~ Right now, Espen's having a hard time pronouncing his 'r's and a couple other sounds.

~ Occasionally mimics animal noises, or makes up some of his own to emphasize his emotions.
Clothing Style: Simple and cool postmodern fashion with a bit of an elegant or campy/nostalgic flair.
Favorite Color: Anything vibrant.
Social Standing: Espen's pretty well-off. He can't afford everything he wants, but gets what he needs at the time without too much hassle and can splurge on friends for the most part. He probably has the money to be lower-upper class but Shane doesn't look or act the part so money won't ever get to the head of anybody in the house.

Unfortunatly, most of Espen's family is from now-defunct shops, but I still play them when needed so don't be surprised if they show up now and then. If anybody wants to be nice and grow them at any point for me, that would be fantastic too ^^;

 He's getting pretty adventurous as a kid now. Riffraff is still on his shoulder. He's grown pretty attached to that mouse.  Heheh, Cody drew this for Espen. I think Espen's going to draw something for Cody soon too.  Espen when he was young and first found Riffraff his mouse. I took a picture to commemorate the occasion.

OOC Notes and Music:
Sometimes, y'know as a writer I just want to have my own spot in here to let loose with thoughts and stuff to draw inspiration from that has nothing to do with my alter-ego Shane Foster or Espen ICly. Just me and my own imagination and if you guys want to read this part too, that's cool. This is a kinda behind-the-scenes post for those of you who care enough about Espen to know about the biological mind behind the imaginary one.
Then again, some of you would probably prefer to keep him as an entity seperate from me and that's cool too. This is sorta just a spot for bits of things that can inspire me to write about Espen and my own OOCly thoughts about where things are going with him right now.
There will also most defiantly be a music playlist here of songs that I think are appropriate at any given time.

These were the first RP I did with Espen. Sorry it was a little bland you guys but I needed to start somewhere. Thanks for being guinea pigs while I tested out his personality, it really helped shape him.
Glue, Feathers and Spawn Meeting Cody for the first time:
Song- Digital Love by Daft Punk (Don't get any ideas, I just love this song).
Gonna be honest, when I applied for Espen as a custom, a little green-eyed monster inside of me was tempted to just make him a greed patience spawn like Cody in every way. Why? Well, because back when I saw this cute kid I wanted him so much. Didn't get my entry in so I missed out (was going to call him Cody too Night if you're reading this, true story). However, after the RP that Night and I had, and reading over what she's got in the works right now methinks that she's doing a better job with Cody than I ever could. I had a lot of fun RPing with him and was thrilled beyond what I bet anyone reading this could imagine when I saw how well they were getting along.
There's something awesome going on between these two characters and I can't wait to see where it goes from here.
EDIT: Also, I totally just figured out that Cody is probably gay...after Espen just inwardly promised his undying devotion. Oooooh boy. I don't know whether to *gonk* or to *rofl*. Leaning towards the latter.

Okay, this is me being mean to my own character. Sorry Espen, but I needed you to get more interesting and so what better way to do that then to have a walking-nightmare find you in the woods eh? Though, right now I'm finding that my plan may be backfiring and Espen's getting out of my own hands. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing right now so I'll just go with the flow and just take a pause when I find that he's going way out of character.
Espen's Slumber Party
I was nervous at first that this wouldn't work out, but so far it's looking to be a fun night. Unfortunately not enough kids Espen's age showed up but, whatever I was kind've expecting that.
I'm really happy that Espen finally met Europa, but REALLY frustrated that he already pissed her off. I figured he'd at least go two pages instead of just one. Oh well, hopefully his charm will win him back onto her good side because his tact sure hasn't.
I'm happy Rhys showed up, or else this was going to be a party of strangers and all parties need some sort of familiarity. Hopefully the same thing goes for all the characters, or at least that every character finds a new great friend by the end of the night and that it's memorable. That's all I really wish for.

Ebony: I don't really know her that well I guess, but she's lots of fun and is really good at tag.
Cody: Cody's so much fun, and he listens to me! I really hope we can be best friends, but he's getting really big...I wonder what's going to happen to us.
Tykier: He doesn't really like to listen, but thanks to him I found that not all vegetables are disgusting...with enough sugar.
Pepper Jr.: I really like Pepper. I think he's a little like me and a little like my dad, so I know I can talk to him about anything. I wonder if that's what it's like to have an uncle.
