Olive-green Horns: For a while, Aludra had scorned his horns, simply because coupled with his tail, they made him look more demonic than he was really comfortable with. They used to be a problem when fixing his hair, but he's gotten over that by now, and when he was small and they were still stubby, he would threaten to gore people with them. Actually, he's gotten in the habit of doing that more and more often, but regardless...
Tri-coloured Eyes: These are one of his most important features if you're trying to stay on his good side. Usually, they're a bright green with a pencil-thin rim of red around them, but the more furious he gets, the further the red will consume his irises. Typically, when this happens, you'll either want to leave him to his devices or be damn sure that you're stronger than him.
Olive-green Anklewing: Once, he had two of these, and he seemed at least a bit fond of them, as the both of them seemed to have defined 'personalities' of sorts, or were at least more independent of movement than his tail. Unfortunately, he decided to slam the left one in a door, and has had bandages wrapped around it since then. The right one seems a lot more lethargic since the disappearance of its brother. The claim is that he tore it off to make things even for Lirona, who wants two wings more than -almost- anything, but only has one.
Olive-green Scale Patches: Like his horns, these are no longer of any concern to him. If they still itch, he's learned to hide it and doesn't really bother them anymore. His lotion collection has dwindled drastically as well, as though he doesn't seem to want them anymore, which is extremely... different for him to do.
Pointed Ears: He's never really been concerned about his ears, but he did pierce them. Four times, each of which was without my consent. I want to be irritated with him, but for some reason it's hard, because he seems to take punishment of any sort with some sense of... almost pride. He seems to think he deserves it or something.
Half-barbed Tail: Like his eyes, this tends to be a very good indicator of his mood. It's much like a dog's tail, showing when he's happy or impatient or angry. When he's happy, the tip of it wags back and forth or taps happily on a surface. If he's sad, it sways slowly against something, usually reaching out to touch a nearby person. If he's nervous, it twitches constantly, and sometimes reaches out to grab someone for comfort. When he's angry, it smacks the ground or whatever surface he may be sitting on.
Bubblegum-pink Hair: He doesn't seem to like his hair at all. He says it's too girly, and he often wishes that his hair was brown, more like... a lot of his other friends. Except Bovi. His hair is about as girly as Aludra's, which seems to make him rather... happy. It was cut during a memory that he would rather forget...
Skills / Abilities ;
Able to float / fly later in life: Unfortunately, Aludra completely ruined the possibility of this happening when he smashed one of his anklewings in a door, otherwise he would have had a talent to be able to seem to hover above the ground much as his angel father is able to, a talent that he regrets destroying.
Aura Camouflage: This was what Aludra learned he had a talent for in his first skills class. Though he cannot completely mask his aura, obviously, he can greatly diminish it, making him almost appear as invisible and, unless he's being very deliberately searched for, it's difficult to find him or to focus one's eyes on him. It's weakened if there's quite a bit of attention on him in the first place. He typically uses it to get out of embarrassing situations or surprise friends.
Fire Creation / Manipulation: This is one of the abilities that Aludra absolutely hates. He sees it as something that could never be of any real use and has only the ability to destroy, 'reflecting his own fury' at times. He mostly refuses to use this gift, only ever really doing small, menial things with it like lighting candles or creating tiny sparks when he gets bored and has nothing better to do.
Abbreviated Personality ; Easily irritated, slow to warm up to people, comes off as cold, overprotective, anti-social, needy, possessive, loving, caring, fatherly, contradictory, hypocritical, hyper-critical, quick to judge, distant, self-loathing, humble, mildly obsessive.
Full Personality ; Aludra has never been the happiest person, but it's only been recently that he revealed the reason why. That is, he is constantly at war within himself. He's never happy because his humility side refuses to allow him to believe he deserves what he has and his greed side wants everything that it sees. As such, he's decided to do something to change this: each time that he gets something new, or earns something that he wants 'so very much', he hurts himself. He believes that his own sacrifice is a worthy payment for the item, itself.
Or, at least, that's what he used to do...
Inconsequential Erudition ;
Thinks his hair's too girly.
Had his entire life plotted out when he was a child.
Was raised by a health nut.
Has only ever eaten meat because his sister needed it when she was pregnant.
Knew how to play chess when he was a toddler.

History ; Aludra started life in the Facility, along with all the other children who've been 'handed out'. He first met with a boy named Pepper who was easily his fastest friend and was how he weaseled his halo away from techs who'd been playing around with it at the time. Since then, he kept the halo as close to him as he possibly could. However toward the end of child child stage, he accidentally hurled it at his friend, Lironax, who has kept it close since then.
When he was younger, Aludra's humility side seemed completely dormant. He would do whatever he had to do to get the things he wanted, even if this drew large amounts of attention to himself. Instead of being affected by this, he seemed to just ignore it, happy when whatever it was was given to him to shut him up at the very least.
When he grew into a child, he got a bit quieter and slightly more reserved, but his humility side remained in the background, as though it was nothing compared to the greedy portion of his DNA. It wasn't until he hit preteen stage, after a fight with his friend Lironax, that things seemed to take a turn for the saintly. His humility side took over most of his personality. Rather than lashing out at compliments, he accepted them willingly, and got embarrassed where he would have previously gotten angry. He barely hoards things any longer and hurts himself each time he gathers an item for one of his 'collections'.
Things just seem to be getting worse and worse for the poor spawn...

Strange Scarlike Markings: These cross the left half of his body in strange, mostly geometrical designs. No one really knows where they came from, though he remembers noticing them around the age of eighteen, close to the time that his parents died. Regardless, they're nothing more than a strange extra feature; nothing that important. Usually, when explaining them to other people, he uses crop circles as a metaphor to describe them; we're not completely sure why this is.

Full Personality ; Noah has never in his life really had anything that he needed to care about. As such, when Adhara was dumped into his arms, things suddenly took a drastic change. While much of his personality remained laid back and unenthusiastic as it always had been, a part of it took a very mother hen sort of change, where he became overprotective and generally... well, motherly, at least as well as he really understood how.
However, by the time that he was given Aludra, he'd settled into a certain groove on how to take care of his children. That was also around the time that he hooked up with Silas, which actually calmed him down a lot more since his possessiveness that Adhara had initially caused. Like always, however, there are moments where he's absurdly hyper and ecstatic, these situations typically meaning that he's high on some prescription pill or another. That, or he'll be ditzy and drunk-seeming, which means the same thing anyway.

History ; Noah, as previously stated, has always been a spoiled rich kid. Through his entire childhood, he was taken care of by nannies and other such not-his-parents sorts of people. He barely knew who his parents were. As such, it wasn't a surprise that their sudden death when he was only eighteen-years-old didn't surprise him a whole lot. In fact, he inherited the companies that the both of them owned as well as the stocks and everything else. Now, they continue to run while he lives life in leisure under their profit.
Adhara made his life more hectic, that was for sure. However, he didn't lose the lax edge that he'd always had, instead gaining an overprotective one. Aludra only helped to increase that until, through Aludra, he managed to come in contact with someone who actually made his motherly urges much less... obnoxiously overprotective. That would be Silas.
Silas, however, seems to be on this constant quest to, essentially, kill himself. As such, Noah tends to get higher and higher each day just to pretend that that's not going to eventually happen. As far as what happens after that, we have yet to see...

 This is Aludra as a toddler, the greedy little- I mean, he's my pride and joy. I swear!! Getting more and more... humble? every day. I'm honestly starting to wonder what's wrong with him... He doesn't even let people take his picture anymore. Now I'm just... worried. Really worried.

The reason behind it, he said, was because the colour of the tassels resembled the colour of Lironax's hair. That kind of worries me, really, along with the fact that Aludra has started going to church on a regular basis, because he's getting even harder on himself than he was to begin with. Especially with all the angels and the miracles, and the fact that he now knows the meanings of sins and virtues. He's started trying to get rid of his Greed side. Thus, I'm getting even more worried now...[ » ] Gifts__________________________ »» Magpie Crest __ Aludra says that he doesn't know where this came from, but since the disappearance of his trusty halo, this has come out as a replacement that he seems quite happy with. However, I've often heard him make mention of the fact that it reminds him of his Greed half, of the fact that no matter what he does, no matter how hard he tries to disappear into the background, his overwhelming desires will keep him in the forefront of everything. Geez; when did he get so deep?

Starts out toward the middle-ish of Aludra's child stage. Since growing, his humility side is a lot stronger and a lot more obvious, and he doesn't throw fits or get angry as much given he doesn't think that he deserves the attention that will cause. Somewhere in there, through whatever triggers it initially, he learns about the joys of causing pain to oneself. But not in the typical way, given his skin's tough and he's not about to start stealing razorblades. Instead, he has a habit of appearing to trip and fall constantly, a talent caused by wrapping one foot subtly around the back of the other while walking, making the trip look natural. Usually, he'll do this around piles of trash or broken bottles or other such things.
Preteen »» Teenager [12 - 14]
Around the end of their child stage, Lironax has come upon the conclusion that he's transgendered -girl in a boy's body- and comes out to Aludaa before anyone else, because Aludra's always been his best friend. Hoping that Aludra's going to understand and then be the one to help him come out to everyone else. Unfortunately for him, Aludra -who's been developing a certain liking for Lir up to this point- gets really unnerved by the fact that his entire sexuality is expected to take a complete and total one-eighty, 'cause he still has feelings for Lironax, but has never found himself attracted to females at all. As such, he completely rejects the idea without a second thought, and severs their friendship for quite a while, at which time Aludra's spending more time with Vincent and actually ends up in a relationship with his DNA twin.
SO. Given the closeness of Silas and Noah -Lir and Aludra's guardians, respectively- the two are stuck spending time together every time Silas leaves to go some other place to talk with other people nowhere near as crazy as him other people who want to hear his new-agey after-death experience. Lironax, being a lust / patience child and liking Aludra as he does would be constantly trying to get closer to him, physically. Now, Aludra's humility side takes it's form as self-loathing. To the point that he thinks he deserves nothing more than his material possessions, if even those, and it's not that he can't just understand the thought of someone else like him, he physically cannot handle someone liking him. As such, he does whatever he possibly can to keep Lir away from him physically, 'cause he doesn't think that he's good enough to deserve his friend's affection.
Teenager »» Young Adult [15 - 18]
That thought in and of itself with the contrast between the two of them leads to a sort-of abusive 'relationship'. The final thread in this, however, is when Aludra hits and Lir hits back, which leads to a level of fury that no one seems to understand and gets Lironax hurt really badly. Like, two-week-hospital / Facility-stay-then-going-home-in-a-wheel-chair badly. Because of this, Aludra gets kicked out of his house and is forced to stay with some random other OCs, who are friends of his younger brother. The only way that Aludra ever gets to see Lir is sneaking in through the hospital's window, which he can get to because of a fire escape and the crazy people he's living with. What he's done to Lir this time points out how terribly he's been treating him and how much he actually does care for him and blahblahblahmushystuffblah.
He regularly visits Lir while he's all sickly, and then one of the times results in Silas finding him and demanding that he never come anywhere near Lironax ever again. So, he actually does leave that time. While Lironax is staying with Noah -Silas was leaving to some random country again- the stupid pill-popping one [Noah] attempts suicide, which is what leads Lir to call Aludra to come back home, Aludra tells the people he's staying with to drag Silas back to the airport, and calls an ambulance to go pick up his father. However, he isn't allowed to see Lir after this, despite is amazing saving of people.
One night he makes it so that Lir is forced to beg for him to stay once again. Amazing singing voice that he has, Aludra stands outside of Lironax's window with the audio-only Moulin Rouge version of the song 'Your Song' while he sings it.
Young Adult »» Adult [19 - 23]
Simply enough, after that, Aludra proposes to Lironax and sometime in there, hopefully, Lir finds a way to become female. If not, they simply conceive a child with the Facility's help. And thusly, their life story blends into that of their child's. D'aww...
