Quincy Ranking System
The Quincy in this day and age are FAR more diversified than ever before. While they aren't necessarily as powerful as they used to be in the past, they are not a force to be laughed at. The diversified nature of the Quincies has led Hinanji to diversify and specify their ranking systems into three main forces, with a leader in each sub-section.
Sturmkönigs: Hinanji Kigakotsu (Rei Seshiro)
Schnelligkeit: The group among Quincies considered to be among the fastest moving individuals around. Hirenkyaku is the most focused and advanced skill in this sub-sect, though each member is required to have at least one ability capable of killing a foe silently and quickly. Their skill sets and requirements to join could be equated to the level and nature of Shinigami squad two. The leader of this force must be as swift as the wind, and their intentions in battle must be as imperceptible.

Seele Schwerter: The Seele Schwerter are the absolute and un-contested masters of the Seele Schneider and any techniques associated with it. Some of them are more expert swordsman than others, but all are masters of using this unique and powerful weapon in new and sometimes unpredictable ways. To be the leader of this force, one must show unwavering conviction in battle, and the ability to strike precisely both at distance and up close.

Geflügelten Pfeil: The Geflügelten Pfeil are the squad of Quincies most accredited for their ability to out shoot any other group of Quincies. They are the most singularly accurate and quick fingered sect of the race. They can strike a spec of dust from the air at distances, and can fire volleys of innumerable arrows. To be their leader, one must be an absolute master of precision and firing speed, no matter what the situation may be. Even when blinded, these archers NEVER miss their mark.
