Abilities: Wish granting in exchange for memory gems aka crystallized memories that he takes from the one hes making the deal with.
Distinguishing Features: An onyx colored horn, smooth, shiny scales on his shoulders and neck, a pair of pretty if small wings, and clear blue eyes like his angel Father.
About Luthor: Is a rather good guy over all but he has his dark moments and his dark side. He is a touch worried about everything Vampy does, worries for his Father's safety being around Vampy, worries that people will think he is just as bad as Vampy... but aside from that he seems to be a good person, determined to keep his magic pure by refraining from making it do anything dark or dangerous. What he likes to do is things that will help those around him, as though trying to make up for his blood line which, to him, can seem a little selfish at times.
Luthor is head over heels for an envy spawn named Ciaran, something the pair finally seemed to realize only recently even though they met a long time ago.

Eye color: Brilliant Blue, though one eye has a haze to it.

Significant Other: Technically none though he has a deeply seeded love for his boss that isn't returned.
Friends: Ebony, Hyacinth, and Enki
Likes: His son, Vampy, bringing children on their Parent Meetings, meeting new people, protecting the weak, sweet foods, quiet moments, reading.
Dislikes: Vampy (yes he can both like and dislike him), some of the demons (Shar and Kerylia), Charna's fits, violence, being alone, most angels (he has a deep seeded fear of his 'brothers' and 'sisters' due to the past), being helpless. He also has a deep dislike bordering on jealousy of a being called 'Pepper' because of Vampy's obsession with him.
Favorite Food: Sweets of any kind are his weakness, he especially likes honey. He also rather likes milk though where it comes from makes him a bit queasy when he thinks about it.

Abilities: None, most of his true powers were stripped from him when he was capture by his 'brothers' some time back.
Distinguishing Features: Many scars all over his body, gain through torture when some of his 'siblings' were attempting to free him from a demonic force that had 'corrupted his mind and heart from its true purpose'. One of his eyes also has a 'haze' to it that marks it as being blinded.
Siblings: Though not related through blood he considers most angels to be his siblings, for this reason deeper relationships with them are harder to forge... due to his fear of them he barely approaches even the ones in the labs unless he must aside from Hyacinth who is to forgiving for his own good.
(( About the Avatars, Almas is currently without wings so the one on the right is closer to how he really looks. The one on the left however will come into play later after some story I have a plot for <3 ))

~ Little Luthor, the result of a mix of the blood of the Former Principality Almas and his Boss Mr. Vampy. Quite an adorable little child with an onyx horn, pretty scales, and clear, blue eyes like Almas.
~ Slowly learning about himself and what his pen is really useful for the boy helps in granting his first couple wishes. He is a rather a rather sweet and trusting boy who wants to help those around him.
~ OMG, preteen angst! He has plenty of it to go around and ended up spending most of this stage of his life hanging out first in a shelter for runaways followed by staying with one of his two best friends, Ciaran.
~ A gorgeous and determined teen has appeared complete with a golden pen, a magical companion, and a set of tiny wings!
~ A gorgeous young adult who bares the scares of a run in with a wrath spawn that isn't much of a fan of him or his blood lines. Luthor has started to make deals much like Vampy does though with his own idea of what a good price is, something I blame on Pepper, and his power is steadily growing with each of these deals... which isn't to say that he doesn't still have the occasional magic hiccup...

Luthor isn't RP required, not because I don't plan to RP him but because of what he is, who he is, and who his guardian is will make some of the reqs a little more difficult to get done.

Principality: The Principalities are placed first in the third triad of angels among archangels and angels. They are ranked seventh overall. Also called princedoms and princes, these angels are the first of the choirs most concerned with earth and are traditionally declared to have roles of caretakers over every nation, province, county, district, city, town, village, and house. They work with guardian angels who are also assigned to every spot and person. It is debated that the guardian angels function as the personal angelic protectors and the principalities are the administrative or technical writers. They are supposedly empowered with greater strength by God than the guardian angels and thus receive permission more frequently to have a direct involvement in the affairs of humanity. They use their incalculable strength of heaven to move the hearts and minds of those mortals with whom they have direct contact.

Almas was once a great angel, though a sad one. He watched over the place appointed to him as he was assigned to, always watching, always waiting, always sad. All he could do was watch, no matter what might happen before him he couldn't lift a finger to stop it and his duty started to weigh heavily upon him.
Due to being constantly in one place his wings never truly developed and weren't good for flying, just for making it easier for him to jump up high, able to glide, and that was about it. The markings on his forehead are a sort of birth mark and were the center of his power, though now they are merely a reminder of what used to be.
It was while he was standing watch that he first saw Vampy in a false light, seeing him not as he really was but as someone's savior. He granted to them a wish, helped them to achieve something they really wanted, and he felt... both amazement and envy for someone who was able to do such things. At the time he had no idea that what Vampy was, who he was, just felt the desire to be like him.
It was the first step that lead him toward his fall.

The man who is truly in charge of the Labs (don't let the head techs Hunter and Stirling fool you with their egos and boasting), very little is known about him by anyone really (not even I know everything). He's... not a nice man in the least, not really. He can prone to cruelty both in his actions and his words... and seems he can be a bit selfish as well.
He has a liking for striking bargains and will do so with just about anyone if its something he can benefit from. I was able to take advantage of this weakness of his to strike a bargain with him for a vial of his blood. With that I was able to gain something very dear to me, my son. While a part of me tells me it would be best to give up on Vampy and while there are those trying to luring me away from him I can't quite do so yet...
We all have our addictions that we find hard to break away from and Vampy is mine, I have been with him since my fall and find it difficult to truly walk away from him even if our contract has been broken. ~ Almas

Golden Crayon: Seems to just be a gold crayon that he got out of his box of ninety-six colors. He favors it about all other colors, carries it around with him at all times, but doesn't seem to color with it. Maybe he just likes the color.
Pink Pig: A stuffed animal that he drags around with him everywhere he goes, a security item he clings to while getting used to the very strange environment in which he was born into.

Almas: Guardian and Blood Father to Luthor, a former angel who now works in the Labs doing Parent Meetings and Grunt work. He used to be Vampy's secretary until a contract between them was shattered. Without that binding them together Vampy no longer trusts Almas driving the Fallen away.
Luthor is rarely seen away from the Fallen unless he is with someone else of equal or greater power to look after him.
Vampy: Luthor doesn't know about him really. This is his other blood father but isn't the same as Almas is. Has yet to meet him.
Enki: The Pride Demon and only demon allowed to roam around as he pleases, seems to be around a lot. He's talkative, annoying, and underfoot... but Luthor can deal with him well enough.
Hyacinth: The Angel of Patience, a soft spoken, gentle, and ever forgiving creature. Luthor is staying with him as is Almas while the Fallen recovers from his run in with Xeviel, a melee teacher from the Labs.
