With fragments in hand, Amaya entered the empty hallway, trembling slightly as she stood before the goddesses. Complete a task a day, that had been the requirement, and though at the time she sought them out on a whim, she had completed it, and offered the shards before the goddess who appeared before her, though who it was, she wasn't sure.
She felt the fog wrap around her, shivering as it did. The fragments were no longer in her hands, but in its place, a hand wrapped around hers, and she felt her heart grow warm, shining a little bit brighter than before, and with that, she felt a little bit more sure.

Kaje stood before the goddess statues, his grip on the last fragment a little tighter than normal. Each were given a task, expected to complete it, and so he had. This was what was normal, what was expected, what was required. If he did this, he'd be a step closer in remembering, in finding what it was he was so desperately seeking. So then, why was he so hesitant to give it up, these fragments, these shards, memories of something he never remembered? Perhaps it was because it defined who he was, what he once was, and was the only clue he had, but now... what use was it if he couldn't remember?
With a reluctant sigh, he relinquished the fragments, and felt his heart grow a little stronger, a little brighter. In the end, this would all be worth it, right?

Her task completed... and lessons learned? Mylisp strode along into the shrine as high and mighty as one of her stature could be. After all, she was proud of herself. She did just what she set out to do.
Get shardy-fragments. Whatever those glowy bobs were.
So that done, she walked up to the goddess, bowing her head in a humble enough manner before beaming at her. "I got what you wanted!" Was the call that was offered as the goddess accepted the fragments. "Though... why soda and homework?" It was anyone's guess how the goddess would react to that bit, but her job was done and at least she was to be praised for her work.
A warmth spread across her as her form seemed to gain features it had lacked before, or perhaps always had and she failed to notice. Regardless, the large ears were hard to miss, as was the fact her feet weren't exactly.. normal.
Either way, it was a good thing. So with a chipper smile and a promise to return should she be called, Mylisp pranced back out of the shrine, ready for whatever else was to come. It'd certainly be more fun with her being whole and all now!

Rime Yin returned to the shine and laid out her offering to the goddess, relieved that it was accepted as a warmth spread through her. Understanding others, making friendships or alliances seemed more important than before, and more importantly, she was more than just a grey being with a yellow heart. However, upon looking down, she wasn't sure that was a good thing as the lower half of her body had disappeared. She'd gained wings in exchange though, so it wasn't a horrible sacrifice. Aryn approached the shrine with the fragments he had collected in hand. To be honest, he had no use for them, nor did he hold any particular attachment to them. So giving them up and offering them to the goddess wasn't an issue for him. However, the strange, yet familiar, feeling he received after the fragments were offered left him wondering what it was he had just gained.

Aeon breathed a sigh of relief upon making her way back to the shine with her offering for the goddess, it had been more of an ordeal than she'd expected. It have her some things to think about, and was rather curious about all those flashes now that she wasn't so focused on collecting the fragments. Who was it talking? Had something happened? Was it important to find more of these in order to become a goddess herself? So many questions with so little answers. She let the blessing wash over her, content with her newer, more defined shape. As he returned to the shrine room with the fragments, he realized that this is exactly why he went out to collect such things. His eyes stared down at the few things he has. They shined a bright blue right back at his own bright blue eyes. They seemed to be reflecting his own emotions. Currently they are only happiness and despair-- but it's strong. A very strong sensation. It filled him with another emotion that he can't quite express.
So his hands hold out the fragments to the goddess of longing. And his chest tightens. It seemed like he was supposed to remember something, however he's too distracted to actually understand what it was. His fingers let go of there grasps of the fragment and he takes in the blessing with a ferocious need. Nojha quietly entered the shrine, and presented the five hard won fragments to the Goddesses. As he did, the warmth he'd received from the fragments seemed to solidify within his core, anchoring his physical shape. He felt more defined. He was made of shadows. Perhaps a brighter light was being shone on the object casting him. He glanced around to see if Arl had made his offering yet. He wanted to compare experiences. Mire approached the shrine, fragments held between both hands. Really he felt a little attached to them, for some odd reason they made him feel... something? Still though he parted with the items, reluctantly. OOC Link to task completed: HereName of character: Mire (Remi) Link to Heart Log: Link

Was he supposed to say something auspicious to mark this offering? Arl wasn't sure. He'd followed Noj in, and now he was handing over the fragments. Instead, they were basically returned to him; he felt more whole. He felt a warmth and a solidity that meant he shouldn't feel the pain of loss like he did before, should he?
But he still couldn't shake the not-quite-right feeling that permeated him to his core. "An it please ye," he said, with a nod of his head to the goddess. Or what he thought was the goddess. Or where he thought he should be nodding.
He looked around, to give Noj a wave, and a smile.

Chaesel approached the shrine with a terrified expression. Certainly she was cocky and talked the talk, but when it came down to it? Power and authority scared her.
The goddesses were no exception. She left her fragments quickly, hurriedly and swiftly left the building as soon as possible.OOC Link to task completed: here Name of character: Chaesel Link to Heart Log: Here

Ifnie inched into the shrine, feeling even smaller than she had the first time. Swallowing and trying to find that brave feeling she'd had while hunting down the fragments, she approached the Goddesses.
As quickly as she could, without being too swift to appear rude, Ifnie placed her fragments with the Goddesses before scampering out.

Rhryse found herself wandering in her search. The place where she ended up was....not quite where she had begun. Statues. She could see them again. They were in this place, too. Or was this where-- She froze at the voice, wondering for a moment if she should be here. But the figure speaking, the figure moving held no ill will. No, she should be here. There were things to do here. The words, the touch, they surprised her...and somehow urged her on. The burning of her heart.. the strange sensation... it was something new and something that... The whisper of the goddess brought her thoughts back to the now. Collect something that will give form... Rhryse looked at the fragments she held in her hands. She loved them for the warmth. They meant something to her for that, they made her feel more than before. "These?" she asked, offering up her fragments. If they helped her gain more...more of what she wanted, it was worth it. It seemed her offering was accepted, and Rhryse left feeling... a need she couldn't quite place right then. OOC Link to task completed: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5Name of character: Rhryse Link to Heart Log Here

She brought the fragments to the shrine reluctantly. She had very good memories with them and was afraid to part with them. However she knew that this was for the greater good. Zurie placed the fragments down on the pedestal and felt her heart grow warmer. Her eyes cleared of the faint fog slightly and she was able to see just a little more. And her eyes glanced at how many others were also offering to the goddesses. They were all helping them-- no.. aiming for the same goal. [enter] Yimel headed right for Ruin and held up her fragments, Letting go of the warmth was odd but it was what the goddess wanted so it was not hard to give up. As the blessing washed over her she felt more at one with her self, she was just a bit more whole. She bowed and left back to spiral. [exits]
