The Civilian Name: Haven Marie Sinclair Nickname: None. Age: 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Birthday: December 31st (2000) Sign: Capricorn Gemstone: Garnet Blood Type: A+ Fav. Food: French toast and hash-browns. Cinnamon bagels with cream cheese. Hated Food: Anything lumpy or bumpy. School: She graduated from Crystal Academy and now attends DCU part-time, majoring in Library Science. Occupation: She competes in figure skating and coaches kids part-time. Hobbies: Books – Haven discovered a love for books almost when she first learned to read, and having an older brother who loved books meant she learned to read at a young age. She's grown out of her old picture books, and fairytales no longer hold her interest the way they used to. She doesn't care for the things that could be, but rather the things that are. Non-fiction is her favorite genre. Biographies, auto-biographies, memoirs, historical texts. She's more interested in truth these days than the make-believe of her youth. The time of princes and princesses and evil witches has long been over. Haven's room is full of books, a lot of them passed along from her mother and older brother. She can spend hours in a bookstore perusing the shelves for something that catches her interest, and she finds comfort in the quiet of the library. Research – Along with her love for reading comes Haven's love for compiling information. She's been known to pick a random topic to read up on and collect notes for, whether that topic eventually proves useful to her or not. From the Bubonic Plague to the Kennedy Assassination, and from the American Revolution to the Bakumatsu, Haven has expanded her research to cover a number of topics. Since discovering the war raging within Destiny City, Haven has taken to focusing her research on that. She wants to know everything she can about the whys and the hows. When did it start? Who struck the first blow? Why has it continued for so long without any sign of an end? She's compiled notes on the topic, which she keeps hidden in a box of her old stuffed animals, buried in the back of her closet where she assumes her parents won't venture. Figure Skating – Haven began ice-skating when she was around five years old, taking lessons at her parent's behest. She quickly learned to love the sport and soon found she had a talent for it. What began as a fun weekend activity soon evolved into a passion. Since then, Haven has been to a variety of skating camps and has competed in regional, sectional, and national competitions. She has been known to regularly place within the top five nationally, but hasn't had much success internationally due to a lack of confidence affecting her consistency. She hopes to be a contender for the 2022 Olympics in Beijing. Educational Television – It used to be that Haven would watch shows on Science and History to soak in more information. Nowadays, she likes to watch documentaries and historical programs to pick out the biases and the flaws. She's been known to make corrections when watching a program. Sons of Liberty was horrendously inaccurate, but she'd expect nothing less from the History channel. Haven is of the opinion that it should be stripped of that name. Sometimes she'll watch something specifically to pick it apart. She does, however, enjoy the Travel Channel, the Discovery Channel, and Animal Planet. It used to be that she enjoyed shows about dinosaurs and volcanoes and weather phenomena—topics she views as rather childish now. Instead, her interests have drifted more toward space and evolution. She loved the documentary series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey which broadcasted in 2014.

She may then touch a natural object of her choosing and throw it at her opponent, where it will burst on impact and become a cascade of those objects — enough to bury her target up to 3 feet. Objects can be anything in nature she finds in her surroundings, such as branches, pine cones, rocks, plants, fruit, seashells, bones, etc., anything inanimate that can feasibly be lifted and thrown. Injuries are up to player discretion and depend on the object used, but wounds would generally be mild if the opponent is on their guard. The pile of whatever object chosen will last a total of 30 seconds before disappearing, and though it may be difficult to wade through, it is not impossible to escape. This attack can be used 3 times. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Touch of AbundancePerdita’s magic collects in her palms, warm and golden. Objects can be anything in nature she finds in her surroundings, such as branches, pine cones, rocks, plants, seashells, bones, etc., anything inanimate that can feasibly be lifted and thrown. Injuries are up to player discretion and depend on the object used, but wounds can be moderate. The pile of whatever object chosen will last a total of 15 seconds before disappearing, and though it may be difficult to wade through, it is not impossible to escape. This attack can be used 2 times. Eternal Sailor Attack: Abundant Deluge Perdita’s magic collects in her palms, warm and golden. When she touches the ground, a wave composed of natural objects appears and descends upon her enemies at rapid speed, colliding with anyone standing within a target radius of 15 feet. The wave would be composed of whatever loose objects make up her surroundings. (For example, pine cones, acorns, and leaves in a forest; rocks and crystals in a quarry; shells and beached seaweed at the shore, etc.) Depending on the location and the objects available, the impact can cause blunt force injuries of the player’s choosing, some of which can be severe. The wave disappears after impact, or after 20 seconds if it doesn’t hit anyone.

 Personality Virtues: Clever – Haven has always been very bright, even as a much younger child. From a very young age she has been interested in learning and expanding her knowledge about the world around her. It is with knowledge, she believes, that one gains power and a true understanding of life. Haven is one of the smarter kids in her class and she knows it. She's good at puzzles and problem solving, riddles and mind games, and she's never afraid to try her hand at a challenge. She's not the sort to be frightened off by something that seems difficult or beyond her years. Even if she doesn't find the correct solution the first time, she's sure she'll learn something along the way. And it's the learning, she thinks, that's more important than the eventual outcome. After all, knowledge is power, and learning breeds success. Determined – Once Haven has her mind set on something, it isn't very likely for her to back down or give up. Certainly not without a fight. Whether its her school work or her figure skating, or the new role she's found for herself in the war, Haven faces each new challenge with calm and determination. She doesn't let hardships stop her. Obstacles are not meant to bring an end to a journey; they're meant to be risen above. Haven is one to rise to the occasion. She doesn't let fear or unease control her. Of course she's capable of feeling fear, but instead of caving to it she uses it to strengthen her resolve. If her efforts result in failure, she'll study the situation and practice her approach until she finally succeeds. She doesn't let anyone tell her she can't do anything. In fact, telling her that is a sure fire way to get her to prove you wrong. Prudent – Even as a child, Haven was the responsible sort; she did her homework in a timely manner, cleaned her room when she was told, and followed directions without a complaint. Though she may engage in activities others deem unsafe these days (the war most prominent among them), Haven does so with caution and discretion. She isn't the type to jump into the fray without first assessing the situation. Instead, she looks for what she believes to be the most sensible course of action. There is something very wise about her despite her continued youth. Unlike most reckless teenagers who spare little thought for the future, Haven is always looking ahead and planning accordingly. She is judicious in both thought and action. Independent – With a mother who's frequently away on business, a father who's dedicated to his students, a grandfather who keeps an emotional distance from his grandchildren, and an older brother who tends to lock himself away and bury himself in his books, Haven has had to learn to take care of herself. She doesn't mind. In fact, she enjoys the independence. It makes her feel very adult. She would rather look after herself than have someone else look after her like she's still a child. Though she's only fourteen, Haven is very much in control of her own life. She relies on herself first and foremost, and turns to others only when she has to admit that she needs the assistance. As such, she presents herself as independent from those around her, rather than a burden. ------------------------------------------------------------ Flaws: Arrogant – Haven is a girl who feels a great amount of pride in herself, and it shows. If there's one thing she hates most, it's being wrong, so she does everything she can to make sure that she'd never wrong. Part of Haven's obsession with education is that she likes to be right. About everything. If one of her companions is doing something wrong, Haven will be the first to out-show them. From school work to figure skating, Haven has acquired quite a big head. It isn't uncommon to see her walking around with her nose in the air, or flipping her hair over her shoulder to make a point. Her expressions are often haughty and her tone of voice pretentious. She is certainly not against looking smug. Unfortunately, this arrogance often makes it seem as if she's putting other people down. Inflexible – She may have great determination to do things her way, and to do them right, but once in that mindset Haven becomes rather stubborn to change. She doesn't like change. At all. She likes to know what to expect. She likes to know what she's getting herself into, and she likes to have control. Once she's decided what she wants to do and how she wants to go about doing it, there's very little other people can do to change her mind. Only when her way ends in obvious and absolute failure will she admit defeat and try something else. If she can't complete a task, she gets frustrated. When she fails at something, she'll keep trying until she gets it right. When she expects something, it had better happen or someone will surely hear about it. Stodgy – Haven doesn't have a sense of humor. She doesn't like jokes, or pranks, or silly behavior. For one so young, Haven is remarkably serious. Rules and regulations are her safety net; there are rules in place for a reason, and Haven makes sure to follow them. She will step in the way and stop someone from doing something if she thinks it's stupid or poses a threat to those involved. Her will is unbending. She is not the type to charge right in without a plan she's sure will work, and she does her best to stop others from being dumb and doing things they shouldn't. In addition, though she doesn't have a particularly explosive temper, Haven can still find ways to let everyone around her know when she's displeased, and she's displeased frequently. Cold – There's something sort of cold and distant about Haven. She isn't without emotion, but she's analytical, with curiosity and a sharp eye. She holds her emotions back to release in the safety and solitude of her bedroom. In the moment, Haven is thoughtful and somber. Though curious as to its origins and development, Haven faces the war with a severity one might expect from someone much older, with more experience under their belt. Haven looks to danger with a fearlessness that can seem reckless n spite of her typically responsible nature—a result of the surety she feels in herself; she may believe herself capable, only to later realize she's gotten in over her head. She faces the brutality and death not with disgust or remorse, but attentively and thoughtfully, like one might look at an experiment when the results are to be expected.

Physical Description Eyes: Haven's eyes are large, almond-shaped, and inquisitive. They are a deep shade of teal. She has a few pairs of glasses because she used to have trouble seeing the board at school, but she convinced her parents to let her get contact lenses instead. Hair: Kept long, falling nearly to her waist, Haven's hair is a dark brown cut in what she thinks are mature layers. Her hair is probably the most youthful part of her appearance, streaming down her back in waves and gentle curls. She's grown her bangs out, but they remain shorter than the rest of her hair; they fall to around mid-neck. They're usually brushed to the side and out of the way, or pinned back to keep them from falling to her face. She used to wear headbands, but has graduated to bobby pins and hair-clips that blend with her hair instead of standing out and matching her outfit. Face: Haven's face has lost some of its youthful roundness, slimming to an oval in shape. She is pale-skinned with a peaches and cream complexion, which she washes religiously in an effort to stave off a bought of teenage acne. Unfortunately, her efforts are not always successful. Haven insists her appearance is rather plain, but if it weren't for the arrogant, self-satisfied, or prissy and dissatisfied expressions she often wears, she would look quite pretty. Physique: Haven stands at 5'7”. She retains a slim but athletic build, with a noticeably developing bust, and legs toned from skating. Being a teenager, there is a gangliness to her physique that she hopes to grow out of. Clothes: Not too long ago Haven's sense of fashion included nothing but skirts, dresses, and tights with modest, proper looking blouses. She still wears the skirts and dresses and blouses, but the tights and stockings are seen much less these days. Now her wardrobe has expanded a bit to include jeans and a few pairs of high waisted shorts, along with t-shirts and cardigans for layering purposes. She's not yet grown comfortable with heels. Instead, she wears ballet flats, Keds, Converses, and flat-soled boots. She has a thing for horizontal stripes and floral prints. She carries around messenger bags instead of purses because she can fit her books, papers, and pens in them.

Friends, Allies and Enemies White MoonPeter Gallo // Eternal Sailor Oberon -- Haven and Peter lived across the street from one another when they were kids, so they more or less grew up together. They were both too smart and precocious for their own good, and tended to butt heads as children. Now that they've grown up, they get along much better. Haven thinks of Peter as her best friend. A part of her assumes they'll end up together one day, but neither of them have bothered to ask the other out yet. Haven's too nervous, and Peter... well, she doesn't know what Peter thinks. As Senshi, they've fought side by side on many occasions, and they've been studying youma over the years. Perdita knows she can depend on Oberon for anything. Millicent Lafeu // Sailor Chibi Lenka, Senshi of Watermelons -- A friendly girl who went to Knightside with Haven, back when Haven didn't have any friends. Millie was kind to her and wanted to let Haven borrow some of her Star Wars books, which Haven wasn't into at the time, but she appreciated the gesture all the same. These days, Haven has a better appreciation for Star Wars. Unfortunately, she hasn't seen Millie in a long time. She also never knew about Millie's powered life. Winston Hill // Sailor Chibi Euphrosyne, Senshi of Joy -- A younger boy Haven knew in elementary school. He was sweet and helpful, and Haven repaid his kindness by pretending he was her secretary. Haven has since grown out of that sort of behavior, but she hasn't seen Winston in years. She lost touch with a lot of people from Knightside when she started going to Crystal. She never knew about his powered life. Briar Mackenzie // Super Sailor Chibi Oort, Senshi of Keys -- Another Chibi Senshi who Perdita has joined in battle, alongside Oberon. She finds both Oort and his civilian counterpart Briar to be very friendly, and certainly someone she can get along with and hang out around without feeling too terribly out of place. She doesn't see him often, but she knows she can depend on him. ------------------------------------------------------------ NegaverseTag Swagger // General Osumilite -- A Negaverse agent (a Captain at the time) Haven met when she was a child, before she awakened as a Senshi. He saved her from a youma. She still has no idea who he was, but now knows which side of the war he belongs on. No wonder he knew so much about youma. Still, if she saw him again, she would remember him as a kind adult who protected her from something dangerous. Jonah Sinclair // Lieutenant Roselite -- Haven's older brother. There's a bit of an age gap between them, so they didn't have too much in common growing up, though they at least had a few similar interests. They've both left home now, so Haven doesn't see him as often anymore, but they text frequently and have a good relationship. Haven has no idea Jonah has become a Negaverse officer. The Sinclair Family Mother: Nora Sinclair (Née Brigham) - 59 As the only child of a very wealthy businessman, Haven’s mother led a very privileged life. She lived in a grand house, wore all the best clothes, went to the best schools, grew up around all the right people, and generally had everything she could ever want set before her by her father. In fact, the only thing she ever did to displease her father was to marry someone he thought could neither support nor deserve her, but he loved her so much he eventually got over that. Nora was clever and intelligent from childhood, and even if her father hadn’t been able to pay her way in to an Ivy League school, her grades and school record would have been more than enough. She got a degree in business and began working under her father, only to take over his many business ventures once he retired. She’s out of the house at the office or meeting with various clients a lot, and travels just at much, but when she is home, she’s a very loving and nurturing mother. Father: Charles Sinclair - 61 Compared to his wife, Charles lived a very normal, middle class life. He went to normal schools with normal people. His father was an engineer and his mother was a school teacher. He roughhoused in the neighborhood with his two brothers and his gang of friends, pulling pranks on his only sister. His grades were average, and he played basketball on the side, at least until he went to college and he focused on his main passion—music. He fronted his own band and got a degree in Music Performance, and performed gigs at local clubs. He even opened for a band who opened for a band who opened for Aerosmith once. At one of the more swanky clubs, he met lovely Nora Brigham, and the rest is history. Later, Charles went back to school and got a different degree in Music Education. Now he teaches Composition and Theory classes at DCU. Sometimes he still gets together with his old band on the weekends to play a few of their old songs in the garage. He’s really laid back and rarely yells and he’s pretty easy on his kids. Older Brother: Jonah Sinclair - 27 Quiet and somewhat moody, Jonah tends to keep to himself. He never really managed to understand what the big deal was about all the glamorous things that made up his life from the moment he was born. He was always well behaved and barely ever caused any trouble. Their parents like to say he was the perfect child. He doesn’t have a lot of friends, but he’d rather stay in his room and read a book than go out on the town anyway. Jonah likes the quiet life and tends to keep his nose out of other people’s business. He inherited their mother’s brains but opted out of going Ivy League because he didn’t think he could handle the pressure, which disappointed their grandfather a bit, but like their mother’s marriage, he eventually got over. Recently Jonah started classes at DCU but chose to continue living at home because he didn’t think he could handle the noise of the dorms, though he tends to stay holed up in his bedroom when he’s not in class. Either that or he’s hiding out in the library. Their grandfather is trying to convince him to study business, but Jonah would rather go into the social sciences and study History. Grand-Father: Joseph Brigham II - 93 Grandpa Joe is an elegant but stern old man. He came from a modest family until his father hit it big in one of his business ventures and investments and they began to amass a great deal of wealth. Joseph took over for him and expanded upon what he’d already built. He married a classy woman and though they tried to have more kids, they only managed to have a daughter, Nora, who he spoiled and raised to take over for him once he retired. Since then his wife has died and Joseph moved in with his daughter and son-in-law instead of remaining in a big house all by himself, and he spends most of his time playing cards with other rich, old, retired people or going to the country club for a game of golf. He’s still pretty fit and active for someone his age, but is very stern and disciplined and likes things to be a certain way. He tries to influence his grandkids to pursue lucrative careers. It doesn’t seem to be working with Jonah, but he has a good feeling about Haven. He thinks she has the right attitude and ambition to be just like her mother. The Family Cat: Maximilien Robespierre - 13 While he almost had a variety of other names, ranging from Fluffy (which was Haven's suggestion; she was five at the time and clearly not as creative as she thinks she could have been) to simply Cat (which was her father's suggestion), Jonah ended up bestowing upon him the name of Maximilien Robespierre. They just call him Max. Max is a gray British Shorthair, and he practically lives in Jonah's room, either on his bed or his desk chair. He's very nice and even-tempered with the Sinclairs, though he prefers to sit and observe them rather than cuddle, but he's not too fond of strangers and has been known to scratch and bite when disturbed from his many hiding places around the house.

Items Alastorian Candle - A black pillar candle with an iridescent teal sheen to it. It is about a foot tall and three inches wide; it has the golden mandala insignia of Alastor on the front, and elegant golden patterns on the sides and back. Glass beads in various shades of blue, teal, and amber decorate the candle. It is an incredibly artistic candle with a single wick.When lit, the candle burns brightly and if you look deeply enough into the flame, it burns with a shimmer that makes it appear as if the fire has small specks of glitter in it. The candle has no real fragrance but smells faintly of rain; the flame is resilient against wind and water and takes a bit of effort to actually put out. The candle is long lasting and if left to burn can last for about two weeks straight.
