That day in the De'chiel household started out... quiet. That was the first sign that something was awry. Typically, Guinevere's goddaughter would have been awake for hours, trying to find just about anything to keep herself entertained, even if that meant rewinding videos that no one had watched in years. As such, Ginny was sneaking through the house, trying to figure out what had happened to the girl, and hoping that she didn't simply vanish, which would be a little impossible. Children didn't just vanish... did they? Having never really taken are of a child, Guinevere couldn't be completely sure.

As soon as she heard the television being turned on, the woman rushed into the living room, orange-tipped hair fluttering about her face. But it wasn't Adhara sitting in front of the television this time, it was the twins. Sighing was a sound that was heavy with defeat, before Ginny realized something blatantly obvious. She hadn't yet checked Adhara's room. 'It's no surprise, though,' she thought to herself, walking back up the stairs and toward the guest bedroom. 'She's never even in her room, at least not during her 'day', that starts at three and ends at midnight. If she even sleeps that long.'

She tapped at the door a couple times before letting herself in. Of course, the sight that greeted her was not the little girl she'd bid a good night to only the evening prior. She did have the same features as Adhara- the tentacles, the gold eyes, the purple hair. But, she'd... filled out, would be the way to put it. She was wearing one of Ginny's nightdresses, having forgotten her own at Noah's apartment, but rather than hanging limply off her shoulders, it practically clung to a feminine frame that Adhara hadn't had before now.

Unfortunately, the girl didn't share in the woman's confusion. This had happened once before and, chances were, it would happen once again. Instead, Adhara blinked wide eyes at the woman who was frozen, hand still on the knob on the outside of the door. She chuckled softly and smiled at her godmother. "Anythin' wrong, Ginny?" she asked, sweet as ever, despite her tentacles outstretching themselves toward the woman. With a humored shake of her head, the pre-teen gently petted the strange appendages, which seemed content to turn their affections on the girl in a way that had Guinevere turning in embarrassment, closing the door and leaning against it.

"Um- Adhi? Get dressed, sweetie, we're going to... go somewhere," she stated awkwardly, wondering if any of the girl's clothes would even fit her anymore. She went to her own room, binding down her wings and putting on one of the skirt-suits that she usually wore out of the house, puling her hair into a sloppy bun and sticking a pair of glasses on, in too much of a hurry to bother with contacts that morning. She left the room and went downstairs quickly, opening the door only to end up face-to-face with Matthias, who'd been reaching for the doorknob at that exact moment. That was right, wasn't it? He was scheduled to get home that morning.

"Alright, here's the story- I'm taking Adhara to the Facility that she came from because she suddenly got bigger. There are two little girls in the living room; someone left them on our porch a while ago. Got all that?" she asked, before kissing him on the cheek. "Alright. I'll be back soon. I love you." Leaving a stunned and confused boyfriend in her wake, Guinevere walked out to her car, opening the side door and waiting for Adhara to come out. Well, she did. In a black-and-red, cherry-themed dress that barely reached far enough to cover her in a way that was deemed appropriate. They'd need to get some clothes for her soon, lest Noah attack her for his daughter wearing her old dresses. She also had a deep magenta scarf she'd recently finished knitting with her, though heaven only knew why she needed that to go back to Seven of Seven.

They were at the Facility in a matter of minutes, and it was already obvious how irritated Ginny was now, though Adhara wasn't sure why. The smaller girl tugged her dress down over her hips a bit, making sure that it wasn't revealing anything, before she followed Guinevere inside of the building. But, her main objective didn't involve Guinevere, who was busy yelling at a tech. What did interest her, however, was the sudden appearance of a little boy whom she'd never before seen, currently being dragged along by a tech much as she'd been as a toddler. The girl blinked her amber eyes curiously; was it really that long ago that she'd been so young?

The tyke easily slipped away from the adults, given they were arguing over something or other. He put the tip of one of his fingers in his mouth and looked up Adhara with wide, green eyes, irresistibly childish despite his patchily scaled skin and all. A spaded, feathery-tipped tail flicked behind him as he dropped his hand from his mouth and pointed up to the ribbon wrapped around Adhara's head, keeping her hair back for the moment. And then came the word that would haunt their household for longer than they'd care to imagine from a little boy seeming so small. "Want!"

Okay, it's decided. I am never leaving anyone in charge of my kids, ever again.

___The results of my vacation were completely ridiculous. I left to be able to relax and come back to a child as well behaved as Adhara always had been. One step into Guinevere's mansion of a house, and there were suddenly four different children. FOUR!! HOW do you acquire THREE children in only a MONTH.

___But that's not all, oh no. Turns out that the pre-teen whom I barely recognise is my own daughter, wearing the same clothes that she used to wear. This would be fine if it weren't for the fact that she's now a FOOT TALLER and suddenly has CURVES. And THEN, Guinevere tells me that this boy who's fighting with Adhara over one of her dresses is MY son. I don't have a son!! WHY did I leave and come back to the entire world turned UPSIDE DOWN.

___Alright, alright. I suppose that I can't blame Guinevere for everything that happened. When Adhara got bigger the first time, it was an abrupt, overnight change, so that was normal. However, what didn't make sense was the fact that Ginny decided to ask the FACILITY what had happened when it was obvious that she'd gone through a GROWTH SPURT. Could she not figure that out herself?!

___Anyway... while she was there, they asked her a bunch of questions, and then gave her ANOTHER child who was supposed to be mine?! How is that- Oh, nevermind. With those crazy lab-people, I'm not really surprised. The child I have now was named Aludra by Guinevere, which is a fine name, and is a combination of Humility and Greed. At least I know better than to let him see his sin when he becomes a child...

This cannot be happening-

___This IS NOT happening, I swear to God. Okay, so I might be blowing things a bit out of proportion. But I think I'm allowed to be at least a little bit concerned. My pre-teen daughter, a combination of Lust and Diligence no less, went out to see one of her friends who'd been kidnapped only a few days before who is also a Lust child, who's currently a teenager. She left around noon, and she didn't come back until the SUN HAD STARTED SETTING.

___My story hasn't ended yet, however. My daughter, as I've stated before, almost never sleeps. She's usually up anywhere between three days and an entire week without sleeping. Well, she was nervous for a while when Adriel was gone, but slept last night. Then she came home and turned on the television, putting in one of the musicals she'd actually chosen to buy a while ago, and sat on the couch for a while. When I asked her what had taken so long, she was EXTREMELY vague on the details.

___And she fell asleep, my Diligence child who almost never sleeps FELL ASLEEP WITHIN AN HOUR OF COMING HOME.

___I need... to talk to somebody. Right. Now.

Aludra hummed softly in tune with one of his little brother's CDs as he lay on his stomach on the floor, playing chess against himself. He never really understood exactly why Haleriun insisted on buying CDs; it wasn't as though the younger boy could hear them, anyway. It was as though he just wanted them for the sake of being able to say that he had them. Aludra kicked his legs in the air slightly, counting every one of his moves on either side separately, actually appearing to be trying to beat himself with both sides, which seemed difficult for him given he knew how to counter every move he made.

He was somewhere in the fifties, mumbling numbers under his breath, when his sister walked in, taking a seat beside him and laying out a few little books that were covered in writing and other such things, and appeared to be fully-laminate. The girl waited patiently, until she somehow managed to get on her brother's nerves, and her turned to her with a sharp glare. "What want?" he asked irritably, not liking people who... hovered.

"Dad sent me in here to ask you something, that's all. I mean, I know you know how to count and all, but did the people at the Facility teach you how to write and spell? Your alphabet, I mean," she explained. Aludra blinked a few times, before shaking his head, sitting up from his chess game to actually investigate the books. He looked from one of the pages, to his sister, and then back to the page itself, before showing it to her.

"Can teach?" he asked, curious. Of course, if should couldn't, he really wouldn't mind. He could go back to thinking up chess strategies.

"Of course I can!" Adhara replied, happy that she would actually have something to do rather than sit around the house, stuffing her face with the food that Noah kept in the fridge. Speaking of which... She fished into her always-with-her-now bag and pulled out what looked like a small party platter with a bunch of different kinds of foods in it, and some kind of ranch dip in the center. Setting that down beside the two of them, she opened the easiest book to page one...

"Lironax?" Aludra asked curiously. They were already on the fifth and final book that Adhara had bought, in the back section that had only lines for writing whatever it is you wanted to write back there. It was good for practice that way.

"L. I. R. O. N. A. X," Adhara replied, smiling contentedly and gnawing on a carrot. "Hey, Aludra, don't you want to know how to spell your own name?" she asked curiously, only for him to shake his head rapidly. She blinked a few times before shrugging. "Alright, suit yourself."

It would be on a Saturday that you open your mail box (if you have one) and notice there is a rather thick envelope stuffed in there. There is no postage stamp and a very vague return address. But you recognize the font and the company's name. 'Seven of Seven Inc' scrawled in majestic font across the upper left hand corner. As you open it, you may strangely find yourself drawn to the letter, there is a mass of notes inside. They read as follows:

Letter
Congratulations! You have managed to succeed in raising your child. (IE: Not killing him or her or getting killed yourself. Haha we kid of course.) We would like an update from you on the following:

Guardians Name:
Child's Name:
Sin:
Virtue:
Gender:
Current Attitude:
Likes:
Dislikes:
Any abnormal growths: (if any, example: Feathers molting, horns growing larger, scars )
Current hair style:
Current clothing preferences:
Dominant celestial trait: (The sin or virtue)

Please summarize in your own words how difficult or easy it was taking care of your child. Did you manage to care for them in a kindly fashion? Or were you forced to discipline them?
As well do not be alarmed if you suddenly find your child achieving a massive growth spurt in the next little while. We are finding that the children from our facility have strange growing patterns and are rather unpredictable. Although please let us know if anything unexpected occurs.

Sincerely the technicians from Seven of Seven Inc.

Ps. Please just leave your letter back in your mail box one you have completed it our courier will pick it up.

Thank you.

You would notice the letter seems overly friendly...strange since the scientist were so ...cold before.

(Just take the from Guardians name to Dominant Celestial trait and pm it to the mule, the summarization doesn't have to be long just have fun with it.)

Aludra had recently decided that it was his job to check the mail. Every morning at around seven o'clock, an hour before his school started, he would go outside as quietly as he could and then contentedly rock back and forth from heel-to-toe at the large, shared mailbox outside of the apartment complex. For the first couple weeks, a confused, always-awake Adhara would follow him down the stairs to wait with him, as though making sure that he wasn't going to run off. Once she completely figured out what he was doing, though, and that he came back, she let it go, and allowed the young boy to go down there every day.

The mailman's name was Sam. Aside from that, there was little that Aludra really knew about the man. Over the past month or two, they'd become as good of friends as a mailman and a toddler could be; Sam understood that Aludra didn't like talking very much, and enjoyed receiving mail -for whatever reason- and would only usually talk to him by asking questions that were easily answered with only one word, if not a shake or a nod of the head. In fact, in most situations, even a shrug would suffice.

That morning was no different from any other one. Aludra had been begrudgingly bribed into actually wearing clothes appropriate for school -one of Noah's green sweatshirts and his favourite pair of pants- and was waiting outside with his school bag, both for Noah to take him to his chess class and for Sam to show up that morning. Upon the appearance of the stout man, the little demon's eyes lit up, and his tail flicked back and forth excitedly.

"Hello there, Aludra. Nice to see you again today. Are you and your family doing well?" he asked kindly, reaching into his bag to pull out a few of the letters addressed to the neighborhood, allowing the little kid to answer his question before he found the mail.

Aludra shrugged softly, tipping his head to the side. "Good'n'bad. Noah not happy. 'Dhara has baby inside. 'Ler still sad. 'Ludra fine, though," he said, gesturing a bit with each of them, frowning and pointing to his face at the statement regarding Noah, his belly when he spoke of his older sister. "Sam'n'Sam's?" he questioned in return, using as similar dialect as he could to his elder as he pointed up toward him.

"Oh, it's good to hear that they're good, but not so much that they're bad. I hope that things get better for you soon," he said politely, fishing out the By'arre's mail piece by piece. "My family's doing good. My daughter is home from college for spring break and we're going on a camping trip this coming weekend, before she has to go back to school," he said, nodding a few times before offering Aludra the family's mail and patting his pink-haired head softly.

"It was nice talking with you, Aludra. See you tomorrow." Aludra waved as Sam the Mailman lumbered off, before he looked down at the mail, slowly reading across the return addresses, as that's where Adhara told him that the mail had come from. However, there was one letter that caught his bright green eyes, and made a scowl come to his face.

The little boy stormed back into the house, making a fuss without meaning to, and approached his father, who looked rather out-of-it as he sat eating a bowl of bran cereal. Tail lashing back and forth, he approached the man and shoved the parchment-made letter into his face. "What?" he asked, pointing toward the letter itself, having easily recognized the words 'Seven of Seven' printed across the upper corner of it.

Noah blinked slowly, before his eyes widened a bit, and he took the letter, slipping a hand under the seal to pull it open, taking out the inner pieces of it and smiling down at the little boy a bit, who only glared harder at him. "What?!"

-----

"Noah. Shirt. Pants. 'Pliments. Noah. Clothe. School. Noah. 'Ludra. Lellow... Noah."

Said guardian sighed irritably, gazing over his clipboard -where the note was fastened- at his foster son. "Do you honestly not like me that much?" he questioned tiredly, only to get a harsh glare from the child. Well, apparently that was a yes. He shook his head; this was much more difficult than raising Adhara had been, but whatever. "Fine. Then what do you like?"

Aludra looked up skeptically, as though this was some sort of trick, only to find that tired gaze looking back at him, forcing him to trust the stupid man. "Green. Soap. 'Tion. 'Torcycle. 'Plane. Fluff," he said, going on with a few other things until the man was finished rambling about all the stuff that he needed to know, and the letter was completely filled out. He patted the boy's head with a soft smile, only to get a glare in return for the attention. "You're going to be growing soon, Alu. 'Hope that you're ready." 'Hah, hope that he's ready. I doubt even I'll be ready...'
