Personality: One thing to describe about Morgy is she has a big heart. She is slow to lose her temper, easy to accept someone right from the start and cherishes everyone close to her, especially her family. She does her best not to show it, but when someone grows scared of her because her appearance, it hurts her and she can be a little overwhelmed when others come to her defense. She can be quiet and soft spoken, but only around those she does not know right away.

Recent Updates: Poor Morgy recently seemed to be going through some troubled times. She thought life would be good after having her pups and meeting a nice gentleman otter, but things don't quite work out like we hope. Her first fall was a recent attack on herself, after having her pups and putting them into their clams. She had went off hunting, leaving the clams in the care of her brother, and had gotten attacked by a vampire otter that seems now to be out for her blood.

Not long after that, when her pups finally emerged from their clams, her youngest pup, Mikhail, was brutally kidnapped from her by an demon otter she had never seen before. Now she truly thinking of trying to find a way out of the reserve, finding many otters she doesn't know totally distrustful, especially the demons she does not know.


But thanks to her gentleman otter friend (and prospective mate), he convinced her to stay, helping her find other otters that would aid her in finding her lost son.

There has also been recent speculation that the prospective mate, Ketsuki, just might be the father of her clams!!! Just don't ask the two, they will deny it up and down!

Good news: Morgana's lost son, Mikhail, had finally returned to her, fully an adult and handsome. She was overjoyed that her son had returned, but distressed that Akira seemed so hostile to him and didn't seem to want him around at all. But all her troubles seem to fade when Ketsueki finally confessed to her his love for her and she confessed him she loved him as well. The two are now officially mates!

More good news: Two pieces of good news for Morgana! Her son is having pups with a beautiful female otter who is the granddaughter of of Elizabeth Swann! And to add more good news, Morgana is pregnant again! This time, the father is Ketsueki! Though it is still speculated that he is the father of Morgana's first set of children, though they are still denying it!

01/10/09: Good news, Ketsueki and Morgana are the proud parents of 3 pups/clams! 2 girls and a boy! The two oldest, the first female and male, are angelics, the last female, the smallest and youngest was born a regular otter!

05/09/10: In this reserve, demonics coming from regular otters, angelics and demonics having children now seems to be the norm. Now add something even crazier to the list! Morgana has adopted a bobcat kitten! She truly is a mom at heart.

Morgana was born like any other otter. She had a mother and a father, and two other siblings, and she never questioned why they all had wings. She would play with them, went with her father when he wanted to teach them how to hunt and helped her mother keep the den clean. She was an adult when tragedy took away her family. Predators attacked her family, sending them running into the forest. Morgana used herself as a distraction, sacrificing herself so her own family could escape.

The predators had chased her into a junkyard, but she was able to slip her slim body through the fence. She was frightened as she ran around, bumping into a large metal something and feeling something wet splash onto her, it made her nose burn and eyes water. She saw the fence again and made her way out, but it wasn't on the same side she came in. She was at a road, far from the river and even farther from her family.

A car passed her by and at that time, a human had flicked a cigarette out of their car and it landed right onto the gas-soaked otter. Morgana couldn't remember much of anything after that, except alot of pain. She was found on the side of the road, her fur completely charred and her eyes almost burned out as well. The female was taken to a vet to be treated and she was almost at the brink of death, but she continued push herself to survive. But her appearance was never the same.

Once she was deemed healthy, she was taken to the otter reserve where she found herself a den to hide away from others so they wouldn't be frightened by her looks. But oddly enough, she found a family, or her family found her. She knew she would never see her blood family ever again, but she cherished all those that claimed her as mother or sister or even aunt.

Personality: Cornelius is the youngest of three, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at him. He can be quite cold and is mostly a loner. He finds his big brother and sister a little irritating at times, usually threatening Drake he will bite off his ear if he doesn't leave him alone. He also allows a little, purple female otter to stick close to him, which everyone finds quite odd.

Recent Updates: No is sure how because it's never happened before, but Cornelius and his mate were able to produce not 3 but 4 clams! That number of clams has never been heard of coming from any otter parents, the number steadily having stopped at three. Is this a new turn around for breeding parents? Only time will tell! Until then, don't touch them or Cornelius will kill you. And no I am not joking, he will kill you.






Cornelius is the youngest otter that came from the mating of Hector Barbossa and Elizabeth Swann, but he was the only one that came out...different from his other two siblings. He was born a demon, one of the few in the reserve and the first to be born from two regular otters that had no demonic traits themselves. Because of this, his mother sheltered him for most of his life. Her intentions were good, scared her son would be scorned by others, but in doing so, it only made his anger and resentment grow. He never blamed her and still to this day loves his mother very much.

He left when he was finally an adult and big enough to take care of himself, wandering around the reserve, never staking any territory, sleeping in one day one night and going some place else the next. He would visit with his family from time to time, but most days he was by himself. He recently found himself under the 'employment' of Mistress Ching, the first otter he had met that was a demonic like him, but an elder. Now he spends his days patroling her territory and fighting off any otters that try to lay claim and even taking out predators that threaten any in her realm.

Personality: Akira is the second born of the Angelic Elder, Morgana, but he is quite protective of his big sister and little brother. He can act frightfully shy of those he doesn't know, trying to hide behind his sister or his mother if someone tries to approach him (and glad his mother is still much bigger then him) and he will watch someone before he talks to them. Recently he has become quite fearful of those who he deems strangers because it was a stranger that attacked his mother and another stranger that stole his little brother, though he is secretly angry with his brother for being so angry at their mother for no good reason. Only time will tell how much of his personality will come out.

Recent Update: Two pieces of news, though the first might not seem like good news from Akira's perspective. The first piece of news is that Mikhail had finally come back to his family, but Akira certainly isn't happy about it, resenting his brother for making his mother and sister so upset in the first place. For now, there seems to be a tense truce between the two, that seemed to be placed there by Ketsueki when he interevene.

The second piece of news is truly good news!! He is going to become a father and an even bigger brother! He and Cecily are going to become parents soon and his mother is pregnant with his Papa's pups!! He couldn't be any happier!

February 2nd: Akira and Cecily's clams/pups have finally arrived!! 2 girls and one boy! One trait that seems to stick in pirate and vampire families is a demonic trait, which is what the little boy is! The oldest girl seems to be a true vampire, which she got from her mothers side of the family! And the youngest is a little angel, something she got from her daddie's side, but she looks to be a true pirate at heart, just like her great grandmother, thus why she is named after her!

May 9, 2010: Akira visited his mother and was quite surprised to see her nursing a baby bobcat kitten! For just a few moments he was wary, but when he heard her story of how she found her, any doubts flew out the window! Now Akira is determined to be a good big brother to his baby sister, protect her and teach her how to fish properly!

Personality: Samael could be called alot of things, some good and some bad. Some of his good traits is he can be suave and quite charasmatic. But his bad traits can be he will trick anyone to get his own laugh and he doesn't really care too much if the other happens to get hurt in the long run. But he has a fierce protective side he never lets show, unless he is around his adopted family (which isn't alot) or around a certain female he is looking to pursue in time.

Updates: 12/25/10 - On Christmas Day, Samael and his mate Nyx received a beautiful gift. The two were found, by surprise, to be bearing clams of their owns. Seems the two moved out with little Loki and became true parents, looking to find a bigger den for their growing family. Welcome to the first second generations demonics with wings!

Personality: Not much is really know about Velvet's personality or behaviors. Being the youngest of a bloody angelic and a half dead otter, and the only one not to be born an Angelic, it wasn't something of a surprise something might come up that could affect her. Since before she even came out of her clam, Velvet has always been sleeping, as if totally drained of energy. Since becoming an adult, she has been awake a bit more and moving around on her own, but more often then not, she is curled up close by either of her parents, who are clearly worried over her condition. Only time will tell if something can be done.

Update: Whether it was a freak accident or a miracle or she ate a strange crawfish, Velvet seemed to grow up even more, becoming one of the revered elders in the Oasis! And thankfully, she seems to have gotten the energy she could never tap into when she came out of her clam! She is now bounding and swimming and can't seem to keep still. Not that her parents mind any!

Personality: Cresselia is something of a mystery. She is like Morgana, slow to lose her temper and has a big heart. But she doesn't get close as quickly as the others in her family. She is very quiet and you will probably be surprised she is suddenly there. She abhors conflict and will do her best to avoid it. But she loves it when someone has positive/happy feelings and will revel in the emotions around her. She will mostly be around if someone happens to be having a nightmare and can't seem to wake up.

07/12/10: Cresselia has had her babies and her clams are now housing all three of them!! Two girls and a boy! Only time will tell what these little psychics will be like!

Cresselia is like Samael, her past is a total mystery and her age is also questioned. She showed up in Moochi's care one day during the night of the falling stars and the full moon, floating near her bed. Of course Moochi almost had a freak out session, but seeing what she was, she took her immediately to the reserve to live with the Moochi Otters. Though there is a connection between Cresselia and the moon, but what it is, no one really knows. She can sometimes be seen floating around at night, especially when the moon is full.

If she does talk, she will impart words of wisdom, advice or comfort and you can almost feel a strong wave from her, almost as if she is a psychic. Her powers are still somewhat unknown, though she has to be powerful to keep herself in the air without wings.
