Hobbies: Guitar || Keii absolutely loves his guitar. It feels comfortable and easy, and getting a new one seemed necessary after he purified. Although he doesn’t remember how he learned it, it still feels easy and familiar and accomplished, so he keeps playing. He's entertained thoughts of forming a band, but has never really gone through with it. Instead, he's content to post the occasional cover to YouTube. He has a small Internet following, which he is fairly proud of.
Cooking || Kei loves to cook. He jokes that if being a rock star doesn't work out, he can always open a restaurant or be a celebrity chef. He likes to cook all kinds of things, ranging from basic pancakes to truly complex full meals, but he’s most comfortable making pastries and desserts.
Gaming || Kei absolutely loves video games of all kinds. He'll try everything once, from shmups to fighting games to first person shooters. RPGs are by far his favorite, and his BioWare fanboyism can get a little embarrassing. He usually tries to squeeze in an hour or two of gaming a day, and games socially through co-op play.
Virtues: Outgoing || Kei has absolutely no social anxiety. He finds it very easy to make friends, and loves going up to random people and getting to know them. He is a thoroughly chatty person, and there is absolutely no one he will not at least attempt to talk to. Or flirt with, sometimes.
Confident || Kei may not always like himself, but that doesn’t mean he’s totally incapable of seeing the good. He’s usually pretty capable of doing things, people like him, he’s cute - there’s a lot to be confident about. He doesn't harbor any delusions of being superhuman, of course, but he does generally feel like he can meet whatever challenges life throws at him and come out the other end better for it.
Spontaneous || Kei very much enjoys doing things at the spur of the moment. Impromptu musical flash mob? Sure! Random run for food at three AM after a long gaming session? Never not, man. This can even extend to something requiring more commitment - if someone were to suggest, on the fly, a weekend trip to the beach, Kei would be packing his bags. He is often seen as fun and flexible because of this.
Flaws: Mistrustful || While Kei is social and easily flirtatious, he is slow to trust people and let them get close to him. It’s not that he hates people, or doesn’t want friends - it’s that he doesn’t think people should want to get close to him, so he keeps them at arm’s length. It takes a lot of effort, and requires overcoming a lot of resistance, to get Keiran to open up.
Martyr Complex || Kerberos did horrible things as a corrupt, and now Keiran has to make up for them. So Keiran is fully willing to lay his life on the line in order to protect the people he cares about - because he has a lot of blood on his hands, and he has lost his right to a long happy life because of what he’s taken from other people. His life doesn’t matter. Everyone else’s does.
Impulsive || Kei does not think, he does. He has a tendency to charge headlong into things without thinking them through, and this gets him into trouble more often than not. Whether it's actual danger or the frustration of getting tangled in something that requires way more effort than he thought it would, this never seems to end well for him.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Asphodel Grace! Sailor Kerberos says the name of his attack, and under the feet of one target within 8 feet of him, asphodel flowers bloom in a three-foot circle. As long as the target stays within the radius, they will find that minor injuries are healed completely, moderate injuries are slightly reduced, and they feel a sense of peace. This magic lasts for 25 seconds, and can be used three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Asphodel Bloom! Sailor Kerberos says the name of his attack, and asphodel blooms around him, to a radius of 10 feet. Allies within the radius will feel a sense of peace, and moderate injuries are partially healed, while minor injuries are healed completely. This magic lasts for 35 seconds, and can be used twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Asphodel Requiem! Sailor Kerberos says the name of his attack and spreads his arms, and in a radius of 15 feet around him, a field of asphodel flowers grows up. Enemies within the radius experiences crippling grief and hopelessness. In addition, the affected characters see a vision of someone they care about dying or dead. If they attempt to interact with this vision, they will find it insubstantial and untouchable, and the illusion will vanish, but the feelings of grief and hopelessness otherwise induced by the attack will remain for the duration (as they're separate from the illusion itself). This attack lasts for 45 seconds. Sailor Kerberos can use this attack once per battle.
Additional Attack: Thousand Asphodel Chorus! Kerberos speaks the name of his attack, and sweeps an arm in front of him. Trailing after his palm, asphodel petals burst out and explode at a radius of 8 feet around Kerberos. The petals will only damage enemies; for allies, they are harmless and pretty. They behave like thin knives, creating a sensation of mild to moderate cuts, and can leave behind actual damage at player discretion. In addition, anyone struck by them will feel a sensation of grief and hopelessness that lasts for 30 seconds. Kerberos can use this attack twice per battle.
Personal Item: Mourner’s Bloom Physical Description - A pendant like this, on a golden chain. The blue portions are a liquid that appears to flow through the design; the flowers are asphodel. Benefit/Boost - While holding the chain, Kerberos can offer the pendant to someone who is suffering from grief or regret, and the pendant will allow Kerberos to relive the memory or memories that are the source of their pain along with the person. This can only be done with permission; he cannot force it on anyone. When it is done, the pendant will draw off some of the grief the person is suffering, allowing them to feel more at ease with their pain. It will not perfectly heal their emotional suffering, but can ease it, and make it easier for them to begin to work through it.
When Kerberos draws off grief with the pendant, the blue liquid will begin to turn black, starting at the center and flowing outwards. If all of the blue turns black - which usually takes multiple memories, but can be all at once if someone is carrying a particularly painful load - the negative emotions stored will begin to flow over into Kerberos, so he must return to his planet and place it back in the pool he found it in to cleanse it as it fills.
Passive Enhancement: Asphodel flowers bloom wherever Kerberos walks. They follow his footsteps, and if he stays in one place, can slowly expand to about a ten foot radius around him. Once he leaves, the flowers will only linger for about ten minutes, unless he is on his homeworld, where they are permanent.
Permanent Accessories: Soothing Bell
A small, round bell with a tiny metal charm dangling from it. The bell can be rung once per day and for one full hour the ringer will be overtaken by the sensation of a serene peace and will find that all of their worries seem to be gone and they are incredibly clear headed. If a powered character uses this item while in their respective place of power they will receive additional benefits; A Senshi or Knight using this on their Homeworld or Wonder they will find that restoration significantly improves while using the bell (allowing restoration akin to two visits), Negaverse characters will find that the Rift is easier to navigate and youma are more agreeable (and may even lose significant interest in Corrupted Senshi), Mirrorspace is easier to navigate and Mirrorscape Realms may flourish a bit more. Mauvians may have more past life memories while on their Bonded Senshi’s worlds and may also improve restoration somewhat, and Vanguardians may find that their Source Stones seem to naturally replenish energy and can provide a greater output towards their projects.

In the Present:
Kerberos is a small natural satellite of Pluto whose existence was announced on July 20, 2011.[1] Its discovery, following the discoveries of Charon in 1978 and Nix and Hydra in 2005, made it Pluto's fourth known moon.
In the Past:
Dance and music were important parts of many Kerberan rituals.
Kerberos was a moon of eternal night, lit by glowing asphodel flowers that grew all over the planet. It was intended as a place of solace, to grieve for the dead and the lost - but also to recover from your grief and let go of your ghosts.
Sometimes, the ghosts were quite literal, and Kerberans had several powerful exorcism rituals to drive off bad spirits clinging to people. These were mostly performed by Sailor Kerberos himself.
In the past, Kerberos's magic was meant to make people face what they regretted the most. It was meant as a painful jolt to start the healing process, because if you do not confront the things you regret, you can never move on from them.
