Retzan approached the dark clad Captain and gave a wave, looking him over for a moment, eyes lingering on the rather pretty galaxy print scarf that he wore. Scarf? Kind of scarf. Whatever. It didn’t matter.
“I like your…scarf. Thing.” Strange way to greet someone but, what was done was done, and Retzian held her hand out. “Captain Retzian. I’ve been hoping to find some new people to talk with, I have a few questions if you have the time to answer? Nothing bad, just…a project that I’m trying to undertake…I have support from my General but…still. I’m not sure if it’s feasible or not.”
Okay, so perhaps throwing all of that information out there wasn’t the best way to greet a stranger but…she needed to do research. It was important.
If she was going to bring Dagon into the Negaverse…she had to do this correctly.
“If you don’t want to answer that’s completely all right and I do understand.” It wasn’t ideal, but she did understand and would drop the subject if it was so.

"Shawl..." Caledonite muttered. "I always referred to it as a shawl, as its around my shoulders, versus my neck. Orr at least that's what I was told it was called." It wasn't as if Caledonite remembered when he got it in the first place. It wasn't as if it kept him warm. All it was serve as a constant reminder of where he came from and what he had been.
"Caledonite." He sighed out in way of greeting. He gestured for her to continue. It didn't seem like shed take no for an answer anyway, politeness aside. " A general might be ore suited then I." Cale sighed again. Retz was already here, and maybe doimg this would be enough for Dana to shut up with those dumb insult names... Hough there were always other ways to deal with her. "What is it you need help with?"

“Well my General didn’t have much of an answer, so I figured getting opinions from a wider crowd would be best for me, and…shawl is a better term for it, I agree. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of that.”
Retzian hummed slightly and thought of what she normally thought of when she heard the word shawl…and it was all a bunch of old, bent women who lived in huts, but she wasn’t going to tell Caledonite that.
“Anyway, I want to know if you know anything about bringing those from the White Moon to our side…or if you know anything about the Senshi that come from Space, or if you have any advice on how to convince a Senshi that joining the Negaverse is the best thing for them…and they should just do it. Or.”
She bit her tongue before saying what she really wanted to. About having a crush on someone from the White Moon, that…wouldn’t go over well.
“I’m trying to convince someone that they belong with us, and I’m not sure of the best way to go about it.”

"There are other Generals outside of the one you're employed under. What about one of the Sovereigns?" Caledonite paused, regarding Retzian coolly as he crossed his arms. "I suppose you lucked out then, as I do know a thing or two about that."
"First of all, Senshi aren't worth the time and effort we give them. They're nothing but back stabbing liars who will sell you out just to save their own skin. And when that doesn't work, they simply run away with their tail tucked between their legs like the dogs they are." Caledonite huffed. "As far as convincing, you only really have two options and it depends on if you're willing to get your hands dirty for it." He raised a brow curiously as she suddenly cut herself off, but didn't comment on it further. "In the three I've been involved with, I ended up crossing paths with them multiple times, though they all had different out comes. One I drained just enough that he didn't realize what was happening till it happened. Another sought me out when she was ready, and then the third did her own thing and now has a superiority complex." Gee, wonder who she'd gotten that from.
Not that he could blame her.
"Your other option is to just force it. Get a Sovereign to shove the chaos into them as their kicking and screaming. Then you deal with the fallout bullshit after it." The Captain shrugged a shoulder. "There is no best way." He said flatly. "Man the ******** up and do what you need to do. They either become your ally or they become your enemy."

Retzian kept her mouth shut, not wanting to reiterate the fact that this was her project…and if she got help from a General it wouldn’t feel that way anymore…and a General Sovereign would be even worse with that…this was something she wanted to do alone, or with advice from peers. But…the rest of what he said had her listening raptly.
“So, you know at least three people who have done it, may I ask, what happened to the one that you drained enough that he didn’t realize it?” It sounded sneaky but…not cruel. And it was a good idea of Dagon wanted to put up a fuss against corrupting…
“Did they resent you? Become your enemy? Or…did they just accept their fate?”

"He's either at home sleeping, or grading test papers." Caledonite shrugged again. Given the end of the school term was approaching, he was willing to bet it was in fact the test papers.
Caledonite still didn't understand why Caer wanted to do that, but at least it was their school.
"All three knew the risks. As I said, I had talked with all of them multiple times. Two are Generals and one, a Captain. We are a team. I gave them far better then what I was given." Caledonite muttered. "And for your records. I know four who have done it, I'm only responsible for three. "

“No records but…what do you mean, than what you were given? Were you brought over too? You had been part of the White Moon?”
Her interest was grabbed by that detail, and suddenly she wanted to know absolutely everything.
“I’m…very glad that I met you, and if you have the time, I would love to hear that story, if you wouldn’t mind…just. From the point of view of someone who went through it…”

"What do you think I mean? You think I would choose to look like this? If I had started out in the Negaverse? I told you. Senshi aren't worth a damn. They lie and take what they want. They will run and leave you with nothing." Caledonite snorted. "I'm simply showing Cosmos the same kindness and compassion she showed me. None."
Caledonite laughed bitterly. "What story? I've already told you. Were you not listening? Did you expect there to be more? That I would remember the events that lead up to it?" The Captain scoffed. "What do you think happens when someone is forcibly corrupted?" Had she done any research into this, outside of asking a simple question or two? And why not start by asking those who had already been corrupted?
"Whatever your plans for this senshi are, I suggest you drop them. You'll be better off in the end."

Retzian stared at him for a few moments, stunned into silence. “I…didn’t realize. I’m…sorry.”
She hadn’t realized. She hadn’t…even thought about it. She was so excited to find someone who might have answers that…she hadn’t put any thought into what those answers might be. “I thank you for your time, but…I suppose I have more thinking to do.” Retzian’s words were stiff and she hesitated, biting her tongue before she said something stupid.
Perhaps if he was so unhappy, he should just leave the Negaverse. That was always an option too, was it not?
But. Instead of saying anything, she simply inclined her head and teleported away from him.
