Her parents had been meaning to save her stone until November, but during a move one of them accidentally brushed up against her stone. Thankfully her mutations were not fatal, but her parents couldn't bear to look at her for very long. Eventually she was given up to a local orphanage.
Sae spent a few years there, and she wasn't terribly miserable, but she wasn't happy, either. Year after year she watched more and more of her friends leave with their new families, but still she remained. Eventually some of the other kids insisted it was because of her teeth and eyes that she'd never find a home - so she took to hiding her face whenever possible.
Eventually, she was adopted by a couple, Yue and Draven. She's still very self-conscious about her mutations and is a little nervous about being sent back to the orphanage, but she loves her family and her new siblings... even if sometimes they can get a little too loud.🌊🌊🌊🌊LikesSweets, seafood, salty foods, animals, and alone time.🌊🌊🌊🌊DislikesStares, having her mutations mentioned, being around lots of people at once, and bitter foods.🌊🌊🌊🌊Strengths🌊🌊Observant
Saerun lives a lot of her life on the sidelines, but because of it she's become very observant. She picks up on small changes in body language, tone, and facial expression in most other people.🌊🌊Flexible
She's a fairly easy-going person, despite her tendency to snap back if provoked. Sae is willing to go with the flow, even if the flow changes suddenly and without warning.🌊🌊Takes no s**t
Saerun is shy and doesn't really have a lot of self-confidence, but she will not stand for s**t talking if she hears it. If someone wants to say negative things about her appearance within earshot, she'll definitely let them know she heard and is not amused.🌊🌊🌊🌊Weaknesses🌊🌊Low Self-Confidence
Saerun is very self-conscious about her mutations and doesn't like that she has them. While she won't sit back and let people make comments about her (or her loved ones) if she's around when they're made - they do get under her skin.🌊🌊Vindictive
Saerun will, without a doubt, get you back if she finds out you did something to wrong her (or someone she cares about - with their consent). Usually its small things, since she's not really a violent person. But depending on what you did.... well... You'll find out.🌊🌊Withdrawn
Saerun does not have much faith in other people, so she withdraws herself from the world. She keeps everyone at arm's length, convinced that its for her own emotional safety that she does so. She's used to rejection and can't bear to let others get too close in case its not real.

Kaname knows that it entirely possible for Kochab to have waited to awaken them - and they also know that part of the reason they're so sick all of the time is because of their mutations. Mutations they wouldn't have had if Kochab had waited until November to awaken them.
Still, Kaname does love their parent and emulates a lot of their behavior. Kaname themself is very quiet, not necessarily shy, but respectful and withdrawn. Their sickly health keeps them on the sidelines most of the time, but they try not to let it get them down. They know it's nothing they can do anything about, so there's no use in getting down on themself over it. While they know their mutations are entirely unnecessary, they do like those parts of themself as well.⊱⊱Perserverant
