Kaelan hadn't been sure what they had been expecting when it was time for class, but sewing was just as good as anything else. They knew how to sew, a little, but it was always good to learn more. They threaded their needle without much trouble, and then sewed up the hole that they were supposed to be fixing. Not too bad.

Oo, sewing? Ustule loved sewing! She couldn't wait for this class... She spent most of the class helping the student next to her sew--she'd barely finished threading the needle by the end of the period. She'd have to stay after class, but honestly, she didn't mind--she had an open period after class, and this activity was way too much fun to be a drag. She hummed an old folk tune very softly under her breath as she sewed, listening to the sound of rain hitting the windows. When she finished, she folded up her tunic, packed it in her bag, gave their teacher her small smile, and left to find her friends.

Keegan sat down studying the board intently with the strange markings on how to sew. It didn't look that hard, but with all these instructions he found himself working backwards. The end result showed it too... The garment was shewn shut but all the stitching was on the outside. He gave a shrug finding it aesthetically pleasing none the less. He showed it too the professor and got an eyebrow, but made it out of there unscathed! Favrielle took her equipment back to her dorm and made sure to keep it all away from her boyfriend. He was an amazing sewer and sure she could use the help, but she had something to prove. Sitting there completely focused as her tail flicked idly beside her. The demoness was able to figure out each of the new stitches and the plushie didn't turn out too bad either. She preened excitedly and shared pictures of it on Snapchat.

This was just not his school week. He had failed two times in social studies, had a small small panic in math which caused Salem to take over and now it was sewing. He was okay at it. After all for the longest time he had to patch up his own clothes, but these where for freshlings. They deserved nice looking plushies. Ah well they weren't going to sew themselves and an assignment was an assignment. With a deep breath he picked up the needle and got to work. As class finished up he looked down at his plushie. IT wasn't too bad looking, and he definitely wouldnt be embarrassed to give it to a freshling.

Sewing was Her Thing. Cherubi was born to sew, so when she was told the assignment she beamed, head tilting to the side when she heard of some of her classmates chittered and worried. Well, at least she knew she could pass this. She needed all the good grades she could get!!!
So, onward she went, wings curling against her side as she worked away. Finally, she lifted her plushie, grinning ear to ear.
Success.

Sewing? Huh... That was something Tinka never really considered as being absolutely critical to life. Then again, she sure did need patch jobs on her clothing often with as active as she tended to be. Giving a 'here goes nothing' shrug, she picked up the needle and material to begin her attempt!
After working her best at patching the material, tongue sticking out between her teeth as she did so, the grimmlin held it up and admired her work!... Or at least tried to. It wasn't perfect and the stitching could have used a bit more work, but there wasn't any hole left and when she stretched and pull... well it actually stayed together! Tinka gave a big grin as she showed the completed assignment to her teacher!

Hailey was insanely excited about the assignment that Life Skills was doing today. Firstly, plushies. Secondly, plushies for freshies! Best. Assignment. EVER! Bouncing excitedly in her seat, Hailey got herself set up and ready to tackle her work.
As the class was winding down and everyone was beginning to clean up their stations, Hailey sat back and admired her handiwork. Giving a satisfied bob of her head, she got up from her seat to turn the plush in. She couldn't help wondering who would end up with her little project.

Turnip didn't lose his cool when he cut his string to long and it got tangled. He calmly started to untangle the string, then cut it a bit shorter. Once he was done that he tried again to wrap the treat around his needle to perform a simple needle knot. Turnip wrapped the thread around the needle three times before pulling the thread down to make a knot.

Oh gods... With the day that Malachi had been having so far, he was almost certain it would spell doom for him if he was anywhere near sewing needles. With a groan, he scrubbed his hands over his face then looked to his ecstatic girlfriend. She was having one hell of a good day. He almost thought about rubbing up against her just to see if some of it would rub off on him! Getting the materials together, he grabbed up the needle and gave it a stern look as if to say 'don't you dare stab me... please'
Well it wasn't the best plush in the world, and the singular stitch type wasn't impressive, but at least the little toy held it's own at the end of the class. Rubbing his temples and shaking his head, Malachi just laughed and turned it in, wings up on the defensive because he was embarrassed.

Sewing. Ugh. Aviont'e crinkled his nose up at the job to do. He hated working with needles. But a grade was a grade, no? Determined to do his best, Newt set to work, careful not to jab his fingertips with the needle as he tried to get the stitching right. When he finished, he sat back and eye the work. It wasn't great, but it was good enough to get him a passing score hopefully.

Sewing was not going to go well, he knew this as soon as he picked up the tiny needle in his huge hands, the thing wasn't even as big as one of his claws! How was he supposed to ever hold it let alone use it. It took him half of the class just figuring out how to prop it between his fingers in a way that didn't cause his claws to get in the way. Then he realized that he had to put a thin string through the hole that was so tiny he couldn't even see it, he let out an audible sigh and started stabbing at the needle with the string hoping for the best. FINALLY he got the thing through the hole and he was ready to begin sewing only then the class bell rang and everyone started getting up. Well he still had to finish it, turning a weird shade of red as others looked at him struggling he tried to focus on the task at hand so it could just be over with.

Shinobu smiled at his design and looked over the finished plushie. This was his first go at sewing so he stuck with simple stitching. He wondered if his stitches were strong enough to hold the plushie together, so to be safe, he went over the stitches again to strengthen them. Maybe he could make another one and give them to Ash and Anstice as presents!

When she received the assignment, Brynn couldn't help but glow with pleasure. Sewing was already her forte, and plushies? Easy. Those freshlings would be swimming in them. The hybrid wasn't exactly one to dote on the little nightmares, but she could sew up a storm.
Bringing her bag and arms full of plushes into class, she stacked them up into a pyramid on her desk. They were all different shapes and sizes, all different color and patterns and stitches. Brynn had even taken the liberty of making a few of them clothing, but saved the best for herself. She proudly stood over her work, knowing that it would be no problem getting a good grade for this project.
