Tykier was practicing flying in front of his Mom's yard. He flapped his winged arms, and took off, soaring about 10 ft. off of the ground around the area.

The noise coming from the little demon's throat was probably his approximate of purring. He was growling, but it was more subdued than usual and he had a contented smirk in place of his favoured scowl. In his hand, he held a leash attached to a rather old greyhound that the family had adopted for the little boy, given the fits he was throwing over not having a pet were not worth it, at all. Somehow, Noah had convinced the apartment manager that his family would take good care of a pet... along with the fact that they would probably need to move into a bigger apartment soon, not that it was really a problem for anyone. The silvery dog was a sweet, affectionate thing, and she slept on Aludra's bed most nights, except when he was being exceptionally greedy, at which times she slept beside his bed, instead. That was why they hadn't gotten him a puppy; the poor thing would have been dead-scared of him.
Something seemed a bit off, however, when the boy's eyes lit up, and he was suddenly off running, dragging Melancholy along with him. He got tripped up on the sidewalk a couple times before he lurched to a stop in front of a house that Adhara hadn't bothered to notice before. Of course, she'd never had to walk a dog around the block daily, though that would probably have been a good idea, given her energy levels. She followed her brother's gaze and blinked abruptly behind her thick-rimmed glasses. Upon catching sight of the other spawn -currently in flight- her wings stretched out and the feathers shivered a bit, wanting to lift her into the air as well. But Noah had told her not to do that around Aludra anymore, as he tended to get jealous of her flying ability and start crying about wanting to be able to fly.

Still flying, Tykier noticed two spawns looking up at him. He quickly swooped down, landed, and walked up to them, "Hi..."

It was never in Aludra's nature to drop something that he claimed was his, or to hand it off to another person. However, this boy was the most interesting thing that he'd seen in... a really, really long time. He looked completely different from all the other children with their scales and their wings and stuff. He did have wings and all, but they were attached to his arms. Along with that, they were completely different than each other, one red and leathery, the other all covered with feathers, instead. As such, Aludra shoved Melancholy's leash into Adhara's hands.
"Hold," he stated firmly, obviously meaning that he didn't want her to keep the dog, just to hold onto her for a moment. The greyhound, relaxed as she was, simply lay down on the ground, watching the goings-on with what seemed to be little interest. Chuckling a bit at her little brother's antics, she tugged the dog to walk along with her as she approached the boy, waving gently and offering a soft smile. Unlike when she was small, she seemed to have learned how to control her boundless energy. Well, to an extent.
Aludra gaped up at the other, a good bit taller than he, himself -obviously- before he reached out to pet the feathers on one of the boy's wings. As if on cue, Adhara's right tentacle wrapped possessively around Aludra's arm and tugged him closer, making the little boy whine and try to stretch even farther to reach the wing-arms that had enticed him so. "Waaaant!!" he whimpered, as though petting the feathers on the other's arm would make wings magically appear on his own back.
"Sorry," Adhara commented, petting Aludra's hair in an attempt to calm him down only for him to growl and reach with more of an effort, tail flicking back and forth, anklewings flapping frantically as though he would somehow be able to get off the ground with them. "He's a little bit... greedy. He hasn't met many people, either," the pre-teen noted with a soft smile, before laughing at herself in slight embarrassment. "Right, I almost forgot- My name's Adhara; this is my brother, Aludra." Yep, she was still as talkative as always.

Tykier laughed as Aludra reached out for his wings, "I can tell... My name's Tykier, by the way... But you may call me Ty..!" He kneeled down, "So, you want one of my feathers..? Here..." He pulled one of his feathers out of his arm, "This is one of my feathers, it's very soft..!" Hands it to Aludra. "Just a little gift from me..!" He said smiling...

Aludra blinked up at the taller boy, no look of envy in his eyes, simply childlike curiosity. Of course, that was about how he showed his want of everything that he didn't have; he was quite good at looking adorable until the circumstances no longer called for it. At the mention of wanting a feather, he took it, but shook his head despite that fact. "Want wingses. Want t'fly," he said, sounding a bit disappointed, as he always did when he talked about flying. So, this boy could fly, his sister could fly- what next, the house?! "It's nice to meet you, Ty," Adhara said sweetly, playing with the dog's leash in her hand. Gently, one of her tentacles nudged the little boy by her will, and he grumbled at her, distracted by the feather.
"Aludra, it was very nice of him to give you that. What do you say?" she questioned. Noah had been trying to get the child to learn manners, but that didn't seem to be working all that well. At least, not yet. "Soft," he stated, holding the feather out as though to show what he was talking about before he pulled it close once again, petting it softly between his fingers, halo around one arm so that it wouldn't go missing. Adhara laughed softly, shaking her head at her brother's antics, before she smiled up at Tykier. "Thanks; that was very nice of you," she stated, if only because Aludra didn't know how to say 'thank you', it seemed.
It had taken a rather long while for the twin tentacles to really figure out what was going on. All they'd had any idea of was that Adhara was using a lot of energy for flying, which left them a bit lethargic, with no real desire to actually do anything. But, they obviously sensed a presence that was abnormal, as both slowly roused themselves. Niita, as usual, was the first one to poke out toward the boy, butting against one of his hands for affection that they'd been lacking since Adhara had started taking care of the little runt who lived with them now. Reena, on the other hand, didn't stretch out immediately, preferring to stay on the defensive, as was customary.

Tykier smiled and laughed at Aludra's happiness. "I'm glad you like it..!" Tykier knelt down to Aludra's eye height, and said, "You better take care of it..."

Noticing that the begged-for affection wasn't being given, Niita decided to nudge against Tykier's cheek, looking for pets or any other kind of affection that it could get. Adhara shook her head, smiling softly before pulling the tentacle away from the other boy, where it wiggled around irritably before settling for being pet by the girl. The appendage flinched suddenly when Adhara wrapped the dog's leash around it, and had it a mouth, it would have grumbled irritably. Unable to do that, it merely wrapped around the leash protectively, having nothing else that it could do.
Aludra blinked up at Ty with large green eyes, before he nodded a couple times, taking his halo off his arm. It was wrapped with a magenta ribbon his sister had actually let him keep. It was rather frayed at the ends with a tail tied to one of the tapered ends of it. Sticking his tongue out of the corner of his mouth in concentration, the boy slowly tied the feather he'd just been given onto the other end of the ribbon, before showing it to Tykier. "Ty feather. 'Ludra will take good care," he commented, nodding firmly at the request of the other, before he sat the halo on top of his head like a crown, the feathers fluttering in the slight breeze. He glanced up at the older boy, then toward the house, and pointed at it. "Ty's house?"

As Tykier leaned down to pet the dog gently, he smiled at Aludra's halo crown and laughed, "Yes, this is my house. It's big isn't it..?" He, then, looked at Adhara's tentacles... "You're part Lust aren't you..? Because I've seen another kid with the same type of tentacles..!" He was surprised.

Aludra nodded slowly at the fact that Tykier's house was, in fact, very big. Especially compared to where he and Adhara lived. He pointed toward his sister, and then to himself. "Live in 'partment. Nice, not too big," he said with a bit of a shrug. "Wish was bigger," he added, still watching Ty's house curiously, blinking a few times before he gestured toward it once again. "Can see inside?" he asked. Adhara glanced over at him, biting her lip softly and hoping that Ty would say no; the little demon would probably end up claiming half the building and then deciding that he'd rather live there than with Noah, whom he didn't like already.
"Me?" she asked, amber eyes widening a bit as she pointed to herself. Apparently she'd been so lost in thought that she had barely noticed the question. Thinking it over quickly, she smiled brightly. "Yeah, I am, actually. And... do you mean Adriel and Chii and Fuu?" she asked, tilting her head a bit. After all, the boy seemed to get around; he had friends in high places, and low places, and just about any other place in existence. Almost everyone she'd met had, in fact, met Adriel. Which was what made such things interesting, after all. "Or have you met another kid who's also a Lust child? 'Cause he's the only other one I know about, and I think I'm the only other one he knows about. At least, that had tentacles."

Tykier saw the look on Adhara's face when Aludra asked to go in, "I'm sorry! But... Uh..."He changed subjects and turned to Adhara, "Yeah..! There's also another Lust that I know of, though she doesn't have tentacles, who is really nice..! Her name's Ebony..!"

Now, given his usual temper, it would be uncommon for a person to automatically worry what Aludra's reaction to being ignored was going to be. However, very contrary to popular belief, the little boy didn't do a single thing in ways of getting angry or at all even irritated at the change in topic, as well as the person being talked to. Adhara blinked at him curiously, but didn't say anything. No reason to look a gift horse in the mouth, after all. The scaled little boy dropped hard to his knees to scratch the old greyhound, who looked up at him with sad-looking dog eyes, the same that she usually had. Adhara looked back up at the mention of Ebony, a happy smile on her face.
"I know Ebony, too!" she exclaimed happily, her tentacles still happily nudging at Ty's hands for as much attention as they could possibly get. Of course, Ty was probably lucky to be a boy, as well as someone that Adhara had just met. That meant that Reena and Niita's first choice of action didn't involve crushing him against her in a very awkward fashion. She chuckled a bit, and smiled at the other boy. "She's a good friend of mine, actually. I know another little Lust boy whose name is Lironax, but he's Aludra's friend more than mine. Who else have you met who's like us?"

Tykier was happy to find out that another spawn knew the kids that he did..! "I don't think I know anymore Lust kids... But I do know Duncan, Devan, Allete, Kamira, and Wynni..!"

Adhara smiled happily as Tykier listed off the names of the kids that he'd met, and she fluttered her wings a bit at a few of the names mentioned. "I've met Duncan, too!" she said first, excited to actually know whom someone else had met, rather than just knowing them. It was always interesting to be able to talk about friends, after all. "I know Kamira and Wynni, too," she added, smiling brightly. "And... Slythor, and 'Zuba, and Sam, and Mareike, and Mara, and Lori, and Dion, and Almas!!" she listed, chuckling and nearly out of breath with how fast she'd said all that. She giggled a bit, almost sheepishly. "I'm still excited to meet even more of us, though."
Aludra, meanwhile, wasn't really paying attention to the words of the bigger people, and had instead ended up on his back, tail flicking around beneath him as he rubbed the dog's chin idly with one hand, observing the word as seen by something no taller than his head.
