Super Sailor Aster sat in the empty gymnasium in the old abandoned district of the city that had been affected by the sleeping spell two years back, looking out into the crowd of young faces of Senshi and Knighs she had called to this meeting. It was a fair and reasonably sized crowd, larger than any of the crowd she had for past events she had held. But those were all protests that seem so silly now – things like banning pet collars or for vegan rights as vegans shouldn’t be treated as second-class citizens when it comes to pizza delivery. This was a much more serious meeting, however serious those prior causes felt to her at the time.

This was life or death. This was peace or war. This was purification or corruption.

She unfolded her legs and rose from her fold-up chair, addressing the crowd on the bleachers.

“Thank you all for coming,” she began, her throat dry from nerves. “There’s a, uh, a lot we need to discuss and I hope that we can all be civil about it. I understand that it may be nerve-wracking to come to one of these meetings but I promise you that we will be safe. These numbers shouldn’t attract danger.” She eyed the guardian cats in the gymnasium that were masking their auras.

“As you know, this meeting was uhm,” she choked for a moment, butterflies getting to her stomach. She couldn’t help but feel that all eyes were on her and she was far too sober to be completely comfortable with that. “This meeting is to discuss purification as the means to end this war. I mean, honestly, is there any other way this war with the Negaverse can end with minimal bloodshed? Violence hurts both parties and innocent people in between. Diplomacy is implausible when their minds have been so ********.” s**t. There may have been kids in the audience. “I mean screwed.” Better?

Aster looked briefly to the panel of speakers next to her, an intimidating display of power and experience: Princess Polaris, Princess Iris, and Princess Chronos. Aster viewed her role as just the MC and organizer of the evening, as she lacked the same experience that they all had.

“You may know Lina Knight,” Aster continued on. She had invited the Knight to attend, but there was no response. “She was a former agent of the Negaverse but was granted relief from her corruption through purification. Ask her and she will tell you the horror stories of being in the Negaverse, the way that corruption brainwashes you. It is more than just corruption, its enslavement, and didn’t we all agree that slavery was a bad thing, guys?” Duh! “When I spoke with her, she told me that with her purification, with whatever costs it may have had, was the first time she had felt free. That’s some powerful meaningful s**t.” Ugh, kids! “I mean stuff.”

“From here I will pass on the mic to the princesses for what they know about purification,” she nodded to them, feeling like a clumsy MC as she took her seat and waited for any of them to step forward.

She would have been interested in going even if she hadn't been personally invited. Despite being a princess, Polaris' information on the actual mechanics of purification was lacking. As had been shown at the last meeting when the question was brought up. But it definately WAS something she wanted to do and wanted to offer if there were souls out there asking for it. How many times had she said those words before in battle? 'I will save you if you want. I will bring you back to the light, or I will end your fight now.'

Of course turning people to their side was the better option. But it wasn't something that was going to be easy. Especially not until she was clued in on the specifics.

Standing with the other princesses, Polaris was actually a little surprised not to see Lina among them, having assumed she would have been at this meeting too. It was a surprise she kept to herself though, eyes turning to watch Aster with soft interest.

When the floor opened to them Polaris was the first to step forward. The butterflies that filled Aster were actually non present in the princess of Magnetism. She wasn't the one leading this meeting, only offering a few brief words. There were others to share the burden this time and she'd already had her 'leadership' baptism by fire during the last meeting. It really couldn't get worse then that right? The faces in this crowd seemed a little more eager and curious then they had then. Perhaps that was a good sign.

Lifting her hand in mild greeting to well.. anyone and everyone she paused for a moment, before offering a few words. She hadn't really come prepared with a speech in mind like last time.

"Thank you all for coming. It's great to see so many people interested in finding a way to end this war in a more peaceful way."

"Every night we go out and we fight these monsters and the senshi and soliders who fight alongside them. We destroy the monsters and run off our enemies.. but in the end it doesn't get us anywhere."

"The monsters respawn seemingly faster then we can take them out. And our enemy simply grows stronger and more twisted and confused by their superiors."

"I have spoken to them before, and it is as if you're speaking to a brick wall. Most don't even seem to understand all the damage they're doing to the innocent people of Destiny City, too blinded by propaganda."

"We get nowhere at all by simply letting things go on as they do now. Our options for creating a true victory and actually cleaning up our streets are limited."

Her finger lifted, and for a moment she paused, uncertain if she should even mention the first one. Though it was something she herself had already come to terms with... it was something she knew many others struggled with. It was alright.. it was a burden she was willing to carry and perform for those that couldn't if it came down to it.

"We can kill them. It is harsh.. it is something no one wants to do. But doing so takes them off the street before they can get more powerful or hurt more people. The higher level the enemy gets the more people they have the power to forcibly recruit."

A second finger lifted as she tried to leave behind the somberness of her first point. "We can try to target the head of the snake."

"It might not work. We won't know until we try. But it makes sense that if we could take out those in charge and with the most power... well.. the people under them might crumble. Princess Ares. The General Kings and Queens. Maybe with them gone the brainwashing will fade?"

Her fingers curled into a fist as she gave a soft encouraging pump of it, as she reached her final point.

"Purification though. Purification seems like one of our greatest tools and gifts. Something that we should definately but some energy and effort into."

"Every member of their side that we can turn is not only a loss in power to them but a gain in power for our side. Strategically it is very powerful. And maybe if more of them see their allies turning they'll begin to question their own place."

"Even more then strategy though.. or even this war in general. The possibility of helping people who are.. like Aster says.. basically enslaved. If it's in our power to do it, then we're morally obligated to help."

It wasn't unlike Polaris to be a little preachy at times, but even she had noticed it this time and finally she stepped back, bowing her head a little.
"In anycase, I am open and willing to use my crystal to try and help people find the light. I hope to work with you all in the future to help purify as many people as we can and free the streets of Destiny from the darkness."

Stepping back once more, her eyes drifted to the other two princesses with an encouraging smile.

Purification.

It had been first brought up to her, not by Lina, but when she met Kunzite. He had once been corrupted, but had been fighting on their side when he died, along with Aries. And hadn't Nehelenia been against the senshi at one time too? But back then, Chronos had been distracted, being revived, deaths within the Zodiac... but these were all what she could easily file away as excuses. Excuses that she was determined to put an end to, especially when she was getting better at controlling her Crystal.

Chibimoon had been purified too, in a sense. And Chronos had forgiven her, and welcomed her, wholeheartedly. The others misled by Chaos could not be given up upon, not when this option was open to them.

As Aster spoke about Lina, Chronos glanced sideways at the other Princesses, and then into the crowd. The Knight did not seem to be present, for some strange reason. Or perhaps she had been delayed. Whatever it was that kept her from the meeting, Chronos certainly hoped that she was alright.

After Polaris spoke, Chronos offered her a small smile in return as she stepped forward, bowing her head in greeting before she spoke. "The knowledge I have regarding purification is limited. I have done it before, in Barren Pines." The name was briefly dropped, and would only be elaborated further upon if asked, but Chronos did not think it was critical information regarding the topic at hand. "However, cleansing the effects of corruption on those of my Court is significantly easier for me to do. I had help in lifting the curse upon Barren Pines, like when I had help from many of you here, in the Surrounding. I think of these situations as good examples, of that though only we Princesses can use our Crystals to purify, we cannot embark on this alone."

"Another important thing I think we should all remember is forgiveness. I know some who had grudges against Linarite, and found it hard to trust her when she was purified." Mainly Flora, really, who had confided in her regarding this matter. Chronos had understood that inner conflict, when she had met Black Lady Serenity. "But never forget that Chaos, as Aster has said, brainwashes you. In taking this step towards purification, we also take a step towards forgiveness and acceptance. They may have done horrible things, but in their place, we would have done the same. To be blinded by Chaos is a curse, and is a curse I am willing to use the Opal Crystal to eradicate."

With that, Princess Chronos bowed once again, stepping back besides the other Princesses.

Eternal Sailor Iris sat in the "princess line" with a very blatant scowl upon her face. It wasn't that she didn't want to be there. The fact of the matter was she had come to this meeting with the intent of learning what she could about the whole purification thing. However, just a bit before the meeting began, she had been ambushed by a certain feline who lacked a tail in regards to speaking in front of everyone.

She knew that this sort of thing would happen the moment she decided to reveal her power at the previous failure-of-a-meeting.

The blonde grudgingly accepted.

So there she was, amidst the other princesses, but refusing to put on the dress. She was plenty intimidating without letting her take further control. She wasn't going to tempt fate into allowing the senshi to get ambushed a second time by forcing the cats to try masking more than they could handle.

The eternal senshi listened as Polaris spoke, spouting out the various "options" which were available to the senshi in regards to the corrupted. They could become murderers, they could attempt suicide (by fighting on the leading forces of Chaos), or purify their enemies. There weren't many good options to be had, so Iris was keenly interested in the third option.

Chronos offered a bit of information that Iris had not known, though from the sounds of it, Chronos purifying her own court sounded almost like a fluke. The other nonsense she spoke about forgiveness wasn't really her style so much. Too preachy, too "nicey-nice." When the pale green-haired girl stepped back into line, that meant it was Iris' turn to speak.

The blonde ambled forward, that bitter look still on her face, glancing to the cats and noticing the one who had somewhat gotten her on the stage. That cat would receive quite a bit of glaring later when she wasn't busy trying to protect everyone from being noticed by the Negaverse or Dark Mirror Court. She turned a hard gaze to the crowd. The eternal senshi of rainbows had a voice that was loud enough to carry across the room. And her first words were probably not what anybody would expect from a princess.

"So yeah, I had no f*ckin' idea I'd be on stage talkin' at ya guys. I came here t'learn about this stuff too... and I'm gettin' told that apparently only princesses can purify the corrupted." She was not eloquent by any means, but her points were pretty blunt.

Firmly, she placed a hand upon her hip, then used her other hand to point out to the crowd. "I don't know 'bout you guys, but I'm sick of bein' called the terrorist by those who are supposedly neutral in this war. With the options as they are, we can be murderers like the Negaverse, we can commit suicide by flockin' towards their leaders in an effort to squash them... or we can make'em change sides. I don't know jack sh*t about purification, but it sounds a lot better than the alternatives!"

There was a pause before she added a feisty "And don't any of ya go 'bout callin' me a coward for not wantin' t'dirty my hands! I'll punch those f*ckin' words off yer face!" The hand which had done the pointing was pulled back, and the hand from her hip went to crack the knuckles to make the point.

She heaved a deep breath before dropping both hands to her sides, taking a less threatening appearance for a moment or two. "I am FOR purification, but I know nothin'... you guys... ANY OF YOU GUYS... I am all fer tryin', but it won't do me any good unless ya guys can give me a ballpark as t'what I need t'do... dunno if any of these other chicks..." Such an informal manner of addressing the other royalty in the room "...feel th'same as me 'bout wantin' t'hear all that can be said 'bout this subject. We are just people, and gaining a crystal doesn't mean ya got an owner's manual included in the package."

Soon enough her hand had found its place back at her hip, though she shifted her weight to one side, taking a slightly more casual stance. "So... shoot!"

When the princesses gave their speech, Super Sailor Aster nodded and stepped forward again. "Thank you, princesses."

"The floor is now open for everyone to share what they know about purification," she motioned to the group of attendees. "Just keep it civil everyone."

For a long time now Bellatrix had faded into the background. She still had been a dedicated senshi, patrolling and handling Chaos when she found it, but certain consensus made by herself and her better ha-- ex better half, had meant taking a back seat. Now the decision of what to do and where to go from here was back in her own hands, it was her decision alone, and she was ready to get back on the front lines. She realized now that she had been holding back.

She had been holding back because she was afraid of letting her opinion come between their relationship. But there was no longer a 'they.' Themis..Xavier..had chosen not to return to Destiny City, and thus no longer take part in the war. But Bellatrix was still here. The Senshi of Fortitude would stay and fight. She would see that this city, this world, be cleansed of this wretched war.

It didn't matter which side was right in regards to the origin of this war any more. Bellatrix had mulled over that for months before realizing that it didn't matter. What mattered was what was happening now. Now the forces of Chaos were growing exponentially. Chaos had not only corrupt senshi, but now a whole new court of senshi in its clutches. Something had to be done.

Bellatrix was of the opinion that life is too precious to just throw away, so purification seemed like the best option. Not that she had heard many other alternatives that didn't involve killing. In an ideal world there was the possibility of deplomacy, but nothing about this world was ideal. Her ideals had left. Fled. But although she was bitter, she had hope. Hope that one way or another they could end this war with as few deaths as possible. It was unrealistic to think that there wouldn't be lives lost on both sides, but minimizing the numbers of the dead was important to her.

Bellatrix decided to start off the questions and ideas;

"Do we know what purification will do to their minds? We know that senshi who corrupt lose their memories and their past identity, if the same is true for those who purify, then there is going to need to be a support system in place to help the newly purified rebuild their lives and teach them," the eternal senshi aired her concerns.

Iris may or may not recognize Bellatrix. It had been so long now since the who had seen one another...

"By that same token, just what will it mean for the minds of those who could be facing a re-purification?" Bellatrix took a breath, "I'm of course for purification if it can be done, I'm just concerned for the well-being of those whom we are trying to save. Like I said, they'll need some sort of support system... I come from a rich family, I can easily acquire the money to get some sort of facility, an apartment complex perhaps, to house the purified until they are able to be safely reintegrated into society. However a place to go is just one thing. They will need the caring hands of those willing to help them get reintegrated."

Yes, Bellatrix had just offered to buy an entire damn apartment complex. An entire building. ******** rich b***h, right? But it wasn't like she was smearing it in anyone's face. She simply had resources and was willing to use them. Her concern here was for the people they were trying to save - not her reputation or ego. She was concerned for the well being of those they meant to save, truly. And being purified and dumped into the real world was worse than being a newly awakened senshi with no guidance. And most of them knew that well. The guardian cats didn't exactly give them how-to books with their pens after all....

Pasiphae had been somewhat surprised to get another invitation to a meeting so soon after their last, and that surprise was mixed. On the one hand, it was sad that she should be surprised at all, but after the ambush... she had thought the Earth was no longer safe for large gatherings such as these. On the other hand, it was a pleasant surprise, both in the amount of people present and the topic they were to discuss. Purification. Saving those that had been lost. Yes, although she had committed herself to taking up the fight when necessary, she still hoped that her opponents could one day be saved. Some names stood out in her mind more than others, but all were bolstered in her general belief that under the Chaos energy there were human beings like herself and all members of Order. Humans that they could save.

Her garnet eyes were wide as she looked from Aurora to Princess Chronos to... the feisty eternal in pink and yellow that she knew only very vaguely, but who she knew was also a princess from experience. Some of the discussion was hard for her to take in; she noticably bit her lip whenever Aurora listed off their three long term options. Pasiphae could not disagree, but to hear it all summed up that way was... overwhelming. It showed the consequences, the other paths, that they would be forced to take up should their efforts in learning more about purification, and putting it into action, proved ineffective. Chronos's speech about the necessity of pooling their energy did not surprise her in and of itself, but the Super Senshi found it reassuring that now it seemed confirmed. It validated her own stance of team work and support, a stance grounded in her position as a Jovian but that extended to all that fought on their side. She had been blessed with much support in her time as a Senshi, from teammates and other friends, and she would do whatever she could, no matter how little, to repay them thorugh her own efforts. The third, more... rough Princess also gained a bit more of her respect by admitting what she didn't know and appealing to the crowd; Pasiphae had not really known what to expect when the scowling woman had begun to talk.

When the floor opened for others to speak, however, the dark-haired girl could only pick at the lace detailing of her gloves. Aster, who had organized the meeting, had already done so much; now an Eternal that the Shame Senshi had never met was offering to fund a sanctuary for people who were eventually purified! It was... it was unbelievable, in a very, very good way, but it also made the already insecure girl all the more unsure about speaking. What contribution could she possibly offer, in light of what those two (and the princesses, of course) had already said and done?

She could offer support, and did so by looking towards the unknown Eternal (Bellatrix) as she spoke, keeping her tone completely respectful, "That's... that's very generous of you, and I'm sure that a safe place will be needed. I don't know about re-education, of course, but... any kind of sanctuary to offer them seems... um, important." While she was giving praise, she wanted to thank Aster and the three princesses, but... she decided that that should probably wait until the end of the meeting. She didn't want to interupt the main business of the evening.

Great, now that she had spoken she felt a need to actually try and contribute what little she could, so she unconciously smoothed out her skirt in an effort to be presentable and offered her own experiences, "Um... I'm sorry to say that I can't offer much. I've already learned so much more just by listening here then I knew before. I... have had a couple of meetings with a Corrupted Senshi, though. The brainwashing... that Princess Chronos mentioned, I can definitely see it. He's so convinced that we are the problem, that we should just... go back into space. I'm not sure how to get through to him, how... to cut through that idealogy? If... if nothing I say gets through, then I don't know how to even try and save him, or any of them."

She didn't mention Carnelian's offer to corrupt her, partially from shame, partially because she honestly didn't know if anyone would need to know. If the topic turned out to be prove relevant, she'd speak on it more. For now, she was content to leave off her contribution, as ever, with an offer to aid. "Whatever we decide... however we figure it out, to make it work, I'm willing to help with. I'm sorry... that I can't offer much else."

Pasiphae now looked at her boots, waiting either for a response or for someone else to take the spotlight. She wanted to just faded into obscurity again.

Shalott was here as a mother, as a sister and a friend. She'd seen too many spiral down paths they should not take. She'd seen people she thought were good go horribly, horribly bad. If there was a way to bring them back into the light, so to speak, she was all for it. She didn't know much of purification but she hoped there was something that could wash away the chaos. If people could be infected could they not also be cured?

Her voice was quiet when she spoke, but calm.

"Imagine having to face all the wrong you've ever done. Maybe there's a mercy in forgetting." She shuddered. "They need to be guided, helped. There are those among us that can do it. Camelot, Caelian, myself. We were called older. There has to be a reason for that. What purpose, then, if not to guide and share what we know in our lives?"

This was something she was beginning to feel more strongly about, being a guide and a mentor to those going through an often hard and confusing change. She hadn't been prepared when it happened and she'd been wishing for it for months. She hadn't been prepared for what happened afterward, either, and was still somewhat confused on that point. But what she did know was that the advocate for mentorship was right.

"I'll help in any way I can. I've tried to guide new members of the knighthood and new senshi I've come across. If they want to change we can't deny them that chance. The Negaverse does not have mercy when it comes to tainting our side."

(( Sutai, Page of Polaris ))

Sutai was ever-present at her Princess' side, staying slightly to Polaris' back left during the meeting. She looked around sheepishly - the poor page didn't know anyone in the room save for one or two and was incredibly shy because of it. She only came because she knew her princess would be here and yet she knew nothing of what they were talking about. Purification? Did that mean turning the bad people into good people again? Sutai could definitely support that - wholeheartedly! She bounced slightly on the balls of her feet when the floor was opened and people started discussing things.

"So... Princess," she started, looking to Polaris like a child would her mother. "Are princesses like you able to turn the bad people back to good? Aren't people inherently good, you know, at their hearts? Maybe all they need is a good wakeup call! Like whenever I'm feeling down, my Mama hugs me. Or you hug me!" Sutai giggled for a moment and remembered it was Time To Be Serious. She frowned in thought. "Maybe you have the power to make them remember what a mother's hug is like, or what their good memories are like! I don't know how you'd do that, but..."

Her voice suddenly became a bit too loud with enthusiasm. "Whatever it is, I believe in you!"

(( Eternal Sailor Kallichore ))

Kallichore was nervous.

No, she was wary.

Being invited to another meeting so soon after the first, the ambush that cost so many lives... it felt dangerous to be gathered with so much royalty at one time. Brown eyes watched every corner and her muscles tensed. But with them already in princess form, would everyone be safe from another attack? Would the Negaverse find them foolish to gather again, so soon after a successful assault? She didn't want to think about it. The eternal took up her position by Super Sailor Pasiphae and tilted her head, listening to what everyone was trying to say.

They had valid points. Kallichore frowned. "I won't necessarily refrain from killing as an absolute last resort," she started, ever-present serious demeanor about her. "However, that doesn't make us any better than The Borg Queen or the Negaverse. Everything else we've tried seems to end in failure. If we can manage to reverse the corruption done to these people and support them, help them during the transition, I can imagine others would see this as an opportunity to get out from Chaos' thumb."

She shifted her weight and crossed her arms under her sleeves. "I'd like to see them educated - show them the harm they've caused even unknowingly. Pasiphae is right - there's a lot of brainwashing going on. And..." Facing Bellatrix, Kallichore gave her a respectful nod. "...having a support system in place for those who choose to take the plunge is a great step in the right direction. The Negaverse has structure on us and has used that to their advantage for too long."

If there was one thing that Super Sailor Chibi Hygiea was getting from this, at least these guys weren't p***y footing around and claiming they couldn't still fight. The bad guys fought, so that meant they had to as well. Killing was wrong, that much was obvious to the little girl and she had to agree. But some people needed to get sense knocked in to them. Even that super annoying Virtus guy who smiled all the time.

Her little legs swung under the seat as all the Princesses made some sort of speech, some of the information going out one ear to the next as she zoned in and out. Blah blah blah, options.. killing was bad, the usual. Not a lot of this was new to her and frankly, it was a little boring to the hyperactive little girl. They were repeating themselves mostly, but at least Chronos had something interesting to add to all of it. Hygiea wasn't aware of this Barren Pines place and what had happened but if that Princess needed to use her crystal on the place - like how Iris and Polaris did at the last fail meeting... then wow.

And when Iris spoke, the orange clad senshi couldn't help but raise a few questions in her mind. Their Captain had no idea what the hell she was doing and the few people who would know weren't around. Orange eyes made another quick scan of the room, and the second time around she raised herself a little in her chair to get a better view - she was short after all.

When questions were allowed, her gloved hand shot up like a rocket and she waved it around before finally just speaking, "Hey hey! Where are Lina, Castor and this Cosmos person? Wouldn't they know any of this stuff to help us out?" People obviously had questions, why weren't they there to answer them? "Lina seemed fine the first time I met her and stuff, so she could like explain what happened to her and wouldn't she have information about the Bad Guys and all to help us figure out how to get it through their stupid heads that Chaos was bad? And that Cosmos person would know how to do it, wouldn't she? Castor said she helped them."

- -

Kailash, on the other hand, was as far in the back as he possibly could, eyes closed in a lull but still obviously listening - he didn't need to see to hear them all. This was an information gathering mission, something he figured would be handy with this whole destiny s**t being dropped on him.

It wasn't that he was for or against all this, but knew options were a good one. The Page knew killing wasn't an option for him, hell fighting was something he didn't want to do - not for hippie bullshit reasons but just that it took too much effort on his lazy life style. But these "Princesses" [it was still hard to imagine Iris up there and he was a little disappointed she wasn't in a frilly dress... he needed to make sure he hadn't been seeing things and it was just hilarious to imagine that girl in something like that] were being said to have a way to stop the Negaverse without killing them, that did seem promising. If they knew what to do.

So, he remained silent in his seat, arms crossed as questions arose form various persons. The mindset, how to do it, how to get them to comply. All seemed reasonable, and he was way too new still to really contribute - aside from just not wanting to. Though, that apartment idea seemed really weird.

Eunomia didn't know a thing about anything. It felt like she had just recently become a senshi even, and now we were getting into some technical crap. She didn't envy Iris, having to be at the front of the room and talk to everyone with all the other princesses while she got to be down here with a crowd, free to mingle with people she was comfortable with. And part of her was kind of sadistically amused that she was put on the spot like that, even though that wasn't a nice way to be thinking of her princess. But still.

Ha ha, Iris.

Eunomia was about to offer up some of her real world connections-- after all, there were people in the world that needed help reintegrating into society without magical bullshit and they were the kind her father's network of charities revolved around-- but she quickly clammed up. Someone just offered to blow cash on an apartment complex? Well, that was more cake than she had to spare, for sure.

She folded her arms behind her back and rolled on the heels of her boots, trying to look as innocently unknowledgeable as possible. Because she was.

Just like the last meeting Bimini had shown up with figurative bells on! Sure the last meeting had been super scary and of the disasterous nature.. but was that a reason not to be excited about the next one? Nope! Not for the always optimistic man child. There were so many people to meet and see and as a social butterfly he wanted to meet and chat at them all. With enthusiastic hand motions and a grin wide enough to break his face.

He'd been chatting idlely with some strangers (aka new friends) until people in the front began to talk, hushing it up to listen with soft interest. He really really didn't want to fight. Not only was he terrible at it but.. it just felt so wrong. If he was meant to fight so much then why had the Cosmos given him a healing power? Huh, huh?

The offering of an apartment complex for new converts resulted in the actual widening of the squire's eyes, his cheapskate sense tingling. Free rent. A free place to live? Too bad he wasn't corrupted. Or.. well.. Well he didn't even know, but he was suddenly very jealous.

After a moment he piped up however thoughtfully. "Magical witness protection sounds AMAZING. It's the least we can do to help them out in their new journey to uhh... good..ness?"

"But isn't it a little dangerous to put them all in one place together? If the bad guys hunted down one well.. they'd have them all there like fish in a barrel."
He'd played enough video games in his lifetime to see that kind of thing go down. Refuge villages torn assunder and set aflame while the happy hero is off on his journey just because the bad guy feels like being an A-hole and rubbing their power in the face of their enemies.

"Maybe we could like.. have people volunteer to 'adopt' people and have them live with them until they're settled and ready to move on?" That seemed a little easier to keep under wraps. Though... maybe he shouldn't have said it because.. maybe they'd think he wanted to volunteer. He didn't need another mouth to feed other then himself.

The question about were his princess was further silenced Bimini's words, and the sparkley knight tried to shrink into the crowd. Why had he spoken up? He should have just hung out for the info and good vibes.

Her part of the speech done Polaris stepped back and out of the lime light. She listened with soft interest as the other princesses spoke and then as things opened up for people in the crowd. Like Iris she had little idea what to do and any information offered was being quickly gleaned for anything useful.

She was trying to listen, but it didn't take long for a familiar voice to grab her attention, an amused smile touching her. Her voice and response back to Sutai was a low whisper, trying not to disturb the conversations going on around them. "That's the plan hopefully. We're trying to figure out the details as to how we do it exactly but we know it is possible and I'd really like to do it if I can."

The words of encourgement and all the talk about hugs and mothering tweeked just the right nerve in Polaris and without further ado she wrapped her arms around her page in a brief tight squeeze, before letting her go again. "I hope so. It might take some time, but I know we'll figure it out together." She was supposed to be paying attention, right. Not eating up the adorableness of her page. It didn't stop her from grasping the other girl's hand though as she turned her attention back to listening.

Despite her prattle during the previous meeting, Super Sailor Tsui had decided to accept the invitation when it had arrived, and to say that she was surprised that she, of all Senshi, was invited was one of the biggest understatements of the century. Yet, Tsui accepted it, and with little resentment as well. Perhaps her recent ordeals with the ambush, the taunts and injury that led to her gaining her Super rank, and her talk with Pasiphae had finally had an effect on the usually battle hungry Senshi of Tigers, and in truth she was rather curious about the process of purification. She may not have been completely behind it, but after what she had seen at the ambush, after the talks she had with Benitoite and others of the corrupted nature, Tsui felt that it was a route worth pursuing, at least.

The worst that could happen is they break into another argument and another ambush happens, but Tsui felt that she was prepared for such an event. This Tiger would NOT be caught with her britches down again... which of course made her look as though she were constipated with the way she sat, arms crossed and one knee shaking as she kept her golden eyes casted over the assembly. She had taken a more elevated position of the room and listened for the most part, keeping her senses on alert. 'After the last meeting, you'd think they chose a safer spot to conduct this. And they call ME reckless.'

Not that Tsui was eager for a fight, either physical as she was still recovering from wounds she suffered from various fights in the recent week, nor verbally, as she was certain that others would eagerly jump on the chance to call her a hypocrite if they remembered her words at the last minute, and her pride simply couldn't handle such criticisms at the moment. So, the Senshi of Tigers kept her mouth shut until she was certain that she could contribute without making an a** of herself.

"If you need someone to protect those that convert, I'll offer my services," Tsui said, after much silence. "Not sure if I could offer them a place to stay, as I'd need to throw it at my civilian sister, but I live close to St. Magdalena's Seminary and they're always offering rooms for residents. I don't get much youma or Negaverse activity there, and with me nearby, they'd have some protection in case their old 'buddies' come looking."

It was a small contribution compared to others, but Tsui felt like she had to offer them SOMETHING. Otherwise, what was the point of being here?

"Witness protection could be plausible." Shalott agreed, her mind immediately turning. Her husband was not here to stop her from thinking rash and foolish things or to prevent her from acting on them. But, again, here was where older members had an advantage over the younger ones, the ones leaning on their parents for housing.

"Camelot and I have a house. The basement can be made into a spare room."

It wasn't much but it was a start, an offering, to the cause. She'd probably need to secure her husband's permission for that but there's be time enough for that later. She'd also need to think of a reason to give Nathan and Harmony as to why random teens would be living with them.

"It's not so much keeping these new souls from the battle as offering them support. How many of us awaken without it? It's hard when you're new and harder, I'd guess, if you feel like you don't know where you come from."

This all tied into Shalott's master plan, her burgeoning raison d'etre.

Pasiphae looked noticeably and immediately relieved whenever other voices began to chime in, some known to her and others not. Although it seemed everyone only knew a little, perhaps, their combined efforts would yield something of worth, she had no doubt.

She too wondered, as the Chibi senshi (Hygia) did where Castor and Lina were--she had never met Cosmos, so the absence of such a person was less noticable for her. Frankly, the Shame Senshi was glad that at least Castor wasn't around; she had always found his attitude puzzling, and after what he had said to Zirconia in the Surrounding? No, she was more than just glad--she was grateful that he wasn't here to say such things when it seemed everyone was working in direct opposition to his own viewpoint. As for Lina? Well... Pasiphae could only assume that after the last meeting, she had needed some time to herself. Maybe this meeting had just been too soon, or the topic too painful.

Kallichore's presence was an additional bolster to her courage, and her fellow Jovian brought up more, better points that Pasiphae found herself nodding along to--with the exception of being willing to kill. When the Madness Senshi proclaimed her willingness to do so, only as a last resort, Pasiphae never the less bit her lip and took her friend's hand, squeezing it tightly. Back in the very corners of her mind, perhaps because of her recent encounters with Tsui, such dark things frightened her. She didn't think, for a second, that Christa would fall to darkness, but... she nevertheless felt the need to support her, all the same.

A squire (Bimini) pointed out that perhaps sticking everyone in one place could be potentially dangerous, and when it seemed like others agreed, Pasiphae threw her voice in as well, never leaving Kallichore's side. "Maybe... if we started them out at various places, and then the apartment building could be for when they fully re-entered the world? That would look less suspicious, I think... and maybe living with people who had gone through the same steps would thus further act as a support?" She saw no reason why both ideas couldn't be utilized, one as a continued step of the other. She took note of both the lady offering her house (Shalott) and, high above, Tsui's own offer of protection, and she couldn't help but give a soft, hopeful smile. Everyone was being so generous and... getting along so well!
