A blue jewel on his forehead, pointed ears with green scales on the ends, green dragonish wings, a crest of feathers growing out of his jewel and down his scaly green tail.

Comfortable things.
Personality
Ford has broken out of his shell a bit as a teenager. His growing prowess relating to magically-aided suggestion has made him more comfortable around people considering that he could influence them into changing the subject if they go on about things he doesn't want to speak of. He's quite good at guitar and has a passable, if reedy, singing voice. He'd still prefer to be alone most of the time, but he's friendly enough to anyone who seems to be interested in talking to him.
Anything else?
Innate skill: absorb sunlight through his forehead jewel as a means of feeding himself.
Flight: He'll never be able to go for long distances or carry any large amount of weight with him, but Ford can fly.

Hair color/texture/style
Brown, straight unless it's humid, just-got-out-of-bed-and-rode-a-roller-coaster messy. Sander almost always has some form of facial hair he was too lazy to shave off as well. He's grown to dislike how he looks clean shaven because of it, complaining that it leaves him looking "too young to be taken seriously."
Skin color
A medium-to-light caucasian.
Eye color
Brown.
General build
Average-to-thin, depending on how much money he has during a given month.
Distinguishing marks and features
A scar cutting through his left eyebrow from a fight and one across his right palm from the same.
Favorite clothing
"Half-finished" outfits including pressed button-down shirts and blazers paired with jeans and sneakers or normal bummy outfits that consist of jeans and t-shirts. Sander is not a complete slob and knows how to dress nicely on his own, the problem is, any fancy clothing he comes into contact with is usually pawned before he can put it on.
Personality
Sander is a frighteningly laid back man. He will agree to skydive in the same breath he uses to adopt a child or order waffles, and he will show no particular external emotion about any of the three. He internalizes a lot, but not so much that he's a ball of ulcers and paranoia when he's alone or anything.
He is beginning to think that perhaps taking in a child was a mistake...

Sander makes his living in many ways, some of which include painting murals, playing the guitar, sculpting, and working seasonal retail. He also invents useless items and is a self-diagnosed insomniac.
