Physical Traits: A young women with a long healthy build, shoulder length dark blond hair and light hazel eyes. Her features give her dignified traits, with a quiet, yet elegant structure.
Scars: A stray bullet that she took during her first mission as a Rocket hit her in her side on the right, leaving a scar from the wound.
Two long scars from gashed on her back and shoulder blade from being slammed into lava rocks from a Ho'oh attack during a Team Rocket mission in a volcano.
Background: Faleen Ewell was born an raised in the city of Camphoreon, she lived there her entire life with her mother Kathryne, and her little sister Rosie.
Having a mother who was a successful business women, had a large impact on who Faleen is as a person, her mother was strict, and ambitious with her children, but her expectations for them were never unreasonable, or out of what she knew her girls were capable of doing, Faleen most of all.
Since the age of five Faleen took on a strong fascination with anything mechanical, and her mother nurtured this fascination, soon growing into a passion.
Faleen was enrolled in private school, where she enlisted in robotic electives, mechanic clubs, and was even entered in robotic courses in special university classes. Her mother gave her every opportunity she wanted to learn, requiring that she put everything she had into this, and someday reach her goal to work for the esteemed Kaiba Corp as a robotics engineer.
Faleen did everything she could to make her mother proud.
When Faleen was 17 years old, Kathryne died very suddenly of a blood clot.
This was a turning point for Faleen, having lost all her motivation, and faith in anything outside of her own abilities.
Skills: Easily adaptable to a variety of mechanics, especially with robots, able to learn her way around one quickly.
Having studied Robots and mechanics since a young age, with special schooling funded by her mother, Faleen's skills in robotics greatly outweigh her ability with Pokemon, able to map out and draw up specs and blueprints of a machine, and build it. Being especially capable of very small, detailed work. She also loved working with electrical currents and components.
She's an ambitious women with a drive to constantly improve, as well as study and learn new things about all things mechanical.

Faults: Faleen is very confident in her abilities as a robotics engineer and mechanic, and even though her skills are nothing to sneeze at, this confidence she's built up in herself becomes her biggest weight when she is faced with something she can't do, or has difficulty understanding and building, she becomes quite frustrated and over critical of herself. not to mention building up more expectation on her, leaving people underwhelmed.
She doesn't like the fact that there are things that she just can't do, a lot of this does have to do with her young age, she still has a lot of experience she needs to build up.
Faleen is also fairly useless when it comes to anything that needs to be worked with in software, sure she can use programs alright, and work a computer (no where near to what she can do with hardware), but making programs, hacking, coding, she's useless at.
Quirks: Any strong emotion, good or bad, has a tendency to make her face and ears flush, making it hard to hide what she's feeling. She is incapable of lifting just one eyebrow.

Elite Seth: This is someone who knows what they are doing, there is so much I would love to learn from him, and hope I get the opportunity to.
From the way the other grunts talk, I think he deserves a lot more respect then he's given, not that any of them would dare speak this way to his face, with reason.
He’s strong, experienced, and doesn’t mess around, I wouldn't call him a pleasant person, but in my opinion he doesn't have to be.
I hope to improve, and someday not seem like such a failure in his eyes.
Side note: His Tyranitar is amazing…
Elite TRP: I haven't seen, or worked with Elite TRP much. From what I've observed her personality is vastly different from Elite Seth's, not that that should in anyway put her abilities into question.

Agent Hayes: Agent Hayes is an enigma, if I didn't know for a fact that he was a Rocket, I would bet money that he would never be part of this organization.
He's polite, nice toward... well everyone that I've noticed, not exactly Rocket metrical. Yet he's an Agent... there's something I'm missing here, and its going to bother me till I figure it out.
Agent Nikki: Nikki is the first Agent I ever met when I joined Team Rocket. we didn't get off on the right foot, but from what I've heard, no one has.
I find her quite interesting, admiring her strength and forward honesty. I know very little about her, but I understand why she's Agent rank.

Grunt Kofuku: Kofuku was a grunt who lived in the dorm next to mine, for a time we were close friends, I enjoyed her company very much, despite our very different personality types.
... She has since left the HQ, I have not heard from her in some time. I can't be surprised by this turn of events, but i can't help but feel a sense of disappointment.
Grunt Panther: you can say my first impressions of him were not that great, from what I've seen, I don't trust him.
