Personality: Mio is very meek and shy. While she is curious about everything that is around her, she never bothers to really find out about it, wanting to keep the bad things out of her life so she can stay happy.
History: Mio was living happily on her own just near the shores of the ocean, keeping to herself as she collected pretty things that she found along the beach. That all changed when she tripped on a 'job' that a lion was on, stealing from the cave of another lion, with the lion lying dead just next to him. The lion, Zahi'jyotsna, swiped her up then and there, literally kidnapping her to keep her quiet from telling the lion's pride of the mishap. While she was not abused physically, Zahi threatened her constantly to keep her from running away.
Soon, though, Zahi began to give her gifts of things that he had stolen from others. She was too afraid to say no, but she was petrified of what had happened to the original owners of the ornaments that she was wearing. She never realized that her slight vein of contempt and sharp tongue towards Zahi had changed his opinion about her, and he had begun to fall for her. She has given up on ever running away from him, but she still wants to do something to protect those that Zahi might kill.
