Hobbies: Gymnastics: Salem kinda discovered this one by accident. Though he doesn't remember it, but he's been doing things like flips and gymnastics stunts since he was little. Some of it creeps out through second hand nature and muscle memory. Trial and Error so to speak. Which is kinda impressive given he taught himself in the beginning.
Gardening: So apparently his hair isn't the only thing that's green. (Har har). It seems Salem has developed a bit of a green thumb. He has taken over the back yard of his new dwellings with all sorts of plants and trees. Salem has gotten very particular about what gets placed next to what and just what is and isn't allowed to go into his little 'Garden of Eden'. He's even put in a small pond that trickles into a little 'river' that empties into a larger pond. He calls the large one 'Loch Rannoch', Salem takes extreme care of his little forest. While it may just look like a wonderland to anyone else, Salem has based it off of a place he's only been to in his dreams and memories. Not that he tells anyone that. That's not weird right?
*Note: Sale has a little bit of everything in his garden. Flowers, Trees, even fruits, veggies and other herbs.
Virtues: Voice Of Reason: While Salem doesn't necessarily try to cheer people up, he tells them what they want to hear. Even when whatever he's telling them is some giant fabricated lie involving sugar pixies in a magical land. Other times, Salem can be just what the doctor ordered. He can talk some sense into people and calm them down if they are on the verge of doing something stupid. Ironic given he is quite often the person on the verge of doing something stupid nowadays.
One Man Support Network: This is where Salem tries to play nice. Though this only usually comes out for the people he's decided that he doesn't automatically hate or something. He can be stupidly sweet sometimes. Like teeth rotting cavities sweet. Praise, affection, compliments, sometimes random gifts. For those who actually have this mans trust, they know it's genuine affection. (Most times, He has been known to shower people in love to get something he wants.) On a rarer note, Salem will even extend an olive branch and be that someone to lean on if their having issues. (Though this takes a great deal of trust invested in the person. Salem won't do this for every person.)
Protective: Salem doesn't remember much. He doesn't have much. So what little he does, he is protective of. Those items and even people, are precious to him. Even if he doesn't totally remember what they were for or who they may have been to him.
Flaws: Temper Temper: After his corruption, Salem has developed and harbored a bad temperament and attitude problem. This problem is only fueled further when people he doesn't particularly care for are involved. This can lead Salem into some hot water when he becomes a bit of a trouble maker. His attitude can be the source of tension and headaches for other. Thus, leading people to snap back at him. Sometimes Salem can even go as far as to start trouble for others he doesn't like, assuming he hates you that much. Other ways Salem's temper comes out is when he decides he needs to be a 'tease'. He'll point out character flaws and mishaps. Nothing is off-limits. He doesn't exactly know when to shut up, but he uses that knowledge to his advantage when trying to piss people off. What little of his sweet side remains can actually make his teasing or trouble making worse because he could, for lack of a better term, lull someone into a full sense of security with his sweetness and then BAM. All the teasing and trouble making. I mean... he set them up for it, why not take the shot? If it works, don't fix it.
Possessive: A darkside to Salem's tendency of being protective over his things. He lost his former life, his old things and living place. His former life. So because of this, Salem has become incredibly possessive of what little he does have, and what he deems as ''his'. He can get snappy and irritable if others damage or break those things as they are his and not anyone else's. Salem can be prone to taking what catches his eye because of this.
Absolutely No : As you may have guessed by now, if Salem doesn't like you... well he just doesn't like you. This can also be said about anything he doesn't like in general. Be it other peoples plans. Negaverse Work goals that he might find useless or mundane. He's gonna do his own thing, his way. You can absolutely forget him remembering when your birthday is. Though he'll totally show up for the free food...
