphae or one companion, whenever the weapon/her attacker comes into physical contact with her shield, it induces a deep sensation of shame which can actively affect the enemy for as long as the shield lasts. NOTE: How each opponent experiences this shame differs based on their personality. For example, a proud warrior might feel shame at attacking a purely defensive opponent, whereas a chivalrous guy might feel shame for attacking a girl. --Drawbacks - Only works on 1 person Only works for a limited amount of time Reduces mobility, making it impossible to attack as long as the shield lasts Can be broken by a powerful enough attack/multiple lesser attacks Attack #3 --Social Stigma - Defensive The most powerful attack, Social Stigma allows the energy shield to exist for a longer period of time, anywhere from 45 seconds to 60 seconds depending on the amount and intensity of attacks absorbed. The energy shield can now activate around up to four people, including Sailor Pasiphae. Whoever Sailor Pasiphae shields will find their mobility restricted and unable to attack as long as the shield lasts. In addition to shielding up to four people, whenever the weapon/her attacker comes into physical contact with her shield, it induces an overwhelming sensation of shame which can actively affect the enemy for as long as the shield lasts. NOTE: How each opponent experiences this shame differs based on their personality. For example, a proud warrior might feel shame at attacking a purely defensive opponent, whereas a chivalrous guy might feel shame for attacking a girl. --Drawbacks - Only works on 4 people Only works for a limited amount of time Reduces mobility, making it impossible to attack as long as the shield lasts Can be broken by a powerful enough attack/multiple lesser attacks

Facts About Penelope When Penelope debates, she relies on evidence more than style to defeat her opponent. Penelope's favorite pizza is Canadian Bacon and Extra Cheese. About Sailor PasiphaeOther Philibert Jacques Melotte discovered the moon Pasiphae in 1908. The moon Pasiphae was called Jupiter VIII until 1975, when it was renamed to Pasiphae.

Civilian Relationships Family Timothy Seneca: Penelope's father who works as a medical librarian. Penelope feels closer to him than she does her mother, although she loves them both. Penelope just finds it easier to open up to him because his position and interests more coincide with her own values than her mother's. Lois Seneca: Penelope's mother who works as a successful business woman. Penelope loves her mother but fears that she will never be able to live up to her legacy. Her greatest fear is that she will do something that will make her mother ashamed of her. Minotaur: Penelope's English Bulldog who, despite his fierce name, is really just a big sweetie. Love Scott Erlea Friends Harper Rafferty: Penelope's best friend forever; she has no closer friend in her life. A fellow student at Crystal Academy, the two of them became close after escaping a youma attack together. Now, they do everything together if they can, up to and including making bellpepper cupcakes with avocado frosting. Christa CallowayParis GalloChristopher Gallo A nice young man that Penelope, literally, ran into while taking Minotaur for a walk. Minotaur and Annabel Lee (Chris's dog) became tangled; getting them untangled gave Penelope and Christopher some time to chat. (Obviously needs updating badly) Michael GalloTallulah CowdenZach CallowayAurora NamidFinn Derouen Acquaintences Lydia Sfakianos: Penelope met Lydia while posting flyers for her debate team; Lydia was recruiting people for a multicultural breakfast. Penelope does not feel strongly about the girl at the moment, but does think that she can (at times) be a little unobservant. Alexandre Evans: Penelope met Alexandre at the closing of the bookstore and soon found herself invited to join his book club. She's looking forward to the experience, but she really doesn't know that much about him yet. Richard MoreauAvery Hollister Enemies None atm. UNLESS YOU TRY TO FEED HER BEEF.

Senshi Relationships Senshi Friends Eternal Sailor Chaonis: The very first Senshi that Sailor Pasiphae ever met (he was only Super Sailor Chaonis at the time), she learned how to physically fight youma with his help. She views him as a superior and is grateful for his instruction. Their friendship solidified when Pasiphae responded to a distress signal and helped Chaonis out of a jam. While not officially a "team member" or anything, Pasiphae still values Chaonis's opinion and friendship highly and is always eager to help him, if she can, in return for what he has done for her. Eternal Sailor Kallichore: Sailor Pasiphae felt an immediate connection upon meeting Super Sailor Kallichore and discovered that they are linked as Jovian moons. While Pasiphae doesn't know what this connection is or what it means, she felt it solidified through their conversations. She learned about traveling to her moon from Kallichore and (currently) has arrangements for a future pizza party. The once imagined sense of being part of a team has grown stronger, since Kallichore has decided to officially start a group of Jovian Senshi to support one another. Sailor Pasiphae is extremely fond of Kallichore, who she sees as a friend and a seemingly neverending source of information. She still judges her to be a bit disorganized and unfocused, particularly in conversation. Eternal Sailor Europa: Sailor Pasiphae met Eternal Sailor Europa soon after running into Super Sailor Kallichore; she was excited to meet another Jovian Senshi, even if Europa found her injured after fighting a youma. Europa strengthened Pasiphae's feeling that the Jovian moon Senshi had some sort of connection. When Pasiphae confided in Europa about the nightmare involving her moon, she found few answers, only a belief that she should travel to her moon when she was ready. Pasiphae has great respect for Euripa given her rank as an Eternal Senshi and looks up to her... which may be inappropriate. Super Sailor Perseus: Super Sailor Perseus accompanied Sailor Pasiphae on her first space walk. (In progress) Super Sailor Atlas: Though the two Senshi met only briefly, Super Sailor Atlas was the first Senshi to trust Sailor Pasiphae with his civilian identity in order to better help the victims of an energy draining attack. His eagerness to help innocents endeared him to Pasiphae, and she would be more than willing to work with him again. Princess Sailor Polaris: The organizer of the Youma Hunter of the Month competition, Eternal Sailor Polaris took a liking to Sailor Pasiphae instantly whenever the Shame Senshi told her she would hunt youma because it was her duty and excused herself from winning any prize. Polaris later called Pasiphae out so that they could patrol together. After a difficult battle, and Polaris's increasing confidence, the two Senshi exchanged civilian identities in order to tend to their wounds. Polaris has invited Pasiphae to join her Senshi team; as of now, Pasiphae doesn't consider herself an official member but will gladly help if Polaris calls on her again. Eternal Sailor GanymedeKnight ValhallaKnight BabylonKnight SessrumnirGuardian Cat HoratioEternal Sailor TsuiSailor NyxSailor Themisto Acquaintences Squire Niflhel: A Squire that Sailor Pasiphae first met at the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; he answered a question of hers directly and politely. She later worked with him to defeat a large youma. They could become friends with further contact. (In Progress) Super Sailor Maia: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; Sailor Pasiphae doesn't really know her, but would recognize her from there. (In Progress) Sailor Arachne: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition. Pasiphae fought a giant ant youma with him in the mall and found him very capable. He embarasses her, though, due to his compliments (which she doesn't think she deserves). They could become friends with further, more professional contact. Super Sailor Chibi Hug-bell: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; Sailor Pasiphae doesn't really know her well, though they introduced themselves to one another. While she feels a little odd about a little girl being chosen to be a Senshi, she does agree with Hug-bell's statement that all are worth saving, if they can be saved, on the matter of purification. Sailor Chibi Hygiea: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; Sailor Pasiphae doesn't really know her well, though they introduced themselves to one another. As with Hug-bell, Pasiphae worries about Hygiea being chosen as a Senshi; she trusts, however, in their being chosen for a reason. Super Sailor Pollux: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; Sailor Pasiphae doesn't really know him well. She did observe his interactions with his brother, Prince Castor, but formed more of an opinion of Castor than Pollux. Prince Castor: Sailor Pasiphae first saw Prince Castor at the Youma Hunter of the Month competition and was shocked at his casual display of power. While they were not formally introduced, Pasiphae observed his flirtatious, boasting behavior and has formed a mixed opnion. She respects his rank (though she doesn't exactly know what being a Prince of Senshi means), but she disagrees with his premise that other Negavese agents can't be saved and doesn't feel he handles himself as professionally as he should. Pasiphae would like to meet him and find out exactly what his rank means and why he feels the way he does. Knight Lina: Sailor Pasiphae first saw Knight Lina at the Youma Hunter of the Month competition. Like Prince Castor, Knight Lina poses something of a problem for the judgemental Senshi. Pasiphae is not fully aware that Lina was once Linarite, a Negaverse agent, but she does know that she was once an enemy who was purified into an ally. Yet, despite this dark past, Pasiphae finds herself agreeing more with Lina's positions than Castor and feels the Knight conducts herself better than the boisterous Prince. Pasiphae would like to meet her and discover more about purification, her own past, and how it changes her relation, as a Senshi, with the Negaverse. Sailor Pomona: A Senshi who participated in the Youma Hunter of the Month competition; Sailor Pasiphae doesn't really know her, but would recognize her from there. Sailor Denebola: In Progress Sailor EuantheSailor CallisoSuper Sailor VindemiatrixSailor MelchiorPrincess Iris Enemies Sailor Circe: Pasiphae would never betray a Senshi, but Circe really grates on her nerves due to her rude attitude. She'd prefer not to work with her, but will if it's absolutely necessary. Negaverse Friends Humanoid Youma Bazzite Acquaintences General Scheelite: (In Progress) Carnelian: The first Corrupted Senshi that Pasiphae has met, he raised all of her insecurities about being a Senshi. She finds looking at him physically painful, both due to his starseed markings and due to the fact that he was once a Senshi like herself. If possible, he would be a figure she would like to save. Enemies General Painite: The first agent of the Negaverse that Sailor Pasiphae ever faced, Captain Painite quickly taught the new Senshi the serious stakes of their battle. She injured Pasiphae with her javelin and, frankly, scares her. She would be just as happy never meeting her again. General Benitoite: While not as feared as Painite, Benitoite is on Pasiphae's s**t list for draining the energy out of several college students. She beat him pretty squarely in their fight, which she feels somewhat guilty for given her honest belief that all Negaverse agents can be saved. She'd still kick him to the curb again, though, if she saw him attacking others. General MicaBischofiteGuardian Cats Friends *********>: While Sailor Pasiphae has only met ********* once, she holds a special place in her heart for this little Manx who awakened her.
Horatio
Acquaintences
Masahiro: A Negaverse Guardian Cat, although Sailor Pasiphae does not know that. She had a nice conversation with him and thinks that he's only asking her so many questions to make sure she's doing the right things as a Senshi.

Fan Art LOTS NEEDS TO BE PUT HERE BUT FOR NOW: Sunshine Alouette One day, a super cute girl by the name of Penelope was strutting down the hall in a sexy pair of heels her BFF Paris persuaded her to purchase at some store in some mall in Destiny City. Heads were turning.
She blushed a lot. --"Solo" August 8, 2013

Credits Special Thanks Aqua Drageen: For helping me hash out some of the finer points of Penelope's character and offering valuable insight whenever I needed a second pair of eyes. Mouse Pachinkorelli: For patiently working with me in order to clarify Penelope's powers/sphere with her multiple critiques. The base of Penelope would not have been established without you. Akina Tokuwa: For helping with her in depth critiques, both in regards to powers and also in Penelope's flaws so that I could get the character stamped. Lady Nozomi: For doing such a great job on bringing Penelope to life in both Civilian and Senshi form. How you got such class out of my ideas still baffles me, but I appreciate all your hard work. General Sailor Moon is copyrighted to Naoko Takeuchi . In the Name of the Moon belongs to Natsube and rosemilk. Information on the moon Pasiphae comes from Wikipedia. Sailor Pasiphae/Penelope Seneca's concepts and characters belong to Quicksilver the Archangel.
