Born in the warmth of September to a nurse and a scientist. Connie's mother did not return to nursing until shortly after Connie's fourth birthday, enrolling the girl in school as soon as they could to get her a good start on life. They moved before Connie could even turn five.
Between moving and her bright coral red eyes, Connie was often picked on or left alone all together, though she never gave up trying to make friends. Finding solace in learning her family history through her grandparents. After they passed Connie could only find herself wishing she knew more. Sparking her interest in Genealogy, she started her research by the age of nine.
This lead Connie to finally start to make friends after another move. Even agreeing to help one of her new friends after they came to Connie, only to find out they were adopted. Of course this ended badly, as the friend wasn't ready for this secret, blaming Connie in return. This is about the time Connie started keeping a journal and keeping to herself, closing herself off from others.
Moving once again, Connie made two friends she felt she could trust, generally not trusting many others. A boy and a girl. She ended up crushing on the boy, a silly girly childhood crush. Even getting into skateboarding because of him. Leading the three into a "love" triangle.
Feeling frustrated once again with her life, Connie received the crushing blow that her family would be moving once again. This time Connie demanded that she be able to pick the city, to which her parents only felt was fair.
During one of Connie's late nights of research she found evidence that her family had ties to Destiny City-- though she wasn't sure what or why.
Finding the City's named listed in the ones her dad was offered a job from, she knew they had to go there right away.

The Salvatores officially moved into Destiny City, spending their first night in their new home.
Making a promise to herself that things would be different here. Connie is trying hard to meet new people and make new friends.
During Connie's first day she spent time exploring the city and went to
Caleb Desrosiers to have her hair done.
By Friday the Salvatores had already been noticed and picked up by the other higher end families of Destiny City. Having been invited to the Beauregards' Fundraiser Celebration Party.
There she met and befriended
Elex Yorke, some she found to be a very interesting fellow.

Just a week after arriving in Destiny City on the night of the Full Moon, Connie was awakened as Sailor Chibi Echo - Senshi of Paper!
Towards the end of the month, Connie met Elex again while at the beach for another Fundraiser / Clean Up weekend. Made a new friend of
Danielle Bones after saving her and some baby turtles from some hung-over teens. Wrapping up the weekend, Connie wanted to catch Elex again before they had to head home but it was announced that he was missing.

Derrick Keenan briefly after running into each other at a skateboard park, then enjoying some ice cream together. Then later Echo finally got to met her first fellow Senshi,
Sailor Lacrimosa.*

Connie was forced by her parents to pick up music lessons, which makes her laugh since they're almost never around. This lead to Connie meeting her new teacher,
Aloysius Sharp. She decided on the piano. Connie likes it ok, she loves the sound, but it can give her some anxiety.

A very eventful month. Meeting a fellow Chibi Senshi,
Sailor Lepus, the two talked and got some training in together.* Feeling head strong, Echo got herself into trouble when she wouldn't stand down against
General Arsenopyrite. While she was left unharmed physically, this hurt her greatly mentally.
With September came school. Connie started helping tutor her friend Danielle Bones. Diving head first into her school work in order to avoid her duties as a Senshi.
|| Thursday, September Fourteenth, Two Thousand Seventeen. ||
Connie's birthday. She got to spend a short lunch with her parents. Giving up on them getting home to celebrate that night, Connie decided to go out on patrol.
As Echo she ended up visiting her name sake. Completing the ritual to become a Basic Senshi, she returns home and soon comes across the Guardian Cat,
Bernard.
Though feeling she didn't deserve the 'upgrade', it ended up making patrols even harder on Echo between school and the upcoming holidays.

Trying to burn off some stress, Echo runs into
Eternal Sailor Cadmus, who's only a year older than her.*
She becomes heavily inspired, wanting to grow herself as a Senshi. Spending her free time training where she can.

As Echo, Connie runs into another Super Senshi - This time being
Sailor Ananke. The two bond over a deep conversation as they try to figure out what they want out of being a Senshi.

A month packed to the brim with stuff Connie is still trying to work out and decide what her next steps would be.
Running into
Eion Risk after mistaking the boy for her lost friend Elex, Connie is still trying to place him. Eion agrees to help her, giving Connie hope for the future even if she doubts Eion can help. She still can't even decide if she can trust him or that he's not related to Elex somehow.
Just a few days later while still thinking things over, Echo runs into
Lieutenant Paracelsian. The two end up talking, so Echo gives him energy in exchange for information.
A week later Echo runs into her first Corrupted Senshi -
Sailor Noctua.* During the all out battle Noctua retaliates against Echo, cutting off Connie's long hair.
Broken inside and out, Connie spirals into a state of depression and rebellion against her parents.
Wanting out of the house and hidden away, Connie spends a few nights in a row missing, spending her time between herself and Sailor Echo, until one night she notices a new app on her phone. Downloading and making the profile for the Connections App, despite not being in the mood. Echo agreed to meet up with the App's creator,
Super Sailor Alya.

Echo runs into
Super Sailor Cor Caroli while out on patrol. Both being very interested in space travel and visiting other Senshi's namesake homes.
