When Zan wants something, he does more than what is in his power to try to get it. Occasionally, he's thwarted by outside factors (mostly monetary ones), but he does his best with what he has and succeeds more often than not if his goal is short-term enough. Unfortunately, Zan doesn't want what he wants for long, and he has a tendency to be...
- flighty
Permanence, and to a certain extent, commitment, are Zan's mortal enemies. While he made it out of high school with a solid B average, he chafed at his college schedule until he dropped out and dreads the day when someone demands he hold down a nine-to-five job.
+ amiable
It is rare that people find themselves in Zan's sphere of influence without feeling welcome there. He's a gregarious sort, always ready with a smile, even when he doesn't feel like smiling. He loves people, he wants to make them happy, and after years of conditioning, he's gotten to the point where he attempts to do so without being conscious of it.
- selfish
He might long to make you smile when you're standing right in front of him, but once you're out of sight, it becomes frightfully easy for Zan to throw you under the bus. It takes a lot to get him to think of you first when you're not present, and once you've gotten to that place, you'll probably find there's not much benefit to being there. DEITY

A modern day, chaotic neutral bard, Zan has made his living off of the kindness of New York City tourists for nearly five years now. He does everything from epic solo banjo concerts to a bit of mimery, and even though he has no use for them in Michigan, he brought his Deadpool and Spider-Man costumes to the dorms because, dammit, those things were expensive and they brought in excellent tips when he was in the mood to wear a mask.
