All Hellma had done was take a little nap. Ok, it was a cider-inspired nap on the floor. Maybe less of a "nap" and more of a "passout." But with the suddenly influx of new students she had reason.

It was obvious to the professor that the Acceptance Bin had stolen yet another application from her massive inbox. Waking up hungover on the office floor? Well, that was pretty par for course. Waking up paralyzed with the Bin on her chest? Not so much.

Leo is a very serious young lady and, granted, sometimes her seriousness is directed towards the wrong things - like her hobby horse, defending her height (lack thereof) or even convincing people on the many virtues of wearing plaid - but Leo is, at heart, serious in everything she does and says. Much to the occasional consternation of her surroundings. Some say that she was simply born a tactless a**, but that's not entirely true; Leo is well aware of what tact is, she just doesn't see the point in using it. Why bother to even open your mouth if you're just going to fudge up the meaning so you won't offend someone? Be straight up and stand by your opinions, that's the way to get up in the world!

Well, no, it isn't, but she hasn't really figured that out yet. She is, in some ways, still quite naïve and it is often very evident that she's just a teenager. Leo still believes in Dreadfully Ever Afters, doing the Wrong Thing and Helping Out Your Fellow Spook (all capital letters fully intended, thank you very much!), and that anything wrong with the world can be fixed with a bit of hard work and some spirit.

Which, of course, she has plenty of.

xxxxxWhy did they enroll at the academy?
Because at the bottom of her heart, she truly, honestly believes in the value of education. Or not - her family enrolled her, on account of it being the best thing for a young monster to do with her time. Leo just hopes to escape somewhat unscathed.

xxxxxHistory: Leo comes from a normal family, from a normal neighbourhood and a normal childhood.
Relatively, at least. That is to say that everything was normal, right up until Leo joined Amityville Academy; she had a large, but close-knit family, loving parents and adorable family pets.
Shortly after entering school however, disaster started to strike - everywhere. One family emergency after another has ensured that she has missed all the big events at school, made no particular friendships and not to mention, missed tons of crucial schoolwork.
So despite having been enrolled for nearly two years now, Leo has yet to pass a single class. Not a one.
This time however, she swears it's going to be different. For one, nothing short of a death in the family (a permanent one, thank you very much Uncle Hilbert! Becoming Undead does not count) is going to make her leave school. She will pass a class, even if she has to work until there's no FEAR left in her to do it, jackit!

xxxxxAmong Leo's possessions is something dear to her, a notepad that is always kept close at hand. It was given to her by the reaper Hel, and in it are Leo's words to live by. So far it reads:

It's quite possible that Leo's dorm was originally designed for a slightly smaller occupant;
not tremendously smaller, but just a bit. For someone her size, it's slightly cramped but ultimately comfortable enough - for anyone larger
than average-sized, it might be tad more uncomfortable. Certainly not somewhere to live full-time.
And really, she doesn't even mind that the bed is slightly too short. It just makes her feel taller.

xxxxx George her trusty hobby horse. Leo owns a collection of various sizes and shapes hobby horses, but George is her first and most precious. He's also incredibly sturdy and occassionally doubles as a blunt weapon.

xxxxxThe Pathling Patty is Leo's main companion and cuddling buddy (you learn to live with the occassional bruising from the antlers, really). Despite his often haughty composure upon meeting new people, Patty is really a big softie and has a particularly soft spot for young ghouls and boils who really know how to scratch those antlers.

xxxxxTutti was recently found during a walk around the school grounds. Leo maintains that if it doesn't have a nametag on it, it's not owned. As it is, no-one's reported it missing, so she may just be right. In either case Tutti has made herself comfortable with Patty in Leo's cramped dorm.

xxxxxPenny and Panny are a part of Leo's growing Frutten collection. They came as a pair, appearing in her dorm a couple of days after Tutti and rarely do one go somewhere without the other.

xxxxxTrinny, Teras, Fruiten and Frej are part of the Frutten horde. They snuggle, they play, they terrorize the curtains, they fight crime have taken over Leo's dorm. And yet more appear.

- One piece of fanart drawn OR commissioned by you for anything related to the shop. You can claim a maximum of 5 points per year this way.
- One complete RP; you must have written at least 800 words in that RP for it to count as a point.
- One complete classroom RP; you must have written at least 800 words in that RP for it to count as a point.
- One complete homework assignment for a class.
-----NOTE: For 'homework' that involves growing a minipet from a class, you must do an RP or solo (of at least 800 words) involving that pet to get a point. Merely growing the minipet does not count!
- Five minipets grown to their final stage. You get one point for every five minipets; you can claim a maximum of 5 points per year this way.
- One complete solo, at least 800 words long.


You earn 2 points for every:
- One complete battle RP; must have filled-out RP actions, not just dice rolls.


You may earn ??? points for:
- Special events run by GMs may have point prizes for participants; to claim these in your tally, make sure to link to the post where points were awarded.


You may earn bonus points for:
- EXTREEEEEEME! WORDCOUNT! Those who choose to write particularly prolifically - perhaps an involved solo plotline, or a very involved single RP, may earn bonus points.
