Astronomy (see: ‘senshi of’). Ptolemy is obsessed with the stars. She’s been into astronomy since she was a child. When she found out she was a senshi, her hobby began to take on a more serious note.
The Collector. Ptolemy loves collecting cute things. Since moving to Destiny City, she’s been seeking anything she can get, especially items from gashpon machines. She’s collecting manga and trading cards at the moment.
Virtues:
Curiosity never killed anyone. Ptolemy is curious. She is always looking for more information on the subjects that interest her and there are not many things that don’t interest her. She has no problem asking anyone any question which can be a mild annoyance to anyone she meets.
It’s all in the details. Ptolemy is detail-oriented. She sees the parts, but not always the bigger picture. She’s always writing things down in a notebook.
Makenai! Never give up. Ptolemy never gives up. If she wants something, she will go for it. If she makes a promise, she’ll keep it no matter what.
Flaws:
What was that?. Ptolemy is easily distracted. It doesn’t take much to distract her either. This is often at odds with her ability to remember most things.
I am a dreamer. Ptolemy is immature. She daydreams often and doesn’t have reasonable expectations of herself or others. She often shoots too high in her pursuits.
No matter what. Ptolemy is willful. She can get so into something that she can’t let it go. She can get focused on one thing that it is detrimental to everything else that needs to be done.

Sailor Urania, Senshi of Astronomy
Basic:
Urania’s Heavenly Step. An ethereal astronomy chart manifests around Urania and three stars become platforms to stand on. For the next 15 seconds, she can use the stars to create a path either vertically or at a 45 degree angle and cross over them. Allies may follow her on this path. However, enemies that try to follow will find that the stars will glow brightly, blinding them for 3 seconds and then disappearing under their feet. Three uses.
Super:
Urania’s Heavenly Link. An ethereal astronomy chart manifests around Urania and three stars become platforms to stand on. For the next 15 seconds, she can use the stars to create a path either vertically or at a 45 degree angle and cross over them. Allies may follow her on this path. However, enemies that try to follow will find that the stars will glow brightly, blinding them for 3 seconds and then disappearing under their feet. She can now summon the star immediately under an enemy to blind them for 3 seconds, but she will not be able to use the stars as platforms if she uses it in this way. Two uses.
Eternal:
Urania’s Heavenly Guardian. An ethereal astronomy chart manifests before Urania and she points to a constellation on it that represents a constellation viewable from the Uranian sky. For the next forty-five seconds, a spectral, starry creature representing the constellation she picked will appear within twelve feet of her and begin attacking one target. Regardless of which form the creature takes, it will always be the size of a large dog. If the creature makes contact with the target, it feels searing and hot like the surface of a star. For the duration of her magic, the injury will continue to burn painfully, but will fade when the magic ends unless the player chooses to take lasting damage. One use.
Each time Urania uses the attack, she picks a constellation or rolls a d20 to determine the constellation and the creature’s form.

Deep Space Features:
Eyes sparkle and have a star-shaped pupil. Also, hair changes color to a light lavender when exposed to starlight.
Transcended Ability:
Power Boost. A Transcended Senshi following the path to power uses the open source of energy with their homeworld to assist them in battle. Transcended senshi may receive one extra use of either their Super or Eternal attacks, or an extended time limit of up to 15 seconds for the duration of all Super and Eternal rank attacks. As always, any attack that restricts or completely binds a character's movement must be shorter in time than any attack that simply does damage. Which option a player prefers will be discussed on a case by case basis when they send in an a plot request!
Personal Item:
A celestial globe with a compass attached by a starry chain. The Star Map is a collection of notes stored in the globe; by writing information with the compass as a pen, Urania can store information that she knows about that celestial body and have it relayed back to her at will.
Additional Senshi Magic:
Urania’s Heavenly Twinkle. A starry fabric hood like the night sky appears on Urania’s shoulders. For the next 15 seconds, she can pull the hood over her head and her body will begin to shimmer and twinkle like stars and other astronomical sights. While this effect is active, she becomes hard to see and attacks against her have a higher chance of missing. It is more effective when it is dark outside and is near useless if used in sunlight. Two uses.
Article of Clarity:
The Article of Clarity will take the form of any wearable piece of jewelry the player likes, either a ring, bracelet, necklace or earrings (or other jewelry with staff approval), but it will always be set with a black gemstone. The Article of Clarity can be activated for ten minutes per day and can be used to detect things that might have otherwise been missed. In any staff run roleplay hosted by The Space Cauldron, this can be used once per RP to get extra information by closely inspecting something, or to detect things about a character, item, or location that might have otherwise been missed. In individual RPs, this item can be used to see through falsehoods, sense someone’s true emotion, or tell when they are lying with player permission, only; the article cannot determine what a truth might be, it can only detect when there is a lie. Effects may not carry over to player run events and is at the discretion and decision of the player host. The item is non-transferable and can only be worn by the player who claims it. It can be worn and used as a civilian, or when powered up.
Cosmic Companion:
A small purple dragon that is about a two feet long with wings extended.
Sparkling Earrings:
When shared between two people, one worn per person, it allows an immediate connection between their minds for up to two hours per day. These earrings allow the wearers to transfer thoughts and images, and is good for discreet communication as it cannot be tracked or monitored by anyone else. When the magic ends, the earring disappears from the shared partner and returns to the owner. The earrings must be together to recharge. The earrings can be used regardless of distance or location.
Passive Ability:
Urania leaves a trail of shining stars with her steps. Up to seven stars can follow her steps at one time before the oldest star fades.
