The Librarians A New Court and A New Brigade are coming out. Sailor Hawk is starting the Court, and Noir Songbird is starting the Brigade. (That doesn't mean they are leading them - more on that later). The Court and The Brigade will sister groups. and will be known together as The Librarians. The Court will be known as The Star Librarians. The Brigade will be known as The Librarian Shield.

The Librarians MISSION:
The Homeworld of Etamin once housed the Great Library of Etamin, and the Senshi was the Chief Librarian. Those who worked under him, the Librarian Class, were a special group. They had two basic tasks in life, which Etamin is now bringing to the Court and Brigade. The "Warrior" task was the provision of the seeking out and the protection of powerful and/or dangerous artifacts including, but not limited to Scrolls and Books, among other priceless treasures. The "Scholarship" task was the provision of the studying of phenomenon and enigma important to the Powered and the writing of it up so that anyone wishing to use it to help others, could read it.

The Librarians HEADQUARTERS: At this time, it was our thought to request the Moon City Library as our Headquarters. But we need permission, and we may need a design. We also probably need a back-up design request. Let's design these as a group.

The Librarians MEMBERSHIP: Elder Librarians:Elder Librarians are the counsel of leadership, OOCLy and ICly. A player may have ONE Character among the Elder Librarians. They are the ones who have the Vote on all things. Also, they will vote on leadership - if we have a Captain, who it will be, etc. Captain will then be Chief of Counsel. Initiate Librarians:These are the lower Librarians. They have extra duties that are extra boring - sorting and organizing the Library among their other duties. Players may have as many Characters as they like among the Initiates as they do not have a vote. More detached from the Court/Brigade. Honored Librarians:These are Guardian Cats, Phenomenal Cosmic Powers and the like, that fight alongside the Librarians, but can't quite join. They are somewhere in the middle, but of both tiers. If a player does not have a Elder Librarian, this Character will get the vote.
