Sailor Pasiphae had lived in Destiny City her entire life... but that didn't mean that she had been everywhere in the city. Add to that a questionable sense of direction, and once she left certain, well known streets she could turned around fairly quickly. That's exactly what had happened tonight while she had been out on patrol; one little wrong turn and now she was completely lost.
She approached the nearest street sign, but didn't recognize the name. This led her to give a sigh and crane her neck around, looking for anything that looked familiar.

At first he thought it was a youma, but the power signal was all wrong. It was human, and after wondering if it could possibly be another knight, Valhalla realized that wasn't the case, either. There was a senshi somewhere nearby, and the more he did this, the more he understood how staying powered up for unknown amounts of time would probably draw the attention of those they probably didn't want attention from.
He knew the senshi could probably feel his approach, so he slowly made his way around the building, hoping to find them, with his hands raised to let whoever it was know that he was unarmed and didn't mean them any harm. If anything, he was curious about the senshi. He knew a handful of knights but less senshi. He knew that knights were awakened by their own devices, but senshi had cats. Talking cats. In fact, his best friend was one of those talking cats, even if she hadn't always been one.
"Excuse me," he called out when he caught a glimpse of shining black hair. Ah, it was a girl this time. His hands were still up, his compass tucked safely away under his belt. Valhalla opened his mouth again, but suddenly realized that... he had no idea what he wanted to say. What did someone say when approaching a senshi for the first time? In times past he'd been introduced to them while fighting off a monster, but this was the first time no fighting was involved.
"Uh... I come in peace?" Lame. "I'm Valhalla... of Jupiter..." He added the planet as if that would somehow make the name more recognizable, but even he knew that the merging of Norse and Roman mythology wasn't what anyone would call 'recognizable'. If anything, he should say 'Zeus' since there was once a senshi his best friend knew named Zeus, but she was from a parallel world and presumed dead, so that didn't help.
He watched the girl for a few moments longer, his curiosity growing. "Are... you lost...?" he wondered cautiously. She didn't seem as though she knew where she was going, at least.

Soon enough, the two would feel a third energy signature nearby.
A blonde lieutenant had just powered up, unaware of the senshi and page only blocks away, and after noticing them [heading the opposite way], decided to continue making her quick energy drain, before she headed home for the night.
Howlite had one hand on the foot of a drunk man, passed out on the sidewalk, and leaning against the side of an abandoned building in his sleep. He lacked resistance, and simply fell into a deeper slumber as she gathered a small orb into the palm of her left hand.
Part of her attention, however, remained on those energy signatures. They were of similar strength to hers, but, one never knew what they'd be dealing with until they actually showed themselves.

The sudden introduction of a male voice startled the Shame Senshi, and she remained tense as an unfamiliar face came into view. The energy signature she felt from him, however, was not dark, and that combined with his politeness helped her to relax. She didn't think he was a Senshi--his costume seemed more similiar to the Knight Lina that Pasiphae had met briefly at the Youma Hunter competition. So, she gave a small smile, one that broadened when the young man indicated that he too was connected to the planet Jupiter, "I'm Sailor Pasiphae, Senshi of Shame. It's nice to meet you, Valhalla."
"I am... a little lost," Pasiphae admitted with no small amount of embarassment, running one gloved hand nervously through her hair. "I just wandered too far away from my normal area, I think. But... it's turned out for the best, since I got to meet a fellow Jovian?"
The reunion of the two Jovians was doomed to be cut short, however, as Pasiphae felt another presence. If she hadn't been on patrol so frequently lately, she might've missed it, but there was no denying that hint of darkness that she felt a short distance away. The only question was whether it was a youma or a Negaverse agent. She whispered to Valhalla, indicating the direction with a nod of her head, "I think there's an enemy nearby over there... do you feel it too?"

Valhalla stared at the girl, blinking in what seemed to be surprise. "Wait... you guys are... senshi of different things?? Why didn't anyone tell me that??" he sputtered, gaping lamely at her. Well, this was certainly new to him. He hadn't realized that senshi had, like, power sources or whatever it was. Although that would make sense... Their magic was all different. But how was he supposed to know stuff like that when he didn't have a special magic like that? He just had a compass. And even with the compass he wasn't sure if he could find his way out of being lost.
Ah, but that was off topic.
He blinked at her again, feeling a bit hot in the face and feeling embarrassed for discovering what was probably common knowledge. "Uh... sorry..." he mumbled, offering her a half-grin when she brought up the fact that she was a Jovian. "Another...? You're the third I've met," he said, easily remembering both Ganymede and Kallichore.
When she whispered, though, he was immediately on alert. Now that she mentioned it, that must have been why he couldn't determine what energy he was feeling. He was feeling both hers and someone else's energy at the same time.
"Yeah, but I wouldn't exactly include the enemy part just yet," he said, knowing he probably sounded pathetic and naive for wanting stay neutral in a war, but he really didn't have a reason for fighting either side. The energy, though, was dark and that's what put him on edge.

The orb was pocketed, slid into a protective, secret place inside the lapel of her uniform, and Howlite shifted from the drunk, giving him a good look-over one last time. He'd be fine. Wake in around a half hour, disoriented, and possibly sober, to head home.
A grin flickered onto her freckled face as she strode from the alley, and away from the energy signatures. No need in inviting trouble, after all, as senshi tended to be silly creatures that couldn't mind their own business.
Halfway down the block, however, she paused. One of those signatures was not that of a senshi. It reminded her of another that she'd fought, or rather, had attacked her, and she'd let go. Tilting her head, slightly, she decided to get a better look.
Curiosity killed the cat, right? She chuckled.

Pasiphae's alert was broken somwhat by Valhalla's exclamation, but sh ebrushed aside his questions to answer another time. After whatever was exuding that dark energy was gone... ther ewould be plenty of time to talk.
Then she caught sight of a wisp of a blond-haired woman, and every muscle in her body tensed. That was the person exuding the dark energy! She didn't immediately move, however, waiting to see what the person would do. In the mean time, she whispered to Valhalla again, "Look... up ahead... do you see?"

Valhalla stared ahead in the direction that Pasiphae was indicating, wondering what the heck they should do. Should they approach the person...? What if they were after energy...? He'd been attacked by someone before, after all.
"Hey! Who's there?" he called out, taking a few steps forward to try and see if he could get a better glimpse of the person with the dark energy. "Negaverse officer?" he added, although his voice had dropped to a whisper for that last bit, and he glanced warily over to the senshi next to him.
"Come on," he said, confident in their numbers of two to one in regards to approaching the other person, although he made sure to raise his hands, trying to show whoever it was that he was weaponless.
"Who are you? What are you doing?" He said it loud enough for the young woman to hear, curious and worried that she might have attacked someone, or was in the process of looking for someone to attack.

Well, that was great. She couldn't power down and jet, now. Shifting slightly as she was hailed, the lanky blonde raised an eyebrow, catching sight of Valhalla's raised hands. Interesting.
Her palms were turned up similarly, as they drew a bit closer, and when they were a distance that she wouldn't have to shout, she answered. "Just out for a walk, stranger. Seems like you are your companion are doing the same."
A grin flashed across her freckled face. "Who wants to know?"

Pasiphae had been alert to the source of the dark energy signature, but for the most part she felt she had been discrete. She had whispered to an ally, had done nothing to draw attention towards either of them so that they could continue to observe. So, whenever Valhalla immediately called out to the potential enemy, the Shame Senshi couldn't help but stare at him with wide maroon eyes. What was he DOING?! This... this wasn't the way to go about it all!
It was too late to go back, however, so she stood tall and looked over to the Negaverse agent that emerged. She seemed... friendly enough, if the term "friendly" could be used. She didn't attack automatically, at least, and Pasiphae was willing to extend the same courtesy. Underneath it all, her opponents were still human--she could never forget that. Even though her first meeting with one had left her injured. Even though her second had lead to her lashing out... a fact she still felt bad about. So, if she could avoid harm, she certainly would.
"We are... trying to get home," Pasiphae confessed, feeling that was a neutral, but truthful, statement. She was not going to reveal their identities or anything aboiut them, but the question had to be addressed. "I don't think we'll have a problem... if you mean no harm."

Valhalla glanced over at Pasiphae when it seemed like he was putting her even more on guard. Uh, should he have not tried calling out to the other young woman? Yeah, he could tell that her energy signal was different, but they were all human, right...? And it didn't seem as if this new young woman seemed to be threatening. At least not at that moment. She was showing she was unarmed, too.
He lowered his hands when it was clear that they were all unarmed and he glanced over at Pasiphae to see how she was doing. Ah, she was a bit more on guard than he was. Yes, he could feel the dark energy, but it wasn't like they were being attacked, right...?
"Everything going okay?" he wondered, hoping she wasn't out and up to no good. He knew he shouldn't assume things like that, but he had been cornered by a negaverse officer before and had his energy drained. It wasn't the most enjoyable of experiences, but he'd come out of it alive and unscathed.
