Crrraaaaaap! Ruddi sat at her desk trying her best to look as cool as possible. She completely forgot to study and now here she is sweating bullets about the midterm. This is what she gets for being so engrossed in everything else to properly study. She hopes that Mr. Oriomb will be kind on this exam.

Arrrrgggg! She knew this would happen, but everyone's gotta have high hopes. She was this close to wanting to bash her head onto the table, but she didn't not wanting to look silly. At least she has another chance to take the test. Such a kind teacher indeed.

Math was not one of Jezebeth's favorite subjects. She could have stood to have studied just a bit more before the midterm happened. Instead she had chosen to spend the night curled up in bed and reading about exotic plantlife. Of, why hadn't she studied more? At least she passed with a high enough mark to not have to retake the exam. Even if it was just barely. Whew.

Anything that wasn't painting, people watching, or flirting just didn't stand a chance to hold his attention. Were they really supposed to have a midterm? What had they even been talking about in class? He had tried reading his notes, but they were a bit hard to decipher through all of the doodling. At least he managed to slide by on this one. He'd try to get more serious about his studies later...

Gaius really pondered the question that was placed upon them. His favorite number...? While the others went on explaining their own and reasoning, he had to thoroughly give some time to consider his. There were so many... how could he choose? As they went through his head, picturing them each individually, he did manage to give pause to one that for some reason tickled his fancy...
When it came to be his turn, he gave his usual little grin and responded appropriately, "I think 13's pretty cool. I like how it looks." he was pleased with his answer. The combination of the two numbers had a really interesting look... and the different ways to draw the 1's and 3's.

Gwen stood when it was her turn to speak. Then she clearly stated. "11 is my favorite number though any of the well-balanced numbers would do." she was confident in her choice. Coco was less confident when it was her turn. She shyly looked down and then glanced up to say as clearly as she could. "Well umm I guess 2 is my favorite number since it rhymes with blue and I like colors a lot."

Eveilyn drummed her fingers on her desk after she slipped into her seat waiting for the dreaded horror that she knew was coming. It wasn’t that she hated math but rather that she didn’t always understand it. Judas Oriomb was a good teacher and she wasn’t really that bad of student but she and mathematics were simply not the greatest of friends. Struggling through the test she really wasn’t sure if she was going to get credit or not but she had to try to the best of her abilities. Finishing with more than a little trepidation she waited for the verdict.

Staring at the new test she couldn’t believe she had mismarked her other one and been one answer off the whole sheet. Swallowing hard she really hoped she would do better this time after all that had been so embarrassing. Perhaps it was because she had been too focused on her worry about the test. This time things would be easier right? Rolling her pencil between her fingers she really hoped so and started the redo of the test.

Math actually wasn't too daunting for Arden. Sure crunching numbers wasn't his favorite activity, but he wasn't afraid for this test. The Chimera settled into his seat, pulling his tail up into his lap so he could play with the soft spikes at the end as he thought. Arden had this in the bag, and he quickly drowned out the quiet sounds of his classmates in order to concentrate.
Pleased with what he had produced, Arden brought his final answers up to the front. Best of luck, right?

Merri's mind immediately drifted to engineering. She loved the aspects of it, but going onto Leviathan? Focus. Judas was just trying to set the tone. This was her final Math test and if she had made it this far without flunking out, she could totally pass this last test. Maybe it would have helped if she actually put some time into studying, but vegging out in her room pulling apart mechanical pencil sharpener had been a lot more fun. And practical. She learned through mistakes and not by applying numbers to what she was doing. Who did that?

Math was fascinating. Erzalie might still have some issues with the passage of time (mostly because they were too excitable to want to wait for anything and things felt forever long - even if they really weren’t)…but they were on math. At least, so far. So when Teacher Judas explained the assignment and Erza looked at the paper, their tails flicked and they kicked their feet happily. So easy! Mostly. Once Erzalie had finished, they got up to turn in their paper with a little flourish before backing away from the desk. Just in case the teacher wasn’t as nice as they appeared.

Ganymede did not enjoy math. At least, abstract math. This exercise that Judas was making them do seemed redundant and stupid. So they had to know which one of the "<" symbols meant less than and which one meant more than... Whatever.
He filled out the quiz, and then passed it in at the end of class...

Jacie quietly listened to his teacher as he doodled a bit on a piece of note paper. His ears twitched as the instructed mention an in class assignment. His eyes gazed up before looking at his assignment that was put before him. He looked at all the numbers and frowned a bit. This was easy; his grandma had taught him this stuff before.... He picked up his pencil and smirked. He added his on twist on what a circle was, enjoying his assignment. He turned it in when he was all finished then returned to his seat.

Zane was daydreaming at her desk when her assignment was given to her. She looked down to the paper with the numbers on it. She looked up to the teacher, unsure what to do till she could sorta recall what was instructed. She began to circle what numbers she thought were higher, getting a little stuck on one before moving on. Once she was finished, she slinked over to her teacher and turned in her assignment.
