The shadows skittering across windows appeared more frequently until a black mass blotted out all hint of light from the outside. The electricity started malfunctioning, leading to the cutoff of air conditioning, and the lights flickered out only to reengage in ominous red emergency lights. The train groaned, shuddered and jerked under a sudden, disconcerting pressure. No amount of investigation gave any indication of the occurrences outside - only those in attendance on the platform could inform the wary occupant.
The thin poles initially used for standing passengers slowly descended into looping, slimy lengths of cannulae. Of a pale bile color, it bore veins that spidered across its surface, yet the toughness of these overlarge intestinal lengths endured several strikes before bursting became an inevitability. The overhead storage filmed over in a thin serous membrane, which pulsed in peristaltic rhythms. The digestion process soon stopped and the membrane burst, dumping all luggage onto the floor. Afterward flagella extended down from the gaping hole to search for a better source of energy.
The seats were no longer seats, but gastric globules that snaked about on the floor with the propensity to electrically disable any creature they touched. With enough formed, they have the collective ability to immobilize and digest prey to a fascinatingly efficient extent. Over a foot tall and equally bulbous, these sentient fluids have begun roaming for their first targets - namely the starseeded civilians left about on the train.
Doors to different train cars that were previously closed have now interwoven with organic substance to form bicuspid valves reminiscent of heart vents. They pulse open and close periodically, and can be forced open for a set time when pushed with enough strength. No longer did the doors themselves have locks, as those mechanical devices have since been rendered invalid for the ability to pass digestive fluid from one car to the next.

Rules, Explanations, and tl;dr
_______Rules
I was going to roll for the car to get chosen for this part of the event, but since everyone volunteered their characters for horrible happenings, everyone on the train cars gets to suffer! <3 Please be courteous to other participants! This event is meant to be fun, and godmodding and bad attitudes are akin to shitting on the birthday cake. Try not to jump out of the train or otherwise break out. You'll splatter. You don't want this. The train itself has melded with the mass presence of youma to become an organic/inorganic conglomerate. Nothing you touch is going to be nice to you.
_______Phase 2
This 'boss' does not have an HP pool. Its defeat is assured, as well as based on activity to prevent dullness. Everyone in it does have an HP pool. Feel the pressure~ With every OOC day, the harsh digestive environment of the train will claim 10 HP from the character! The train will also attack the trapped occupants depending on outside influence (read: how Platform Characters attempt to stop it) Characters from all three train cars are now trapped! They can, however, go between cars to escape particularly harsh conditions or team up. Creativity will be rewarded! Don't just hit anything you see~ If you have a plan, PM me and I can help you work something out!
Once HP reaches zero, you pass out! Try not to fall face-down into a digestive globule. Even if all characters within the train pass out, there's still the outside assistance of the Platform Characters that can stop the train. Additionally, it's possible that certain decisions and actions taken on the train might release some of the energy it's taken from the occupants, which can heal those involved in the fight.
HP Pools Civilian: 80 First Stage: 120 Second Stage: 140 Third Stage: 160
_______tl;dr
Holy flapping ballsacks the train is a youma! Who didn't see that coming! Now everything within the train is horrible and awful and trying to devour everything (bad times were had by all). Fight anything that's organic on the train, plot together whenever possible, and trash the damned thing until it rolls to a stop in a giant layer of ash!

Communication
Every powered character has the ability to communicate with other characters outside of this thread! Whether that's via standard cell phone, knight signet ring, senshi cell phone, or Negaverse crystal is up to you!
Right now it's a really good idea to let people know what's going on inside of this messed up train monster you're in! I mean ******** sake the floor is all drippy and wait... Is it rotting your boots? Sometimes attacks have effects on the environment within the train monster, and being able to coordinate with the outside group will help to eliminate the enemy!
In order to chat with someone on the platform, please quote the player with the text or verbal message that their character receives. Be sure to denote which of their characters you're chatting with, as they may have multiple characters in the platform area!
Likewise, chatting is completely optional! Your characters can remain asocial for the whole of the event if they please!

Amphitrite - HP: 140 - Car 1
Too much was happening. First Order auras began to crop up, and Amphitrite had about enough time to acknowledge them when something much more pressing started happening. She watched, wide-eyed, the fake glasses sliding down her nose to be tugged off her face entirely, exposing the hole on her forehead where her tiara should have been, as the train began to shift into something that... wasn't quite a train anymore. Something dangerous and grotesque and not even remotely natural.
"Valeria. Ywain."
Her voice was softer at first, almost overwhelmed by the pop and crash of what'd once been luggage compartments overhead. She took a step back, and swore she heard an acidic hiss under her heels. Oh no. Oh no no. This definitely wasn't part of the plan. This was -
"Valeria! Ywain!" This time, with much more volume and authority. With a moment's hesitation and a touch of resentment in her eyes, she added, "Ochre! I don't care how, just come to me, and do it now!" Together, together they might be able to do something - what magic did they have? What could they do? She didn't even know, she hadn't even worked with any of them before, she - she couldn't lose her head. She whipped out her communicator, barking a short, sweet message into it:
"Umber, Cinnabar, anyone - something is wrong - the train's not a train anymore, it's a goddamn youma; I don't see a way off, " and her eyes skimmed the train for potential exits, but - "The mission is compromised, extremely compromised."
Ochre tried to minimize his presence throughout the entirety of the trip and simply stick to huddling into a window seat. It worked, mostly, for abstaining from drawing attention. It did not, however, discourage any other Negaverse officer from partaking in their duty. Surely enough, as time wore on, covert Order operatives on the train appeared to put a stop to the operation that Ochre never fully understood.
Why did they need so many starseeds at once? What was this push for?
The corrupted senshi tried to focus on the window and its repeating lights until the telltale hand of a youma crossed over his line of sight. He startled, edged backward, but it was gone as soon as it appeared. Initially he thought his mind produced the illusion, but once a second appeared, and a third, and a plethora more... He understood that they attracted far too much attention from the beasts. But how? What the hell drew them anyway, powered signatures? He didn't figure there were that many on the train, but now seemed like an excellent time to get the hell off.
Except they couldn't - as Amphitrite exclaimed, Ochre realized that the groaning and bizarre count of whistles loosed from the front of the train wasn't enacted from mechanical stress. Youma somehow possessed the train itself, and what was once perfectly metal now transitioned toward a meaty, slimy counterpart. Ochre leapt from his position immediately when the seats began to shift, and he hardly waited for his superior's call to be retreating from the sides of the train. Ochre backed up to Amphitrite and paused at arm's length in case she intended to strike him for his lack of participation.
"Compromised sounds pretty ******** accurate right now..." He spoke in a small voice as he watched the floor form a sheen of wet meat. "Can't you like, teleport us off? I mean that works, right?" Or so he hoped.
But then again, if a giant youma train decided to digest him, he wouldn't have to find out what his brother was planning to do with all these starseeds.

Perdita / HP: 120 / Car 2
Haven's transformation completed and Perdita stood in her place just as the train car shifted into something not quite its usual self. There was something alive about it, and with the added bonus of her Senshi powers, Perdita could sense why.
Youma. Something had attracted youma to the scene, and now the train had practically become one.
But how was that possible? Perdita marveled over it, intrigued. She glanced around to study it but was too cautious about what it might do to touch anything. For all intents and purposes, it seemed as if they were in the belly of a youma, which made sense if the train car had been consumed.
“What's going on?” she wondered.
What the hell were they supposed to do about this?

Harmonia // 140 HP // Car 2 Things were going pear shaped very, very quickly but Chailee had no idea what to do about it. Her henshin stick was now firmly in her hand against her side to hide it from prying eyes but with people being on such high alert and there being no where to safely duck behind to transform the stick was rather useless.
Then, like fate had known her internal struggle the lights flickered off as power shut down to the entire train. Chailee didn't waste any time. Making sure she wasn't touching anybody she quickly transformed just in time before the eerie red glow of the emergency lights kicked on.
There's so many Nega aura's!
The jerking of the train nearly caused Harmonia to topple over another person next to her but she managed to grab hold of one of the overhead bars to steady herself. Within seconds though she practically squealed as she ripped her hand away from the pole. It's slimy, soft texture sent chills down her back as she peered through the red light at the swiftly evolving train. "What...I didn't know this could happen..." She muttered as she felt like she was drowning in the youma's aura that was just...everywhere!
At that moment in time it didn't seem like the Nega's were all that important.
Haven and Peter... Harmonia looked for her two friends but amongst the chaos of the car, since people were now rightly freaking out, she had lost them.

Palatine / HP: 140 / Car 3
Palatine was momentarily confused as to why there was a Senshi standing beside her where her niece had been only moments before. She'd been holding onto Rhiannon's arm as she transformed. When the transformation was complete, she still had an arm in her grasp, only now it was attached to a Senshi.
Which left her with only one explanation. The Senshi and Rhiannon were one and the same.
Palatine nearly groaned, but she managed to hold the reaction back. Surely this explained the part of Paris's text that had mentioned powering up. Obviously Paris and Rhiannon knew that the other was a Senshi, or at least some sort of powered being.
“And neither of you thought to say anything to me,” she mumbled, giving Rhiannon—or, rather, the Senshi she had become---a bit of a disapproving look.
In any case, now wasn't the time to be concerning herself with things like that. Something happened to the train. What that something was, Palatine had no clue, but she sensed youma and other Chaos auras everywhere.

Rebalite // HP: 120 // Car 2
Rebalite cursed a rainbow of words as the youma converged with the train. At this point it didn't matter. Her ripped off the heavy obnoxious coat that had been hiding his uniform and let it fall to the disgustingly wet floor.
"It's not like I can just teleport out of here either." He cursed again, not caring who heard him. At the same time he could feel aura's popping up around him. "Heh, seems we had some company on this train after all."
As much as he would just enjoy ripping the starseeds from his enemies, right now he knew better. If he was going to get out of here alive, killing his opponents, who would also be looking for a way out, would be counter productive.

Snowball | HP: 140 | Car 1
Snowball had been about to reply to Valeria, when something started happening. He felt Eros power up and looked towards Bifrost. The train was shifting and the cat almost made a face. "S-s**t... no." He hissed looking around and then down to the kid, "Go, stay with your brother, we'll get him fixed as soon as we can." He said ushering the child away from him, he needed room to think.
However, it was not a very good situation, Polaris hadn't answered her phone so everything he was doing was going to text messages . . . "Call Polaris." The cat said.
Iris_virus
"Polaris, comeee on pick up. We're stuck in a youma train... and Kinda could use some help over here."
The cat seemed irritated and then the negaverse agents were calling each other and then talking into some crystal. He sighed, "Guys we're going to have to work together. I know that's probably against what everyone stands for but lets face it. We're all stuck and there's power in numbers. Can we get along, long enough to get our asses out of this mess?"
He looked around, "Eros, come here, please." He called to the newly awakened senshi. He shifted his feet, he didn't have any shoes and it felt like the train was trying to digest them. His nose wrinkled. "Ugh, it might be trying to digest us. . . . I swear I hate youma."
Something was happening to the train and Eros watched in horror as metal melted into disgusting pink goop. She clutched at the seat she'd fallen into as the bags rained from the overheads and people shifted around in confusion and fear.
Eros felt plenty of that herself, though part of her mind was trying to remind her it was a bad trip and not of this was real. None of it could hurt her, she just had to try and stay calm. She'd do herself more damage than anything she saw would.
Still... when she felt the seat under her go goopy, the new senshi shrieked as she flung herself out of it and stumbled to the center of the car. Arms and elbows tucked in tight to her chest, Eros tried to stay as far away from anything flesh looking as she could get. People were shouting, but none of it registered. There were a lot of weird names thrown about, but none that she knew.
Oh god, she just wanted to get off this train... maybe she should call Rob to come get her, because getting home like this was probably dangerous in the extreme. Hands slapped to her chest, however, showed the absence of the phone she'd tucked into her bra. The bag she had been carrying was gone too, and the headphones. s**t... This was the worst trip ever.

Who's Eros? Oh, is that me?

Mistral's continued tampering with the malfunctioning control consoles initiates a shock to the whole of the train, urging a multi-car jerk accompanied by another harrowing whistle. Much of the internal organs to the train jerk and shudder violently, as if struggling to right itself after an intense blow. It does not, however, appear to be slowing down!
Deadhead groans, and the globules coalesce into a slime that coats the floor! Characters trapped within its grip suffer reduced mobility and endure 10 damage! This mobility issue prevents characters from leaving the area. Afterward, the globules subside to their normal quantity. (Lasts 24 hours from this post)
Snowball's ears flicked he was glad he didn't have Polaris on speaker phone. "I'm sooo glad you're not on speaker phone right now. . . . lemme tell you." He sighed softly when he'd heard they didn't know if they could dust the youma without dusting them. "It's fine, we're fine, we're just being slowly digested, that's not a big deal I'm sure."
He's ears twitched as Eros seemed to be having issues comprehending what was going on. "Eros." He grabbed the senshi by her arm and pulled her over to him. "Pay attention we're going to have to stop horsing around if we want to get out of this. Basics, and really a brief overview. You are a senshi, you have magical powers. Your name is Eros, you're ... " He was cut off by something he'd heard "hold that thought, we'll continue in a second. . ."
He sighed turning his attention back to Polaris on the phone, "Looks like no one is able to get out. Even the agents on the car said they can't teleport so I'm assuming we're pretty well. . . . uh. Well you get the picture." He wasn't going to finish that. "From first glance, I've got a new senshi, a squire, two basic corrupt and two super corrupt from energy signatures. Not sure if there's any other order directly with me. I also feel various signatures from other cars but I can't count them I'm having trouble keeping up with the ones I finally did realize were on the train car with us. . . ." He sighed his ears flattened if only he'd realized sooner they were in the train with them. "Multiple Civilians appear to be down as well."
In his connection with Polaris he'd heard in the back ground Minstral speaking. "I'll try to answer Minstral when I can. . . I'm kinda trying to make sure no one tries to gank more starseeds at this point. . ." He added, since he was still on the phone with Polaris. He couldn't in the entirety of the train but this small section he could. It was then when something happened and Snowball growled. "Okay, Polaris I don't know what the hell she just did but tell her don't do that ever again." He was trying to not be jerked around by the convulsions of the train. "Freaking train just jerked and if it keeps on this thing might blow it's cookies, and NO I don't want to be a youma's hairball."
He found that he was having trouble moving. "Ugh it's getting hard to move around too with this blasted slime."
