Prompt - Strange things appear in Destiny City all the time, so nothing seems out of the ordinary about what might look like discarded trash, broken glass, or pieces of broken jewelry. If anyone were to lean in for a closer inspection, they might find a beautiful, gemstone like object that is shaped a bit like a star. They come in an array of colors and almost seem to have some sort of light sparkling in them.Dani ran up to her friend, the first person she saw at the Festival, and offered her a hug! "Hey Connie!" She grinned. "It's great to see you! Mom and Dad said I spend the day with you, if that is okay with you?" She seemed a bit calmer at this, and maybe a bit timid. As she waited for an answer, she smiled wide. "Have I got big news for you!"

Connie was happy to see Dani, gladly taking the offered hug and squeezing her back in return. She had to admit it was nice to be out and about to just relax and not have to worry about school or Senshi stuff. "Of course you can." Connie said with a grin, "And what's that?" She asked, genuinely curious.

Dani grinned. This was so wonderful! She was going to spend the evening with a new best friend (Rini was was still near and dear to her heart, but wasn't a girl allowed to have two best friends? Then she grinned even bigger for the news she was about to share. She was so excited. "I'm going to be a big sister! Mom's having twins!"

"Oh wow!" Connie was shocked, though she guessed she couldn't be too surprised. People had babies far apart in age all the time. Plus Dani seemed to be super happy about it, so why down play it? "That's great! I'm sure you're already wanting them to come along huh?" She laughed. "Do they know they know their gender yet? What do you want, brothers or sisters- or both?" Connie laughed as she gushed.

Dani smiled, "I know right! But we should find out next week." She stopped and thought about it. "Well, I already have a brother and a sister. I think either is fine, as along as they are both one way or another - I'd like to see that -" Something twinkling caught her eye over in an empty lot that everyone else seemed to avoid.. "Hey what's that?" Dani started over obviously very distracted.

Connie gave a nod in return, since yeah, she guessed already having one of each that this might not changed things for her. Well not that it made it less exciting either. Upon something catching Dani's eye, Connie turned thinking it would probably have something to do with the festival. She was a bit surprised to see a empty lot but quickly noticed the something twinkling in the light as well. "Hm..a lost earring maybe?" , she offered. "Wanna go see?" Connie asked with a laugh.

Dani laughed too, she was already on her way over. She found herself looking at a pile of trash, but there was something somethin buried within. She didn't want to be digging in the trash but ...

Connie smirked, following after Dani, helping her move the trash with her foot, surprised to see bits of sparkling underneath. She wondered how they had even seen it from were they had been standing but also knew nothing was impossible here. "Are those..crystals?" Connie asked, squatting down next to Dani to get a closer look. Still a bit unsure if they should touch them.

"I don't know." Dani reached out and cautiously touched one. It seemed all right, just kind of dirty. There were two of them. Almost like glass balls, they fit in the palm of the hand. Each was a little grimy, and had a few small scratches, but otherwise seemed to be in good order. Dani gingerly picked up the purple one and wiped it off. She turned it over to look at it.

Connie made a bit of a face at Dani picking up the dirty gem but decided to pick up the other one as well. It was a light blue, like it had fallen straight from the sky itself. As she turned it over, it was like the star piece sparkled from the inside rather than from the sun. Suddenly she felt a ping of worry, she frowned. "Well I guess we can always figure out what to do with them later if you want?" Connie offered, knowing Dani probably still wanted to have some fun while they were here.

"Agreed." Dani smiled. Hers was similar. She put it in her pocket. She looked up. "I wonder if there are any rides." She smiled.
