What was Decran’s favorite fruit? He thought about it for a moment, unsure really what he could possibly put. He loved all kinds of fruits and it was hard to pinpoint just one. Finally, after thinking about it for a while, he wrote down what his favorite fruit was. My favorite fruit is pineapple. Now, Decran thought, what made a pineapple a fruit? 1. A pineapple is the edible part of a plant that develops from a flower. 2. Pineapples contain seeds. 3. Pineapple, when ripe, is very sweet.

Aloe was pretty confident she had gotten all the answers right on the quiz. She loved things about plants so much, she was her haven in a classroom land of math questions, running in circles and trying to figure out star charts. Not to mentions trying to find a partner for the language arts class. The thoughts made Aloe a little depressed thinking about them, she missed her home land in the Above.

Parox wasn't the most fascinated with herbalism or plants, for that matter, but it wasn't a dull class, so she went. While quizzes were not her favorite thing in the world to do she knew sometimes she had to do things she didn't want to. She went to class, took the quiz and then turned it into the baphomet teacher with a small grin. She hoped she passed...

Kyleigh was highly pleased to finally have a chance to take this class. She had already joined the garden club and met a few other like minded students. So she was actually smiling as she sat down in class. The quiz was fairly easy as well and she handed it in quickly.

Aloe frowned at the mess that was the garden currently, she took off her sweater to reveal a simple tee shirt, and she had put on jeans to work in. She got down on the ground and started removing weeds and rocks from to garden to get something that she could work with going.

Aloe sighed as she got the rocks and weeds out of the garden, but the sad little garden still needed a lot of help. Aloe started tilling the soil and adding some fresh soil to the garden, then hopefully another student would be able to plant some seedlings and water the garden.

With her sleeves theoretically rolled up, Janine made quick work of the last of the weeds before she began planting the seeds and potato bits. Potatoes, tomatoes and some herbs were her choices, hopefully the others would approve. Afterwards, she got the watering pail out with a smile. "Well, let's get these babies watered!" she said as she began to drizzle water on the fresh dirt that Aloe had brought in.

Xochi didn't mind plants. Actually, considering it, she rather liked them. Smiling to herself, she knelt and pulled out a handful of weeds and tossed them in the trash. She was careful to make sure to not damage any plants that were growing in the soil, only taking out the bad stuff that would leak nutrients. When it was done, she gave them a thorough watering, ensuring the water sank down into the roots before heading out. (162 points)

As time went on with caring for the garden, Shaxio noticed that a few of the plants had dead leafs that would be negatively impacting their growth... so he took it upon himself to carefully prune the larger ones for now - removing any dead or decaying parts that might hinder their growth. Once he was done with the pruning, he watered his little section of the garden thoroughly. Hopefully they'd have a nice little harvest by the end of the project.

Gardening was something Hexen could do. She liked plants, and kept quite a few herself in her lonely little dorm room. She definitely would be taking them with her when she was made to move out of her comfortable little hovel. The group project was, admittedly, a fun one. Hexen kept to herself and quietly tended to it was was required. She stripped dead leaves, pruned the things that needed pruning, watered and talked to the plants to keep them company. Plants understood her when most people didn't. They made great companions who could live forever with just the right amount of care. The project was rather soothing and had been quite meditative for Hexen.

Dianthe knew immediately which fruit she was going to pick. It was the pomegranate of course! She read the assigned reading, jotting down notes on what made a fruit a fruit, and how the pomegranate fit into that category. The pomegranate is a fruit because it has seeds, which are bitter sweet, and have a high concentration of natural sugar. Even though they are kinda hard to eat, a good ripe pomegranate is the best thing on a hot summer's day.

Laurel was already excited when she heard what class was about today. She was hard put to choose which fruit or vegetable she wanted to write her paper over. In the end she decided to go with her constant companion whenever she started to get sick, the orange. 'Oranges are fruits because they contain seeds, develop from the flowers of the orange tree, and have a naturally high level of fructose which makes them sweet while the seeds are bitter. Oranges contain a lot of vitamin C, which is good for your immune system so they're the perfect snack if you're starting to feel under the weather or worried about your health.'
