Cor Caroli was getting the fidgets. He wanted to go up to space again; the cooldown on traveling had expired at least a week ago, but little things kept getting in the way. Either he felt Chaos presences near his usual power-up spot, or he was busy that night, or some other dumb thing happened (like the time he just straight-up fell asleep before patrolling). It was getting kind of annoying, really. In any case, he went to his usual power-up spot, and he was very sure that he felt someone else there upon powering up. Much to his relief, it was a smallish Order aura- a basic senshi out and about. Surely, they could use some accompaniment in case something big and nasty came about? Chuckling a bit to himself, Cor Caroli bounded across the rooftops towards the aura and got on their level, hoping he wouldn't accidentally land on or run into them in the process.

Echo took a deep breathe, taking in the smell of the late night coffee shop she was busy debating on as it called her in. She knew she shouldn't skip portal...again. She reached up and fiddled with her hair that now rested just about the same length as her chin, framing her face as if a fluffy pillow was trying to eat it. She suddenly felt her heart skip a beat as another energy appeared near by. Though she was thankfully she was finally being able to tell the differences from afar. Otherwise she probably would've ran away the moment she felt it start towards her. Hell she still thought about it. She was tired and dealing with people wasn't want she was wanting at the moment. But she sighed and took a deep breathe. Maybe they'll be interesting? Echo turning to face them. Three roofs, two roofs.. "Well hello."

"Well, hello right back!" Cor waved from one rooftop away, then finally descended onto the street. As he walked up, he glanced at the coffee shop that Echo seemed to be eyeballing. "Oh, hey, I've been here before. It's not a bad place. Favorite of yours?" He took a sniff of the coffee-scented air. Yep, that was the stuff. Granted, he was going to have a big bias towards Mocha Mountain no matter what, but this place wasn't bad at all, if he was remembering correctly. "Any reason you patrol here? Just wondering." It was a spontaneous, off-the-cuff question, but he thought the answer might illuminate a few things for him.

Echo couldn't help but give a sheepish grin as she glanced back at the shop, taking in the coffee scent herself as he talked. It seemed she wouldn't be getting some for a bit longer then, as the other Senshi seemed to want to talk. "I live near-by," She started, shrugging a bit, as she hadn't really thought about it. Though she also didn't really feel like being that super honest at the moment. "It gets a bit busy at weird hours, which is nice since my parents are gone a lot." Echo laughed as the eye'd the Senshi, her hand going to her hip and pointing playfully with her other hand. "What are you doing here?"

"Makes sense," Cor Caroli said, nodding. "Must make patrolling easy, huh? Sounds like you lucked out a bit, kind of. Most kids in Destiny City can't seem to get away from their parents for a second, powered or not. Then again, given all the weird stuff that happens, who can blame the parents for being overprotective?" And most of that weird stuff was his faction's fault. He knew that. But the Negaverse had to take some responsibility for their part in the shenanigans. The question he received in response made him pause for a moment, as though he'd forgotten what he came there for. "What am I doing here...? Oh yeah! I was gonna find a nice alley or something and go up to space for a while. My planet." A beat pause. "Say, what's your name? I'm Cor Caroli, Senshi of Will. I'm going up to a planet that shares my name, and if I'm not mistaken, every senshi has one."

"Yeah, pretty easy huh?" Echo laughed, ruffling her hair and feeling the emotions crawl up her throat as she shifted her weight awkwardly. Come on Connie, you just met the dude, no crying. Though her attention was pulled back in a surprising way when he didn't even remember what he was doing. Planet? Did he say planet? Echo lit up at the mention, though trying to wait for him to finish his introduction. Though she placed a pin in his power, wondering how it worked. "Oh?? I'm Sailor Echo, Senshi of Paper!," She started, bouncing on her heels, "Are you really planning on going? Have you been before? What's it like?"

The girl seemed a bit out of sorts, at least as Cor Caroli saw it. He had a vague feeling that he was being judged, somehow, when he mentioned patrolling being easier for Echo. Still, he brushed it off when her demeanor changed. It seemed he'd hit on something that caught her attention. "Nice to meet you, Echo," Cor said, then quickly moved to address the space questions. "That's right! I'm really planning on going up there, maybe tomorrow if not tonight. I've been up there a few times before, and I've seen some really interesting stuff. Did you know that going up to space gives you visions of your past life? It's hard to believe it until you see it. "As for what it's like... well, every planet is different. Mine is this sleek, high-tech place full of laboratories. They were doing research on 'will-reading technology,' which I guess means making stuff work with the power of people's minds." Cor couldn't help the pride creeping into his voice. His planet was cool. It was what he was sticking around for. He'd rather be the one communing with the Great Will than whatever the Negaverse would do with him, anyway.

"Wow!" Echo let out with a grin, wondering how his planet came across such a power to work with in the first place. Wondering what it looked like, her head crawling with images that would be fit for a syfy movie. "That's amazing...mine's just, mostly, paper related." She laughed awkwardly, thinking her own would probably seem so dull to him. Echo liked the feel of it though, it reminded her of a temple or library. "I wouldn't want to impose but would- would it be ok if I joined you??" She asked meekly, hoping she wasn't being too forward. At most she thought it might help her get through her current slump. Maybe even ask some of the other Senshi she had met as well after this. Sami-Fire Sorry for another long wait Sami. crying Edit; 4/3/19 - Hey Sami, I'm back, sorry about that. If you don't want to keep this rp or even start over, I'm fine with whatever, just trying to filter out what's-what. /sob
