Template Choice: I'd love M6 for him, but I need the expression to be changed to look like he's being annoyed by whatever he's looking at. Like, "Don't you have someone else to bother?" or "Seriously? I just want to go on break, buddy." Even just furrowing the brows a bit would work.
Additional Info: You have free reign to mess with his uniform if you feel it's boring or just too simple. You want to add some random buttons, danglies, or whatever somewhere? Go for it! A random subtle pattern or a lace-like thingy? Absolutlely! You can just treat the ref like a style/color base if you want to.
