His comrades thought he was insane, until they themselves looked through the microscope and noticed both DNA strands were nothing like any creature of this world, but before they could ask the Doctor were he had taken the samples from he mysteriously died in his sleep.
Now his comrades have ventured forth to gather more samples, though they themselves had no idea what they were getting into.
After months of searching, Dr. Stirling and Dr. Hunter were about to give up trying to find any more samples, when a mysterious man introducing himself as...Mr. Vampy from Wishco services appeared. It was only later they found out that Mr. Vampy also known as Luther, was a demon and not just any demon, a demon of the highest rank.
Explaining to the humans how demons and angels work, he simplified it by separating them by certain traits that most of the two species had. Also known as the seven sins and virtues, demons and angels were broken down into the different traits they possessed.
Luther helped the two doctors track down and capture many of the demons; at least one of each deadly sin category and though it was trickier; the angels as well were brought into the laboratories for study. Though they were curious to just how Luther was able to get them to come in.
Soon their research began, though they found something curious in their findings. When trying to put together DNA from a demon or angel who were directly opposite in nature, the combination often resulted as a failed project. But they were pleased to find most other combinations worked well.
Now, the scientists didn't have all day to play nanny to the spa..children they were creating and decided it would be best to see how well the kids intereacted with humans as well others of their own kind. So the search began and the experiments continued. . .
1.) First and foremost be respectful. We don't appreciate nor tolerate flamming or disrepect towards any of the shop staff or kid owners or kids themselves.
2.) If caught flamming you will be black listed and reported.
3.) Do NOT steal any artwork. Our artists have worked hard on their images and don't want to see them reproduced/copied/or stolen.
4.) No chatspeak/l33t speak.
5.) No refunds (exception to the rule will vary depending on the situation)
6.) There is a limit of 1 child per gaian member (if caught using a mule to gain multiple chlidren you will be blacklisted). Owners can have another child once their current one has reached pre-teen.
7.) Do not whine or beg for a child.
8.) This is an role playable store. Role play is required to get new art and the next stages.
9.) If you are inactive for more than three months you will be pm'd. If you still don't pick up rp will have the right to take away your child and rehome him/her.
10.) Do not pester artists or staff members unless you feel it is needed. Like if we missed your growth or didn't answer a question you had asked about.
11.) Please pm the shopmule with any questions you have involving customs and plots. Do NOT pm the artists. Though we dont mind answering questions we feel it would be better if all questions were directed to the shop mule from now on. Added May/21/09
12.) Due to a recent observation you cannot do 'roll over' with play dates. Play dates only count for the stage they are in and do NOT count for future requirements. So if you child is teen all the play dates count for that stage. THEY DO NOT count for stages beyond that. Added may 29/09
13.) If we don't approve of story line or plots involving your spawn, we have the right to say no to it. - Added May 29/09
14.) Please come to us BEFORE you start going ahead with plot idea's for your spawn that could possible involve the shop NPC's, staff or other spawn. As shop owners we need to know in advance what your doing and depending on the subject matter you will need to get it approved by us before you do it. - Added Feb/08/11
15.) Please keep in mind this shop accepts all types of couples. Straight, Bi, Lesbian and Gay. If this makes you uncomfertable please keep it to yourself, we all have opinions and if you can't be tolerant of others here then perhaps this isn't the shop for you. - Added Feb/08/11
16.) This shop also involves couples of the same sex being able to have children (under special circumstances). Be mature and please don't flame, or make fun. - Added Feb/08/11
17.) Rules are subject to change. The date will be added to which rules were changed or added.
Role play Rules:
1.)For a PD (play date) to count each owner must make at least 5 posts, so ten posts total.
2.)No Chatspeak or l33t speak. Be literate please.
3.)Keep all rp PG 13 and under. Anything above that take it to pms.
4.)Please follow Gaia's TOS.
Prompt Flatsale Rules:
1.)If there is more than one child in the FS you can only win one. So choose carefully.
2.)You are not allowed to enter for other people/pose as the person or write their prompt for them.
3.) PM your entries to the mule.
4.) Unless otherwise stated if you have a child from the store they must be pre-teen or older to qualify to enter the FS.
5.) Entries are judged with a scoreing system. Creativity, literacy are a few of the ways they are judged. There will also be multiple judges.
6.)If you win please send your trade ASAP. (Any longer than a week and the child will go to the second highest score).

1.) Rules will vary from Raffle to raffle.

F.A.Q
Q: What if I want a different type of Sin or Virtue?
A: At this time this won't be allowed.
Q: When will it be allowed?
A: Special types of demons and angels will be used for auctions or rare events.
Q: So...can I have one?
A: Only through Flat sales, auctions, raffles, customs, pet trades or bribes.
Q: How much are they?
A: They cost 13k. Funny huh? 13? Well we thought it funny >>
Q: So...can i combine any demon and angel together? Of course...of the ones you provide. . .
A: Yes and no. The only combination you can't do is the Sin or Virtues direct opposite. For example; you can't combine wrath and patience together, but you can combine wrath and kindness together. Since Wrath's opposite is Patience they can't be combined, but Kindess is a seperate virtue and thus can be combined.
Q: Do the sins and virtues basically depict the personality of the kid?
A: Yes and no. It will greatly influence the type of personality they will have. Example; wrath would be angry a lot, whilst diligence would tend to want to keep busy. But this isn't the final personality. Like all people, as situations arise people tend to adapt and change, same with children. They may be angry when little but they also could figure out a way to keep their anger under control when older.

IC Rules:
1.) Children aren't able to breed (even children with lusts capabilities) until they have matured enough in body to do so.
2.) Only those of the female gender can become pregnant.
3.) Males once they are older and more responsible can get help from the laboratories to become 'pregnant'.
4.)A snapshot of the pregnant mother will be mailed to you.
5.) Spawns are able to breed as many times as they like...but please try and space the births far enough apart you don't exhaust the mother.
6.) Do to monitoring and research as well the numerous tests to make sure the embryo is healthy it will cost you 50k to have a child.
7.)Your child will tend to resemble each parent...or one or the other.
8.) There is a slim chance that your spawn could have twins...
9.) If your spawn is irresponsible and finds herself pregnant whilst underage her baby will be taken away from her and the father until she becomes a teenager. Only then will the child be returned.
10.) Your baby(s) gender is kept secret until the birth. Unless you wish to pay the facility another 20k.
11.) There must be some form of sexual activity for spawn to reproduce.
12.) If your spawn use's protection there is a lower chance of them becoming pregnant. see chart for details.
13.) Please note that just because your spawn engages in unprotected sex does it mean they wil become pregnant. Please see chart below for detail.14.) There are those who don't like the Labs and the Technicians, those that don't trust the people as far as they can throw them... as such there is another option for breeding but it comes with a heavy price. It means not dealing with the Labs and the Techs but it means paying another price... as well as finding the one that is able to help in this matter.Rules OOC translation:
1.) Your spawn must be pre-teen or older to to breed.
2.) Females can become pregnant at the pre-teen stage. Males cannot.
3.) Males can become 'pregnant' with the help of the laboratory, but must be a Teenager in order to do it.
4.) The 'mother' (the one baring the child) will receive a pregnant 'photo'.
5.) You can breed as many times as you like, but each child born must reach pre-teen before you can breed the parents together again. (This applies only to whoever keeps the child. So if daddy role plays the baby then mommy can still have a baby without waiting)
6.) It costs 50k in order to breed or 25k from each parent.
7.)If each spawn is drawn by a different artist a coin toss will result to choose who draws the baby(s) stages. Otherwise the artist will remain the same (If both mother and father are drawn by same artist you get that artist for your baby(s))
8.)There is a 10% possibility of receiving twins. But there won't be any triplets. (There is no additional fee if you get twins. Since it is random)
9.)If your child conceives and gives birth while pre-teen, the baby will be taken away by the laboratory until your spawn becomes a teen. Then the child will be sent back to them. (this means you wont get a baby photo and will skip straight to toddler when you finally receive the child)
10.) The baby(s) genders are random. You can choose to have the genders 'altered' if you pay an additional 20k. (Meaning you choose what gender the baby is.) You cannot choose physical characteristics for the baby(s).
11.) You must role play your spawns leading up to the act,(but not actually doing it) of sexual reproduction. Please remember Gaia is PG 13. Nothing explicit. Just hinting. For example: They lay in bed...the lights grow dim...(as a very short and vague example).
12. You can have your spawn practice 'safe sex'. And by using any contraceptive it will help lower the chance of your spawn becoming pregnant. To see how look at the chart below.
13.) Note: Just because your children have un-protected sex does it mean they will become pregnant. There will be a dice roll done by the shop owners that will decide if they are pregnant or not. With the title: The forbidden!14.) Luthor, like the one who donated blood to help in his creation, is able to grant wishes and among the ones he grants is the one that allows for males to have babies with other males and females with other females via actually birthing them without having to go to the Labs for aid there. Please keep in mind that he does ask for something in return, he will take from the parents (both of them in most cases) a memory of utmost importance. He enjoys dark, painful memories as well as the most beautiful of memories. Once taken they will NEVER return, there will instead be a sort of blank spot in the memory. Someone can tell the spawn about the memory but it will sound more like a story or something that happened to someone else instead of something that happened to the ones that lost the memories. Discussion of what memories that will be done OOCly prior to meeting Luthor.Who is participating: and

Please...PLEASE keep in mind you cannot just randomly decide that two spawn should get together and have a child. Interaction is a MUST. You must have at LEAST one rp with your spawns in their current stages before deciding to have a baby. Even if its accidental....
Percentage Rates for Getting Pregnant:
Unprotected: 85% success rate
Protected: 20% success (or failure depending on frame of mind) rate.
Opposing Sin/Virtue unprotected: 60% success rate
Opposing Sin/Virtue protected: 10% success (or failure depending on frame of mind) rate.
Unprotected with Lust trait: 90% success rate
Protected with Lust trait: 30% success (or failure depending on frame of mind) rate.
Requirements for successful birth: (these must be completed before your child(ren) will be born)
Must wait a time period of two months
Must have two visits to the facilities doctors
Journal entry from Parents: (1 from each parent)

The link will provide a little blurb of information about each requirement, the stage its required for. It also links to the new worksheet that has replaced the parent meetings that are no longer a requirement or being done for the moment due to the staff becoming overwhelmed by them.

Why is he here?
Cause the owners don't want to dread logging in everyday.
The point of the Iron Fist:
Have a complaint about the store? Pm the Ironfistmule
Feel that you have been slighted/mistreated by another user? Pm the Ironfistmule
Feel that you are not being treated fairly by the staff/other users? Pm the Ironfistmule
(all complaints must hold some regard to the store.)
Long story short the cause of the haitus was spurned from both the owners stress levels hitting the roof over trivial matters that should of been directed to the shopmule but were instead trained on them. The IronFistmule was created so that matters that concern the store but don't require IMMEDIATE attention could be sent to. The mule will be checked on weekly basis and you will get a reply from us as soon as we have address the issue.
Situations this can include are:
~ metaplots
~ flat sales
~ special events
~ growths
~ role playing
~ character bashing (OC's or kids from 7o7 )
~ store bashing
We would like to keep our thread a clean and happy thread, if you have a problem with another user/metaplot ect, please keep it out of the thread. Pm us if the situtation requires us to interfere, otherwise we don't want to hear about it.
Anyone who makes a complaint or reports an abusive user to the Ironfistmule will remain anonymous. If we feel the issue is worth exploring into we either meet to discuss with you about the issue or contact the one you are having an issue with. Each situation will be handeled professionally and no favortism will be tolerated.
IF you do send a pm to either shop owners main accounts you will be grey listed. This is a firm rule, as we don't want a repeat of previous issues that caused the store to go on haitus in the first place. Repeat offenses of pming the store owners rather than the shopmule or the Ironfistmule will result in being blacklisted.
