Special Features;
Golden Eyes: Lirona never really seemed to have an opinion one way or another about her eye color. A month or so ago she spent some time gushing over them - something about a cute boy, from what Adhara tells me - but now she really doesn't pay them much heed.
Orange Hair: I'm happy Lira's orange hair is back. It suits her much better than black, I think, plus it reflects her upturn in mood.
Marbled Tentacle: Ever since she came back from meeting J'her, Lira's tentacle has seemed to develop its own mind. She can no longer use it like a third arm, and by now she seems to have lost all control of it. We might all be doomed. Whatever the case, it's very different than she is; much less inhibited. Apparently it is a he named Jake. Jake the Snake. Lira just let some random other spawn name it. I guess it fits...? Along with her wing, Jake has gotten paler in color. It's mysterious, but I don't think it's anything to really worry about, and neither does Lira. If anything, I think it's symbolic for her growing up, growing more mature. Lavender is an old lady color after all, haha.
Purple Wing: Ah, the wing. The wing is important. When she was younger, Lirona was over the moon about her wing, collecting feathers and trying to fly by jumping off of things and flapping both of her appendages. Luckily, she's grown out of that habit, but it's a little disconcerting how little attention she pays to it now, when it used to be her favorite thing ever. Like Jake, the wing has gotten paler.
Skills;
Inability to Feel Anger(?)
A gift from her Patience side, Lirona cannot feel anger. Well... she used to. I mean, yes, for the most part, she still can't; eternally patient and all of that, of course she can't feel anger. But there was this... time where she totally flipped and smashed a glass with Jake. And I'll tell you what, she sure looked angry to me... In fact, by now I'd even hazard to say that she can feel anger. It's just hard to get her there.
Inability to Fly
Seems a little ridiculous to be putting this down, but yes, Lirona has the ability to be able to not fly. I mean, seems pretty obvious to me, what with her one wing and all. This used to either bother her or not register in her brain, but she grew out of his jumping-off-of-s**t phase. Thank the Kings...
Sewing
I think this counts...? I don't know, she went to a 'skills' class (whatever that means) at the damn Facility, and now she can sew. Pretty damn well, too; she's even made some complete outfits.
Photographic Memory
Another product of the Skills classes offered at the Facility, Lira's memory has greatly improved. She can now memorize the locations and details of places and objects better than I've ever known a person to be able to do. She's certainly the one to go to if you've lost something. She doesn't seem to feel one way or another about it, but does smile lightly when people thank or praise her for it.
Life Magic
Apparently every spawn has some kind of magical gift because of their DNA, and Lira's is healing. She went to a lil' class at the Facility, and she can now heal people's injuries with, get this because it's priceless, kisses. Yeah, she kisses people's scars or wounds or whatever, and POOF! all better. Something tells me that a certain douchebag step-son of mine is going to get a lot of use out of that one...

Detailed Personality:
Biography: Silas Othello Lorcalle was born back in the '50's, and was quickly abandoned by his reckless parents to be raised by his grandmother, who was more Irish-Catholic than you could shake a stick at. Raised with strict morals, he was a quiet and unassuming child, never really making many ripples.
When he was thirteen, he was taking a shortcut home through an alley when a man high on PCP slit his throat with a broken bottle.
But our story continues from there. When he was next conscious, he was told that he needed to find one individual who could send him to one of two resting places, based on what they thought of his life. He only had fifty years to do this before his soul was ripped apart, and he nearly used up all of his time. It was literally at the last second that his judge decided (irrationally) that Silas deserved to live, and he was brought back to life.
Or at least that's how he tells it. Unsurprisingly, almost no one believed him when he told them this, and so he quickly became disillusioned with life, and began working to find the gate that he came through to return and prove to everyone it existed. Unfortunately, him meeting Noah has complicating things, not to mention his adoption of Lironax, so who knows what he'll do now.

Seeing as it's just your basic apartment, there's nothing expanding past the necessities, but hey, it still puts a roof over our head. So I guess it's home. Now, before I continue, you have to know that I seem to have misplaced my single digital camera, so I don't really have any pictures for you to look at right now. Once I find it, I'll put them up, but until then, you're going to have to live with a verbal description.

So, when you walk in, there's a small living room. Well, maybe 'living room' isn't really the best description; nothing you would expect to see in such a room is there. You know: couch, TV, coffee table, pointless decoration. Yeah, none of that. There are a couple of deep chairs, a table by each of them, and... three? Yeah, three bookshelves covering the walls. There's also a little trunk set in the corner that houses most of Lir's toys. That room is his favorite place to play; don't ask me why. Although it is by far sparse, that room is still one of my favorites, mostly because of the big window that makes up most of the last wall. We're on the fifth floor, so it's a really nice view. Many times I'll pass through and see Lir just sitting by it and staring at the people below. Certainly the room's defining feature. There are two doors in this room, one to the left and one to the right.

If you go through the right door, you reach the room where I admittedly spend most of my time. It's called my study, even though I hate that word; it makes me feel like such an old codger. There are yet more bookshelves in here, covering the wall opposite to the door and half of the wall containing the door. They're filled with all kinds of books, although most are about things that pertain to my work. Don't ask me for any specifics; you'll only think I'm a nutjob. A small, beat-up couch with a fold-out bed is there, seeing as I usually end up sleeping here instead of my room. In fact, that has really become Lir's room, but we'll get to that later. There's a big map of the world tacked up on the wall, with a bunch of pushpins put in it at various locations. Opposite that is my computer desk ( usually covered in notebooks ), which sits by the small window in this room.

This was given to Lir by his 'friend' Aludra, although technically his dad gave it to us. It's... very pink, but he seems to love it. It's usually hanging out of one of his pockets, or being twirled around in his hand. He reckons himself a fairy princess with that thing. Great.
Both of these presents came from a very mysterious "Mister Mask". Okay, I don't who this guy is, or where he met Lirona or how he got her address, but it's kind of creeping me out. Lirona certainly loves them, though; I don't think she's let go of that fan since she found it. In fact, she's the happiest I've seen her in weeks. Five points to you, Mister Creepy. You may weird me out, but at least you keep my baby happy.
Huh? What are these? I've never seen them before, certainly not on my baby's wrist... That is where things like this go, right? Anyway, I don't know. If anything Aludra gave them to her, which is a total d**k move. Don't blame her for not flaunting them.
