12/08/09 - The family is forced to move into a hotel due to remodeling going on at D-corp. Joy....
01/14/09 - Shopping trip for Peri. Joy!
10/02/08 - Peri wakes up and has been turned female! Nibal has a mommy!
09/20/08 - Nibal has another melee class with Kuyoja.
07/16/08 - Nibal runs into a little boy named Dashiell around D-corp.
05/20/08 - Nibal takes a magic class.
05/10/08 - Another melee class with Ter, this time with a different teacher.

Personality: Nibal has grown up quite a bit from his shy little toddler self. While not overly outgoing, he's not shy either. He loves to talk about dragons and won't shut up once started. He spoils his own dragon Kalseru beyond belief. He loves showing off his cool skills to whomever will watch.
As far as Nibal is concerned, Kalseru can do no wrong. He takes her side always.
Likes: Blue, hugs, his dad, dragons (especially Kalseru), Mr. Solon (for teaching him cool tricks)
Dislikes: Wearing clothing, being poisonous

Personality: Kalseru loves Nibal, always giving him affectionate kisses and rather like a large scaled puppy around him. But when Nibal's gone, no one would want to be near her! She turns into a hissing, scratching, mean, green, fighting machine.
Kalseru is utterly spoiled. Her blue boy sticks up for her all the time and gets her out of any trouble she gets herself into. He gives her lots of treats, which she loves!
Kal is overly protective of Nibal and her necklace. She only lets Nibal near it, though she's been known to snap at him before as well. Those shinies are hers!
Likes: Nibal, green, meat, potato chips, SHINIES!, her necklace
Dislikes: Everyone else (But tolerates Peri)

 Perilas: Peri is Nibal's adoptive father, though Nibal calls him P'las.
 Talner: Talner is Peri's twin brother. Nibal calls him Uncle Tal.
 Nathaniel: Nate is Talner's adopted son. Peri told Nibal that this made Nate his cousin.
 Piper: Piper is Nibal's little sister. He doesn't like her very much as she seems to be extremely hyper...

Okay, so not really a house, but Peri lives in one of the D-corp apartments. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first room is a kitchen/living room combo.
Then there's Peri's room, complete with a balcony.
Next is Piper's room, done in bright, almost blinding, colors.
Then lastly there's Nibal's room, which Peri fixed up for the boy. Complete with plenty of toys for the little boy.

Scientific name: Dendrobates azureus
Physical description: The Blue poison frog is one of the most striking of the poison arrow frogs. It is a mid-sized frog in the Dendrobates family with its length ranging from 3.0 - 4.5 cm. They usually weigh approximately 3 grams. Poison arrow frogs vary in length from 1.5 cm - 7 cm. Males can be distinguished from females by their larger front toe pads.
This beautiful, yet deadly, frog comes in a variety of blue colors which can range from a powder blue to a cobalt or sapphire blue. This frog also has black spots on its head.
Behavior: Blue poison dart frogs are active during the day and can be found hiding among boulders and debris near streams; however, they lack toe webbing and are poor swimmers, so they are never found in the water.
Distribution: Neotropical: These Blue poison frogs are only found in the southern part of Suriname (or Surinam), South America.
Habitat:This frog lives in the tropical rainforest. It is considered terrestrial but it usually stays near a water source such as a pond or stream. These frogs are used to a dark, moist environment.
Food: This Blue poison frog, like most other frogs, enjoys a meal of termites, crickets, ants and fruit flies. Chemicals are derived from their food and synthesized into cutaneous poisons. When captive bred, these same chemicals are not found in the food sources.
Predators: Other than certain snakes and large spiders, there are few predators that can cope with the noxious poisons of adult frogs.
The tadpoles, which are not protected by any poison, often fall prey to snakes and dragonfly larvae.
Interesting facts:
-It takes about 12 weeks for a Blue poison tadpole to metamorphose into a frog.
-The skin of a poison arrow frog stays sticky from mucus. This feature helps to hold in moisture and it helps tadpoles hold on tight when they are being carried from hatching site to nursery site. The toes are also important. The suction cup pads are very helpful in climbling and clinging to leaves and branches.
-These frogs secrete toxins from pores in their skins.
-The Blue poison dart frog has a slight hunchback.
-The pattern of spots on each frog is unique and a "fingerprint" of sorts.
-The toe-tips are heart-shaped in males and round in females.
-The particular mating system of D. azureus is unknown, but many close relatives are polygynous (one male mates with several females). For instance, the green poison dart frog, Dendrobates auratus, is polygynous.
-Dendrobates azureus is poisonous, and its toxins could cause harm, and possibly prove fatal to a human. In fact, this frog contains on average about 200 micrograms of poison and only 2 of which is necessary to prove fatal to a human.
-They have skin that remains sticky from mucus secretions which helps to hold moisture in.

Aysel: Aysel's mommy is very nice, but the girl herself seems a bit mean. She makes faces at me. Not very nice.
Anoki: Anoki is nice, though his dragon is kind of scary. And so is his mommy.
Taren: He likes to build forts, which automatically makes him cool. And his mommy's really nice. She gave me hugs.
Altessa: She's kinda grumpy and didn't talk to me much.
Cleo: She can scream very loud.
Medusa: She's blue! That makes her cool.
Ligeia: He babysat me and some other kids. He has a dragon, a cool one at that!
Narayan: He has a funny nose which can do cool things.
Tyven: She doesn't get sick if she touches my skin! It's nice to have someone I can touch without making them sick. If only she was a bit nicer...

Fleur: He stinks! Or at least can make it stink really badly, though he seemed embarassed by it.

Reese: He has a cool wheeling chair! And he was even nice enough to let me try it out. He has no legs, though, and won't be growing them like I did.
Ter: He is really cool! His dragon is neat, and Kal likes her. Plus, his daddy is Mr. Solon! Ter likes my tongue trick!
